If I could give zero stars I would. We called ahead of time(6:30) and they said we could come. We showed up before 7:15 and they kept saying they close at 8 and that on the phone we said we were coming another day which wasn’t what we discussed. When we were inside going back and forth I look down and see a rat nibbling at my feet. It did a good job but now I have to get tested for rabies.

I have been to this nail salon about 3 times. The first two times were done by a male and he did an amazing job on my ombré manicure and my gel pedicure. He was also very social and kind! I rate him 10/10! However, I just got gel manicure last Thursday by a woman... she initially did a great job. And was very nice. But my gel nails chipped after only having them done for less than a week and I got them done for an event. I went back and they gladly fixed them for me free of charge. But the end result was not good. I wish I could post a photo, a few are chipped again; and you can see where she repainted my nails and there are lines on the polish. They look horrible and worse than they did before they were fixed. I’m very disappointed and now I have to go get them redone. The only reason why this review has 3 stars is because of my first two visits!!

I have been going here for many years for pedicures. Price has never increased and they always do a great job. Would last for 3-4 months if I wanted. I’ve Never has a bad experience.

I usually only rate a place if I love it...but this place was bad. (see pics) I was willing to overlook the bad cuticle care but when I told her that they were too short & I didnt think it was the right color (suppose to be silver) she said first coat so I gave it a chance but was not pleased with the end result. When I again mentioned it didnt look right, she began arguing with me at which point I just wanted to leave.I also recieved a pedicure that said it had a 10 minute massage it was more like 2 minutes. I hate to complain but I would hate to see someone else throw away their money.

LOVE IT! I had a nail place I loved in the south hills and it took me forever to find one in the area I liked. When they sold, I found Nail Studio II and Van is my favorite nail artist Ive used in PA. Ive tried many to find somewhere I like, but I finally found a great place. Van is the best, but everyone there is friendly and talented.

My mom and I have been going here for over 5 years after having problems at other nail salons in the area. I highly recommend Nail Studio II, I typically see Van or David but everyone there is great. They are super friendly and extremely down to Earth. They do a fantastic job on nails and my nails have never been stronger and healthier due to their expert care.

I’ve been three times and i always get a quality pedicure! The only reason i give it four stars is because i always get the same thing: basic pedicure with a polish and have been charged different prices all three times. Great quality!

I dont get my nails done very often, but I do like pedicures in the summer months. I visited Nail Studio II with some friends for pedicures. The atmosphere was relaxed and all the techs were really friendly. I was so impressed by my pedicure that I decided upon a return visit to add a manicure as well. I tend to use my nails as tools and do not treat them as jewels, so I did not expect my new color to last very long. I have to say this is one of the best manicures I have had. I chose gel and after two weeks, it is growing out, but I do not have one chip and the color is gorgeous. I am still getting compliments. I will definitely go back for a fill, and recommend Studio II very highly!

My sister first took me to Nail Studio 2 a few years ago and Im so glad she did! I havent gone to a different nail salon since! All of the techs are very friendly, they have a great selection of colors that keeps on growing (gel polish, regular polish, and different powders) and I always leave with beautiful nails. I highly recommend Nail Studio 2 if youre looking for a good experience.

Open until 5 on Sunday? 3 pm. Only 1 customer. Wanted a full set if tips.. was told there are no openings. People sitting there with NO customer! I WONT GO BACK!

Sort of disappointed to say the least. My boyfriend and I went to get pedicures on a Sunday around 4:30pm when they were set to close at 6. The women laughed at both of our feet which had been severely calloused from living and working in the Caribbean for the last few years. We went out of our way to ask for their callous remover service with the pedicure, which they did charge us for (expected of course!) but they didnt even attempt to work on them. Its unfortunate because we had heard some good things about this place because very few places are open on Sundays, but we will not be back. We felt taken advantage of and overcharged for what was done. There were women in the pedicure chairs when we arrived that were still being treated when they were shoving my boyfriend and I out of their chairs. Just disappointing service for what we were charged. I will say, my overpriced gel paint on my toes has continued to last, but I know that I can get gel paint with much better service elsewhere.

Always very pleased with the service here. Very friendly people, good prices and great pedicures. I do suggest making an appointment ahead of time, they are usually busy.

I wont go anywhere else and I drive 25 minutes to go there Van and David are great!.. not sure about the other techs since only go to them!. A little pricey.. but always last!

My friend and I went in to have our nails done. We both received excellent, friendly service and beautiful manicures. She now has gorgeous french tip acrylics and I love my gel mani.

Been here three times. Two gel manicures and one regular pedicures. All jobs lasted for weeks and they provide fast, friendly service. Will definitely go back!

Horrible customer service. They dont want to work. I called to make an appointment and they kept saying they were booked that night and the next morning but I need to walk in instead. I asked for a time to walk in because they told me they were booked and they said just chance it. They were rude and my mother and I have gone there for a few years now and recently this year they have suffered in customer service and the original nail techs are gone. I would never go there again. They lost 2 customers.

This place was horrible their service was good but the lady who did my nails was so bad i ended up going to a different nail salon in front of the mall as soon as I was done. I told them I didn’t like my nails and they said they would redo them for half price in an hour. I left and got them re done PERFECTLY in half the time she did them for free.

I went in for a gel manicure. They were friendly, which is the only reason I gave two stars. I dont believe the person who did my nails was experienced with gel manicures. He was very heavy on the nail file when removing the old manicure, and I would have preferred to just allow them to soak off. I had to ask him several times to repaint a nail because he wasnt covering the top and sides. Three of my nails chipped the next day. On top of all this, the manicure was very expensive for the quality and service.

They did ok. Werent very friendly and seemed like they didnt want me there but my nails look nice

This place is awful!!! My nails look like I went to Walmart and bought press ins they charged me for the price of getting a full set when I went in for a fill!

I went there on a Friday night with a friend around 6:30pm (mind you, they close at 9) and when we walked in they said that they couldn’t “accommodate” for two. But they weren’t busy at all so I’m not sure what the issue was.

A lil pricey.. $40 for a mani with gel polish. And a small thing painted on one finger.. It cost them same price as it does for a fill with gel polish 🤔

I got gel put on my nails and two days later they were coming off. I went back and asked if they could fix the nail they made me wait an hour. Horrible service

Last Friday I came to nail studio to get my nails done and I was rudely turned away I was not asked if I could wait come back or if I would like to make an appointment I was rudely told they were busy no one was in the waiting area and the person that turned me away did not look busy I was getting my nails done there but I had to give my nails a break because my nails was hurting from all of the drilling so I took my money and my business else where need to say I probably wont be back no one deserves to be treated rudely or turned away because they had to give their nails a break
