I went to the Galleria Nails and Spa yesterday evening for a manicure 💅 and pedicure. I hadnt been at the salon since last November.I got light blue and gold/blue glitter to go on top.Despite it being a busy evening, I only waited about 20 minutes after my appointment to be seen.It gave me time to decide what I wanted.I may get silver paint the next time.Melinda, got the dry skin off my feet with a buffer. It was a great price and I will be back more often to have manicure and pedicure done more regularly.I love how my feet feel after!!

Definitely don’t recommend. Pedicure was great but manicure was terrible. I have cuts and bruises all over my fingers and hands. I was shamed multiple times for the way my toes looked and fingers despite saying multiple times my doctor told me not to get them done and that felt like I had to defend myself bc the tech wouldn’t stop bringing it up. I take care of myself but the tech made me feel like it wasn’t enough. Telling me I need to come in once a month or more. Made me feel uncomfortable multiple times and now I’m even more upset bc my fingers are sore and I have cuts on multiple finger tips and cuticles.

Emma did such an awesome job. very thorough and get an excellent massage on my hands and my legs for my pedicure and manicure. Extremely happy thank you so much Definitely recommend Emma

2 nails fell off after 6 days. I got a gel acrylic fill and it was 45!!!!

I am SO happy Galleria nails are back open! They do such quality work. Excellent product and very professional and friendly. I went to WV a few weeks ago because no salons were open in PA and had a very bad experience. I will never go anywhere else but Galleria nails again. Jim and Kevin are fantastic!

This was my 4th time there and I have been pleased with the results every time. Very ean and professional, I highly recommend.

The staff ( I think owner) was so incredibly rude to my friend and I for no reason, that I will never go back. They interrupted our conversation to tell us that our feet are terrible & how we could never do them ourselves. The salon was clean and we didn’t have to wait very long for our appt, but I’ve never been treated that way before in a salon until today.

I made an appointment for a gel mani and pedi. I arrived on time, picked my color, and got set up for the pedicure. They left me sitting with my feet in the water for THIRTY minutes and just kept saying someone would be right with me. About 20 minutes into me just sitting there, a woman and her husband walked in and were immediately serviced. They soaked their feet for five minutes and started getting their pedicure. No one would even look at me. I took my feet out of the water, waited a couple minutes to dry, put on my flip flops and walked out (I didn’t receive any services). Thankfully another salon took me immediately and literally completed my pedicure (which was wayyyy better than what they do here) and manicure in the same amount of time I had wasted here sitting with my feet in cold water!

I went here to get a dip manicure and will never be returning! There were 5 people working and all 5 of them did something during my manicure. They could not manage their time and made me continually move around the salon in order for different people to do my nails. I was there for well over 90 minutes and during that time 3 other people came in and got their nails done and left. Also, the man who finally finished my manicure was terrible. When I told him he was hurting me, he shrugged his shoulders and kept on doing what he had been doing with no regard for the fact that he was hurting me. He was more interested in watching the news than doing his job. He was also terribly slow and it seemed like this was about the 5th time he had ever done a manicure. If you can avoid this place, do it!

This is my favorite place to get my nails done. I get gel manicures which are reasonably priced. I notice a big difference when I get my nails done here as they look so much nicer. Everyone Ive gone to so far strives for precision and perfection and it shows. My gel nails last much longer than they have when Ive gone to other places. I wont go anywhere else.

I went in asking for a black/white ombré set of nails, and they said they couldn’t do that. I was disappointed, but then the girl talking to me recommended getting glitter instead of white. So in my head I was thinking, you know what let’s try something new. An hour later I look down at my nails and they look STUNNING!!! The guy who did my nails did a remarkable job and everyone in the nail shop is so kind. I 100% recommend to anyone.

I’ve never had my hands literally hurt after leaving a manicure. The woman who did my nails made every finger bleed. Not to mention she didn’t use any clean utensils. When I asked her to stop using the drill on my nails because it hurt she disregarded my request. I’ve never left a review about a place before but felt the need to do so for this salon so that others do not go here.

Every technician is good its not my main place but they still do a great job I dont mind giving them my business

Michelle is amazing. I went to this salon for the first time and Michelle knew every person that walked in. She treated me like an old friend and my nails look great!

I was very satisfied with how my nails looked, a gel manicure. kind of wished my tech was a little more talkative. but three weeks later my nails are still looking good just a little grown out (: but i would definitely come here again !

I will never return, I had a pedicure I left with toenails that were not colored properly, cut to short, uneven, I left in tears. NEVER AGAIN! When I tried to explain what she was doing wrong she said, you want me to do nails or someone else. 🤢🤮 Trash

The best and most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had!

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The technician wasn’t even paying attention to what he was doing. It was so painful, my toe was actually bleeding at the cuticle from him over filing and repeatedly using a course brush. Not relaxing at all, do not recommend.

They’re okay. I never knew a pedi could be done wrong...but I found out it’s possible even though I spent 50+min on the chair. I also got upsale to a dip powder for my mani (even though I wanted) I got told no. Its too late,maybe next time lol.

Very affordable with good quality nails but they don’t paint down to the nail bed! I looked like I needed a fill after a week.

Will never go back, they’re rude, rough on your nails & get mad if you only want a gel polish change & not a manicure. This salon is 10 minutes from my home but I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to go somewhere else.

Was very pleased with the mani pedi I received. However, Robert at the front desk lacks a sense of customer service. Appeared annoyed or bothered each time he had to do his job. Now I need to decide if I go back?? What a crappy way to end the experience.

Im terrible remembering names but there is a young lady there who does my nails and every time its absolute perfection! My first experience there was not very good and I didnt think that I would ever go back but Im really glad I did because my technician is incredibly skilled and very friendly !!

I have been to this place several times with my girlfriends and had pretty good experiences although, I did want the hand and foot massages to be longer and better. My mother who had a stroke is in a wheelchair and the first time we took her here the girl was great with her. They were able to do her manicure and pedicure in the pedicure chair. They soaked her feet and massaged her hands and legs and it was really a great experience. Fast forward to today (about 3 weeks later) I go in with my mom and we both get mani/pedis. I was in the chair next to her and the girl who was so great the first time was basically trying to talk her out of soaking her feet and just wanted to cut her toenails and change her polish. Naturally being my mothers caregiver I stepped in and told her that she wanted the whole shebang. Fine, she proceeded but I noticed that with my moms nails they didnt do the warm glove things that they use and no massage. On her feet, they let her soak them but there was no massage, no scrubbing her feet and no hot towel. I didnt say anything because I was saving it for when she was going to have me pay. If I could upload a picture of my nails I would. My lady was sweet and friendly but had no business painting nails. She painted on my skin and cuticles and left sides bare and they really were awful. The owner tried to charge me $68!! I told her everything they didnt do and she argued with me infront of all of the staff and customers. I was embarrassed and angry and what was supposed to be a great day getting pampered with my mom turned out to be terrible. This place should be SO MUCH better for what they charge and being in the Galeria Mall. Ill never recommend this place and we will never return.

My gel manicure was very disappointing. My nail started to bleed and they put alcohol on it which really stung. My nail shape also looks horrible. Don’t go to this place.

Found my new nail place. Funny that there were hardly at customers there.

Not a friendly/welcoming environment. No communication with Nail Tech. Nail techs talk among themselves.

Things that were wrong:• 30min for an appointment• Took a smoke break while my nails were in the warming gloves• Shot dirty looks the entire time because of nail condition• UV light burnt my hand and the guy kept shoving my hand back in• Didnt cover all of my nails and filed them extremely short• In general a terrible experience, NEVER GO HERE!
