I’m a new customer and I easily set up a appointment for gel color change over the phone. I was greeted by every worker there which made me feel welcomed. Hannah was the one who did my nails just how I wanted them and was very friendly and polite to me. I will be returning to this salon for my nails from now on and it’s not far from where I live so I couldn’t be happier.

HORRIBLE! At first they were very friendly but the nails look awful. I got French dip and they are all uneven, the shape is not what I asked for at all, and when I asked him kindly to fix the shape he got angry and ignored me and wanted me to leave. Now my nails are turning yellow on the perimeter of my nails and chipping. This never happens to me. They also hurt my cuticle to the point where it started bleeding and now it is scarred. He argued with me about his bad service. Don’t waste your money!

With my OCD, it was sufficient, I guess... Polish was put on too thick and when I put my shoes back about an hour later, it messed up the polish...

Very very clean place. Such a friendly atmosphere. Everyone always remembers you! Plenty of parking!

HORRIBLE! Nice people, horrible job. I paid 32 dollars for nails that look like a 2 year old did them! So upset! Showed a picture of what I wanted and got something so messy! Left is what I wanted right is what I got. Never will I return.

The Cadillac of all nail salons. The owner Sonny (Sp?) is the most personable owner Ive ever met as well as everyone working there. Ive been going only to Helen now for 7 years. Since day one shes my girl. Sonny insists on A+++ service and comfort along with offering of bottles of water, hand cream/lotions for special holidays/occasions, etc. All the perks no on else could even care about. Sonny its been too long and Im trying to get there. Will continue to recommend you to EVERYONE. You all are like family to me. MISS ALL OF YOU!!! And to all those reading this, this is my own, genuine, honest rating. Sony deserves the business period.

I have been going there for 8 years they do a beautiful job and have the best peficure in pittsburgh and i hsve gone to stonrwster, la pomie, swechkly spa and they are longer better massage and half the price. It is very clean the owners sunny and hanna mske you feel.at home . I go there several times a month.

I got a gel manicure; first time at this salon. Customer service was prompt and my nails were done good enough. Not giving a 5/5 because there wasnt much attention to detail (they didnt even do my cuticles) and the focus was on getting in and getting out as quickly as possible. Good for a mani or pedi if youre in a pinch and need something done quickly and satisfactorily. Not recommended if you want a top notch, relaxing experience. Id go back if I needed to.

I have been going here since they opened. Sonney is so friendly and Helen has been my gal for so long. Last Friday I walked in to find all new faces. Im not sure if there was a turnover of the business? The woman who checked me in was frantically taking everyone who walked and and making people sit at the tables and wait. I wanted a gel mani. She buffed the old gel off, never soaked them, didnt touch my cuticles. She completed it in 10 minutes, charged me $30 then hurried to the next customer. Its not even been a week and they are peeling. My manicure in the past would easily lasted two weeks. Very disappointed after all of these years.

I have been going to another salon in Pgh for years but with a recent job change it is a 30 min drive so I decided to try somewhere close to home. For the positives the customer service is very good, staff is friendly and the prices are on par with other salons but the services are lacking. For the negatives: I got a mani pedi and my mani started chipping the same day. As a avid dip wearer I know plain polish has a short life span but they should last at least 24hrs. The paint jobs were also streaky and sloppy, with polish on my cuticles or parts of the nail without polish at all along the edges.

I probably will never go back. My friend and i got the same exact service done and mine was $15 more. My acrylics have bumps in them. Whoever serviced me was very rude and kept slapping my hand. What a waste of money. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.

We made appointments for three mani pedis. After we got our feet done one by one the technicians left us in the massage chairs to go to manicures on other clients. Never even mentioned why they were skipping us. After an hour and 15 minutes we had to leave without getting our hands done because we had other things to do. No one even apologized for skipping us or tried to explain why we were skipped. Also, after paying the extra for the spa pedicure there was still dried skin around my toes and I wouldnt rate it a good pedicure overall at all. Will not be going back.
