After three very disappointing nail salons in a row, I was going to hang it up for a while. While researching for another nail salon, I prayed this next one would be a home for me and it was.I absolutely loved the location.From the phone call to walking in the salon, I had a really good feel. My experience was with Heather, the owner, which was nothing but professional, friendly and right on point with my nails. My appointment was on time which isn’t a real big deal but it meant something.I was very satisfied and I expressed that I won’t go to anyone else and was so happy to of found her.The salon was really nice inside and very clean.With talking to Heather, she mentioned she had a stand up bed for tanning, I’m very interested and can’t wait to try.I’m looking forward to return.

It is very clean and cozy. Little tricky to find but it is a wonderful place! Ginette is amazing!!! She is super nice, friendly and very chill person. I had a great first time experience getting a pedicure with my fiance. She also goes to Ginette to get her nails done monthly and they are perfect every time.

Heather does a great job and treats you like you are the most important person.

Heather was a total delight! I called at 10AM to see if there was anything available and she fit me in at 11:30. She was so kind and polite, and SUUUUPER fast. I’ll only go to her from now on!

I love Connie! This was the first time Ive ever had my nails done and wasnt sure what to expect. Shes very friendly and pleasant to chat with while she does my nails. She helped me pick out colors and decide what was best for my nail type. Very honest and doesnt try to get you to pay for anything that you dont need. Ill be going back in a few weeks. Very happy with this salon.

I was dreading finding a nail tech that was closer to me for months and I finally broke down and Googled some salons close to me. I came across Perfect Ten, made an appointment with Heather, and I have been on cloud nine ever since! No exaggerating, she does exactly what I ask for, I can show her a nail design and she can do whatever that is in the picture. My nails are on point every single time. The salon is nice and clean and comfortable, music always playing something good, and the conversation is great! The price is definitely fair. Im SO glad I find this place...whats really amazing is I always end up going well over three weeks, (I should be ashamed of myself), between appointments, and my nails dont break and still getting compliments on them. This time it was six weeks...SMH. Dont hesitate to make an appointment!

I moved here from Alabama in September of last year. I didnt know where to go for nails. Of course, I googled. Perfect 10 came up. I made an appointment with Heather. I cannot put into words how wonderful she has been to me. Shes made my transition easier. She remembers my life events. She always fits me in somehow. If you arent coming to her, youre missing out on a gem! Her work is outstanding!!

I love Connie. She is warm, friendly and very real not fake. She does an amazing job, plus she cares. I had a nail mishap and she came in on her day off. I have found a great place to get my nails done and a great person to do them. UNFORTUNATELY CONNIE HAS MOVED ON. SHE WAS THE ONLY FRIENDLY FACE THERE.She now has a beautiful salon of her own

My new go-to nail salon- best gel manicure I have EVER had! Ladies that work here are so friendly, and I can go 3 full weeks without a single chip! Tons of gel colours to choose from! Its very small (I think only 2 or 3 nail techs) so I always make an appointment but theyre very accommodating. Prices seem on par with others in the area, go get your nails done here!

I used to go this place once in a month, Both the ladies are very good, kind and very respectful!I used to get done my pedicure and manicure from Connie every time ., she do really good !! Also heather was so nice and I have get done my manicure with her once ! Thank you ladies !!

Her personality is so welcoming & genuine AND she does an amazing job on my nails! Her salon is very clean which is VERY important to me! I highly recommend Perfect 10!!!

Heather is an artist and a true professional. Her skills are exceptional and she is kind and warm. She strives to build a relationship with each of her clients, and every experience I have in her salon feels like hanging out with my gal pal for an hour. Manis and Pedis are beautiful and consistent, and waxing is very well done and with great attention to detail. No post-visit tweezing required.

Love it!!! Heather & Connie do a super job, know their stuff, do great work, prices are very reasonable. What I also like is the venue is on Green Tree road and so easy b/c ample free parking -easily accessible behind their venue. This is a fun super place for mani & pedis plus some other services (eyebrow/facial waxing.) They dont try to sell you products and, yes Im going to mention that Im very OK with a very good local merchant, my neighbors. Sorry, dont mean, to be mean or to offend anyone. But, this place a gem, English spoken first! It is just a rather good, really good nail salon!

Far from Perfect 10. To start off I was told it would be 10 mins and waited 30 mins....with a scheduled appointment. The woman doing my nails acted like she was better than other nail places I have gone too, but it was one of the worse nail jobs Ive received. Honestly not sure how this place has such good reviews. The shape of my nails were all over the place and she somehow managed to slice my thumb with a nail file. No hand massage, lotion or warm towel. Im giving 2 stars because the place is cute and she did try and talk with me. I dont like when you go to a business and they down talk other nail salons though, very unprofessional. Guess this is what I get for visiting a different nail salon since I couldnt get in with my girl. Never again.

This was probably the best mani pedi I have ever gotten!! I went there with my bridal party the day before my wedding and the ladies were more than wonderful. We had a slight mishap with a nail dryer and I was so surprised with how well they handled it. I was waiting to be asked to leave, but the exact opposite happened, the owner totally brushed it off and was all about making sure I was relaxed and enjoyed my day. The American manicure that I got was so nice, even after it had to be redone because I put my shoes and socks on a little too early before they were dry. I will definitely go back again. I couldnt have asked for a nicer, more relaxing experience. The fact that they do nail designs is pretty awesome, too. Thanks again ladies!!

I had such a great experience with Connie! I went in for a pedi and gel manicure and both look flawless. I particularly loved the pedicure. Connie got all of my calluses and dead skin off my feet and I have never felt my feet be that soft and smooth, ever! Both mani and pedi were relaxing and Connie was so nice to talk to, and will go out of her way to get you in for an appointment, even after hours. I 100% recommend Perfect 10 and Ill be back soon!

I went to the salon recently on a weekend and the staff was extremely accommodating. I was a little concerned after my appointment regarding the price I was charged, as there are no prices listed on their website. I called the salon a few days later and they were incredibly attentive and explained everything to me. I was really impressed that they handled my concerns so seriously and the technician, Connie, called me herself to ensure that my concerns had been resolved. They were very apologetic regarding the miscommunication. I am really happy with the quality of my mani/pedi and also with their swift attention to customer concerns.

I live on the other side of Pgh but went here because I was in the area. I got a mani and pedi and she did an AWESOME job. Very friendly staff. I dont have kids but the salon does over a little area with lots of toys. Ill definitely be going back!
