We had a banner made for our daughter upcoming wedding and needed it laminated. I called them and a guy answered the phone and once I told him what we needed he said, We are an industrial company and dont do silly projects like that, and hung up on me. Was trying to give this review no stars, but I had to choose 1. Wish I couldve chosen a half star.
