HORRIBLE! This lady cut at least 4 fingers on each had with the filer making me bleed around the nail. I was so mad, she kept saying “sorry I won’t do it again” -,-The majority of the stones couldn’t even last a full day without falling off.Definitely never recommending or coming back again.

I love the pedicure even the basic was good enough for me didnt need the extras...nail artist was good. Just did his job no talking not very friendly but hey I only wanted my nails done got a full set pinky nail fell of 4 days later that sucked paid $90 for full set with polish and stones and basic pedicure absolutely love the polish usually go fancy but the polish i chose was everything not need found my favorite gel color here . Not complaining not a terrible experience could be better

I went in for a pedicure and the lady did it so rushed, she barely cut my toe nails, she painted them all messy, my toe nails and gel polish already cracked not even being a week after. It’s so obvious that they don’t take their time or even try. I regret tipping the lady. I paid $110 (including tip) for two pedicures that did not even come out good.

This was my first time at the salon and I called in to set up an appointment got there waited almost 30 minutes. There were other girls who came in after me and they walked them in right away without an appointment. Not only did I wait more than I was expecting but the work was horrible I was not satisfied with my nails. I feel like I just wasted $50 on something that its not worth $50. I will not be coming back to this place again.

Nail Trends was a total disappointment. The customer service was cold. I went to Getty a pedicure. The lady that did my pedicure hurt me 3 times. She was rough and overly aggressive. She did a horrible job my cuticles werent properly cut so it looks like I never got a professional pedicure of which I paid for and even tipped her. I was treated like they could care less that I came in and didnt give a damn if I came back. Poor service all the way around. For me Nail Trends gets a thumbs down Promise Marks wont be back.

The lady in the front had an attitude with my family we were a group of 5 and she was super rude. I had to remind her that we are customers and that attitude was not necessary. Customers are the reason why businesses thrive we are the reason why she gets a paycheck. So she needs to reflect on that. We will no longer get our nails done there.

I was recommended this place by a coworker because they said this place was good and cheap. I dont get my nails done often but one of my biggest peeves is when the nail tech gives me cuticle burns/cuts. It was about a 30 minute wait for a walk in and I wanted short ombre purple nails, but they recommended medium length which Im not comfortable with in order to accentuate the ombre style. The tech didnt put much time or care into my nails so there are many noticeable flaws in each nail but I guess you get what you pay for which for what I got was still too expensive. I will not return here.

First gave 5 stars but now 1. Today was there about 3 hours, polish on my toes are bumpy. The lady rushed on my fill and dont like how they came out. Definitely wasnt gonna let her do my brows. Time to look for another place 🤷‍♀️

It was my first time coming here for nails I’ve been here for eyebrows once before .. I took my daughter in as well and I really appreciated the way she and I were treated . We did gel pedi and I got a full set . John was a little serious when he started my full set .. it makes it a little uncomfortable but then we started talking and I told him about my wedding it did get better .. I will definitely be coming back to this place ... especially for my eyebrows Ann and Annie did a fantastic job on my eyebrows it’s so hard to find a good place ...

My daughter and I had great service. We were serviced by 2 different ladies. My techs name was Nancy and she did a great job on my nails and my eyebrows. I didnt catch my daughters techs name but her nails came out good too. Unfortunately, 4 hours later her nail polish just started coming off. She came up to me to show me the polish that came off and said she didnt know what happened. This morning she woke up and showed me more polish that came off. She had regular polish which I knew wouldnt last long but this was way too quick. This is the only reason I didnt give them 5 stars, but other than that their service quality was great! We felt welcomed and attended to.UPDATE: Almost a month later and my nails are still intact! In need of a fill obviously, but not one nail has come off so Nancy definitely did a great job. Will go again in the future!

I’ve been going here since I moved to AZ. They have reasonable prices and I never have to wait long. When I book an appointment they are on time. I am always pleased by their gel pedicures and dip powder. They are very professional and always fix my nails to what I like.

Took my wife here, had us sign in, and than told us it would be a 45 minute wait, after an hour, and being ignored by the worker at the front desk for an additional 15, we walked out. Waste of time

Nails trends was my favorite place. I went to get a nail fill on Friday. I waited more than an hour and when it was finally my turn the service was totally rushed and horrible. All my fingers were bleeding and the polish looked awful. I went back today to get my polish fixed and they told me it would be an extra $20 to get my polish fixed. And ended up not wanting to pay since I had just gotten them done. The owner came up to me and looked at my nails and said they would change the polish. This is the ending result of a polish change.. never going back again.

I love this place been going for over a year at first I didn’t like my nails but once you find the right tech there then your ok there always nice and if there is a problem with your nail they are always willing to fix it.

Second time Ive been there for a pedicure and they have qualified, attention to detail girls. Very satisfied.

Honestly I will never go back after letting them repair what was damaged after having them on for only 2 days this place is a joke they made me pay them to fix their mistake. It cost almost $100 just for a full set after the whole fiasco that I just got replaced at another salon for half the price and twice if not more the quality. The cleanliness of the place beyond poor so if you want to get ripped off enjoy.

Well its my 2nd time coming here, the first time was good, the lady did a great job, 2nd time the lady made my nails too short she kept filing and burn my cuticle, 😒 after all was done I wasnt happy but I had alot of things to get done, alot of problems with my nails, it tugs my hair, its not filed evenly around my nails, my nails look thick, and it looks nothing of the nail I picked lol...

I love the girls here but the guy who did my cousins nails had a whole attitude he may think he didnt but he did. Dont work in customer service if youre going to trip about a nail polish change. He was big and buff with somewhat a Mohawk and always on his phone chilling. My cousin is not satisfied with her nails she got gel but left them rough without a shine. The reason I wanted a polish change was because the nail polish was not translucent on the example.

My daughter and I love coming here! The workers are nice and the wait is okay! They are really busy on Saturday mornings! So next time we will be going in the evening before they close it usually dies down by then! But over all its the best nail salon Ive been to.. & my daughter feels so pampered when the lady at the front desk does her gel polish!

Its hard to find a good nail place and I actually liked this one. Got an acrylic set and pedicure all within a few min past an hour. good service other than my nails being longer on one hand versus the other & when i let her know she tried to play it off like it wasnt noticeable... decent price as well.Will deff come back!

Theres a wait even if you have an appointment. The water is room temperature on your feet; regardless, of havent them heat it up while you wait. The chairs arent well cushioned, but the pedicure chairs massage really well. The chairs make up for how weak the massage on your feet is.

They were open late, they were nice, clean, and accommodating. Only reason why I didnt give them a 5 star is because they are still charging people to use there debit card.

I’ve come here many times and each time have left satisfied. I went in today for a pedicure and full set. The pedicure service was so poor today I decided to pay for my pedi and get my full set elsewhere. $40 for a (below average) regular polish pedicure is a joke. I’ve paid $40 here for gel pedis that were amazing!! What a joke. Never coming back.

So I’m kinda on the fence with this place. Looks nice inside. I got the orange pedicure. She used dirty tools on me before I realized and made her get clean ones. The water was cold and then the stones she used burnt me to where I had to pull back instantly. I was there waiting 20 minutes in a chair after waiting 10 minutes before going to the chair. Wasn’t offered any water or anything. Then I got my eyebrows waxed after took about 10 minutes and then I say under the dryer for another 10 and left thinking 20 minutes is long enough to dry my toes. Nope as soon as I put my sandal on it rubbed off my paint then as I’m looking at them some toes weren’t even covered all the way. So now I will be repainting my nails when I get home. the pedicure minus the painting and burning me with rocks, was great and the massage chair was amazing. And I love my eyebrows. So this was a good and bad experience for me. Will go back but will not see the same tech.

Love Eric & Annas new salon & spa. It truly gives you the feeling of being at a very nice spa, nicely appointed. The salon is very large and everything is brand new. Anna has done my nails for years, does a great job. Tom is my go-to guy for my pedicures, hes awesome! Even though they are now 16 miles away, Ill still be using these great folks. BEWARE!!!! I only went here because the reviews were good but Ill never step foot in this place again. The guy who did my nails was SO ROUGH, he drilled too hard that I had to pull back my hand a few times. I felt him drill my skin too and he made me bleed! The products they used were cheap chemicals because my hands were BURNING. Even when I got home, hours later, my nails were still burning and hurting. On top of all that, the guy made NO conversation with me whatsoever. Never asked if i wanted to trim my nails. I come to the nail shop to get pampered and relieve stress and the whole time I was so uncomfortable. Oh yeah AND I left the shop with nail polish on my skin!!! Not worth it!!!!

We were visiting from out of town and got quick service. Place was clean and nail set was done quickly, only have 4 stars because after my set was done my nails looked very dull with no shine. I had to ask ANOTHER nail tech to put on another top coat. Other than that, everyone was very friendly and got quick service.

I work customer service and learn that any time you want to know about a place you intend on going, you read the bad reviews first to see how the customer services is and their experiences as to what they did to help the issue.But after seeing pictures posted, the feedback of the owner or who ever answers the reviews here.... if I was thinking of going Im not anymore sounds to me like a very disappointed place to go to. Some of these nails look horribly done but Im glad those customers were satisfy cause I know I wouldnt be. Im critical about my nails. Im thankful for the peoples review cause otherwise I would of gone to this place. Ill pass.

I love the way they take they time on my nails and not rush

I have been going to Nail Trends for a few months and received decent service however the service and treatment I received during my last visit was absolutely unacceptable. The technician left me with a horrible nail shape, cuts and a lot of wasted time as she took over 1 and 30 mins for a pedicure! She had no idea what she was doing. In addition the salon had the audacity to charge me full price for a service I was completely unhappy with. Never going back. Now that they are established and not “new” they have lost all sense of customer service and quality. All their good technicians have abandoned them for obvious reasons.

The last time my girlfriend went to get a fill on her (40 freaking dollar-French tips) the man filled them because her fav. Girl was busy, he did alright and she gave him a 5 dollar tip, but 5 days 3 of her finger nails broke, they were filled to thin.If they try to charge extra again ($28 last time) im taking my lady somewhere else.She deserves to feel pampered and not worry about her nails breaking because he rushed through them, he was a nice dude but a fast job doesnt mean a good one.
