We have been using infinity nail salon for about 10 years now. Every time we come (my daughters and myself) they are always able to fit us in and are ALWAYS friendly about it. Yesterday, I stopped in to kill some time but had to leave promptly at 2:45 to pick my daughter up from school. I asked for a gel mani/pedi and they quickly set me up and got me in and out before the time I needed to leave. There was a new gal there (I forget what she said he name was) and she did my nails. She was gentle, prompt, accurate, and friendly. The only issue i ever have here is parking, but they do try hard to make this better with their valet options. Would recommend infinity to everyone. Thank you for always being there!

I absolutely love my nails! I am very particular about my nails and was so impressed that I didnt have to ask the nail tech to fix anything. I enjoyed the conversation and quick service.

Very quick shop technicians was in and out and under an hour including wait time I got acrylics a base coat and foil and two accent nails my original bill was $50 but I thought they did such a good job that I paid a a $10 tip I will definitely be going back there

Dianna did amazing even if all these colors were a little much for an early appointment. She knocked it out of the park. Even made them shorter for me as I told her I have little boys and can’t really work with long nails. I absolutely love them.

I have to say I was quite surprised and pleased I had a male operator do my manicure manicure which I generally dont have a male duet his name is Mike and he was awesome and very funny

Ive been coming here for a couple years and I love this place. Finally got an appt. with Diana, and she is THE BEST. Ive never done dip powder before and Im obsessed! Such a different experience with a brand new set, I usually get acrylics and gel and end up leaving with sore fingers, but not this time...its like I have clouds on my nails lol....feels more natural than Ive experienced. Diana you are so very talented....Im so happy I was able to squeeze in to your hectic schedule. Count on me being a REGULAR with you from here on out....Ill stay on a wait list for you lol.

Nice place, friendly people. Only thing is you won’t get your toe bed cleaned out not sure why they skip that part.

If I could give zero I would. My wedding day - they couldnt accommodate any special designs on my nails, when the one they did was crooked - they refused to fix it. Took forever and rude. Do not go here. They said these were straight.

I love this place, been going there for 10+ years! Very talented nail techs, beautiful shop, and amazing customer service.

This place is a hit or miss. They have so many staff so you and a group can sit together BUT not everyone does quality work. Quality over quantity is better in this case. If you do come here and they do a good job get their name so you can request them in the future.

I just wanted to get my feet in the water with the jets on while my friends were getting manicures. As I’m sitting in the chair the owner comes and shuts it off and doesn’t say anything then lifts the arm rest. First off I was going to pay whatever a pedicure costs don’t worry I was going in for a free service. But definitely not coming back nor recommending this place. *also note: I had an appointment to..Don’t bother making an appointment either...we made an appointment for 5:45 and by 6:30 they still didn’t take us.Pictured is the guy who kicked me out

It was my 3rd time here today, and the quality of work has been superb! My gel nails did not even peel after 8 weeks of them being closed! My nails pretty much grew all the way down to the tip without lifting at all.They now have those fiber glass shields between the clients and the nail technician for protection due to COVID-19. They also require that everyone wears a mask and wash their hands before being seated, which makes me feel a lot better.Pro tip: Make an appointment as they are not taking walk ins to prevent overcrowding!

I had the most horrible experience ever at this place. I walked in with a picture of how I wanted my nails done and asked if they could accommodate me and they said yes. She put polish on my nails and blotted with a sponge when this is clearly ombré. When I usually get ombré the only polish used is top clear coat. The gel has the colors in them. Upon completion of my nails I informed the tech this is not what I wanted and showed the picture again to the tech. I asked for the nails to be removed and a complete refund because none of the techs that were there that day couldn’t or wouldn’t fix it if they could. I didn’t get no apologies for the waste of time, horrible nails, or damage to my real nails after removal of the nails. In fact they acted as if they were upset with me because I complained.

Went with my sister and husband and they did an amazing job. I have ugly toes and K managed to make them look cute. Most definitely recommend this place to everyone. Couldn’t have been happier.

Do not go here in a group. They say they under charged my mom so added it to my bill without asking me. Then we asked the lady about it she argued with us that they dont over charge . My mom paid for all of her services my nieces and sisters and then I paid for mine plus one. How does that make sense.? Again we were wrong not them. Also very inconsistent services we all asked for the same things but didnt get what we asked for. Mom asked for gel tips and all they did was gel polish. They all got messages and I didnt. The guy doing my toes barely cut them and the one doing my moms nails just filed and didnt lotion or do cuticles.

I’ve had great experiences, I really liked Chloe for pedis but she quit. Biggest complaint is they increased pedi prices by 20% so they’re significantly more than other salons in the area.

I spent $91 for a simple manicure and a simple pedicure pedicure didn’t even last a day will never go back to this place ever horrible horrible horrible service. Went to Capri nails on seventh Avenue and Union Hills my pedicure lasted six months beautifully

Just found out that unless you get gel, everthing on the list of services provided to the option you get is not included and is up to your nail technicians choice. So if you get a basic manicure with no gel you wont get the arm massage unless the person wants to and if its busy not gonna happen. Please make that more clear in the option book!!!

My mother and I went in here waited almost an hour, they took us back to soak our feet and forgot about us and then once someone came over she almost used a dirty nail drill without changing out the bit on my mother! Completely unsanitary and could cause infection. Makes you wonder how clean the rest of the place is if they’re so lazy to change the drill. Absolutely ridiculous. We left immediately and will not be returning along with making a call to state board to have a health and sanitation inspection done!

Waited 45 minutes & with an appointment. They took in a lot of people before me & so I gave up and left before I had to sit longer. Will find another place for a fill in.

This place is close to home and you dont have to wait days for an appt. I came here twice and the 2nd time I was with Mike who now I would prefer as he did my nails really nice.

There were 5 of us went in to get our nails done yesterday. I was paying for three of us . My sister and one daughter was pay for themselves butvThen they charged my daughter for two. So we paid twice . They took $198. Out of my account and the same out of hers. We tried telling them that they over charge and they just keeped telling us we were wrong. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY CHEAT YOU OUT OF MONEY

This was a horrible experience.. my mom took us for my birthday, we had an appointment for me and my family and my mom was told they didn’t have time to do a basic flower in her nails.. they were rude and I DO NOT recommend this place!! Horrible place!! If I could give - stars I would!!

The lady did a really fast job. Didn’t do my nails at all like I wanted and the quality of how my nails are done are awful. The polish doesn’t go all the way to the bottom of some my nails.

Polish and gel on cuticles. Gel nail bubbled and uneven. Not enough filing. Nails tip to wide.

They were inconsistent in their care there were 5 of us and we all wanted french tips . none of us got french tips. 3 of us got a message. other two did not. my sister paid for three people they were done first.36 dollars for feet 36 dollars for finger nails.myself they charged me 66 dollars.me and my niece were finished last although we all started at same time . they said my sister did not pay for three so they charged her daughter for two people. we Will Not Go back there again.

I’ve never had a bad experience until this week. I went in Thursday and got a fill. I felt like I was only given only a few options when it came to colors. Well I picked the color off what was given me. The nail tech ignored the one color I wanted and gave me something different for my ring fingers. The other fingers were fine until I looked at them the next day and realized that they were all cracked underneath the top coat. This has never happened to me before and I’ve been going here for a year now. Kinda disappointed that they are cracked less then 24 hours later.

NEVER come to this place, horrible customer service, my girlfriend told the man at the desk that she got the wrong type of pedicure (because she did) and he was being very disrespectful saying that she got the one she asked for (not true) anyways, never come to this place unless you want to get ur nails done bad and have horrible customer service

I’ve been coming here for years with my family and here and there we’ve had our problems with this place because they can be rude and unprofessional but we only come back for Tina. I called ahead to make sure it wasn’t busy and to make sure I wouldn’t have to wait and the man said come on in we will take care of you right away. I came and I had to wait then I was seated in a chair and had to wait again over all I waited almost a hour and then left after I saw a guy finish someones pedicure and went to the corner to be on his phone like I hadn’t been waiting.

People constantly ask me where I get my nails done and I proudly tell them Infinity! The atmosphere is energetic, clean and lively, and the staff are exceptionally talented, kind, and helpful. Their selection of colors is unrivaled and they are quick to master new styles and stay on top of the latest trends. I love this place and the people. Diana SLAYS my nails each time.

Absolute in my favorite nail salon for pedicures always get the oldsmith pedicure I believe it at least $46 but you get your moneys worth was a back rub a lay grab all of the scrubs they use as well as free designs on your toenails. Have been going here for years to get my feet done.

I just started going to Infinity Nail & Spa and I love it. All of their prices seem reasonable to me. Furthermore, staff here was super-welcoming. We were all chatting and laughing, a lovely way to start off the day. Love this place and will be back!

This is a great place to get your eyebrows waxed or to get a pedicure but not so much for a gel manicure! EVERY time I have gotten a gel manicure here I end up with chips the very next day. This does not happen anywhere else. I am very unhappy that I spend so much money on my nails for them to only look decent for 12 hours.

Crystal did such an amazing job! She took her time with the massage (most places simply rush through it), put care into everything she did, and was very friendly. This was my first time trying out this place and I was so happy with it!!!

Nice massage chairs with attached foot baths. These foot baths get a fresh liner each time so they are sanitary. Also they use a new buffer attachment for each pedicure. I feel comfortable that everything is clean. Its very relaxing to get your nails done here.

First time here and a very good experience. I was Very Pleased with the whole experience. The ladies were warm to not only me, but any customer who walked in the door. They did a great gel on my manicures. And it was a comfortable environment. I enjoy going to this salon. Check it out!

Instruments were not sterilized, no bag around the basin for water, did not take your temperature and the thermometer was lying on the counter, no docial distancing and pedicure chairs were not wiped down after use.

Always a pleasure. Comfy chairs, great service. I love that each massage pedicure chair has a USB port so you can plug up and charge your devices while getting pampered.

Went in to get a mani and pedi with my daughters as a gift from my daughters boyfriend for her birthday.

I got a standard pedicure and was not disappointed. They didnt seem rushed and spend just the right amaount of time in each stage of the sevice (massage, cleaning, nail care, painting, etc.). Will be returning soon.

I do like it here!! Some technicians are better than others. They do fix what you dont like if you ask. Overall nice place friendly staff. I did have a chance to meet the owners husband, really stand up respectful man!! His customer service surpasses the technicians!! Awesome guy!!

My experience here was horrible. I made an appointment for 6:30 and I got there at 6:31. The lady I spoke to on the phone said no you can’t make an appointment at 6:30 I don’t have time. I explained to her that I talked to you on the phone and you said 6:30 is fine. She said no I never said that. I told her it was your voice I’m 100% sure. Then she gave attitude to do my nails and told me how to sit on chair. Like are you freaking serious? Only because you want to go home doesn’t give you the rights to give me attitude and lie that you were not the one on phone with me. Rude ladies here for sure.

Great pedicure

This is the only place I will get my nails done. No joke! I have tried to go to other places because of my schedule and my work. Every time the nails have broke. I feel bad coming into Infinity nails to fix the other places mess ups but they have always been great! Infinity nails use quality product and I love them! The staff talks to you and always always nice. I have been coming here since 2015 and they have never ever disappointed me. They help you and are always always fast and efficient. I have always been just a walk in and have never waited more 10 minutes. Super fast to get you seen. Very productive and nice staff. I love this place and these people. They have always taken care of me. Amazing people! I tell everyone where I get my nails done and they have never once told me they cant do something. Always give you what you want. Simply the most amazing place I have ever gone for my nails!

The last guy that did my nails did a bad job. i went back anyways and the same guy sat down to do my nails. i explained to him that i hadnt been happy previously but he suddenly didnt understand me. he promptly started shaving the gel off and none to nicely. i made him stop and requested someone else from the guy in charge. they left me waiting over 10 minutes while seating others. i left and went around the corner. nicer people and did an excellent job. i will not be back to infinity

I cant even explain how much I love this place. I have been coming to this nail salon for the past 2 months. They did an amazing job with shaping it to an almond like I had asked her to. And they pay attention to detail. Their shop is very clean. Five star all the way :) Definitely bookmark on this salon!

I was coming to this location for years but after todays service I will never come back. Dont take people back to the pedicure chair and have them sit there for over 15 minutes while my friend gets a technician. If we wanted separate pedicures we wouldnt have come together? You lost a loyal customer today.

I love the service I receive here. The only thing I would change is the “spa-like” feeling. Clients on speaker phone for extended amount of time cursing, talking loudly they echo through the area truly kills the whole reason to come in to relax.

I found a good nail place for a mani done. One such place in downtown Phoenix was so kind to my elderly mother!! They are VERY WONDERFUL. I always have her put designs on my toes and fingernails. The manicue/toes lasts to almost two weeks. I am SUPER excited about with being back. And I think its a value for a manicure.

I’ve been going here for 2yrs and going to the same nail tech and tip her very well!! Sometimes I’ll come get a pedicure from a different tech and she’ll act like she doesn’t even know me! Last time she barely talked to me and then raised my fee! I’m a good customer never complain. She even did the most unprofessional thing and was showing me how much her previous customer tipped her! I WAS VERY AFFENDED!!!😡😡😡. I’m so disgusted by the Vietnamese nail industry! I’ve been to many of them and either there rude, lazy, inconsistent and unprofessional!! Does anyone know of a good nail tech who works with long nails and is consistent and friendly???😢😢

One of the nail techs removed my acrylic nails incorrectly. She used the plastic tips to make your nails longer to remove my acrylics. I asked her to not do that since it damages nails, but she continued until she removed a large chunk of my nail. No apologies or anything.

Would give zero stars if I could. Very few girls that work there do a good job. Last time I had a gel manicure there, the girl made 3 phone calls on her cell phone while doing my nails. Needless to say, it was the worst job ever! 6 days later, they were chipped, cracked and peeling. When I went back, the guy at the front desk tried to say it was my fault. I insisted they either fix them or take them off for free. Another girl did fix them and said the gel polish was still wet... Unbelievable after 6 days. Also, my nails were damaged to the point that there were peeling and very thin. I will never go back there again.

My first gel manicure at Infinity Nail & Spa was THE BEST I have ever seen!!! I have been to many salons throughout [tên tp], and Ive never seen gel nails look so great for so long. For 3 weeks, they were perfect, and I kept them for a month before coming back to change colors. It sounds crazy, but Infinity Nail & Spa was that good! Now Im hooked on this place.

This place used to be really great and detail oriented. I went in to get my nails done and thought that everything was fine. I made a selection from the sample colors provides. I did not make any special changes or requests. I got a gel manicure so I did offer to pay extra for the extra gel (so the color and everything would stay)Literally the next day the top coat and gel were peeling of. Not even a full 24 hours later?!I didnt go back and complain or cause a huge fuss. Im just posting this so that people are aware. I dont plan on going back.

Standard nail salon. They provide a shoulder massage during a pedicure. Thats nice. As far as full sets, its ok. Its a busy place, I was referred since Im newer to the Phoenix area. Im still open to another place...

Wonderful place got a pedicure done was wonderful experience $36 got a extra long leg and foot rub and massage plus the give u 2 toe design is included with your pedicure with I thought was a nice bonus. Nice staff clean shop and almost no wait time on a walk in. Will go back

I decided to try this place because of the ratings on Google. The only place I go since I discovered it. They reshaped and made my nails have a more natural look, l love them! I came out happy with my polish choices and very relaxed. Defintely will be back :-)
