DO NOT GO HERE.Client of mine had gone here for her previous set 3-4 weeks ago. They used dip instead of acrylic for the blue nails which resulted in the nails being not fully cured (they were brittle and cracking in multiple parts.) Her right pointer finger nail had cracked so badly on her free edge that it cased the natural nail to break along with bleeding and swelling.When we were soaking off her previous set the acrylic was extremely gummy and stretchy which only means they use MMA monomer which is banned by the FDA and illegal to use in Pennsylvania. I will be contacting the state board and reporting this salon.My client came to me with so much pain from her nails breaking and sat through the filing of that broken nail like a champ but she did NOT deserve to be scammed and ripped off like this. She paid $80 to have a dangerous monomer used in her set and have one of the most painful nail breaks shes experienced.She left with a gel mani because her pointer finger was way too swollen to work on. Please, save your money and go elsewhere. Ask to see the products they use and do your research! It is not worth damaging your nails and going through this amount of pain to get a deal and have your nails done fast.

WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! I went to get a fill and asked for a ombré dip the guy told me they didn’t do dip (which they do) so he would do powder that’s not what I’m used to, but I I gave him the benefit of the doubt until my nails started looking like a sloppy mess I asked for dip he got rude and spoke to his other co workers in a different language, a lady proceeded to tell me to soak my nails …. I was there for 35 min soaking my nails no one attending to me a full hour goes past and my nails weren’t even started I walked out in all service was horrible job skill sucked will never be going back.

Worst nail salon i have ever been to. I just got my nails done here and they’re crooked and un-clean+ undone. The lady told me she doesn’t do designs, Which is unacceptable. My nails look horrible.

It’s been less than a week since I got my nails done these photos are from Friday, 3 days after I got them done. They’re all uneven, parts of my nail aren’t covered, she cut 2 of my cuticles and ones infected now, the top coat JUST PEELED UP ON ITS OWN I’ve never had such horrible quality nails 🥲 & I was charged 65$ for them !!!

Poor and bad service. Only wanted my fake nail and polish removed. They didn’t finish the job when they told me to go pay. My hands were super dirty because they did not use any towels or anything. I asked them if I could go wash my hands and they were very rude. I know it’s in a convenient spot but not worth it

Took my daughter here to get Mickey/Minnie mouse ears. Literally wanted a simple Mickey design, got a ridiculous little red blob with two eyes and a white nose instead. The whole time the employees talked in Chinese which I’m assuming we’re talking sh*t. (Might be wrong but judging by the tone I highly doubt it) had they told me from the beginning that they couldn’t do it I would have saved my money & went elsewhere. When I Complained about the design their conversations escalated greatly. The same woman attempted to try the design again then couldn’t, another woman tried twice before finally saying she just couldn’t do it at all.Overall extremely uncomfortable experience, poor customer service, employees were rude.0/10

Do not go here to relax or get decent service! I get a mani pedi infrequently so when I go I want to be pampered and relax. The lady I was assigned to was bothered and annoyed at my presence. I got both my mani and pedi in the pedi chair in less than 30 minutes. I don’t expect an extensive massage but it is included in these services. I got a rushed lotion application. No relaxing massage at all. I was charged $55. What a waste and I will never return!

Very Disappointed, I purchased the so called best Pedicure, which was awful, nothing special about it, plus left bleeding but she continued painting my toenails! Gel manicure was also absolutely awful, I will NEVER return here, such a joke!!

I went with two other people for manicures and pedicures at Europe nails. We all got the same exact thing (gel manicure and gel pedicure) and we were all charged different prices. We got the deluxe pedicure and there was nothing “deluxe” about them. They put a couple different thing on our feet but no massage. The manicures were pretty bad too. They filed our nails unevenly and they filed them after the polish was on! The top of our nails are white from the filing taking off the polish. They are charging high end prices for nails but providing low quality.

Truly one of the worst places I have ever gotten my nails done. The staff is extremely rude and they will actually damage your nails. My nails bled at the end of it. Please save your time and money and do NOT go here

I have never once left a bad review somewhere but my service was terrible! The lady that did my nails put acrylics on in 15 minutes not even..It should not take that quick to do acrylics. My nails actually feel flimsy and like there about to break any minute now. The lady was so aggressive when doing my nails it actually hurt my hands. I even left the salon with wet nails and I got gel polish that’s not right at all.

The nail tech did a decent job on my gel mani, however she didnt bother to wash her hands or clean her station in between clients - meaning that I had to start on a dirty counter full of nail clippings and dust.

I’m beyond disappointed and disgusted with the service I received earlier today! I went in for a pedicure and my daughter toes to be painted. The tech spilled a bottle of nail polish on my $600 PRADA shoes and did a horrific job on my daughters toes. This is the worst services I’ve received going to any nail shop. She used nail polish remover to try and clean my shoes which are BRAND NEW and caused the Prada to come off as if I’ve worn them for months. To top it off the tech still made me pay $60 but my $600 shoes are ruined. I WILL BE TAKING MATTERS INTO MY OWN HANDS.. I understand accidents but I can’t accept not acknowledging and taking accountability for your faults.

This salon fits you in, which is great, but it is always very rushed. For manicures they don’t take care of your cuticles at all. I thought this was always pretty standard when paying $50 for a dip manicure.

I showed them a reference picture and it’s nothing like the picture nor are they pretty at all. I waisted my money on these nails.

My daughter showed them a design. When she was done it looked like a child drew lines on her nails. And she was charged $60. It was a rip off.

Received a pedicure. In and out. No issues. She did a good job.

I got my nails done independently for the first time ever at Europe Nails. The atmosphere was very nice, and the employees were sweet, but the outcome was horrible despite me showing them a photo. They got simple things wrong like shape, length, and even made my nails glossy when I asked for Matte. Along with that, they put rainbow glitter on my nails when the photo had none. I was too nervous to ask for a refund, but when i got my confidence and tried to contact them during business hours, my calls were rejected. I would not recommend Europe Nails.

Over priced. $60 for standard pedicure. No price chart presented, so if they performed an upgraded service, they did not inform me. Will look for another salon.

I got a mani-pedi for the first time here with Mindy and she was wonderful! She was super sweet and gentle. It was super comfortable and relaxing there. They were able to fit me in with a day of appointment on a Saturday and it was pretty busy in there when I was there. I will definitely go back on the rare occasion I do want to get my nails done.

Ive been to about 8 salons in the area. This is the BEST! They were able to take me in quickly and paid good attention to everything. Theyre so adorable and kind. & they did an absolutely amazing job every time! Their customer service was on point & cleanliness.They have made a loyal customer out of me. I absolutely love the end result.

My mom took me to this nail shop to get a pampered for my birthday. They are so sweet and professional. Nail work and customer service is top notch. Will definitely make this my regular spot.

The shape of my nails are different on almost every finger. The lady rushed the paint job, there was nail polish all over my fingers, applied one coat didn’t give it any time to dry and the right away applied another coat. Left chunks of acrylics under my nails, and overall just a bad experience. Also false advertising. Don’t reccomend.0/10

I went in last week for the first time since quarantine. I have been a customer for about a year. I had a dip manicure and pedicure with gel polish. Pre-quarantine, these services would have been $85. Imagine my surprise went I went to pay and I was charged $115!!! This is $30 more than what I had paid int he past. No explanation, the man at the front couldn’t or wouldn’t discuss. I noticed then that the large sign that had regularly hung on their wall withpricing was now gone. To add insult to injury, my nails look hideous. Too short, not smooth. This is the last time I will be going to Europe Nails.

Love the prices and Johnny B did my nails and he was amazing! Did not had the experience like in other places where the hurt my cuticles more than getting my manicure done. I went for a manipedi even I loved the atmosphere just felt a little rushed. We went as a group of 4 and wanted to have the spa experience but felt more like production time especially in the pedicure session. I would give the my a 5 star rating but they are missing meeting a relaxed environment.

I have been here 3 or 4 times now and will continue to go back. I have had my nails done by 3 different ladies and each of them were very good. Took their time and my nails look great.

I went to get my acrylic nails off, and the people weren’t wearing masks and it was very dirty. As the lady was taking my nails off, she was on facetime. It hurt really bad and it felt like they were ripping my actual nails off. My fingers were bleeding afterwards. I don’t recommend.

These people were atrocious! I have taken my girlfriend there multiple times and every time they were extremely rude. We put up with it for a while because the nails were great but their attitudes are too much. Today was the last straw when we went and were told there was a 20 minute wait, we were of course fine with that and sat down. However, after over 40 minutes we were still not helped and multiple walk ins were taken before us. We won’t be going back and you shouldn’t either!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I thought it would be fun to take my niece here while we were out shopping for her first pedicure. I should have read the reviews first. They didnt even give her an actual pedicure - only painted her nails. My niece made a comment that the nail tech hurt her toe because she squeezed it too hard. My niece is 7 and was excellent at keeping still. Then we get home and see that half of one of her toenails isnt even painted! Now onto my nails... While they look okay, the bottom of my feet look worse than they did when i went. She also dropped a sharp tool in the water and it scratched my foot. No apology or anything. DO NOT go here.

Great job with the gel manicure and pedicure according to my wife. The only thing people should know is that there is no tip line on the receipt, so bring cash or theres an atm by Starbucks, if youre going to leave a tip.

Im completely 1000000% convinced that this is the BEST place to get my nails done, especially acrylic. had an appointment yesterday and was served thoughtful. Mary, who made acylic nails for me, Really is a master in the field of manicure. Not only she is fast but also very accurate. My nails look so cute. They also have a big parking lot. All in all, Ill bring my mom next time :)

I think I really wanted to love this place especially since the owner is so nice and gracious. My technician took her time with my nails and made sure they were properly shaped. The salon is always clean and the equipment is extremely sanitary. I would refer any of my friends to try them.

I think they did a great job. i got acrylics and they knew what they were doing. they’re all the same length and the color is amazing. i do have to say it was very pricey, which i am not upset about considering acrylics are a very expensive treatment to get done. but overall i loved it!!!

They were nice and clean. I got acrylics and regular nail polish but they kept trying to push the gel onto me, which is an extra $15.Also when I went to the dryer I wasn’t sure when to leave? They didn’t tell me when I was done nor did the dryer shut off. Other than all this it would’ve been a 5 star review since the end product was good.

I called for an appointment and even though they were super busy, they squeezed me in. Customer service matters, and this place is tops. The staff genuinely cares for her customers. And talked to me the whole time. Also, it is extremely clean. I give them 5 stars for quality.

Terrible service. Terrible quality. The owner or manager or whoever he is, terrible. Do not let him do your nails. He has more important things to do (personal phone calls, paying bills over the phone, talking about probably nothing of any importance to other employees). I was there for over an hour trying to get this man to finish my nails. 30 minutes into it, I asked him if we could try and finish this up (I still had the initial starter tips on, not cut down at all when I asked this) and he said he’s got a lot of people waiting and he will get to me when he can. There were 2 people picking polishes with several other employees available. He was rough with me, ignorant and completely unprofessional. I highly suggest you do not go here. You’ll end up feeling disappointed and disrespected.

TERRIBLE... if you’re particular about what you want and ask for things to be corrected, be ready for an attitude. The girl who worked on my nails was upset because I asked her to change something and she was ready to go home. Customer service deserves 0/5 stars.

I went in today for a full set gel nails. They were extremely nice in here and didnt rush me. The price was definitely worth the quality of the nails. I would gladly recommend this place :)

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I paid $130 for my nails and feet and my nails are not even or smooth. They basically look like I got an acrylic set. I definitely did not get what I asked for. I would never go back there or recommend them to anyone. I’m really upset I paid cash because I definitely would’ve disputed it if I used my card.

Pleasant experience with the tech and they took me right away. But didnt let my gel dry enough and was already peeling within a couple days. My regular place they last for 4 weeks! Very upset i wasted quite a bit of money here. Wont come again.

And I paid 60$. She did such a horrible job that I dont even want them to try and fix them, I asked them for my money back and they said no we will fix them. But I wouldnt let them because I didnt want them to mess them up anymore than what they are. I will never go back or ever recommend that place to anyone! They dont care about doing your nails the right way they only care about the money and they rush so that they can make more money smh. They dont even deserve a one star! Very disappointed!

I told the lady my nails weren’t all the same size. I wasn’t satisfied with anything she did from the shaping to the paint job. My sisters and I made appointments about a week ago to get pedicures together. The worst pedicures we have ever gotten! They barley scrubbed our feet, massage our feet ect., like any other professional salon would do. My sister had polish all over her toes and they looked awful. My other sister didnt even get lotion on her feet. It wasn’t even busy so there was not any reason for them to rush though our service, plus we had appointments in advance! Overall it was an awful experience! We wanted a nice relaxing hour to talk and relax and they had us in and out in 20 Minutes. I could have done better myself! I wish I would have read the reviews because I would have not spent my money at this “salon”. We will not be returning and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. While I did have an okay pedicure, my finger nails were a disaster. The nail tech didn’t listen to me when I said what length I wanted (4 times), he was texting in his drawer the ENTIRE time, nails were crooked and he didn’t even realize that he didn’t paint my second hand - I had to tell him!! To top it off, nails weren’t even dry from their UV light. It was the most expensive and WORST set I’ve ever had.AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

First time at this salon and will never return.The staff was extremely rude. I brought my daughter her 10/12/18 for her nails for homecoming. This is the first time she is getting her nails done, ever. Getting a gel manicure on her natural nail. Everything was fine until she was told to “go over to the water” now she’s never had her nails done so she rinsed her nails off, and stood there until I told her to return to her seat. Upon the nail tech’s return, she looked at my daughter (14) looked at her hand, stared at her with a nasty look, yanked her hand up, looked back by the sink for towels, then ripped a paper towel off the roll sitting right next to her and proceeded to roughly dry her hand. Then she moved to the next hand and again stared at her in an aggressive way and prodceedes to rip a paper towel and roughly dry her hand again. At that point I sat up and turned towards this woman and very sternly said that this was the first time she was getting her nails done and she didn’t know.Another customer commented on how aggressive this woman was being, then she finally calmed her actions down.I will never return to this place, what was supposed to be something special for my daughter was ruined by this rude tech. I only hope that this review helps others make a decision to go elsewhere. I should have taken her to the nail salon by Whole Foods.

One of the worst nail salons ive ever been too! I was waiting and seemed to get taken after 3 woman in front of me. She said someone will get to you and had to move 3 times before someone took me. I just had one nail to fix. She also couldnt find the color i wanted so had me get something else. Very rude employees. I will never be back and would give nothing if i could.

I usually dont leave reviews but I feel obligated to to save other people from this. Today, my grandmother, my sister, and I went to get deluxe mani and pedis. First complaint, the pedi WAS MOST DEFINITELY not deluxe.They rubbed a little bit of lotion and a little bit of scrub on and it was done. Not worth the extra price. Secondly, they were VERY rough with my nails to the point where my sister and I both bled. The color I asked for was not the color I got at all, I think there was a mislabeling issue or something. My last and biggest issue: THEY COMPLETELY UP THE PRICE WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. No way was the service I got $280 worth. And a good warning for anyone who tries to go there, THEY DONT TELL YOU WHEN ITS GOING TO BE EXTRA. Example, theyll offer you gel nails the second you walk in, but dont tell you its extra. Theyll offer you a design but dont tell you its extra. So theyre shoving all these options in your face, but never once stating its $__ extra. Overall, it was not worth the money. The service was extremely rude as well. When you ask them to not do something like push back your cuticles, theyll give you nasty looks. My sister told the girl thank you and gave her a tip, and the nail technician rolled her eyes. Granted not all the nail technicians are like this, I had a very good lady to my nails last summer, but I havent seen her since. The only positive thing I can say is that you get in super fast there is hardly a wait. But there is no counter lady so a nail technician will yell at you from across the room asking what you want while theyre doing someone elses nails. Overall too expensive for mediocre nails and horrible service.

Not a good experience. The guy rushed my manicure and almost forced me to get the most expensive one. My nails chipped so easily. He also didnt paint half of my nail. I do not recommend to anyone.

Professional, clean and always do a fantastic job in my nails. I never have to wait long to be seen either.

They said to me that it is a good-quality manicure (photos) .... And one more thing! As a ex-manicurist, I can tell you, that you should never use a file after covering the nails with a top! Because any damage of the top-layer will ruin next color-layer! But there they try to fix spots by file...... C’mon! Do it ok in the beginning!

I have a physical defect that causes me to only have fingers on one hand. One thing that I always say I enjoy is getting my nails done and of course it’s half price. I live Vegas and needed a fill while in town. I’ve been to salons everywhere and they always kindly say of course half price! Half the fingers, half the time and half the supplies. Not this place! I’ve never been made to feel lousy about my disability in my safe place before. They should be ashamed of themselves. I also was with my mother who was paralyzed in one leg and has a brace. She loves the occasional pedi and it’s a real treat for her. The girl that did her pedi rushed through, did a bad job on the polish and didn’t say one word of greeting to my mom. Not a smile, nothing. Their nasty attitude and their lack of understanding left me appalled. I will never go back when I’m in town.

I am so angry because they rise me $20 dollars of the price of my nails, I used to pay $40 for s gel nails, I asked exactly for the same service and “surprise”. The lady looked me very angry when I asked why it is so expensive today, she said “! for the long sweety!” and this time my nail were sorter the other past times.This saloon was full, I had to wait for long time before to be attended and they moved me to differents chairs before to some one atend me, the first girl was very rude and she did not attend me cordially and she hurt me a lot, and she refused to continue to do her job and she stop to perform her job and leave me when she saw one of her favorite costumers. ( I asume)I didn’t understood what happened and other worked changed me of place again, this lady did the job but she charged me 20 dollars more to a simple gel set of nails. I finished paying 60 dollars.Very bad actitud from de workers, I will not back again and of course I will tell to my friend please don’t go these place again.
