Karen is absolutely the best realtor that Ive ever worked with. She helped my brothers and I sell my mothers home after she passed away. Gave us a bunch of great advice before we even hired her (including explanations of options that wouldnt earn her anything).2. Not only identified repairs that needed to be made before we listed the house, but hired contractors, supervised the work (we didnt live in town), and even paid the contractors so we could handle the costs as part of the closing for the estate.3.
