Young is the best of the best ‼️All the girls in my family go to splendid. We take a 40 min drive just for them that’s how good they are. Lu gives the best pedicures‼️Very straight forward people. We pay around $100 for full set & #4 pedicure. You definitely get what you pay for.

I adore this place! I am quite the regular and am never disappointed. I always have gone to yong ( the gentleman in the first chair) and let me say I am NEVER disappointed. My nails are always a work of art. They are always on top of the latest trends. Whether I want dazzling and flashy or neutral and professional, they have something that fits perfectly. Prices are great, the store is so clean and welcoming. I highly recommend you peak your head in the next time you’re at Paradise Valley Mall, they are located in between Macy’s and Hot Topic, right in the center of the mall!

Edit: its been a few days and I have sores and blisters all around my nails! My fingers are in a lot of pain! Kim, who did my nails was nice, however I wont return due to the pain Im in. I reduced my rating from 5 stars to 2 for this reason. The only reason its not a one star is because I liked my nail tech.Took an hour and a half but turned out nice. Will be going back to the same girl next time.

I’m a very last minute person, and I’m just always happy they are able to get me in at the last minute. I’ve been here twice now, and both times it was a little before closing. Many nail salons close at 7, and I usually get off of work at 7, so it’s nice to have a place to go to that’s still open. The lady, Kim, who did my pedicure was really sweet. However, the gentleman who did my manicure seemed a bit rushed and panicked. The owner of the store is always very funny and gives you legitimate advice on how to keep nails healthy which I appreciate. The ambiance isn’t the greatest. It is located next to the Macy’s as I had a bit of a difficult time finding them first time around.

I went to Splendid Nail for the first time yesterday and was so happy I did. I’ve tried a few places in Phoenix before but had been a bit disappointed when it came to shaping, customer service, pricing, etc.The owner is so lovely and was able to accommodate me after I hadn’t properly confirmed my booking online (lol). The salon is also very clean with a great vibe. My nail tech was meticulous, knew exactly what I wanted, and was also SO NICE.I will definitely be back!!

I took my 3 girls in to get their nails polished to give them the experience (just polished) and they stared at my girls and said they couldnt do it because my daughters look too young!!! One is 10 the other 8 & 5!!! Then kept giving excuses because they wanted a big pay day! Well little that they know we tend to tip really good and they lost out! But thats not cool at all and there was only after a payday and robbed my little girls of an experience!

Stopped by for a toe polish change, three workers and one customer. I was stared at before being greeted, I was asked what I would like, then I was told sorry were too busy 😕. Obviously I can spend my money where people are actually willing to help you!

This is the fourth time I’ve ever gotten my nails done and I was so happy with the experience!! I went on Sunday and I didn’t get the name of the lady that did mine, but she paid so much attention to detail making sure they looked good and that I got what I asked for. They look great and I’ll definitely be coming back if I can. My husband is excited to go to them for a pedicure.

I always really enjoy going to this salon. The service is good, and they have a very friendly staff. Im never disappointed with their color selection, and I always find one that I enjoy. My gel nails usually last about 3 weeks and my pedicures are always very pretty. I used to go to nails but it always feels like theyre rushing me out the door to get to the next customer. Ive never felt this way at Tim s Nails, which is why Ill keep coming back.

My mom and I visited Splendid Nail Spa and we were impressed with the great atmosphere and the phenomenal customer service. Amazing staff, clean salon, knowledgeable, and up to date on new trends. I walked into this place yesterday after coming here a couple times to get my nails done, i thought that maybe after them seeing me a few times that they would be more friendly but yesterday was my last time coming back due to me standing there waiting for them to acknowledge me. After they acknowledge that i was standing there, they were very rude to me, they have no manners they treat you like your dirt underneath their feet like you owe them the world. I like the way the guy in back did my nails, but i will not be returning because of the lack of poor customer service. Treat people how you want to be treated, never treat a customer rude, always be polite and friendly because the reality is, that they could be anybody and the customers are the reason your shop is open.

Everyone is extremely kind and they just want you to be happy and relaxed! Best pedi I have ever received! The place is warm and inviting and most important CLEAN! They are open late They play relaxing music like in a spa. I cant say enough wonderful things about this place. Oh and the price for all this is extremely reasonable!

Great salon, huge selection and great staff.Salon is neat and cleaned. They use liners for their pedicures which I like because it feels more sanitary.Totally recommend this salon to everyone. If you havent been here yet, youre totally missing out.

I have been going to Splendid Nails for over 20yrs. I have moved across the valley and would still make a long drive just to get my nails done. They do an excellent job every time and they are quick to get you serviced. I highly recommend Luu, she is top notch. I have sent many friends to Splendid and they are now loyal customers. You will not be disappointed.

The second time around, my girlfriend got a natural pink gel manicure and periwinkle pedicure as well as get extensions done. The whole process was so relaxing that all my girlfriend had to do was just lay back and rest. She cant stop talking about how many compliments she is getting on her nails and lashes! ( seriously, its almost everyday.. O_O; )There is no question that she will be coming back to be a regular here!In our last visit we recently found out that she does waxing as well... so you can guess what my girlfriend will end up getting next.. !! In the end, I would say definitely give this place a try. service is top notch and you will come out feeling refreshed and confident!

Dont do it. Having mother daughter day and stopped by the mall. Thought I would get her a gel manicure and they used regular polish while charging me for the gel. I flipped. They said they do refunds and I said the work wasnt done so you owe me my money back. They removed her nail polish and gave me my money. Never going back. This is bs

I would give it 0stars if possible. WORST PLACE EVER! Took my mom here for mother’s day and the sign up front said $15 manicures and $25 for full sets, my mom got a manicure and regular polish, nothing special or fancy no gel or anything else to add extra cost. Kim decided to try to charge $30 for simply painting my moms nails with the worst attitude and talking in her language to the woman to her right, obviously talking about my mother. I myself got a full set of acrylics with regular polish and she wanted to charge me $65 for something I didn’t receive. So going up to pay telling me I owe $95, I told her my cost is $40 I would not pay anything more. She gave me an b*tchy look and rolled her eyes and asked what I was tipping. I told her no tip. And she yelled at me that tips are mandatory, I told her she did not earn a tip due to her attitude towards both me and my mom, and she scoffed took my card handed me my receipt and told me to have a nice day. I called the manager to let him know about what had happened and he told me that I should tip anyways and it was no problem with what she did. I told him that he lost a good amount of money from my family as customers and that we would never come back, and he said no worries he has more. Wonderful customer service you have here, complete waste of time and money. Never again.

I am so happy that I have found my nail salon in Phoenix! After moving, I was having trouble finding a good manicurist that took the time with my gel manicure and one that actually lasted! Kim is amazing and all of her manicures last and look phenomenal for weeks!

Went in with my wife for pedicure, for the both of us. The staff was cold and unwelcoming. When my wife asked if she could adjust her seat, (as she has long legs and was uncomfortable), the person said NO in a loud and pushy voice. The chair could be moved, and wasnt broken. The person also didnt clean under my wifes toe nails, and clean up the cuticles. Last, the person didnt message her feet and calves for anything more than 3 minutes. Same with my person as well. Plainly said, they are unfriendly, cold, and pushy! Do not go there!!!

Cons: He kept going into the cuticle and toe nail sides so it did hurt a little nothing major. Due to the fact that I had a lot of skin he kept shaking his head and huffing and saying my feet were too much work for him, I feel like that’s something you should keep to yourself. He used a scrub for the massage so it felt very scratchy. He then used a lotion and was a little too aggressive on my calves, I am a bigger woman but the pressure was a little too hard so I had to tell him to go a little softer. Also the paraffin wax was too hot so it was a little uncomfortable.Pros: Over all he did a good job my toes looked really good. Was able to remove all the dead skin my feet are soft.Update: the bottom of my feet hurt really bad, they are bruised and I cannot walk. I’m sorry but unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

Awesome place. My tech is extremely professional and experienced. Ive been to many other places and this is the very best one yet. My nails are always done nice and last for weeks. I HIGHLY recommend it.

I am very happy with the service and quality. Paid $25. for full set of acrylic nails the day before Thanksgiving and here we are 20 days later and they are still intact. I will definitely visit here again and would recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done.

Came in for a much needed pedicure after being sick and thought it might cheer me up but felt like everything was RUSHED. The water used in the foot soaker was cold, the polish job was sloppy, and didnt feel much like I was at a SPA. Not relaxing at all and will not be back.

Right when I walked in I should have known my experience would be bad. The staff doesnt even say hi or anything they just have you sit down.I brought my son in with me. (He has Autism) and theres times he fiddles his hands together because thats how he deals with his condition. The guy doing my nails would stop every time he did this (I had him sitting next to me ) like he expected me to have him stop. He cant control these movements. Anyway he put Acrylic in one hand. My son was getting a little antsy and at one point hits himself in the face. I tried to calm him down but at this point I was told I needed to leave and come back when I didnt have my son with me anymore. I couldnt believe that they werent even going to at least put in the Acrylic in the other hand he didnt finish. Nope, he told me to leave. So I did. I was humiliated in the way I was treated. Luckily I found another place. The lady was super nice and seemed sympathetic Im my situation. So much so, that she gave me a discount to finish the set of nails. I understand its a business but the situation could have been handled differently. I would never come back here even if I didnt have my son with me. Ive been to a few different nail salons with my son coming along and have never been treated like this. Like the nice lady that fixed my nails said, theres nail salons in every corner. If they dont want your business other places will.

Im a regular at a nail spa near my home, but my usual nail expert was out of town so I went to Splendid. Ive been to Splendid a hand full of times in the past and usually the work is acceptable. However, today the work was just ok and the customer service was terrible! The guy who did my nails cashed me out. I realized a tip line wasnt on the receipt (its 2017 who honestly always carries cash?). When I stated, Oh, no tip line...I dont have cash. He stated that I had to tell him prior to cashing out and walked away. I dont get a service and not leave a tip...I at least leave something even if the service was bad. Customer service goes a long way! I would have made it a point to go to the ATM, but not after he just walked away as if I go there on a consistent basis and knew a tip line wasnt on the receipt. I probably wont use Splendid in the future as my just in case nail spa.

I called their salion at 7pm and was told that they couldnt accommodate me wen their salon closed at 839. It was raining pretty heavily. Businessi be pretty good to turn when a brand new client. They did however ask me if I could come in tomorrow. After doing roll call to see if anyone could accommodate me and turned down I certainly wasnt giving them my business to accommodate them. Sorry no thanks

It took me ages to find a salon in Phoenix that I actually liked, but Splendid Nail Spa was well worth the wait. The prices are reasonable, the staff extremely courteous, and they do quality work. My gel manicures always last more than two weeks. I definitely recommend Splendid Nail Spa for your mani/pedi/waxing needs!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!! My sisters and I wanted to get our nails done and they were still open and they made time for all of us to get acrylic nails!! And they did it very very well and all of the employees were so kind and gave us the wifi

I am extremely unhappy about my service here. No one came up to help me when I came into the store and I ended up standing there awkwardly waiting for someone to come help me. My nails were done extremely poor. Many were misshapen and crooked. The man who did my nails was clearly in a rush and didn’t take his time. He painted my nails very messily and was disrespectful and bossy. I am never coming back here, the service was horrible.

I take my girlfriend here every month and she is very happy for what she gets for $25, a gel manicure and a light message.It is amazing that the people with no money complain the most and probably dont tip either. Give these workers a break, they work hard and have to deal with disgusting feet and hands.

I have been going here for a little over 11 years now, walked in for a gel manicure, usually I have Rose do my nails and she does an awesome job, however, she was not there so Don had done them. Never have I ever experienced such bad customer service from this place, I showed him a specific color I wanted and he gave me a basket and told me to look for it, then he went on to file my nails which were all crooked, then I asked him to fix it and he threw a fit, only filing down the part of my nail that was already short enough. He continued throwing a fit the rest of my experience, when he should have done it right to begin. Never will I ever go back or refer my friends and family.

I usually had my brows wax done since the place is convenient for me. Most times when I enter the store I stood for a few minutes and no one will greet me they just stare at me like Im a ghost. The lady on the front asked me what I wanted in an abrupt tone (without even saying Hi or a smile) so I said I wanted to have my brows wax and she just said come back after an hour and turn my back at me without even saying sorry that we are so busy today and if you want we can service you for an hour. Their customer service is the worst ever. Very rude. And most times I have my upper lip waxed they peeled the skin on my upper lip. I have scars for days and need to conceal it with make up. They dont even apologize. I will never go this place again.

Would give less stars if I could. Paint job done poorly. The plastic nail applicator popped off in less than a week because it was not correctly done. The lady smudged the paint and left a mark in the middle of my nail without fixing it. The employees were rude and rushing. Smelled unclean and nail tools were used without being washed. Disappointed to say the least.

Kim did an amazing job on my mom. She got a pedicure and manicure for only 30 dollars. Liui or however she spelt it, was okay. She did good at first but didn’t listen when I said I needed a callus removal and left missing color on my big toe even though I asked her to fix the 3 nails she had undone. She was obviously annoyed. It’s okay though; I don’t recommend her but Kim was sweet and did a perfect job.

Before moving to their new location within the mall by HotTopic, they were my favorite nail salon. The last two times I was there was my payday Friday and both times they said my card had been declined? I paid with cash the first time and tipped extra because I felt bad my card declined. Then the second time I only had my Discover card in my pocket & now I was suspicious. Then he asks me for my ID? I look at Yung, who has met my husband, kids, mother, and sister in person multiple times. I tell him I dont have my ID with me. The guy who did my nails both times my card happened to get declined threw his hands up and made a loud noise, as to cause a scene.Yung then says something to him and he accepts the card. Most embarrassing salon experience Ive ever had. I still tipped this gentlemen wearing broken glasses, who rushed the whole set, so badly that I had to tell him to reglue a very crooked nail (twice because the first time he didnt want to).A shame Yung lets this man treat people like this and do subpar work. Been coming here since 2014. Never again.

Absolute worst service ever, very rude, did not listen to what was being requested, the young lady that came with me, was burnt multiple times with the Dremel, she pulled her hand back from the pain and was abruptly grabbed, and they continued, I spoke up, given this young lady was 15 years old !!! I have never seen such a thing, nor have I ever experience such horrible customer service, when asked about a design, I was spoken to like I was uneducated, I will not return nor will I ever recommend, I came to get my nails filled at this establishment because my nail salon was closed, I will never make that mistake again !!!! After a weekend in Vegas i needed a pedicure BAD and i needed my nails done, because it had been 2 and a half weeks! i stop at this place because i noticed their prices were lower than anywhere i had been before. (FOR A REASON) worst manicure (if that is what they want to call it) ever. The polish (no chip may i add) is on my cuticle, yes the one that should have been groomed which wasnt. I asked for it to be fixed and the lady tried to file the polish off, in which it still looked the same. she acted like i was crazy when i asked for it to be fixed. I was so annoyed i just wanted the hell out of there. I am stuck hiding my nails from people now because it looks like a 5 year old polished them. You couldnt pay me to come back to this place.

I went to go get my acrylics removed yesterday and it was awful customer service! I had already went in earlier that week and was rudely given an hour wait. When she got to removing the last nail on my thumb she cracked part of my real nail, only to say nothing, not even apologize. She left my real nail bloody and broken. Never going here again.

DO NOT get your nails done here. They charged me full price for my five year old. The massage for my mani and pedi was awful. They just rubbed some lotion on me. Polish job was less than mediocre. And when I asked for a discount for the crappy work, the super rude lady offered me a generous $2. Unbelievable experience. Feel free to come here if you feel like getting ripped off.

Don’t make an appointment they clearly don’t care about appointment times and don’t stop taking walk ins in order to service people that have already booked an appointment. 2nd time this has happened to me. I only have time to come on my lunch hour and they never accommodate the appointment time. 20 minutes of waiting and still haven’t been started on yet. So rude and unprofessional.

While I was walking around the mall I saw this place... intrigued by the price I wanted to get my first pedicure. I walk in and not one single person in the entire place acknowledges me, talks to me, notices me, NOTHING. I stood there for 5 minutes like a ghost. No one said a word EVER. so I walked right back out. Worst customer service ever, they didnt want my money I gues.
