Only pay for what you need,lie. I only have one car now and pay more for just one then I did when I had three. My pipe leaked(in the wall) they told me that wasnt covered cause the water damage looked older and they cant do anything. The damage was in my wall, was I support to open my wall up to look yearly and make sure it wasnt leaking. They only want your money and once they get you in the door you get nothing. Rip off insurance company.

I call in February to get a week extension on my bill and they give it to me then 2 days later they take the money anyway. I put a stop pay on it so my account doesn’t get overdrawn. I call in March and make 2 payment for March and February to keep my account current, but because their system messed an took the money back in February when it wasn’t supposed to be taken by. They clam that I owe them for the month of February even though I pay for February in March. The reps and billing department from liberty mutual are very rude and unhelpful. They blame you for their mistakes and take no responsibility for anything then try to charge you more money. When you argue the point they just hang up on you. Do not recommend at all. You will lose so much money and waste so much time.

I have never in my life witnessed such an egregious overcharge on a car insurance policy. One of my customers was attempting to add a vehicle to his insurance policy and not only did we uncover that he had been being overcharged for many many years on his liability coverage but that they were going to continue trying to get away with it. To put it in perspective they quoted him 495/month to cover a 2015 Camry full coverage. I almost choked. Of course we declined and called Geico and it ended up being 117 a month. I still can’t believe the insurance agent had the nerve to even try to get him to pay that amount.

By golly this little establishment was quite the treat. Let me take you through what happened the moment I entered. I had set up an appointment to meet with a salesman and our meeting time was around 12:30pm. I thought they wouldnt be able to meet at that time because thats usually when many other insurance agents there would be at lunch, but they decided to put off eating luch to speak with me. I got there around 12:25 and I walked into the office and was greeted with a huge smile. I was satisfied and they answered all my questions. I will most definitely be doing buisness with Liberty Mutual in the future. And by golly I will be recommending Liberty Mutual to all of my friends and family that are looking for a good insurance agent, I thank you for how kind, generous, and hospitable you were during my visit!
