I appreciated the customer service. I was greeted with smiles a attended to as soon as I walked up. I went in for mani/pedi. I came out with mani/pedicure, eyebrows sculpted, and eyelash extentions.. The upsell skills were real, lol.. I enjoyed the services, Ill be back💖

Very poor work I had to fix my nails when I came home he seemed to have an attitude about doing my nails I went in for full set that was 25 a woman told me gel polish will last longer she however did not tell me it would be 20 dollars more Ive been doing my own nails for 8 years and figured Id give it a shot again and it is as bad as I remember will not see me there again👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I was told I was going to wait 30 minutes for a pedicure… ended up waiting 1 hour 15 minutes. I got tired of waiting and changed my mind . My friend got her pedicure done. A customer came in waited 10 minutes before she was sat down for a pedicure….

Quality of my nails are great but I couldn’t help but notice that they were using the same drill. He finished with my hands and another guy took the drill to the lady at the pedicure section. They were also using the same scissors when cutting the nails but that part wasn’t a big deal for me. I’ve just moved here to PA from the south and this is the first nail shop in which I’ve been serviced. It was a terrible first impression. The guy told me I was “special” because it took 3 people to do my nails. Idk what that was supposed to mean but I do know that I never asked the 2 other associates to cross around me and the tech. They acted as if they didn’t grasp the concept of “ombre”, so I went with the white dip powder. They guy who did my nails doesn’t even work at the shop either, he says he’s just here to help sometimes and he didn’t know prices. I’ve read a few other comments that stated that they’ll suggest an up charged service, and it’s true they’ll suggest it but won’t tell you the price UNLESS you ask

So I called for a pedicure for myself and my 13 year old grand daughter. I was given the price of 30.00 a piece. Got there and they said my granddaughter should get gel-she did. The lady asked me if I wanted gel I said whatever. So we both got gel. Then the lady doing my feet asked if I want the callouses removed and I said yes-she said 5.00 more I said ok. I figured 65.00 for the two. Went to pay and she said 95.00!!!!!! What for!! Gel is more!!! She never said a word about gel- I never got a pedicure before so I did not know. They rip you off!!! I paid 95.00. Left and came back. I looked at the sign and kids pedi is 20.00. Then I asked again why so much that she never said gel is more and we got gel at her suggestion but she never said more!! She said it was her mistake/ I said I am not paying for your mistake!!! She gave me 15.00 back. I Will NEVER Go Back!!!!

There are a few people that are really amazing there. There is an older lady that works there that doesnt know how to do powder dip. She tried to talk me into acrylic which I didnt want. So I asked her to just do a manicure. I had a nail that was breaking and she put a dab of glue on or and said it would be fine. The next day I went back because the nail was breaking. Then I ended up breaking 4 nails which I hadnt broken a nail in yearsBut the older gentleman that works there took care of me and didnt charge me for the 4 tips he put on and I was there 2 weeks ago and my nails are still beautiful..

I got an overlay acrylic on top of my natural nails and the shape of my nails are horrible. They also didnt put polish close to my cuticle, so it looks like I need a fill already. The pic of purplish glitter nails are mine.

Work was rushed. There was another customer complaining about her bad work, her cuticles were very messy. They were speaking in front of her in their language rather than English. I am bilingual as well,I but I think there a time and place, especially when a guest isnt happy with their service and you can tell by their tone and inflection they werent speaking kindly about the complaining individual. I think they were a little disrespectful. The thing is that I end up being with a job I didnt love either.

Cindy is the best! Very responsible prices. They take walk-ins, but I make an appointment. I am always very happy with my nails!

Cindy got us in around six and took great care of me and my mom on our mom daughter day!! She did amazing work and highly recommend her!! She went above and beyond for us since!!

Cindy was so nice, even though they close at 7 she offered to stay open late for 2 people who came in after me. She did a great job on my terribly bitten nails, and gave me first aid on my torn cuticles. Would definitely come back again!

My nails and feet are very poorly done and there was fungus on both of my big toes from the previous time they did my feet U will never send anyone to this shop for services

Terrible. Chairs and pedicure chairs beyond worn out. Absolutely gross. Unfriendly staff. Substandard manicure . Just wanted a basic manicure. Tech was on her phone texting. Didn’t even file my nails.
