Thought I had finally found a salon that would be my go-to spot. When I went there they turned me away because theyre were no ladies working that day? Dont know what that was all about but Im glad because I wound up at Allens. Great place! Nicely decorated, clean and spacious with plenty of massage chairs for pedicures. Got a great pedicure from Michael at a very reasonable price. Check them out. Youll be as satisfied as I was.

When moving to a new location it is difficult to find a new salon. I was very fortunate when I chose Allen’s Spa. It is easy to find, easy to make an appointment and the staff is very nice. There isn’t much talking in this very relax setting. Today was my third visit and I am very happy with this salon.

Amazing pedicure! I got the hot stone massage pedicure with gel and it was the best I have ever had. They took their time, the massage alone was at least 30 minutes. It was just wonderful. I will be back for sure.

I was thoroughly pleased each time I have had have gone to Allens for their gel manicures and pedicures. Their manicurists are wonderful as well as their prices, and cleanliness.

I loved the ambiance of this shop, please forgive my cuticles. I use cuticle oil to tone it down. :) I love the shape and color of my nails. I got an acrylic fill in with gel polish. When I said really short, she went SHORT! I really appreciate that since I do work with my hands and long nails would get in the way.

Walked in and was able to be seen right away! Place was very inviting and clean, the staff was also very friendly. Jackie worked on my hands and feet and did an AMAZING JOB. I had a gel pedi and a dip nail extention mani, both are stunning!

I had to wait an hour when I was originally told 15-20 minutes, but it was so worth it. I had an acrylic fix and fill in and it looks great. Katie was my nail tech and was super friendly and made sure i liked how my nails were looking through the whole manicure. She also made sure none of my nails were crooked which happens a lot with the stiletto shape.

Last night I went in for a mani/pedi. Katie was my nail tech. After reading some of these reviews I was a little nervous, but I also realize that most people do not post about their good experiences, only the bad. So I went in hoping for the best, and that is what I got. Katie was great! I asked for the regular spa pedicure with french paint and a french gel manicure. I think they turned out great! She even went back and added multiple layers of top coat on to ensure it would last longer. Thanks Katie!

I have been dying to post this review! I went to Allens Spa Nail Salon the week of my wedding, with my mom and maid of honor (both new to manicures). The reviews were so high and when I got there - I knew why! The place is immaculate and each technician was so friendly and knowledgeable. They have so many colors and options and took care of us entirely. My tech spent time making sure my nails were perfect, glitter application included. My shellac lasted 3 weeks, through my wedding and honeymoon. When I took the shellac off my nails were in great condition (not typical, if youre a regular shellac user).I have never been to a salon so clean and it made me realize how unsanitary other salons are.I CANNOT WAIT TO RETURN!

I have been looking for a new nail place for a while, and think I have finally found it!!!! Allens Spa Nail Salon was fabulous from the booking process to the flawless perfect nails. Booked an appointment here and the response time was so speedy. I was booked within minutes! Once I got there, my appointment started immediately. While my shellac was being removed and everything was so efficient. My nails turned out flawless. The spa was clean, fun, and everyone was so nice! Their prices were totally reasonable but the quality of service was phenomenal! So excited to return! Thank you!!!

Pardon my ugly hands, but they did an amazing job. Technician paid close attention to detail making sure that she cleaned every utensil before using so that my white nails would not be tinted by any previous color she used. Also super sweet!!! I got plain SNS white and asked for a square shape. I also like to ask for them to be thin (2 layers). Also very reasonably priced. I definitely will be back.

Ive been to Top Allens Spa Nail Salon several times and have always been pleased with the service and results.The owners are quick and seem to really care about staff. Ill also add that the staff is pretty good about not chatting or gossiping while working on you -- I understand Vietnamese but am not fluent, so I dont often speak, and rarely have I heard them make any negative comments about customers while Ive been there. Sure, theres the usual she wants this done with some snark, but its very rare and they dont blatantly talk about customers in front of them assuming they dont understand. I respect this and its likely due to management making sure its a pleasant experience for all. That said, I cant say the same pleasantries are exhibited by some of the customers here.I recommend anyone in the area to come here. There prices have fluctuated a bit since I started going there, but the overall convenience and consistency of service I receive is enough to make me keep coming back.

This place is horrible.. I went in for a basic acrylic French tip and nobody knew how to do them on long nails.. the French tip lines were crooked and ridiculous.. I paid $70 for French tips.. this is by far the worse set of nails I have ever gotten and now I have to go elsewhere to get them fixed.. disappointed. Will NEVER go back here again and highly DO NOT recommend

This is my favorite place to get my nails done! I stumbled in here a couple months ago by accident, and been Ive coming back ever since. This place is super clean and very aesthetically pleasing. Im a germaphobe due to my health, and I was extremely grateful that they even open fresh kits per client in front of them. Theyre prices are definitely worth it for the great service you receive. My nails are always done with so much care and attention to detail. I look forward to coming back soon!

So far I have been there twice and each time was a great experience! The nail salon is sooo clean. Honestly, cleaner than any other I have been to before. Everyone is so professional and nice. Their manicures and pedicures will definitely last you a while. Its important to me that the nail techs run on time. If I make an appointment at 2:00, I expect you to take me at 2:00 and each time I went I was taken right on time. Awesome first experience here. Very clean and great selection of colors. The nail technicians speak great English (important when dealing with my broken foot), and are very kind and courteous. Cant say enough great things!

I’m going to give this place two stars because the place was clean and the staff were relatively friendly. However, the technician had no idea what he was doing. I dont think he was trained. Everyone had to help him. He was very rough and cut up two of my nails. My fingers have been in constant pain. I also wanted the shape to be a rounded. I ended up with a square shape and rounded edges. Lastly, the acrylic nails are wider than my actual nail. The technician actually put the acrylic on my skin and when I showed it to him, he just said that’s how it should look and it looks good. I had to go get my nails fixed at a different nail salon.

Went for a pedicure on Monday with my daughter. I loved the lady that did mine. I requested for her to give me her days off so I can request her next time.

Stopped here to get my nails done based off the reviews. They are friendly and accommodating. They were going to have the same manicurist do my hands and toes, but I was running short on time and asked if they could get me done ASAP and they did. Normally, I wouldnt mind waiting but I had to be somewhere. They were nice and got me out in a decent time. They good job on my gel mani and pedi. I will be back.

I walked in and was not greeted by anyone so I almost walked out even though I had an appointment. I picked a nail color and then they told me they didnt have that color and I could have to pick another. The nail technician was very rough and my nails werent filed straight. I pointed out a bubble from the gel and asked that it be fixed prior to curing it under the light and she said it was my nail that was uneven, so if that was the case, I dont know why she didnt file it down before applying the gel. No lotion was put on my hands so I walked out with dry cracking cuticles with nail dust all over. The only benefit that I can see if that the tools used were sanitized with a UV light, but the file was clearly used previously.

@@@I had a great experience here. The tools are sanitized and in sealed packages they open in front of you. All lotions and scrubs are pre-portioned so they dont touch or dip into shared jars. I got the premium mani pedi and it was well worth it. The manicurist took her time with the massage, shaped my nails well and I was happy with the color. My new favorite nail place!**

Had a weird experience here. When I was getting a pedicure I asked the girl doing my nails if work had been busy that day. She replied that she didnt work there. The other man doing pedicures didnt even know her name.She also DIDNT have her long hair pulled back and it touched my toes a few times during my pedicure. Completely unsanitary.On top of that, she used the wrong top coat on my gel nails and couldnt figure out why it was bubbling. The other man corrected her, and she told me not to touch them next time (even though gel nails dry immediately), as if she was blaming me for my mistake.On a final note, the young man greeting at the entrance of the salon is rather grouchy.

Had a manicure and a pedicure. Did a beautiful job! Very nice employees. They did everything I asked them to do. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been there a few times, the place itself is good, the one nail tech sitting at the front desk does a horrible job, her manners are also very inappropriate. She’s done my nails twice, and both times have been awful. She also has done my friends nails, which also came out horrible. She rushes. She wears inappropriate clothing, which makes me think she’s dressing accordingly for tips, and doesn’t care about actually doing a good job and earning them based on her skill level. I would rather wait an hour for someone else than her do my nails again.

Got a gel mani on Saturday night, by Sunday morning one of my nails completely peeled off. Drove 45+ minutes out of my way on Monday to get the one nail fixed. Now it’s wednesday and two more nails have completely peeled off as well with barely any wear and tear. Will not drive the additional 45+ minutes out of my way again to get these two others fixed. Now am going to a different nail place to spend an additional $40+ to get my nails completely redone. Such a waste of time and money. DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE

Last time I got my nails done here I had the gel polish that lasted literally 2 days. I called and took pictures to prove that my polish completely came off of my nail. They said they would repaint free of charge but pretended They had no clue what I was talking about. Definitely wont be back.

This was my go to stop, but my tech left. I can say that in the two years that I visited every two weeks, if I ever had a problem they were happy to fix. Place is Clean. Make an appointment unless you have time on your hands.

Very rude!!! Went in on Sunday with a friend to get our nails done; they had asked what we needed. Afterwards, they said they were TOO BUSY and to go to other salon in the plaza and pointed us out in a ignorant tone. If you were too busy, why bother asking what we needed...Didnt even ask if we would mind waiting. Just shooed us out, they dont even have their website PROPERLY made and ironically, the pricing isnt even listed on their site. WONDER WHY?!!?!!

I got a gel dip manicure for the first time. My nails look nice, and the service was OK, but I don’t think I will be getting this manicure again. It was much more expensive, $45 not including tip, and my cuticles were not touched and there was no mini hand massage. I feel like if you’re paying that much for a manicure, those two things should be included. Also, I didn’t realize that the drill was used on your nailbeds before applying the polish and I purposefully have never gotten acrylic nails because of that. Not the worst, not the greatest.

The nail tech was very friendly and thorough during the pedicure, but my gel manicure didnt even last a full 6 days. 5 nails have chipped or cracked.

I received an 8 minute manicure earlier this week. No kidding! She did nothing. Barely worked on my cuticles and rushed the lotion and paint job. Charged $17. Not even close to worth it and I’m never going back.

I went to Allens Spa Nail Salon in Settlers Ridge. They did a HORRIBLE job!!! The girl did not do my nails they I told her to! I work hard for the money I earn and my nails are the only luxury I get done. When I am paying for a service I expect it done right! I can not find a good nail salon, but this place is the WORST place I have been to! My nails are way to thick, she did not file and shape them!!! I am so upset I am in tears!!! I do not have the money to go elsewhere and get them fixed. I told her I was not paying for them because she did such a horrible job she then said she would call the police. So I paid and made a huge scene and said I would NEVER be back!!!

Trying to find a new nail place closer to my new place. went into allens and there was only one nail tech i saw and she told me wait was going to be three hours for a pedicure when she had only two people getting their nails already done. Walked out because she didnt even try to accommodate for me to keep my busniness, or call in another nail tech. will not go back to this nail salon.

I have been going there for about 6 months because it was a convenient location. I was rarely thrilled with my nails but they werent always horrible. Today I went and 3 employees were sitting (no customers). I was seated promptly. My nail technican was rushing through everything. She spoke on the phone the ENTIRE time. She grabbed the wrong nail color and when I mentioned it she said no it’s the same. My nails are literally cut crooked. There is SNS gel on my actual skin. At the end she touched my nails and visible messed up 3 of them and then when I said it didn’t look right she refused to acknowledge it and then said it’s 45 dollars and acted like she couldn’t hear me complain about them. I will never go back here again. I took a bunch of pictures and will post on every website possible. I cannot believe I paid for these nails.

Is there a rating lower than 1? Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service.Walk ins take priority over your appointment..just know that going in. When the owner does your nails, she acts as if she is doing you a favor. First of all she was 20 minutes late and not so much as an acknowledgement of that...No hello, no questions about how you like your nails, WHEN she knicks you..no apologies..I had to ASK for antiseptic and when shes finished she sticks your hands under the drying lights and turns to start someone else without even so much as a thank you. She was too busy rushing my manicure to get to her walk in.

KATIE is the only tech worth seeing at this salon! Her work is 5-star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but the salon, their manners, and their poor customer service can kick rocks.

I went for a mani pedi 2/26/18. The pedi was i kid you not 9 mins. Water was cold and didnt trim my cuticles. I opted for the sns mani which again she didnt shape, trim the nails, or trim the cuticles. Dremeled my nails so much my fingers still hurt. The polish makes me look like I have clubbed fingers. Absolutely the worst place to get your nails done do not go here. Went with a friend and we were the only two there but they separated us. My lady spoke on her phone the whole time.

So I asked for a refund on my $50,00 (PRE PAID CERT),,, they said they would not give my $$$$$$$ back! Overpriced compared to other typical asian owned nail salons. Received a mani/pedi for out of town wedding;overall sloppy. The next day large flake chips in polish, couldnt go back to complain/fix it. Felt rushed to choose polish colors (cultural barrier?). Didnt use sanitized cuticle trimmers...had to speak up. Wont return for services. Only pros were good massage chairs.
