The greeting was awful when i came to take a look at the complex today. I like the unit but I didn’t like the greeting so I’ll be looking for another apt comp.

I have been in this society for 1 year. I was not happy with the society. First there is poor maintenance of the society. Second, it has no place for kids to play. Third, there is no walkway in the society. Fourth, most expensive in near by area of Plano. If you have kids, then this society is definitely no go for you... .. most of time >50% apartments are vacant in this society....

Not worth the money.The manager is unprofessional. Tenants are inconsiderate and dirt. If youre looking for a quiet place. This is not the place. And they dont care if you complain. Dont waste youre time and money.

The place was great, i loved the apartment but the staff from the front desk was horrible.

We have been staying at Camden for few months now we like the layout the units are new enough and are very happy with the maintenance that is kept by the management. Being close to the shopping and work makes this location more favorable. The pool is good size and we never had any issue with our kids going out there regularly when it is open for use.

Building 13. Saw this when I checked these apartments out. Not just this building either. People leaving there trash out for pick up but to lazy to clean up after themselves.

From start to finish, our experience with the Camden Legacy Park team was AWESOME. Professional, honest, fun and answered all 106 of my questions. Location is great... safe, centrally located with tons of dining/shopping in the area. Per friendly and the grounds are kept very well. Thank you for taking care of me and my wife during our move Plano!! Side note: Chase and Rebecca are phenomenal.

This review is primarily on the apartment rental process. The leasing office associate Chase Anderson is very helpful and patient in showing multiple houses at different times and answers all questions patiently. Also responded to emails promptly. The while procedure was a breeze. The apartments property seems to be well maintained.

I havent lived at Camden Legacy Park for about a year now, but I never should have left. While I was there, the experience was great. It says something about a place when a person will come back a year later just to write a review once Ive experienced living elsewhere.The property is older, but you can definitely tell the maintenance crew/the property owners really care about the condition of the apartments and the property and keep it very nice. Any issues I had were fixed very quickly. The location is central to a lot of things in the Plano/Frisco area, which was really nice. I cannot say enough good things about the apartment staff, specifically Ingrid, if she still works there. She was quite possibly one of the nicest ladies I have ever met, let alone dealt with as an apartment employee. It was impressive that she would always remember you by name and go out of her way to say hello or give you a wave as you drove past.The only reason I left was to be closer to the bars and restaurants in the Shops at Legacy, but it is 100% worth the $10 cab ride home to live at this place instead of renting in the shops. My lease ends at my apartment in the Shops at Legacy in March, and I am definitely going back to renting at a Camden property. Camden is continuously rated one of the best places to work in the U.S. which really shines through with the quality of living environment they provide to the people they serve.

I visited Camden Legacy Park and Morgan was almost to the door when I walked in to greet me and welcome me to the property! She was very helpful in understanding what I was looking for and showed me several apartments and described the differences. I always am impressed with Camden apartments and will probably pick one of them for my next home!

I am a former resident of Camden Legacy Park and I highly recommend this community. I relocated simply because the Camden property in Dallas was closer to my new job. I am young and was excited for a city lifestyle, but if I ever relocated back to the Plano/Frisco area, I will definitely return here. After all, this neighborhood is unbeatable - safe, clean, and vibrant with amazing restaurants and shops. Morgan had leased to me and my apartment was in tip top shape. I walked in and the space was clean and fresh. My favorite part of this apartment was my attached garage; if you are from Dallas you know that protecting your vehicle is important. ALL apartments here have an attached garage and TV/Wifi is included. My apartment had a view of the swimming pool and spa. It was always so clean and pristine; I miss the spa very much. The Assistant Manager, Chase, and Community Manager, Rebbeca, are so personable. They are always willing to assist but also to have a genuine conversation with you. They truly care about you and listen with focus on finding a solution. Rebbeca was my go to and she always came through. She is truly a gem! Not many communities can say they have managers that truly care about residents. Kelly Lee is also their leasing agent. Shes so sweet and always smiling! Loved visiting her! Thank you for providing me with such a wonderful living experience. Check out this community today! Highly recommended!

Ive lived here for years now and they are the best here! I have called the maintenance staff even during holidays and they get the issue resolved quickly. The office management has been nothing but helpful and pleasant. They go out of their way to make these apartments feel like a home . Great place to live! The pool is nice and the gym is as well. They are constantly upgrading the common areas here!

Ive had an awesome time staying here! Whenever I have a maintenance issue with my apartment, its always fixed promptly and professionally. The main lobby staff are kind and courteous, and help me to feel at home. The events they throw also help to make you feel more at home, and Id highly recommend living here to anyone.

Recently moved to Camden Legacy Park, Plano Texas. Jeffery Mann and staff were excellent in providing me with apartment and community details prior to my move. The apartments are upgraded. Complex has also been doing further upgrades such as new garage doors. The community is quiet. Mostly family or career oriented individuals. Other positives are as follows: deposit was very reasonable, great location, and kind staff.

I’m a current resident and I have ever been in such a worst community ever. I reported about bugs in my apartment for more than 5 times but no response from anyone. They simply close the service request without even checking. Worst customer service.

I have lived in this community for near 3 years and had to move out due to job relocation. My stay here has been nothing but wonderful. The location is great, maintenance staff and office people are very helpful, with a special mention to Ingrid.I miss the place.

Ive lived at Camden legacy park for 2 years now. I recommend them for SMU Guildhall students! It is walking distance from campus and a CVS for coffee. The front staff is very friendly, accommodating, and flexible. Maintenance is fast, professional, friendly, and non invasive. New dog park, trash valet, and pool/spa. Its a little pricier than other apartments in the area, but worth the convenience and transparency.

Im a prospective tenants at Legacy Park and Ive experienced nothing but kindness, compassion and diligent efforts from the leasing staff the several times Ive been to the office to discuss availability for my upcoming move. Chase is the bomb, super friendly and very down to earth. I really appreciated him in our first visit to check out apartments. Rebecca was so friendly and accommodating to my 7 year old when he wanted to talk her ear off while I was discussing floor plans with Chase. But the real MVP, (I havent seen any other review mention him which just SHOCKS me) thats Shammah. He is the ABSOLUTE bomb. When Chase was going to be off work he emailed me and told me to come in and check out a floor plan that was available for me to see, and Shammah would take care of me. My son thought Chase was super cool (hes 7, anyone that pays attention to him is cool) well move over Chase, you have competition. Shammah showed me 2 different apartments, drove us in the rain, then went back out with the golf cart to get another group of prospective tenants so they wouldnt get wet. He answered all of my questions, with professionalism and precision. Im between Legacy Park and Legacy Creek right now and honestly I might just go with Legacy Park just because of how much I enjoy the front office staff. Shammah - Youre the man!

Currently a resident and only will be for another 12 days thank the lord! The management is horrible, items were stolen from my mailbox they refuse to help. When you call and ask for a manager they are always busy and the leasing agents say they will call you back and NEVER do. So rude when you actually do get to talk to them. They charge insane fees and try and think of every reason to do so. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else! Run away as fast as you can. This place isn’t worth it! They may look nice but management makes me wish I lived in a cardboard box instead!

Nice being able to walk up from your garage. But the unit we looked at had a hookah smell in the carpet and everywhere. That would never come out

One star is for the 24hrs customer service. I am really disappointed with camden legacy park staff. I chose this apartment seeing so many positive reviews and recommendations but my experience was bad. I Sent a request for B2 floor plan initially and over the call the floor plan was changed to B1 due to unavailability of B2. But when I asked if there will be any tenants living below us, they said NO and garage will be on ground floor. I am still residing in California and after seeing a virtual video of model unit, I went ahead and booked it (360$). After a week, one of my colleague checks out the unit I was assigned from outside and sends me pics. To my disappointment, I can see high tension wire park beside the community, highway to the side(should be noisy), and guess what - theres another unit below my unit (falsely marketed). Spare yourself the disappointment if you are not onsite to check the unit yourself. Dont trust their sweet talk. I dont think they will reimburse my 360$ too. Yes! They charge 250$ as admin fee not as security deposit. I guess that is how they can afford the 24hrs customer service. I am hunting for a new apartment when my move date is just 2 weeks ahead.

Ive only been living at Camden Legacy Park three weeks. From the beginning until now it has been a wonderful! Experience. Rebecca, Chase and Morgan prepared us with exceptional top notch customer service with our move-in. Wonderful, easy experience. I cant express my gratitude to Rebecca enough for her outstanding customers service! We lived at Camden Farmers Market downtown and wanted to move to Camden Legacy Park, we had no idea, we could transfer our lease from Camden sister complex to here. Thanks! to Rebecca for making our transfer so easy and taking the stress-off our shoulders. Thank you! so much! Rebecca, Chase and Morgan for a job well done! Camden Legacy Park have the best maintenance team ever! Mariano Garcia, Chris and Matt didnt stop until all my maintenance issues was fixed. I had a leakage problem with my air-condition in the inside of my apartment Mariano and Matt didnt stop until they found the solution to my leakage problems. Mariano and Matt Thank you! for having the best attitude ever! They took pride in their work by coming by the apartment several times making sure they meet my needs. Camden is the best! Thank you! From the bottom of my heart for top exceptional service. Camden truly cares about their tenants and takes care all of their needs. Job well done! Camden.

We just got relocated to this area and so far it has been a bad experience.The apartment community is conveniently located (about 2 miles from whole foods, trader joes, sprouts and 4 miles from Costco), the apartments are decent (appliances are old and not in very good shape) but other than that its horrible. We move here one month back, and when we moved in our dryer was not working, and one month later it has not been fixed.The part that is most annoying is that we believed we had signed for automatic withdraw for our rent, but I guess something went wrong and the payment was not withdraw. This is were the nightmare starts. I got a call from Ingrid (the most arrogant person in the whole entire universe) telling me that I have 10 minutes to make my payment otherwise I will get a $50 dollar late fee, I tried to do it in my phone since I am out and I guess their system is not mobile friendly. So, I got the $50 late fee, I decided to go and talk to her at her office and after waiting for 45 minutes she comes and tell me in the worse attitude that she has to leave the office and she does not even try to listen to what I have to say. After seeing her grumpy mood towards me, I realized that nothing was going to be resolved. I called her the next day, but she is very defensive and I cannot imagine how anyone can work around her.Long story short, this place is ready to charge late fees, but it takes for ever to get anything fixed. In addition, the place has a lot of insect and we even saw a dead rat for over one week and no one bother to clean that even though there are many children playing in the evening in that area. The other thing is that electricity is crazy in this place, we got our fist bill and we were in shock maybe because their appliances are not energy efficient at all.Jeff and the other office lady (I believe she is the community manager) are really nice and try their best to help. Maybe they should give Ingrid some tips on customer service since she has no clue what customer service consist of.

I visited this complex after reading good reviews. My review sits different. The young lady was very much so not interested in her job she didnt explain anything about the complex. After ASKING she decided to get off FACEBOOK and answer my questions. Upon entering an apartment for viewing the leasing agent went right to a body mirror to play with her hair as I looked at the apartment. Again saying NOTHING about the apartment. find her a new position in the company and get a real leasing agent...

Excellent location. 5 min from Dallas Tollway and shops, corporate offices, excellent Plano schools, right next to 10 miles++ of walking/biking trails. You can walk to a lot of places, CVS/Walgreens/Kohls even, convenience stores, schools. A ton of parking spaces. Several 3 bed places with DOUBLE garages. Maintenance is quick, polite (sorry to see Marco leave). The outside looks grim, but since most of the time we live inside the apartment it doesnt matter. All apartments overlook a green quad with trees so the views have been very cleverly designed you dont notice the acres of concrete parking spaces from inside the apartment. Front office polite, nice community events. Reasonable pool and gym. Ingrid is the best office manager ever. Very professional. Rent is very reasonable. I knocked it down from a 5 because weve had never ending problems with the washing machine because we live in the three bedroom with kids and of course the appliance is used heavily. Not sure if the owner has done a cost/benefit of paying marginally more for better machines and reduce maintenance hours. Better machines in the 3 bedroom apartments would probably make sense and cost about $500 more. The time and materials will pay back and increase tenant satisfaction. Then get 5 stars. One more niggle. I hate the 10 million watt security light which comes on outside my bedroom window at night. The solution is to buy black out curtains. But I prefer the blinds, dont like curtains.

I moved here because it was close to my place of employment to my commute went from 1hr to literally 5mins. Ive lived here for a month now... I was excited to move in at 1st then after a couple of days I quickly realized my move here was perhaps a mistake. The carpet in my apartment should have been replaced the condition of it was camouflaged by the neat lines in it from when it semi cleaned the Garage walls were filthy and still had crayon/chalk from the kids who lived here before. They claimed to have cleaned the apartment before I moved in it was not thoroughly cleaned and inspected there was hair everywhere they painted over hair and dirty or at least tried to the drawers were all damaged and honestly needed to be replace only 1 was replace after I put in a work order for it. The blinds need to be replaced most of them dont work properly. Theres cracks and crevices throughout the entire apartment from the baseboards to the windows. No matter how much I clean I can not get rid of the gnats in the bedroom and bathroom Ive spend well over $100 trying to get rid of them. My apartment wreaks of cigarette smoke especially in the bedroom it would have been nice to be told that this its shared ventilation. Theres a Storage closet that really isnt storage because the water heater is in there 1st time Ive seen that. the irigation system is right along my apartment so its always wet and muddy probably why I have gnats all of the time. There are/were countless fees that I wasnt told about. When I asked how do I go about getting the Cable service which is included in my monthly rent I was given little to no information. I had no idea that yet another credit check had to be ran and that I needed to order equipment. Luckily I didnt have to pay and additional deposit for the equipment. Im not thrilled to be forced to pay for internet & cable with a specific provider. I dont watch television so I honestly dont need cable TV and would rather not pay for it but theres no option to opt out. I know it could be worse but for the amount of money Im paying it should be a whole lot better. There are lots of other complexes around me that I should have found time to visit before settling in here. Im honestly just waiting for my lease to be up I cant take the cigarette smoke smell and the gnats
