I recently relocated to the Plano, TX area and I was looking for home owners insurance. Im glad I found Randy Shockeys office. His staff are both friendly and informative. I definitely recommend!

Randy is a great guy but State Farm isnt like a good neighbor anymore. After almost 30 years with my homeowners & auto insurance with the company, they cancelled my auto insurance because I had 2 minor accidents in a 3 year period. They also informed me that my million-dollar liability umbrella policy would not be renewed because of the cancellation. Randy knows me well, knows that Im not a high-risk person and went to bat for me with the company but apparently State Farms computers have decided Im not a suitable customer. Amica thinks Im okay---and my new policy with them is $1,000 less than what State Farm was going to charge me---that is IF they renewed my homeowners insurance this year. Guaranteed renewal isnt guaranteed on auto insurance; I didnt want to wait till my homeowners renewal date to find out if the same is true when it comes to my home.
