I came in to get pedicures with my mom today and the service was great! As usual, the pedicure was amazing. Very kind staff, long foot and leg massages, pretty paint job and relaxed environment. I’ve come in the past and will continue to come in the future. I would definitely recommend!

Went in today for an acrylic set. I had scheduled an appointment at 1:30 was waiting for 10 minutes while some lady just sat there. When beginning the service she was being very aggressive with the nail drill and cut me several times. She than was rushing and put one of my nail tips on crooked. When i brought it up she attempted to fix it and couldn’t and than proceeded to ignore that nail. I got normal polish due to the fact that i wasn’t going to pay extra for it to not look good. She had applied the polish and it was very streaky. She than didn’t apply more than 2 coats when it definitely needed it. She was rushing because someone was waiting. I am definitely disappointed and glad I didn’t pay extra for the gel. Will have to go get them fixed elsewhere. If you are looking for a place to go this is definitely not it. Very disappointing. They look like my 7 year old sister did them.

I will NEVER be coming back to this place. To begin, I called and asked if they were available for a 4:00 walk in and they told me no,that they were too busy..so I went on their website and made myself a 4:00 appointment just fine.. the website made it look so much nicer than it really is.. no air conditioning on a 90 degrees day.. I sat down and I had 1 nail tech taking turns on me and two other customers..she was completely rushing everything,resulting in me being cut up like crazy, leaving me bleeding.. the Polish wasnt even, my nails arent the shape I wanted at all, uneven,and very chunky looking. Terrible..

My friend and I went the other night to get our nails done and I wanted round purple nails. They did give me round nails but they were extremely uneven and the color I got was more of a grey. It was not the same color as the swatch. Two people ended up doing my nails which I found very strange. One lady applied the acrylic while another one painted them. I went back the next day to get them redone and the lady was rude and she was arguing with me and when she finished the second time she just got up and walked away without saying anything. She fixed them but they are still not perfect. I definitely would not recommend anyone to come here and I for sure will not be back.

I walked in and was greeted but lazily as if I was bothering them coming in. I got a simple 30 dollar pedicure. The pedicure was lackluster. She maybe worked on my heels for 45 seconds TOPS. She then painted my toes an sat me at the dryer. I sat down for 10 minutes and literally 15 minutes later my big toe and other toes were smudged. It felt like a get back that I didnt want gel so they would use a lot of regular polish so it would purposely smudge. NEVER coming back here again.

This spa is like a hidden treasure! Beautiful, clean, and a very friendly staff. They’re very professional from offering me a drink to making sure I was comfortable and enjoy myself. Their prices are incredibly good as well! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone

I had a wonderful experience at Ella nails. Donna, the owner, was wonderful and personable. My nails turned out beautiful, even better than expected. Will definitely be going back and would recommend Ella to anyone looking for beautiful nails in a sparking clean spa with friendly service.

Gel manicure was very fast and poorly done. Black color was bad, did two coats with the bad black until finally getting a different bottle which caused my nails to still not be fully coated as I can see through the black in spots. Painted my skin at the end of each nail and did not clean up nor paint the whole nail. She stayed away from the sides and the back of the nail. Glitter color was very pretty. The young man at reception was playing video game and had to be told well scolded twice to take my card when I tried to check out. No one was there so not sure why it was so rushed and they were open for another hour but would not go back.

My friend I want to the salon on tuesday night to get our nails done. I wanted acrylic gel with just one color nothing special. they did our nails and, we payed, and when we got outside we noticed our nails were uneven. the acrylic was bumpy and all my nails were shaped different and had different lengths. we called the next day to get them redone and when my friend went in they were rude to her but they redid them. i got mine redone thursday morning because i worked wednesday and all they did was smooth out 2 nails and file them down. I had picked out a light color and when she painted my nails she missed the sides and the top of the nail. I was still really unhappy with them when I left after getting them redone but I didn’t want to spend another $55 to get them done somewhere else. At work on Thursday the gel already started chipping off. One of my nails already broke off and it hasn’t even been a week since i got them done. (my acrylics usually last me a month) Now i have to get them redone not even a week after getting them done. Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here and i will not be returning.

I had the most wonderful pedicure at Ella Nails. The Attendant was excellent! I could have fallen asleep during her skilled leg and foot massage. Though she spoke no English, it mattered not as I wasnt there to talk. My polish was applied perfectly. The atmosphere was warm and lovely, quiet and clean. I found the owner pleasant and welcoming as well. What a nice way to end the day. Ill be back for sure.

They are not friendly at all. They made faces if we say some things wrong with the nail. Horrible 40 mins of service.

I called at 3:30 and was able to get a last minute 4:00 appointment for a pedicure she did a very good job they look great! It was a relaxing and quiet space.. I ended up chatting with the owner for a bit, she was a great conversationalist and the whole atmosphere was just very pleasant.. with all this madness going on in the world its important to support small businesses is like this one!

Owner and staff very friendly. The shop was extremely clean and the service was excellent.

My little sister got her nails done at this salon and they look absolutely terrible. Attached is picture of shape she asked for, and what she got. Nails are thick and clunky, terrible shape, and gel is already chipping away 2 days later. Not to mention the fact that the nail tech cut her with the drill multiple times. Nail tech knew acrylics were messed up so continued to add acrylic after previous bead dried on nail, creating a clumpy effect. She spent $50 and even tipped the nail tech because she felt bad since nail tech tried her best to fix it. They look so terrible that she has to go to another salon to get them removed and redone. She was too nice to say something to the salon in fear that people would get defensive, but we would not recommend this salon due to the experience. I understand mistakes happen but they knew the nails looked bad and let her walk out of the salon with them, not a refund or attempt to fix them.

I would give them zero but cant. They have two different prices its cheaper online but when in store its higher. They never once spoke to me or even gave me what I wanted they gave a half fast job.

Toe nails cut crooked, polish left on my wifes toes, and instead of allowing nails to dry all the way, they put bags on them, which in turn left wrinkled bag marks all over the polish. Had to take the polish off, and repaint her own toe nails when she got home because they looked terrible.

Scheduled a 30$ pedicure, added gel for the 5$ upcharge as per their website, somehow ended up having to pay 45$. They hardly scrubbed my feet, they are still rough. I am definitely not satisfied and definitely wont be going back. Disappointment all around. Smh.

I went to Ella Nails & Spa for the first time and will definitely make this my regular spot. Donna is very personable and did a wonderful job with my nails. The prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend going here!

I have finally found a nail salon that I love. Donna and Hanna both do great gel manicures. The salons at the mall can’t hold a candle to this pleasant, clean place. Their manicures last so long I wouldn’t need a new one if my nails didn’t grow.

Very disappointing experience. I went with my mom the day before my bridal shower. My mom and I were so exited. We started asking about all of the different offering— gel vs. solar etc. The Woman made us feel stupid about not knowing what solar nails are. I then asked if they did any nail art — which is advertised that they do everywhere. And she answered me no. I said fine. I’m then asked if I could do something special and she didn’t respond. While she was doing my nails it was very rushed and she never even stopped to ask how I liked my nail shape. I then asked if you want nail design/art if you need to call in advance and she said what do you want. I explained really anything would be fun— some jewels or a gold line. I also mentioned a nail design where the nail design is at the bottom. She said she’s never heard of it before and it’s for pictures only. We then didn’t speak the rest of the time and never said thank you. It was the quickest and worst manicure. She then started to ask if I wanted facial waxing— unsolicited. Which I said no.. and she said oh well really and scowled at me. I will never go back. And suggest you do the same.

Clean place and amazing ladies. The owner took great care of my 11 year old daughter.Both mommy n daughter had a very relaxing good pedicures...
