I love these people. Really. They are polite and friendly, they show up in a reasonable amount of time, which is fairly quick. They have helped me many times. I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied. They are real good at what they do. When it takes longer than what it should, they still get the job done with a smile, they are kind, they are honest.I dont have to worry about getting things out of my car because I trust them. I am so thankful for the people at Pacific Towing my life is so less stressful knowing they are somewhere around and I very very much appreciate you. I required a jump start from a dead battery. I pay for roadside service through my car insurance. Calling the National roadside service center was a nightmare but Pacific Towing has no control over that. I finally hung up and called Pacific Towing directly. Best thing I could have done. They were friendly and processed my request quickly. Tow truck showed up much sooner than estimated, which was a plus. Jumped my car and had me back on the road in less than 5 minutes after arriving. Driver was wonderful.

Fast,reasonable rate and the driver was very pleasent.

The driver was extremely rude. There was a line of cars that had no where to go, and the driver kept laying on his horn. When he finally got through the cars, he drove fast and aggressively, and almost hit 3 women standing in line to enter a local business. He blocked several cars, and then starting screaming at people who were trying to help each other get around his truck. He was also shouting at people to shut up. Then when he was leaving the parking lot, he was again yelling at people and honking repeatedly. The poor woman having her car towed kept apologizing, and management of the surrounding businesses as well. Myrtletown Shopping Center, April 20 2021, at approx 11am.

5 stars!!! Was at Bear River Casino early in the morning and realized I locked my keys in my car. They got their within 30 minutes. Driver was respectful and easy to get along with and had me on my way quickly. Great job all the way around

Called in to get a tow, they were unable to do so, so I called Humboldt Towing, who had no problem.

Receptionist refused to serve me for asking what the going rate is..Then I had told her it was way to steep..for towing in eureka from point A to Point B..A one 🌟 is being way to generous..Totally discussed with their way of handling business.

Overpriced but service is fair

Although I would describe the phone etiquette of the two employees I talked to as less than personable, they arrived quickly and got my car open with ease. I would recommend using them for lock-out services. They are the cheapest in the area.

I literally almost got hit by a driver while crossing the street as a pedestrian. He saw me and made no attempt to slow down. 14th and g street eureka at 330pm sat dec 19.

I was told to watch my phone for notifications. I got a call the driver had been with the car for 5 minutes. 10 min later, a phone notification the driver was arriving.

Very compassionate folks here. I appreciated the kind service - especially when you need kindness the most.

They towed my car that had been missing for three weeks and charged $835.00 for a twenty mi. tow! When I asked about their outrageous tow price I was given 3 different reasons for it. Terrible service upon trying get appointment to pick my car up! Told that if I didnt pick up by 5 pm I would be charged $55. again! They kept me waiting with dear friends who were nice enough to take me to Eureka to pick up making them wait for hours. Very discussed and will never use them again!

First off, price is unreasonable. I got my car towed to Eureka Brake and Auto, their next door neighbor! Yes it was from Arcata to eureka I get it, but at those prices, I wouldn’t recommend anyone unless you absolutely needed a tow.Second, I checked on my car and I was let known that the tow driver forgot to release my keys to the mechanics. I called pacific towing to ask about my keys and was answered by a rude lady that told me he’d bring my keys in a few minutes. I waited 30 minutes until I decided to walk around the corner to see the tow truck driver smoking a cigarette.Asked for my keys and totally surprised him.Would definitely not recommend this place.Ridiculous prices. Rude employees.

Dusty was so meticulous! My car wouldnt go into neutral. He carefully used skids and attention to detail to get it loaded and off loaded into a tight space without dragging either bumper on my luxury sedan with low clearance.

Owner Dwight Mullins is a very reasonable, human person. Very helpful and professional staff. Glad to have been towed by them after a crash. Be sure to be clear with them whether you have collision insurance with AAA or not, this is a big factor in what your fee will be assessed at and if you dont have it, you will want to get your vehicle out ASAP because AAA cant immediately reimburse you for the tow and related fees. Collision is a different insurance than the minimum required by California. Overall, would recommend this towing company to anyone in the Humboldt Bay area.

Needed an extra 10 minutes to get there and they waited for me. It would have been a huge problem ($ and time) waiting for following day.

I have never experienced a more rude person in my life than the driver that came to tow my car. I had to have my car towed from work. I was in with a patient and couldnt answer the phone call but was in the parking lot less than 5 minutes after they arrived. The driver was unbelievably rude and disrespectful, not only in the voicemail he left on my phone but in person, questioning why I didnt just put my spare tire on (my car didnt come with one), why I didnt drive my car to the tire shop (obviously Im working), and many other rude comments. I will never use this company again!

Please tell me why I’ve been waiting for 2 hours.. I’m still waiting for the tow truck after making two calls and first they said 90 minutes and asked for my credit card info then after 1 hour I called back and they said another 45 minutes. Well I feel like I just got robbed...

If I could leave a rating with no stars I would but unfortunately Im required to give Pacific towing a star that was unearned. I had an AWFUL experience with Pacific towing company. I would NEVER recommend their services. Employees are disrespectful, and unprofessional. I would recommend doing business with ANYONE but this company!!!
