This was my second time at this nail salon. 1st time was about 2 yrs ago and I wasn’t satisfied with the quality so I didn’t return. Since my usual salon was booked, I decided to try this one out again, assuming some growth may have taken place since then. Nope.I don’t know the name of the woman who did my nails but I believe she’s the owner. — I asked for french gel on both my nails and feet. We didn’t even make it to my feet before I had to ask her to remove the polish from my hands so I can leave.The first attempt - I liked the shape of the french but it wasn’t clean. There was still white polish on my nail bed and the line wasn’t neat/clean. I asked her to clean it up a little and she started saying she didn’t have time for someone who cared about every little detail. so she filed each nail off and started over - after I explained that wasn’t necessary, it simply needed cleaned.The second attempt - she used a different method (which wasn’t as nice as the first) and rushed through each nail, while arguing with me about ‘wasting her time and caring about each detail’. I was livid at this point but I have a wedding tomorrow so I was going to still deal with the unprofessionalism and sloppiness. but when I saw the finished product, I just couldn’t. The polish was STILL unclean and now even less neat than the first time. Much less. The white line was also uneven on almost each nail and there was still white polish on my nail beds. NOT what you expect when you ask for French. She then told me my total would be $45 for my nails. Ridiculous. $45 for gel polish (not a manicure), SLOPPY gel polish at that.I then told her to remove the polish and I’ll go somewhere else. She aggressively grabbed my arm and said I needed to keep them and pay. I recapped my entire experience and told her I wasn’t satisfied at all and asked her a second time to remove the polish. After going back and forth with me, she finally removed not only her work but also the acrylic from my previous fill LOL. Very spiteful. All I could do was laugh. I won’t ever be back. Simple as that.

Tiffany and Monuku are one of the best nail techs I’ve had in awhile. I recommend gel powder dip, well worth every penny, Very busy shop so the earlier the better but, well worth the wait. I’m from the south hills and travel to the north hills for their professional and quality services.

Manuka has been doing my nails on/off for about 2 years. She is a rock star. She is patient and polite. And always makes sure Im happy with my nails before I leave the salon!

Ive never had a bad experience here, and every time I go somewhere else, I regret it. My most recent full set is the most beautiful manicure Ive ever had done. The shape is perfect and it looks just like the inspo picture.

DO NOT get your nails done here! Absolutely horrible experience! I requested solar nails but they did gel nails instead (which I’m allergic to) even after I wrote in the sign in book and verbally said I wanted solar not gel. When I asked her about giving the wrong manicure she started yelling and said it was my fault not hers and said there was no way I could be allergic to gel nails. She angrily and aggressively removed the gel nails and left my nails completely jagged and shredded. She still charged me for the gel nails even though all I got was ripped apart nails. My nails were destroyed from this experience. Horrible costumer service. Will never go back.

Found this place and I absolutely loved it....myself and my daughter and my cousin went today and got pedis and full sets... I got a fill!!! everyone was so nice and they took so much time into our nails they are absolutely perfect...will definitely be going there again... highly recommend 👍👍

Tiffany and the pedicurist were sweet and thorough everytime I go here it’s a treat because I feel like they do a great job and take their time. Yesterday I had an appointment a few minutes before their closing time for a gel manicure and pedicure and I had no idea it was close to close but they were happy to do my nails because they understand you work and you want to get you nails done when you have a couple hours to spare which for me isn’t all that often. And despite them staying late they did my nails the same as they would if I was there during hours. I’ll be back 🥰

My friend was getting a full set of acrylics and it was 70$. Only for a full set! They cut her fingers to the point we’re she was bleeding. The nails were pretty but they filed her skin. The person who did her nails was rough. Also it took three hours when it normally takes one. They put absolutely no acrylic on, her nails are so thin. Don’t recommend! The staff was nice but very bossy! A girl came in after us for a scheduled appointment, and waited an hour and never got her appointment. People that just walked in got an appointment during her time, and the staff put them over her when she had a scheduled appointment. They didn’t even say sorry! She left without even getting her nails done. I understand covid prices but 70$ is WAY to overpriced.

I visited this location this past week with two of my friends and had an extremely horrible experience. The older nail technician worked with me and did an extremely poor job on a basic mani/pedi. Any basic requests that I made were met with a number of expletives (after I paid of course) such as:1) asking her to kindly file/shape nails that SHE broke2) removing a brush hair (she painted over it and it was still visible)3) assist in choosing a color to match a picturePolish was uneven and didn’t even reach the cuticle on several nails. Two hours and $70 later, I can safely say that my friends and I will never return to this location. I’ve attached pictures from later that day to show how poorly the manicure was done, even though I had made an appointment a few days in advance.

I would never go here again! The nail tech that worked on me (I believe the person that worked on me was the owner) I could tell she was talking about the odd shape of my toe nails to another tech. The tech also publicly pressured other customers to spend more money on their grandchildren. I thought that was inappropriate and rude to the customers.

Kelly did a good job on my mani/pedi. She is friendly and didnt feel rushed.

I usually have Tiffany, but this time I walked in, and the available technician was an older gentleman Ive never gone to before. I was skeptical, but he did a perfect pedicure. I am very pleased, and very ready for open toe shoe season!

The salon is very clean and my technician, Hong, took his time with my pedicure. There are several different options to choose from for your pedi or mani. The atmosphere is very peaceful relaxing. I will be back here for sure!

I called they said they could get me in in 10 minutes. I waited in lobby for 45min. The manager did my nails. Bragging and bosting about how good they looked. Etc.. I said I wanted thick and square. They are so thin the broke Un tying my shoes.. gell came off of almost all of them . This was the worst nail job I have ever in my life had done. To add insult to injury it was the most expensive.. my toes however look and feel great. Only thing there is that it hurt quite a bit. When I said ouch. The manager said. No pain no gain..

They are sweet. The environment is calming. The massage chairs are awesome. They are thurough and take their time. Been going there for a year or more now. Would recommend to anyone.❤

I had a pedicure and gel manicure a week ago. I was surprised how much they raised the price. $40 for a gel manicure! The gel started to lift after a week. And polish looks ragged on edges. In my opinion not worth the amount charged!The pedicure was fine.

I got my nails done after being to numerous places in the North Hills Tiffany was AMAZING!! She knew I didnt want super long nails, not super short, and they were perfect length. She really takes the time to do exactly what you want. I did the dry dip and going on 4 weeks without chips/scratch/breaks. Highly recommend!

I used to always know exactly what I wanted when i would go in, but Ive gotten to the point of picking a color, and let Tiffany decide the design. She always has good ideas! Had a fill done Friday, today (Sunday) was moving furniture from 1 floor to other of my house, nails are still PERFECT! Will continue to be a loyal customer!

First we was we was told 35 for a full set then when waited 2 hrs just be greated by someone then we get our nail done they made me feel uncomfortable being wanted short nails then the nail ended up to be 75 didnt even do the design I wanted

1 week later the gel lifted it looks like I need a fill. Nails done by Tiffany. They have also raised their prices due to COVID my daughter got pedi mani me pedi fill gel polish $195😩👎 gave 1 star steer clear of these folks. I would have added a picture it won’t let me.

Today was my first time going to Divine Nails and Spa and I am beyond happy! A few of my friends have had their nails done by Tiffany (who did my nails) and I read wonderful things about her in the reviews as well. I made an appointment and went in around 3. First off, Tiffany is the most patient and sweetest nail tech Ive ever had! She took her time to make sure everything was even and clean. She recommended that I upgrade to gel polish, so I went with that and left beyond happy and impressed. I cant wait to go back!

Went here today for a pedicure. I had called early in the day for an appointment. Even though the salon was very busy, I did not have to wait. There was a menu to choose from of different types of pedicures ranging from $25 to $50. I choose the spa pedicure and it was $35. The woman who did my pedicure was friendly and she did a great job. I was in and out within an hour. The salon is clean and a good selection of polish colors.

This is the only salon around that gets the dip done right on my nails. Good customer service.

I had an 11 oclock appointment for manicure and full set. Manicure because I remodeled my kitchen and damaged my nails/hands and just needed/wanted the extra treatment. I made my appointment for Tiffany after reading the good reviews for her. I wrote in the sign in log manicure and full set. I am not sure if I saw Tiffany because she never gave her name. The person I did get did a fine job but I did not get the the customer service I would have liked. She was very busy handling all the walk ins and using her phone for what I believe was to call in more help. She didnt bother with the manicure and went straight to adding tips and completing the full set. disappointed because the manicure was my reward/treat. I usually get my nails done out of state and guess I will continue to do so. Customer Service is just as important and the service I pay for.

This was my first time at this shop. Tiffany waited on me and she was great! She treated me as if we had met before. She new just what I liked. My nails are beautiful!! Wow! She can work those feet. The flowers she hand painted on my big toes...beautiful...look like she used an applique but it was her own art work. It felt like I was walking on air after my pedicure. I am a hugger and before leaving Tiffany gave ME a hug and it felt very genuine. I recommend this shop to every one. Very relaxing atmosphere...down to the music.Thank you Tiffany...see you soon....😀

To preface this bad review- I like most of the female nail artists at this store, they take their time and are careful and considerate. However, last time I visited a customer came in who wanted my nail artist and they moved me to one of the men who works there and instead of letting the acetone wear down the gel and scraping off my nail as they usually do, he rushed the process and gave it no time to wear down in the foil, then used a coarse file to grind it off and my nails are all indented, misshapen and rough all over. It’s been weeks of using a nail growth/ strength paint and they still have huge crevices across them from the coarse motorized file. Be careful here!

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I sat in a chair with foil on my hands for over 40 minutes. To the point the cotton had dried and still no one showed any intention of coming over to help me. Eventually took the foil off and left. Dont waste your time. Go anywhere else.

I have been here several times before with no problem; however, last night had me vowing not to return. I paid $55.00 for a pedicure which I have had previously. I even talked my daughter in to doing it because of my past experience. This night I was serviced by someone who seemed to be new as she followed exactly what the man assisting my daughter did except she massaged one leg for 10 minutes and barely touched the other one. This was after she made rude comments about my feet and my hands. I was insulted 3 times during my pedicure. After all was done I proceeded to tip her based upon the service provided when she made a face and grunted because of the tip. I explained that was more than she even deserved. All during the pedicure 4 of the employees laughed and joked seemingly at my expense. I will not pay to be insulted. My money spends anywhere. It was supposed to be relaxing and was anything but. I wont be returning to this business.

SNEAKY SNEAKY SNEAKY! they quote you one price when you go in, then they add on whatever they want, never telling you that what they are doing, or that now it will COST YOU MORE, went in for a manicure,$15, picked my color, she grabbed it, the color I picked out, went and pick out something similar, put it on me, when i said this is darker then what i picked she said, no no its the same, we put 3 coats ......well it was a gel polish that now when i got the bill the price was $30 because THEY DID THAT,,,, CUSTOMER BEWARE!! MAKE SURE YOU SAY NO I WANT MY COLOR AND NO ADDED COSTS. WONT BE BACK...so violated!!!

Horrible experience pedicure was the worse yet by feet still had dead skin on them! I got dip which I usually get so I know the premiers she kept trying to tell me her way was better yet she was new all in the same sentence ..... when she went to file them the color cane off then someone fixed them for them only to feel unfinished and u can see where the polish didn’t dry before they did the top coat. Needless to say I’ll never be back nor recommend nor did I pay for those services HORRIBLE!!!!

Its all about the people - And Tiffany is terrific!! I have been a walk-in customer for all my visits and have had the most welcoming treatment. The salon is clean and organized - I LOVE that the polish bottles are organized by color. A simple thing to do but where else do you see that?! The atmosphere is relaxing - great music - no annoying news channels, nice conversation and excellent nail services by any of the technicians.

Minuka did my pedicure and was absolutely amazing! She was the friendliest employee in the building that day, she gave off positive vibes and you could tell she enjoys her job. She gave my friend and I color suggestions, talked to us during the pedicure and was not preoccupied with other conversation as I have experienced from this salon in the past. I would recommend her to anyone!

First time going to this place it was OK great customer service but I asked for an oval nail and they are not oval, they are all warped and weird looking. I believe the man that did them name is Randy. He did them quick witch is nice sometimes but I’d rather wait longer and have a nice shape.

I got a full set of acrylics. The gentleman who did them was very precise and efficient. They came out great. The salon is nicely decorated and has a calm atmosphere. I also found it to be very reasonably priced $35

Ive been a day one customer. This is easily the best nail salon in the north hills. The service is great. The shop is very clean and organized. My only complaint would be that they are so busy most of the time and sometimes wait times are long but I keep going back because they make it worth it.

Fantastic experience today at this nail salon. I tried it out for the first time today and even as a last-minute walk-in I was treated like royalty. Tiffany did my nails and I highly recommend her! She is friendly and an artist and takes great care with your nails. The employees are cheerful and gracefully balance walk-ins with their appointments and somehow pull each appointment off quickly and with great quality. I wish i could give this review more than 5 stars.

I am only going to be coming here for now on. Tiffany was so nice and did an amazing job fixing my acrylics that another place hadn’t done the best job on. Julie did my pedicure and she did a great job. I am so so happy with the results :-)

This place has slow workers, and horrible costumer service. They rush way to quickly and also cut my friends finger while doing her nails. And are extremely rude I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This is my first time here. I called before I came to see if I should make an appointment and I was told to just come. I said I could be there in 15 minutes. I signed in at 1:18... it is 2:10... my feet are like prunes, soaking and waiting for human hands to get started😬.

I came to Pittsburgh to visit my family. I was looking for a nail salon that was open on Sunday. I found Divine Nails through a Google search. A few reviews said reasonable prices. I did not have an appointment so I had to wait about 20 minutes which was fine. The gentleman who did my fill did a very nice job. The only problem I have is what he charged me. While I was waiting to be called I was reading their brochure of services and the prices. A fill was suppose to be $18. When he said $30 I about fell off my chair. Can someone tell me why I was charged $30 for a simple fill? I could have gone someone else for alot less. Im really not happy about this.

I dont know how to feel about this place. The person who did my nails was very rough and was also kinda rude to me and the person I brought with me. My nails didnt look bad but they all fell off with in a week and a half I was not rough with them or anything a set usually will last me about three weeks and a full set is apparently 27$ but I wash charged 32 and I dont know why my nails were not long at all I didnt get a design or matte top coat just regular short nails was hoping to fond a good new nail salon but I left with irritated fingers from how rough they were with my fingers one nail slightly bleeding and a nail fell off with in two days the person doing my nails also was on the phone half the time kept walking away very sad with my experience

This was the most exhilarating relaxing experience I have had in a nail salon. Truly the offer the best professional care in such a clean and spacious environment. Glad I stopped in will try to book a date with some friends.

Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill. I used to go here all the time and no matter who you got, they were mostly good. I went today and the woman who did my nails had no attention to detail. I had to tell her to file at least 4-5 nails straight because they were crooked and somehow they still came out crooked. She left the edges jagged on my nails and still moved on to put gel on them. Once I was done and got in my car and left, I notice she painted right over a huge piece of cotton which left a big bump on my nail. If you work at a nail salon, you should have enough attention to detail that your customers shouldn’t have to correct you or check your work.

Upset about the service I received based on the high reviews. I made an appointment for 6pm and wasnt acknowledged until 6:25pm and wasnt helped until 7:15pm. My nails are not that great either - the lady seemed rushed and sloppy with her work, just going through the motions. My nails didnt even get shaped and the polish job is sub par. Other customers seemed happy though and the other staff seemed happy and fun, I just didnt have a great experience. Maybe youll have better luck?

Mixed feelings... from a distance my nails look great but up close you can see the brush strokes in some areas, which drives me crazy. Also, I went for a fill and the technician did not fill them all the way to the bottom, so I will need to get another fill/a whole new set in probably just two weeks when they normally last three. The technician also insisted I get a design on my ring fingers when I didnt really want it. I felt like I couldnt say no. To top it off, he did a completely different design than what he said he would do. Ive gotten a lot of compliments on the design, but it wasnt what I wanted.As far as the atmosphere of the salon... The technicians talked non-stop to one another, laughing and getting distracted by each other. It was annoying and made me feel like I was being ignored.

The owner is only concerned about money!! I will never gone here again

Beautiful salon, okay color selection, and she did a good job with my nailsBut while getting a manicure and pedicure I’m looking to relax and hear some soothing music.Yet when I’m in this salon it seems like Tiffany always has a problem with the staff. Theres no reason every business matter/issue can be heard throughout. It causes the staff to become tensed, which is frustration being passed along to the customers.As most of the complaints ARE due to the employees being too rough or rude!Attached is a picture of my nail(2nd and last time there) when I told Tiffany she’s cutting me... She told me I need to relax, yanked my hand closer, and kept going with the electric nail filer... AS I bleed and did I mention she didn’t apologize??I will also add, this is not the only incident that made me feel uncomfortable but it’s a great example of the horrible service I received at Devine Nails&Spa on McKnight Rd.

I went in for a pedicure, the nail technician was incredibly RUDE she saw a picture on my phone of the kind of design I wanted she than began to swipe on my photo album, I recommend nail salons and other stuff on my Instagram page she proceed with out my permission to delete not one but two pictures out of my phone. And pointed her finger at me. She also charged me 45 and said my pedicure would be 25.00 I wouldnt recommend a place like this to anyone. She wore her hair in a ponytail and very thin. She was rude and charged me way too much.

It was my first time here and I must say I loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this place! The salon was extremely clean and comfortable. The technicians were absolutely welcoming and professional. My pedi was so good I almost drifted off lol and a special thanks to Tiffany for the INCREDIBLE job that she did to my nails! They are fabulous! I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE RETURNING!

Tiffany butchered me! I was bleeding from 3 different nails and these werent little nicks. One nail has bled 3 times (now 4 days later) because the cut is so severe around the cuticle that the slightest bump and it opens up again. The older lady who did my pedicure was fantastic, but the manicure and butcher job by Tiffany will definitely keep me from ever going back.

Well, when they cut your cuticle and it starts bleeding and your unable to get a pedicure for weeks after, then you rate the salon with 0-1 star. Also, after my cuticle was bleeding profusely, the nail technician had the genius idea of telling me to return my foot to the dirty water -I did not.I have to figure out how to add pictures, because I have them.

The service is awesome. The skills are awesome. This is my second time here and Im very happy. I will be back!

Ive always had a good time at this nail salon. but i got a pedicure today and i told the guy the hot towel was way to hot and yet he proceeded to keep it on my legs and said it was okay. then he cut my finger really deeply and i was crying and i told the manager that i shouldnt have to pay for it. and she said she would give me 5 dollars off. i cant be mean to people so i had my dad call and tell them ill only pay for a pedicure. the cut was like 4 layers deep and after she got off the phone with my dad she yelled at me and said it wasnt fair that i only paid for pedicure . but the guy cut me and burned me. never going back again.

Fabulous! If you havent been there yet go- lots of colors, great customer service, easy parking, you can stop by Starbucks first, lots of staff for a manicure/pedicure, and lots of options for services.

Employees weren’t welcoming or respectful AT ALL.I had an appointment for 10:30am and didn’t get taken back until 11ish.I got a set of Acyrlic nails done Saturday.. after telling the man what i wanted he insisted that he did it a different way. ( of which costed a lot more and wasn’t what i was looking for )It is now Tuesday and 2 of my 10 nails have broken, when he told me that they will last for 3 weeks at the minimum.I went back to get them fixed. Tiffany was VERY rude and rough to the point of cutting my finger with one of the tools, and attempting to hide the blood and act like it didn’t happen. There was so much glue left i couldn’t see how deep the cut actually was till i got home.There is black dipping powder all over my hands, she did NOT care to clean my hands up after fixing my nails.I will NOT be going back. If you want quality nails for the price you’ll pay this is NOT the place.

I wouldn’t reccomend at all. I have a very hard time growing my nails and multiple technicians came over and looked at my short nail, snickered and made me feel very uncomfortable while I was getting my nails done. I know that my nails are short, and it is embarrassing enough without having multiple staff members come over, look, and then talk to each other and laugh. I will go elsewhere in the future where my business and hard earned money is appreciated.

Best Service in Town

Scheduled an appointment the day of. While I was waiting the receptionist continued to tell me for the next hour that someone would be right with me. As I sat, 4 walk ins that were friends of the receptionist came in, which she prioritized allowing to see the technicians over myself, a client with a scheduled appointment. After an hour I just got up and walked out, it was ridiculous how unprofessional she was. I also noticed the rest of the staff appeared unprofessional wearing crop tops/sweatpants and making off-putting comments. Would not recommend to anyone, there’s lots of salons close by that understand the value of their clients time, this place is not one of them.

Just got probably the best service of my my whole life here. Popped in for a quick manicure on my lunch break and Tiffany got me in and out quickly, and with flawless polish. Think Ive found my new go-to spot!

I had an 10:30 o’clock appt, did not go back until 11ish, a lady rudely asked me why i wasn’t getting acrylics on...but i did have a very nice young lady at first who was doing a great job, but then later tiffany came up and took over- filing my nails past where my nails grow and was super disrespectful and rough with me. my nails look super bad, bumpy and short. i will not be returning.

I love this place so much. Great service, reasonable pricing, and an obviously clean environment. Every mani or pedi I e gotten here has been gorgeous. I recommend this salon every chance I get! :)

Not only did they stay open late to take me, she did a wonderful job on my nails. If you go there ask for tiffany... best place Ive had my nails done. Thank you again tiffany!

I stopped in on a whim because I had a wedding and was going on vacation. While the place was clean and the staff very nice, my nails are a wreck, or I should say my fingers. 6 out of 10 fingers have cuts on them, they hurt and are red and swollen. Definitely not going back.

Tiffany did an AMAZING job on my nails. The attention to detail was superb. Ill be making this place my regular nail salon!

This is the second time at this location and I left unhappy both times.. The first time I got gel. The nail tech was going so fast that the gel paint ended up going off of my nails which ends up peeling the next day .. expensive nails for them to look nice for a day. I came back to give them a second shot. I picked a color of dipped nails that was a very light purple color on the sampler .. when it was done, BRIGHT PINK. For someone who hates the color pink, I was mortified. The owner and nail tech didnt care that the color didnt match and said it was a manufacturer error on the sample. I paid 45 dollars for dipped nails that were absolutely horrendous, I wont even be back to have them removed ..

They never take me on time. i always make an appointment and they always take a walk in first. plus whenever they are in a rush they cut my cuticles and i bleed. won’t be going back ever.

Ask for Tiffany. She will give you the best manicure/ pedicure you’ve ever had.💅🏼She is kind and professional.

I will never return back to this place, the whole experience makes me not even want to get my nails done again. The staff was rude, rough, made every one of my fingers bleed, had to get my nails done twice, they had me pay in the middle of getting my nails done, they were completely unprofessional and were making video calls while doing my nails, and also the one lady who works there came up to me and told me I need to get my lil mustache waxed. Like how frikkin rude! Horrible horrible horrible. Please i recommend you not going here.

The owner yelled at her employees in front of several customers and was very rude. She then brought me in to the argument and treated her one employee, who was doing a great job, with total disrespect. I will never go again due to the fact that it was so unprofessional, uncomfortable and not relaxing at all.
