Had initially a good experience with Mike Turner - which turned very bad on cancellation. 1) Asked to cancel prior to renewal date and the policy was not cancelled 2) Resubmitted request and forms were sent out AFTER the insurance company was paid in full for the year from my escrow 3) Reached out 4 times since then with no response - I will be handling the issue direct with the underwriter at this point and leaving the 1 star up here indefinitely.
