I needed to buy one quart of oil and when I called they said yes they do sell one quarter of oil however when I got there they explained i would have to wait in a line of cars and they would pump in one quart of oil through there pump hoses. This would have been fine if I didnt have any other option of buying a single quart in its own container. I didnt have that much free time so I went to a gas station down the street. It ended up being cheaper too.

Paid $46 for an oil change and was told there was a soft leak that wasn’t able to be fixed because they can’t pinpoint where it’s coming from. I drive off for an hour and start to notice my car smoking and go to check under the hood and my oil cap is missing.They forgot to screw on my oil cap and oil spilled everywhere on my engine and no wonder my AC was smelling like motor oil. I’ve been faithful to this business for close to 5 years now and this just doesn’t do it for me.

Went to this place for years. They were always courteous and professional. They would always keep an eye out for any issues that may cause a problem (like a bad spot on the inside of the tire that you cant see) and let you know. I have since moved from the state and miss this little local shop. The repair shop was also very good. We took our Yukon there after the stealership misdiagnosed a problem. They were fast and the price was very fair.

I have come to bobs a few times already. This last time I brought my oil and filter. They did the job quick and efficiently as they always do. However I noticed an oil leak about two days later. I took it back to bobs. If I’m being honest I was a bit worried that they would not take responsibility, seeing as how I have had this issue with businesses in the past.Well let me just say, not at bobs. Although the filter was faulty, they replaced what’s was needed and didn’t charge me extra. This is how a business should operate. Fair and consistent. Thank you bobs for the pleasurable and professional experience. Highly reccomended.

Went to get my oil changed a few days ago. They were very quick even though I was 3rd in line. I had my baby with me and she didnt even have time to get fussy which is a win in my book. I had a head light out (I already knew and was on my way to buy a new one) but I didnt feel pushed to have it replaced by them. Just politely informed. Keep a look out for coupons online or the back of Safeway receipts and you can get a good deal as well as great service.

My dad went to get an oil change on his truck Sunday because we were traveling out of town. 889 miles into our trip the oil change light came on stating the oil needed to be changed even though the next oil change wasnt supposed to be until 5k miles later. We had to go get an oil change at another place, where they told us that the oil was old. Was pretty disappointed since we are returning customers and had to waste $80 on an oil change. Abysmal oil change, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Fastest oil change around town

As soon as I pulled up someone came walking right out with a friendly smile and was very attentive and professional. All I had to do was hand over my keys right there and go in and enjoy a cup of coffee that was offered to me. I felt welcome and at ease and it was fast and the staff are wonderful and I really really appreciate it.

The best place in town and go get your oil change

I definitely have seen the good and bad but most recently their prices are inconsistent....both if my vehicles use 2 extra quarts of oil...one vehicle was more than $7.00 higher than the other vehicle. Plus if you have a 4 wheel drive they dont check the fluid in that. I have to constantly ask them to check the transfer case fluid as one time I left it was bone dry. Luckily I was having my transmission fluid right after having the oil changed or my transfer case could of blown... Been going to this shop long time not sure whats going on now. Dont understand any of this...

Took my car in today for a basic conventional oil change and tried to use the 29.99 coupon. I was upcharged and ended up spending $66.39 in the end. The oil cap states 5W-20, but full synthetic 0W-20 was used instead. I will never go there again.

Fast and friendly oil change at a fair price

Just bought a car, and decided to try this place out. They were so very nice. Everyone there gets along and works together very well. They changed my oil, and referred me to a place for smog and where I could get some new tires because they noticed that they werent looking so good. I also had some loose wires which were causing the check engine light to stay on, and they fixed that for me too!They are a wonderful bunch of people, and I will be going there for now on and recommending it to others.
