This TEAM is fantastic! I personally have cars, home, camper, rental properties, and even an umbrella policy with them. They give such great customer service all the time and that is one of the big reasons I feel so comfortable in sending my clients to them when they purchase a home.

I wanted to post an update. After Brenda left, I did not receive the same service. They were courteous but not as helpful, I was kind of encouraged to Do it yourself in the app. Then I called and got Latoya yesterday, bcz the app wouldnt let me sign in. She quickly said it was not a problem and that she should help me. I got the same excellent, quick service I used to get from Brenda. Thank you so much Latoya. Ive recently thought about finding a cheaper insurance provider, but Im not going anywhere.Brenda is the best! Shes never let me down. I know I may pay a little more but the excellent customer service is worth it.

Dont know what Jay is talking about other than the fact that he is probably a buddy of Johns. Clements is good for one thing - being able to take your money and not work for it. He has horrible customer service skills and god forbid you want to do business over e-mail, you might get an answer in 2 weeks. The man likes to brag about being one of the nations highest ranking agents but Im not sure what thats in - it sure cant be in insurance. Ive been with Progressive and USAA and the worst agent theyve got is light years ahead of Johnny.
