Going to Miami in 2 weeks! Casey did such a wonderful job. She did exactly what I asked for! She is such a talented, bubbly, sweet, & professional nail tech. She took her time doing my nails which I appreciated. I highly recommend her! Staff were kind & engaged with customers which I enjoyed seeing. I would totally come back :)

New to town and was looking for a nail salon. I came in based off of the reviews on Google. Im so glad I did! Everyone was so nice! The shop is clean and the energy/vine is relaxed. The owner did an awesome job on my full set! Ill definitely be back soon.

This place was amazing. I will definitely go back. This place is out of my way and there are places closer to my house but this place is way better and I’d rather drive all the way there for the service. Friendly staff. Lots of selection on colors and superb service. I love this place.

Even though I didn’t have an appointment, I was quickly helped and taken care of! Very gentle when removing my gel polish, cutting cuticles, and clipping nails. The pedicure seats have great massage options, and the hot stones feel amazing on your heels/calves! I didn’t feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone. They took their time, communicated well, and kept light conversation! :) as a diabetic that appreciates care with my feet, I will definitely be going back. Other places are too rough and don’t put in as much attention to detail.

I went to Sassy Nails today to get a mani pedi for the first time in over a year. I was really looking forward to my appointment but I was quickly disappointed. The person who did my acrylics did them extremely fast and the gel polish was lumpy and very uneven. The pedicure was equally rushed (but somehow cost $47...). The never cut my cuticles, soaked my fingers, or moisturized my hands.I asked if they could fix up my nails and the lady who did the pedicure agreed that they looked bad so she said she could repaint them for me. She proceeded to try and make my nails look better but left my cuticles and finger tips bleeding from the use of the rotary tool.I left the salon as soon as I could because I had been there since 11:00 am and it was now 1:45pm by the time they finished. I didnt realize till I was in my car that excess gel polish was caked on my fingers. This place was sloppy and messy and very disappointing. Despite the unsatisfactory service the first time on the nails they offered nothing to compensate for the loss of time and poor nail job.

I got a mani/pedi and it cost me $130 including tip the pedicure was very nice the lady was super friendly loved it she left me sitting there for about 15 min after I was done which was fine with me as they were busy but I got to the manicure table and she started rushing my nails right away they were kind of busy so I didn’t mind but she rushed the whole manicure and it ended up looking bumpy and kind of thick but over all I love the colors and the ombré but the price for everything was rediculous for the manicure it should not have been that expensive for something that’s rushed

Stumbled across them by accident and what a find! Always excellent, great massage and the hot stones are awesome. Pedicure lasts and lasts. Have half a dozen closer to me but Ill keep driving to Sassy.

This place was awesome. They kept our party together and the techs were so great, my pedi massage was everything I needed. The Manager, was charming and friendly-

I had an appointment at Sassy Nails for a Manicure/Pedicure. I arrived on time and had my Pedicure done on time. I was satisfied with the Pedicure service. When finished, I believe she was the owner, told me that she would do my Dip manicure. The salon was very busy and I believe she was trying to keep customers happy. She could not find the color I wanted, so I had to change my selection a couple of times. She did not start with a manicure, but just started the Dip process. She left me sitting at her station on several occasions, servicing at least 2 other customers while I waited. Apologizing each time she returned. She used her sharp finger nail to push my cuticles back when they were in her way. Very painful and unsanitary. No manicure was ever done, and the Dip on my nails was so thick, I needed to have them removed. I paid for my service and left a tip, which the salon actually double charged my credit card for. I have my bank disputing this additional charge. I paid $82 dollars for these services, plus a good tip, which I regret now, and was very disappointed with my experience. It cost me $35 dollars, plus tip, to have them soaked off as they looked ridiculous(it looked like had balloons on my nails). It took the other salon tech an hour to remove them.. There are so many nail salons available, and I suggest you take this one off of your list.

This nail salon is the cutest and definitely me new go to in town! They were able to get me in super quickly the day of and it was exactly what I asked for! I already cant wait to go back for another manicure.

I finally found a spot that I love! I am very particular about my nails, so I have been searching all over. This will be my spot going forward. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly by the receptionist. I got SNS, so I was given a HUGE selection of colors. So much to choose from can be overwhelming! (but in a good way). I only waited for about 5 minutes before being seated at my pedicure chair. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the woman that did my pedicure, but she was very nice and also made sure to put hot water in my tub periodically throughout my pedicure so it never got cold. All in all, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.

Got my nails done here for the first time with my friend who is a regular. Its so close to where I live. I was able to find the exact color I had in mind before I got there. A good amount of gel colors. The owner was great. She was sweet and did an amazing job. Prices are high but it is downtown so that is to be expected.

Booked an appointment the day before over the phone, showed up on time. Was sat down quickly at pedicure station but waited more than 45 minutes for a tech. Water was cold by the time anyone addressed me or my friend to tell us we were next. We got up and left. Would not recommend! If it is too busy simply say so! And don’t book the appointment if you are overbooked!

Its a nice salon, the staff do a really good job on pedicures and nails. The prices are a little high... It was $62 for a gel polish pedicure and the color didnt turn out the way I wanted it. The technician worked so hard on it though and I didnt want to complain and have her redo it. It was really busy and near closing time, they let me do a walk in and Im happy with the service just not the color of the nail polish. It was supposed to be a holographic purple and it turned out looking silver, you cant even see the purple at all.

Pedicures are AMAZING. Ask for the Volcano Spa Pedicure. This includes a 2 part soak, Pedicure (cleaning of the feet & toe nails), a foot & leg scrub, hot towels, hot stones, lotion, & massage. Suggest that you wear pants that are easy to roll up above the knee. I prefer gel polish (additional charge) since there is no drying wait time & typically last longer than regular polish. I never go anywhere else for pedicures now. Ask for pricing ahead of time, it is more expensive than a basic pedicure.

They use to be great 2 years ago. I had 2 nails that broke they charged me 5 dollars each, so after my fill it was the same price as a set put on. Use to fix for free like every were else. Also cut my cuticle. Infected. New people? Never again use to love it there for years!! Never had any problems!

This was my first trip to Sassy nails and I will definitely be back. I got a lovely pedicure for a great price but what impressed me the most was how friendly and happy the staff and the clientele were. It was obvious that this salon has a lot of regular customers.

I have not been to Sassy Nails in several years (always did excellent nails but found a place open on Sundays at the time). Now, I needed to find a closer place due to salon staff changes and I decided to go back to Sassy Nails. Great choice! Lana did an absolute perfect pink fill (I have pink/white). Very pleased and will be returning. Michelle is awesome - she remembered me plus my daughters!

Casey is quite possibly a life saver. I stick my hands in hot water and chemicals continuously throughout the day, five days out of the week, and Ive had no lifting problems. Shes very meticulous in properly cleaning away the cuticle while still being gentle, she also makes sure to clean off any excess product. Her designs are immaculate and shes arguably one of the best techs in the area. 10/10 I have been recommending her to everyone.

Pedicure itself was pretty good. I came with my friend who is a regular here, we had called ahead. Both our services were started, but then one technician continued my friends pedicure while the other left me soaking for 20+ minutes in cooling water, abandoning my service to instead do a polish change on an older woman who had come in after us.If you choose to use this salon, be mindful that your time may not be respected.

My client Tammy comes in once a month for her nail art with Lana. Yesterday she made an appointment at 10 am for today with anyone available since Lana is on maternity leave. She waited 30 minutes and no one was available to take her except she noticed that about 3 walk-ins with no appointments were assigned to their clinicians. So she is VERY DISAPPOINTED for being ignored. Normally she would rate Sassys a 5 star salon. She is waiting for Lana to return before she will return.

Best place around town! They have luxurious pedicures without the high cost. The staff are very friendly and do high quality work.

Ive been doing pink and white nails for a few years now. I was in the area one day and needed a full new set. I got Lana and I will never see anyone else. She is amazing at pink and white. I have flat nail beds, so I always get lifting. Ive never had them lift with Lana. My photo is a few days after a pink fill. Ive even made an appointment and cancelled and she always gets me in. Shes so sweet and kind. I always like the people when I go in there. If you do pink and white is definitely see Lana.

Made an appointment the day before to make sure we could get in, waited 45 minutes soaking our feet and probably would have had to wait at least 15 minutes longer for someone to get to us but left with soggy feet and unpainted nails. Bummed about it. I get being busy but why say you have room/time when you dont?

My daughter LOVED her nails. A lil spendy but i guess it was worth it. Will be back.

Kim is amazing! Not much of a getting my nails done girl but this is the second time Ive been here and both times the staff were friendly and did a fantastic job!

Christina is my go to tech. I have very sensitive nail beds and she takes her time and uses great care so make sure I am comfortable. All the staff are kind to all customers and to one another. I have used them for many years and have not been disappointed.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with our experience, right when we entered we were pleasantly greeted by receptionist. Especially after a long flight from the west coast this was very much needed as my Wife wanted to be pampered after we landed.

First time I came to this salon was 2 weeks ago. Called the day before to make an appt and was told I could come in at 9am. I showed up at 9 am... with 7 other people. Only a few of us were on the books but was told by phone to come in. Employees had to scramble. Forward to today, I had called Thursday to make an appt. Told me 9 am. Its 9:20am and 4 other customers are waiting. No one is here. Lights arent on. I like the work but this is pretty sad.Edit: Choua is an amazing nail tech. Will be back despite it all.

I’ve been going here regularly since I moved to Minnesota and I haven’t had a bad experience yet! The customer service is amazing and my nails always look great. I occasionally take my daughters in with me and they always do a little design on their nails for free.

Ive been coming to this nail salon for 13yrs now and have never had a bad experience. My daughter has been joining me since she was 3yrs old and when she was younger they would even put flowers on her toes for free! So sweet! Such great customer service. Ill be going here as long as they are around:)

If you want the best pink & whites come here! I’ve been getting my pink & whites done at Sassy Nails every month for the last 11 years and no one does pink & whites better than them! I drive 30 mins just to see them. I’ve tried to find a salon closer, but no one compares. Make an appointment & you’ll be in and out quickly.

I want to start by saying I have been a costumer at the Vadnais heights sassy nails for over 2 years monthly. Before today I would have rated them 5 stars I had an appointment set for a friend and I today. a pedicure and manicure I was getting the pedicure . I was seated at the foot bath and my friend was seated after we both heard the nail tech complain that she didn’t want to do the manicure and the manager told her to not be lazy. They were seated for the manicure and I waited for 27 min in the foot bath with no service. I ended up getting up and walking out. I never received an apology nor given the opportunity to speak to a manager. After years of choosing sassy for all of my nail needs, Will not be returning.

Michell made some beautiful improvements to the shop! The people are professional and personable 😍 great price for the quality service I received! Repeating next month for sure!!

I have had acrylics for at least 15 years, and have to say Pa does the best job of any nail tech I have been to. Never ever any lifting, fungus, peeling, etc. Even after 3 months of no fills due to covid shut downs, my nails held up great. I love Sassy and Pa.

I have been going to Sassy for at least 14 years and have always left happy with my results. I usually go to Pa or Fang (spelling?). They both do a great job and are nice to chat with. 😁

My daughter and I have tried a few other salons closer to home, but always end up coming back to Sassy Nails! The staff is fantastic and the quality of their work is amazing! No comparison.

Great salon! Clean, bright, extensive color selectio. Everyone Ive ever had has been super nice and professional. A special shoutout to the owner, who not only did an amazing job on my spa mani and spa pedi. A note, most technicians Ive had have been toward the aggressive side for cuticle trimming. I prefer this, but if you dont, Id let them know. They always have a lot of technicians so the availability tends to be really good, and Ive never felt rushed. Overall, Ive always had a great experience here and highly recommend their services!

Shop was so clean and a gal was wiping down chairs and sinks, disinfecting with the virus. Felt very comfortable! Everyone was complying with mask mandate. I will be back again!!! Best pedi I’ve had in a long time!! Kim was my nail tech and she did such a good job. I’m really particular about my pedis so I’m happy to have found a place where I’ll definitely go back. The nail shaping was on point, not too short. She cleaned the nail beds well, pushed the cuticles, scraped underneath, clipped the dead skin and exfoliated well. These are pretty standard but if you’ve ever been gypped, you appreciate when it’s thorough. Hot stone massage was included. The paint job was precise. Both feet received equal TLC. The only negative was that when I called ahead they said ok to come now but then I ended up waiting 45 minutes. Sometimes that’s how it goes and can be understandable but there was no communication from the staff saying it will be a little longer, etc. Next time I will just go during a less busy time :)

Made an appointment at sassy nails for 7pm. Dude to COVID they are doing appointments only. Arrived at 650 to sign a waiver. Called to be let in. Said they would be right with us. 45 minutes later we were still outside waiting to be let in and they disconnected their phone. Poor service. Won’t be coming back.

Pricing has been taken down from Salon wall and the FB page😐I was just charged 60.00 for a new acrylic set and a brow touch up. I asked why it was so much and was told the price went up to $47.00 for a new set and 13.00 for brows.A friend was charged 37.00 for a regular manicure of her own nails.My other friend was charged 45.00 for a basic pedicure.We dont be going back as we were totally taken advantage of.

I am so in love with this place. You go in there and everyone is so welcoming. They joke around with you and make the atmosphere very inviting. My nails look amazing. I got a full set and I have no crooked nails! Thats huge for me because usually I have at least 1 messed up nail,but not with this place. I have 10 perfect nails. This is now my go to nail place. Customer for life here!

Lana is the best! So gentle with my feet because she knows Im ticklish! She also gives the best foot and leg massages.

Went to get a pedicure with family and had a great time! Staff is friendly and everyone got a great pedicure with great service. I even had to put my socks and shoes back on after my nails dried, which is always risky business, and they lasted the whole trip through the grocery store and home! I definitely recommend this place!

I’ve never been treated so badly at any place I’ve been! I went in to get a pedicure and full set. They were really busy so I asked if I could make an appointment and come back later. They said yes. I came back at the agreed to time and the lady starts the water and I sit down. I wait over 15 minutes for someone to actually do my pedicure. When she was painting my toes, she kept confusing what I wanted. I kept explaining it. There was an employee right next to her who heard everything but didn’t try to help. She never did get what I wanted right. When she was done with my pedi, she says, wait 10 minutes and then you go. She rushed off and I couldn’t get her attention so I told the employee next to her I had wanted a full set also. She says we’re too busy. I told her this is why I made an appointment. She starts talking in Vietnamese to another employee and he looks and me and shrugs and says sorry. Unbelievable! These people were so disregarding of anyone but their regulars. They were so rude and uncaring. If your a regular there your probably ok but if not, DON’T GO THERE! They are rude and don’t care at all about customers who aren’t regulars.
