My husband and I go to this yard all the time and its actually one of the best scrap yards weve been to. Its spacious and the scrap piles are usually very organized. The workers are friendly and helpful and, compared to the yards we used to go to, they have the best prices

The new management is not good at all they dont do they jobs. They also put people out of the yard when there time not up. They give others more time then others they dont like.i feel is tho the old management need to come back it was ran the right way then now they dont know what they doing....

The best junkyard. They have a large selection of cars(foreign, American,old, and new). Cars are easily accessible not stacked on top off each other or too close together. If you need a part go here first.

I would give more STARS if I could!! This Scrap yard has the easiest weigh station, & all employees are helpful.. 1st timers to this yard wont have any confusion of how the process works.. Great signage and direction throughout the entire yard!!

Went here because it was the only place close and open on Sunday, way too picky and the guy operating the scale was trying to call stuff as die cast when it was clearly brass or copper and had heavy green oxidation which only happens on copper base metals. For the 22 lbs I brought in I made 19 bucks. The yard I usually go to is great. With similar items brought in the past Ive made over 50 or 60 for that weight. Way way to picky for my liking. I really wish my other yard was open on Sundays as well.

You are better off going to Sullivans or LombardosThe guy quoted me $2.60 for guy copper, $.40 for sheet aluminum and then paid out $2.50/copper $.30 aluminum after the scales. I know its not even $2 but it is indicative of there honestyIll never go back and I suggest you dont either.Never trust a place that wont let you see what theyre doing on the computers that control the scales

Nobody Can see the screen to the ATM when the sun is high most days to receive pay they need to put a walk in cover or turn the machine around between something to block the sun...employees do there best to assist you in the yard but the company needs to fix this

Just came here cuz I needed some extra money for car fare I must say it was clean Pleasant and quick there are two guys that run the scale one name is Corey he has dreadlocks so I just want to give him a shout out and the other one is hafiz hes a young guy full of energy always ready to work and always smiling these two workers or excellent their customer service is the truth

I have been dealing with EMR for over 5 years and used almost all of their sites, including the 6th Street one in Camden and I LOVE all of their staffs and prices! I have seen EMR Rhino when it was dirt, before they had the bailer, and now, the best looking concrete yard in the Philadelphia Area. I have never had a bad experience there and they provide me the best customer service that I can imagine! Without a doubt, EMR Rhino is my favorite yard for ALL of my light iron and nonferrous. I voiced my opinion before that they were being too picky and didnt pay as well as other yards in the area, but they listened to other customers and myself and have really turned it around. I havent gone anywhere else in months. Top prices and they work with me on any issues I have. If you have any problems talk to the manager Chris because he definitely goes the extra mile to make rhino the place to take all your scrap!

My boyfriend and I use them whenever we have iron or aluminum to off load. All the guys that work here are friendly and helpful.

My mother has no knowledge of the industry but its a crying shame the way that poor woman was mistreated and taken advantage of. Our dear neighbor recomended we try SD Richman and sons the next time around and boy did our opinon of scrapmetal facilities change. Richman treated us like royalty. Shame on you emr.

I completely missed judged this magnificent yard. Everything I wrote was completely wrong, ignorant, and I was very arrogant... with that being said discard every single word that I wrote.I appreciate the fact that the owner acknowledged and took my review serious. So I figured I would get the yard another time to see if the information would be different for the experience would be different and it was… It was incredible. When I first got there you can wait on the scale they scan your ID they direct you where to go and they were absolutely polite and helpful Guide me to where I had to go. All the staff members generally wanted to help me unload my load. They did not want to tip nor except one. The manager approached me and asked was I Angela settle and I replied yes, he introduced himself, he first in for most sincerely apologize Im behalf of his employees and explain to me how he had a I talk with all the employees on how to treat the customers with consideration and courtesy. The manager of EMR Rhino is a fantastic manager who should definitely get a pay raise and employee of the month this month because from now on every scrapper I know I will send them their business any permanently has my business .THIS YARD HAS THE LOW OF THE LOEST WORST PRICESTHIS YARD DISCRIMINATE AGAINST FEMALESTHE SCALE NEEDS TO BE RECALIBRATEDI KNOW ITS LONG BUT WORTH YOUR TIME TO READ ITToday was my first time going and the staff members treated me horrible . I go to other scrapyards I have been scrapping for quite some time they treated me because I was a female like I had no idea what I was talking about or doing. I asked a question where do I go to put the cast-iron and he cut me off Let me order my lunch and close the door on me when I was on the scale. So at this point he insults at me made me feel not welcome and like was a moron ... So I drove off the scale and he running after the car and said where are you going because he didnt give me directions or never took the weight of my vehicle .... I had a lot of nonferrous metals with me and very little light iron and only one cast iron sink. I figure since I already loaded up my vehicle with my metal and wasted the gas to get there that I would try it out ...IT WAS THE WORST MISTAKE I got screwed out of hundreds of dollars ... you should go to S.D. Richmond and SonsAlso when I asked how much anything was worth per pound for instance bear bright copper he told me $2.00 after he already took it off the scale and would not give it back... I weigh at my metals every single time Before I go to any yard, my scale is accurate when I go to S.D Richmond scrapyard it is also accurate with them, I weighed 9 pounds on my scale it weighed 4 pounds on their scale(I had no buckets, it was tied together with bare bright so there shouldve been no deduction )The next time I asked while he was weighing my BX cable he told me to hold on he did not give me an answer, and took it away, I asked for it back again... do not I REPEAT DO NOT put your stuff on thier scale Unless you want them to take it and you will not get it back .

At 730 the yard was full and there was 2 cranes blocked every thing and I had to wait to offload light iron the employees were very polite but when you ask for a manager he is no we’re around and would not answer his employees from me wait around for the manager that never come I miss a job they have good prices but poor management
