My nails look sooooooo good. I specifically wanted sns nails with a design I seen on Instagram. This place had the best reviews so I decided to try them out. Special shoutout to Tiffany for this design! She did an amazing job! Highly recommend!!

This is my first time for pedicures at this salon and I love it. But the lady who did to me was inpatient and wants to tell very fast what I want and at the beginning I mentioned what I want. She was rude and showed anger expression and talking with other same culture in her native language which is not polite and supposed to provide all respect and manners to clients. Respect and nice face expression is required in business. I prefer to pay triple price at the paradise valley resort pedicure salon because they show all respect to clients.

My first time here for a dip manicure and the service was on time, well done and professional. They have a wide selection of the dip powder colors and the price is also reasonable. They also have many options for the pedicures. This is one of the best nail salons I have visited in the area so far. I will definitely be back.

The place is lovely and the service was excellent. I came in late at night but they were very welcoming and didnt rush which I really appreciate. You know you dont get that kind of treatment in many places especially when it was almost close to 8:00 pm. My nails look awesome. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

I absolutely love this place! My nails have been lasting for two weeks already and they look like they were done yesterday🥰The lady that did my nails is a designer and her name is Tiffany! The pedicure was so wonderful and relaxing!They followed up with a design and I went home feeling prowd:)This is my second time coming here, and definitelyStopping by this salon again! It was my first time at the nail salon and I was suprised by how clean the nail salon is. The staff was so very friendly and welcoming. They made me feel so relax and pampered. They do good designs as well. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good nail salon with affordable price and quality work.

ALWAYS WHEN YOU GET A PEDICURE! She does great gel work. Yes, this place is pricey ($3-$10 then usual) but good for experience. They offer a 7 day chip fix for free.(If this is helpful please give thumbs up.)

What a wonderful experience! Both my husband and I got the Organic Deluxe spa pedicure and it was heavenly! I highly recommend the “milk and honey” option. The service was cheerful, friendly, and even my husband gave it two thumbs up!

This business is amazing! When you first arrive, they request that you wash your hands and everyone is wearing a mask. I was the first appointment of the day and everyone was so friendly and inviting. Kathy is a great conversation and does quality work, especially on an SNS manicure. They also have a HUGE selection of SNS colors. I will be coming back!

I’ve never posted a review anywhere but.. this was the WORST experience I have ever had with my nails. The 1 star is for the lady who did my pedicure. I wanted to like this place so bad.. But that was my first and last time going there. My 2 year old son could’ve done my nails, honestly.

After recommendation from a coworker and countless reviews I decided to try this place for the first time and was getting dip nails for the first time as I’ve always gotten gel. I got there 20 minutes early so I could choose a nail color but they sat me right away, which was nice. Her station was dirty and the arm rest didn’t look clean. There were fingernail clippings near her work station on the wall ledge and she didn’t use clean cuticle cutters on me for the few nails she trimmed. Once she finished with my nails she put the trimmers back in their sleeve, didn’t even clean them off. I had a few questions toward the end of the service as I’ve never gotten dip nails before and after my questions of “do I pay with you or at the front” and “am I supposed to rub the oil in or wash it off” the employee behind me laughed at each of my questions, which was rude and embarrassing. I came here to get my nails done for my engagement pictures. After getting my nails done and leaving I noticed my nails didn’t feel right on the drive home, they’re numb and hurt and I went back to have them removed. They told me to wait a few days first and I refused it didn’t feel right and I wanted them off. Now, they don’t give refunds and I didn’t even ask for one when I went back: however she did tell me I could come back from 25% off my next service, not even a complimentary service; not that I would go back that place was dirty and employees were laughing at my questions. I feel ripped off, and I even gave the lady that did my nails a 23% tip. Never coming here again and I DEFINITELY do not recommend this place.

I recently moved to the area and searched and searched for a nail salon that felt clean and relaxing and this place fit the bill PERFECTLY! The interior is gorgeous and very relaxing.The nails were well worth the price Johnny did a fantastic job and made sure the shape and length was exactly what I wanted before moving forward.I would definitely recommend this place! Especially for a group of brides maids or for a pampering before a girls night out.

Herbal Nails is fantastic! I used to go to a different salon, and the products irritated my nail beds. This salon has organic and herbal products that do not leave an allergic reaction, while managing to have a huge range of colors to offer! Staff is warm and friendly. Chairs are brand new, super comfortable and state of the art. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and they play cute animal videos to put a smile on your face. This is the ultimate professional and satisfying nail salon experience! PS: if you want beautiful SNS nails that are perfectly shaped and last at least 3 weeks, ask for Karen. She’s phenomenal!!

I am very picky with my nails. Im happy to say i will be coming back for all my fills and more! they were able to get the shape of the nails to all match and to the length i want without telling me it doesnt go with my shape. Thank you! The prices is about average to any other salon. High recommend. but probably best to have an appointment since they are busy. if they offer them. i was lucky enough to walk in at the right time.

Very clean, friendly staff, pedicure was nice! Not too long, not too quick, perfect polish job(and Im picky about that!) and comfy chairs. Prices are definitely appropriate for the services. My friend called ahead to make sure we could get 2 chairs side by side, so Id recommend doing that. We will be back!!!

I can not believe how lucky I am to have stumbled upon this nail salon. They got me in for a dual manicure pedicure at the last minute and did an amazing job. Lee did an extra 10 minute massage which was strong and very relaxing! I would recommend any of my friends come here for impeccable service.

Katie helped me and she did such an amazing job my nails look great and Ive been getting so many compliments on the color I did, she was super sweet and communicated well in making sure everything was okay with my nails. Relaxing atmosphere, very friendly and professional.Every nail spa I have been to make you pick your color before you sit down. Here you can pick your color right from your seat. I love their environment. Everyone speaks in a low tone of voice and no matter how many people come through that door, they keep the same speed. They dont rush your service at all so you get to really lay back in your massage chair and relax.I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

Kim and Lam did my nails today. I got sns on my finger nails and a regular pedicure! Let me tell you.... they both were so meticulous in making sure everything was perfect and I appreciated there attention to detail more than youll ever know. I have had bad experiences at other nail places and this was a breath of fresh air! They have a new client for life!! You will NOT be disappointed for trying them out :)

Owner very friendly. Katie is the one that I got my shellac manicure with and did a fabulous job! She is also a lovely lady. They are both very meticulous and go above and beyond. They take their time and dont try to rush you through your service. Wish I lived in Phoenix so I could get my regular manicures at Herbal Nails & Spa!

Tom is the best! Ive been doing SNS for a year now with him & my nails are strong as ever. He always does the most perfect job while also working at a fast pace. Also, they usually play Friends on one of their TVs. I love this place.

1st time here and it was fantastic. Katie was super sweet, attentive and she did a great job. This salon is clean and modern. Although I waited for around 30-40 mins the receptionist was great at hosting me while I waited. It was totally worth it.

I have been coming here for over 3 years..The owners were awesome and it was very friendly..Since they sold the place it has become so commercialized and not as friendly.. the techs are no where as good as the ones there before..if it wasn’t for Katie I’m not sure if I would continue to go there..was there with my granddaughter today and her tech argued with me about what flavor of scrub she could have when it clearly shows on their menu several different ones..as far as my tech went she had no clue how to take the gel off my toes. It took over 20 mins for her to get it off. Other then that she was pleasant..not sure if I will continue her or find somewhere else

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for 2-3 months and Tom hasn’t failed me once! He does exceptional job with the SNS products and is super fast! Your nails will never chip or break until your next regularly scheduled appointment. Great Job Tom!

I got the hot stone spa pedicure. It was very nice and relaxing. There was no wait and the staff were very nice. The receptionist was very nice she acknowledged us the minute we walked in.

I’m a bit frustrated with my experience with this salon. The first few times I went, everything was great. However, my past few interactions have left much to be desired. Prior to this last appointment I had a tech that was not to my liking: she is nice enough but does her own thing without asking your personal preference. She also is careless and unobservant with what she is doing. When making my most recent appointment I specifically stated I did not want her again. I was told that I would be placed with someone else and that a note was added to my account..... yet at my appointment today, I was again placed with her and am no happier then I was the first time. She broke the skin on my fingers while filing and my nails are uneven, thick, and lumpy.

We got the #7 pedicure, and my nail artist was Karen (the young one). The treatment included everything from massage to hot stone to paraffin wax and was very enjoyable. The final nail painting looks beautiful! I would return.

Tom did a wonderful job as always! I made a bad decision once in colors and after three nails, I said it was different then I thought. He went above and beyond by redoing the nails and coming up with a way of doing what my imagination came up with. He is always very friendly and goes above and beyond.

I had gone to another salon in Surprise on a Saturday and received the most horrible sns full set. I think the guy may have just been new, but honestly, a child would have done a better job. Anyway, By Monday I could not take looking at the horrendous nails and I left work 15 early to make sure I got to the salon well before they closed to get a walk in appointment. I was so lucky to have gone there! I was immediately greeted by Theresa and told that Katie could help me right away. I’m less than an hour, Katie removed the set I had and did an incredible three color design with red, white and blue for the upcoming Memorial Day holiday. Do yourself a favor and go see Katie, she is worth the drive!

I saw pictures of this place online and thought it would be great to get my nails and my sister in laws nails done at. I thought wrong. I didnt get the shape I wanted or the designs. She chose my nail shape for me! She was super rude in how i wanted my nails like. On top of that my nails came out patchy and uneven and Im super unsatisfied with it. NEVER AGAIN. You can find better nail places. Took my nails off after a week bc they did such an awful job.

Since losing my longtime nail tech two years ago due to his relocation, I have been searching for that special person to fill his shoes. I am a senior and have sensitive hand joints. Finally, after going through just about all the nail salons in the northeast section of the valley I, today, have found him. I urge you to ask for Victor when you go to Herbal Nails. He is so gentle and he is also a fun person. The salon is spotlessly clean. They have not one, not two but, three TVs for everyones comfort and enjoyment no matter where you sit. Their products are top of the line and they are very reasonable.

Herbal Nails is a great! I have had 4 mani/pedis at this spa and will continue here. The staff are attentive and pleasant. They do an excellent job. My nails look terrific and last several weeks. The spa is super-clean. I recently moved and after trying a few others in the area have made this my new regular spa.

Unfortunately I’ve had the worst experience at this location! Long wait and I had a broken nail in Two days! When I returned for a repair they told me to come back the next day or go back to Scottsdale! The nail tech response was inappropriate and unacceptable! However the Scottsdale location is very attentive and polite! I would NEVER come back to this nail salon! Oh and the receptionist/ manager Karen was also extremely rude and unprofessional!
