My tech came up with something after I told her I wanted something beachy and blue. She really was amazing and personable. I happy with result!! A true 5 star experience!

The first time I went my nails were popping off within days I tried to give them another and these are just terrible, the shape, the paint job, everything.my nails shouldn’t look like this.

I got a pedicure and half my toe was not painted which I noticed when I got home. My nails chipped a day later when I wasn’t even doing anything that would make them chip. Spend $100 for a terrible job

By far the most DISRESPECTFUL people that I have ever met. I went to get my nails done on Friday and the nail tech (the older man) did an absolutely terrible job as see in the pictures. My nails looked like they needed a fill. I spoke to the manager, Annie, and she told me to come back in on Monday and they would fix them.I came back in Monday and no one wanted to fix my nails. I waited and waited while they took multiple other customers in front of me on purpose. Finally a woman was able to go my nails and when I sat down she immediately began digging an artificial nail into my nail bed trying to separate acrylic from my real nail. I feel she did completely this on purpose! NO APOLOGY. My nail bed was bleeding which is what you see in the picture below. Still no apology.I told them I wanted the manager contacted and the shop goes dead silent. They would not call a manager. I have never been so disrespected in all my life. No one cared not one bit to fix their poor work and then I feel that they hurt me on purpose. Do not go here! If I could give them less than one star I would! They are terrible people. All of them!

Poor. Went to same girl Dana 3 chances did gel too thin, nails broke before 1 week made appt to have fix and waited 1/2 hour then when asked someone else to fix and was told had to wait till the same girl who originally did them was available. She was only half done with the girl before me so I told them Id never be back!

I had a pedicure that was fine and then moved over to get my set. The nail art was beautiful, the conversation nice, I was the last one in the salon and felt safe the entire time.

How have I not reviewed this yet!? I am a nail perfectionist. I have been going to this place for many times and They are absolutely amazing, every single time!!!

I got individuals there and they put the false lashes directly on my natural lashes rather than putting it very close to the natural lashes. As a result, all of my natural lashes fell out. This was my first time getting individuals so I wasn’t aware but became suspicious because it was very painful when first applied. Once the pain continued, I decided to remove them (which I did properly), which was even more painful. Once removed, I realized it ripped out all of my natural lashes! I also received an extremely mediocre pedicure in which the artist put one coat of glitter polish on my nails and refused to do a second coat. She also did not give me a top or base coat! Lastly, no matter how long I wait, they also take people who have JUST WALKED IN over me! I would not recommend.

Over priced for a basic nail . 65$ for no design and short length. The prefer a certain payment method and do not notify costumers ahead of time of the preferred method. Poor communication skills. Don’t complete costumers wants as far as shaping the nail. They do their suggestion . Shaping could be improved. Specially for how they are pricing for a basic nail with polish . It just seems rushed ! They’re too “busy” to have quality on your nail.

On August 12, 2020 I got my nails done i paid 55 dollars for gel polish. Today is August 17, 2020. Within 5 days, not even a week 6 nails have fallen off. Im also left with a tore cuticle. Im not saying its a bad shop but choose wisely on who you let do your nails there.

My tech was just too fast. My toenails are just as bad. This was done on Saturday, went back Sunday, Annie just brushed over my nails with the same color, never removed the old coats. So, wont be going back there.

They should have zero stars. Got a full set with gel polish and by the end of the week 2 tips popped off and the acrylic has lifted on almost every finger. Im also having a hard time getting them on the phone. DO BETTER !

ATTENTION:This place sucks!! The customer service is terrible. All the nail techs lack knowledge and actual nail skills and they act as if they don’t speak/understand English very well, but been a staple in the “urban community” for years. The nails, gel polish, and designs all are poorly done and don’t last. This place is a complete waste of time and money it’s ridiculous. Honestly the only thing this shop has to offer is an excellent eyebrow person. If that’s what you need at the moment 🤷🏽‍♀️

I came in for a simple fill. They were able to take care of me right away, however, they did an AWFUL job. The older gentleman did them but failed epically. Half of the time he was doing them, he wasnt even looking at them! The polish I picked must have been old because it went on clumpy. I asked him three times if I could pick a different color and he shook his head no and continued to slop of clumpy nail polish on my nails and all over my skin! I told him the polish was all over my skin and he ignored me. He slopped on the top coat and again, let it get all over my skin. Unfortunately I paid for the service before he started painting them. The whole experience was awful and the salon is filthy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Very dirty nail and eyebrow stations. Annie reuses wax strips and sticks. The men especially are rude AND do a HORRIBLE job . Just do them yourself because they’ll peel or fall off the next day anyway

Do not go here!They got me seated fast. I explained I wanted a manicure and pedicure. I picked out my colors, they were out of it. I gave them a picture of a simple half design, they said fine. Then they could only do sparles in chrome when I was wearing gel sparkles, so I changed my color. Gave them a more simple design less difficult than what I was already wearing from my last appointment. They said fine, and she continued massaging my right foot. I was then told they couldnt do the design or it would be $5 more, and that the foot scraper was to take off polish. I sat and watched another person tell a client it was for his bunions and that it would be $10 more. The mesuse only rubbed my left foot for 3 seconds after I told her I was getting the pedicure because it was giving me pain.Then after settling for a color I didnt want, she painted them a completely different color, and tried to ignore me when I told her to appropriately shape my nails. They then told me she was new and I couldnt get a design, yet the price kept going up $5. I finally left after relizing it just wasnt my day. But not before 2 other women complained about them adding on expense they had never been asked to pay before. The male customer left before they even started. 2 hours later my toes are merely painted..... VERY OVER PRICED AND TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Never again...got nails done last Thursday and they are breaking already...my gel nails usually last almost a month but they last a week when I go there I tried them twice and I will not go back

Worst place ever customer service is horrible sat me in a chair started my nails then moved me to a pedicure chair. I whitnessed a lady wait 40 mins for her pedicure and was just soaking in water the entire time. Then they blame it on u like u didn’t tell them what u wanted. Then said don’t complain. I fell at the salon after one of their pedicure sinks flooded due to the technician being careless. They did not clean it up and I fell and hurt my shoulder, wrist and knees. They were not gracious or check on me...all they wanted to know was that I paid for my pedicure. Rude and inconsiderate! Dont go there!

TERRIBLE! Ive been there at least 3 times in the past 5 months because of convenience and every time its the same thing. Your acrylic nails will pop off within a week and the shaping is not good either it looks blocky, not like its growing out of your finger how its supposed to. Each time Ive gone I hoped it would be better than the last but no my nails come off within a week. They also have the nerve to charge $5 extra for a shape, but overall their work sucks. Maybe if they stop using one coat of acrylic theyd last. Color selection isnt good either. I would post a pic of this crappy job if I could. DO NOT give them your money!

Gel nails done Saturday returned Monday because the polish came off all nails. They redid the job but had an attitude the entire time and tried to blame me saying I probably didnt wash off all the soap before application 😒 never again

I got my nails done on a Friday and come Sunday my thumb nail broke off so Monday which is today I went in to get them fixed she told me that it was my fault my nail broke I had to pay for the one that was broken and the other ones were popping up by the cuticle so I asked her to fix them the whole time she was fixing them she gave me an attitude was very rough very disrespectful that is the last time and the very first time I went there I will never again go there to get my nails done I couldnt believe how much disrespect they were treating people with especially me because of a broken nail which was their fault if I was you I wouldnt go get your nails done there find a place with a better rating and better respectfully trained nail text because if you go there you will be disappointed and also when I was there there were also two other women there that were there on the Thursday day before me who were getting their nails fixed because they were already popping off and mind you I paid $35 to get my nails done 30 regularly and lots of $5 tip so I hope you use this review has an advantage point to know not to go there thanks
