Kelly was amazing! She was lovely to talk to and took great care and attention to detail with my nails. I came in for a full set and had something more simple in mind when I went in since I never know what to expect with different nail salon standards of excellence, and sadly I am often dissappointed... but I changed my mind and requested that she freestyle something more elaborate and she certainly delivered! Today I went into best nails & spa for the 3rd time and this experience made it to where I will never come back to this place. I asked for a service that I did not receive due to an unskilled technician. When speaking with the manager regarding the service, he acted as if it was no fault of theirs. I was still charged $75. The spa is filthy and they will use dirty utensils on you. I will be calling the health department today about this place.

The technician used a dirty pumice stone on my feet. I asked for an overlay which was not received in full. The managers excuse was that they’re not good with acrylic. The end result was a disaster . I was very unsatisfied. These people are unprofessional and the place is dirty. Even the cup holder in the pedicure chair was filthy. I will never come back.

Where do I begin? First of all the place is dirty. The worst experience eve!!! I feel bad for regular clients who come and except these services as they don’t have anything to compare them with. I wanted to have a pedicure with a 10 minute massage. The nail technician used half of my massage time to pick up instruments, clean them. I thought OK. The massage was a joke! Just petting my skin. If you think that it is less expensive than other places in town, you are mistaken. It is the same price but 20% of service. I should have offered the technician to visit my regular nail spa where you would fall asleep during the massage. Please don’t go there if you can help it!

Had my nails done here a several years ago but went elsewhere, probably because its a little more expensive than other locations. But I went back most recently to try again. Vincent was my tech..we were talking about that n he said its because they use better products...ok.This time I had one nail replaced along with my fill-in. The tip that was replaced wound up growing a fungus not 2 weeks later. I went back to have it taken off. And the salon doesnt carry anything to treat it. Im a little upset about what happened to my nail. There werent any air bubbles or moisture underneath. Were the tools dirty? Dont know. ...He said it happened because my nails were thin..?? No, I dont think so. Anyway, not going back.

Manager was very rude to me and staff. After approaching her about my my nails looking like I could of done them at home she never apologized for the situation instead stated yelling who did it, who did her nails. I was short in time then I asked if I could come back to get them re done and she just looked at me and with an annoyed tone she said I just prefer to take care of it now. It made me wish I didnt say anything but if Im paying for a service I think I should be satisfied and not be treated like an inconvenience. At the end I got my nails done again and was satisfied but the way manager approached staff and handled the situation was embarrassing. Staff is the only reason they are getting a 3 instead of a 1 star review.

I came in yesterday for a full set and paid 60$ (which I dont mind). However, my nail tech cut me three times and ripped my own nail while removing old acrylics. The nail clippers she used were also rusty. My hands have never hurt this much after getting my nails done. On top of that, the nails did not come out looking good. They came out very thick, goopy, and uneven. The design I asked for was unfinished. I tried to DM the salon to come in for a fix but did not receive a reply.

Don’t get a pedicure here unless you want to pay for the $45 one. I went for the $28 and was treated like trash. Basically a foot wash and polish change. They will only pamper your if you spend a lot of money.

It was my first time going, had an appointment for 4:30, wasnt seen for a long time, got to the pedicure, the tech was not listening to what I wanted, didnt perform the things I was requesting during my pedi, argued with me about gel polish on my toes, I ended up having him not even paint them at all, still have to go home or pay for someone else to do the pedi correct. All my toe nails were different shapes or crooked. I sat in a chair filing my own toes while waiting for a full set while employees thought it was funny that I was sitting there doing it. Fast forward until sometime after 7, finally get to my nails, tech was very nice but did not want to listen to what I wanted AGAIN. Disappeared twice, and my nails are not very good, they look very amateur. I try to be aware that people have off days and whatever excuse there is, but when Im paying for something, I expect to get what Im paying for. Its not like I paid for a $10 mani/pedi

I absolutely love the work that the people here do but I have to be honest the breakdowns on the pricing do not make any sense and they are not ever explained… Prices are also going up their cheapest pedicure currently is $28 with a bare minimum service. The workers here are great and they do a great job but I am looking to find a new place because it is so expensive I just paid $45 for a fill in with gel polish.

Update** I called them so I could just get them taken off. When talking to one of the management, she convinced me to give them a try and have her fix them. Its constantly getting stuck on my hair and looks like it will come off or break.I did like that she tried to make them better. When we were done she didnt like one and decided to redo it. She took her time in getting the shape right which I liked. What good is a pretty nail shape if they wont last?She had to do so many coats because the nail polish was empty yet decided to still make it work? It turned out okay looking but quality made it useless and a hassle.I chose this salon because of the reviews and pictures. I was looking for a salon I can get my nails done for my wedding. I chose basic to see shape and quality it was a BIG FAIL. I am so close to my wedding and will have to go to another salon to get this fixed so imagine how much more money for a basic job I will be spending. On top of that, I still dont know a salon that will be for my wedding but will be going to the one that is a close second to get it fixed. Who knows maybe I will end up with them.At least for the mean time I will not be trying this salon at all! Especially if they charge the same price for someone who is learning and they wont tell you in advance. Thats ridiculous to me.

My daughter and I went to get our nails done here . I have never paid so much for my nails its outrageous but since it was for a special occasion I thought what the hell . The next day my diamond fell off my toe which of course I had to pay extra for and as I looked at my nails I noticed the nail tech didnt really do a great job filing my nails plus both of our nails started to lift a few days later . Its been a week and our nails are popping off. I would not recommend this place as much as they charge we shouldnt have problems at all !

My pedicure was good, but on my next trip I also got dip nails and without asking me he started to put acrylic on top of the powder which Ive never had at the 5 other salons Ive had dip nails at. They looked beautiful but were thicker than I wanted (which is why I got the dip nails in the first place) and they lasted less than a week before cracking. And guys, Im a computer programmer, not like a roofer or anything. Also at the time I went there was a language barrier that made it difficult to get exactly what I wanted.

Very horrible I picked out the 28 doller pedicure whit gel which was 15 extra right which should be 40$ but thay charge me and my sister 60$ Each for our pedicures and we didn’t even get callus remover or anything also charged me 75 dollars for a full set whit gel and design that’s ridiculous the Tec could not even do anything I originally asked for I had to change what I wanted and get something else and he also changed the price on me like 3 times my sister also did the same kinda nails whit another Tex and hers was 60$ i tryed to explain at check out but thay said Bc my nails are longeri didn’t even notice thay over charge me on the pedicures till I left also and I actually wanted my nails shorter but my Tec didn’t do it thay literally just scam me I’m so upset and I’m not even happy whit how my pedicure or manicure came out my nails are super long and bumpy the polish is missing on the sides of the nails so upset

This place is awful! I have been waiting for an hour and a half to get my nails done. No one here knows how to do a dip. Why wouldnt you tell me that instead of making me wait an hour and a half! Seriously poor customer service. How can you work in a nail salon and not know how to do a dip. Ridiculous!!

I love this place! I have gotten my nails done by Larry and Vincent and they always deliver! All the staff is friendly and the ambiance is great. I live in Goodyear and it is always worth the trip. I am very picky when it comes to my toes being done and they do a great job with that as well. This place is definitely worth a try.

I drive out of my way to this place whenever I need my nails done because I trust they’ll never disappoint me. They also have a very professional staff who will give you exactly what you want. Their work is excellent quality and worth every penny!

Do NOT go here. They will make you pay while you’re letting your nails dry, forcing you to mess up your below par nails. Plus they will sneakily make you get gel when you previously stated you did not want gel. I do not recommend unless you like hostile environments, racial profiling, and terrible paint jobs.

I cannot express how amazing this visit was! My friend and I have been trying to find a good nail salon to make our own and let me tell you... AMAZING! The atmosphere was extremely welcoming and well managed. We got in a little late but they still decided to see us, I have never been this happy with my nails. Great conversations, truly professional job and not a bad price! I have to give an extra shout out to the tech that did my nails Damien. You can tell that everyone who works here really cares about their work. I’ll be coming back without a doubt! Thank you for such a good experience!

Went here regularly prepandemic and always had good experiences. My first time going since then and the prices have gone up and quality has come down substantially. They dont seem to clean tools in between clients. And the tech I had scrubbed my toe so hard that it opened the skin. Paying $40 for a pedicure you should be getting top of the line treatment and this is no longer the place for that. Time to start looking for other places to go.

The nail tech who did my acrylics did not blend the acrylic into my natural nail so that there is a random bump where it goes from natural to acrylic and the color never got close to my cuticle so the nail looks like it needs a fill already. Overall my nail tech didnt listen well and did beginner work while the nail tech working next to mine did amazing nails and nail art for their client. Paying $88 plus tip for these nails was not worth it

I went to this salon to get a pedicure because of the great reviews and the great pictures. Everything went smoothly until I sat down in a chair. The water was cold so I asked nicely for it to be a bit warmer. The woman helping me dipped her finger in the water and said something in her language to her coworker and they laughed. She ignored my request and started prepping, then went on to tell me to put my feet up to start removing the gel polish and poured the bath salt in the water. I asked again, nicely to get warmer water, wondering if she perhaps did not hear me well enough the first time and she mumbled again to her coworker, this time in English and they laughed even harder. I got my stuff, dried my feet and began to get up and then she decided to grab me to stop me from leaving, saying “it’s ok” She’ll do it now. Needless to say, I left.I will never go back here and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Barely 5 minutes in the salon and that’s how you treat a customer? No thanks

Ive gotten my nails done here a couple of times. The first time they didnt go down far enough to the cuticle so my nails looked like I needed a fill within a few days. The second time my nail broke off after just 4 days!! Not to mention when I told the nail tech the shape I wanted they didnt bother to listen & I had to go home and reshape them myself with a nail file to my liking. My sister also got her nails done here and went back for a Fill and it took the lady 2 hours just for a Fill! The lady also obviously didnt know how to do the design my sister asked for so my sister had to go back to get them fixed since she had already spent 2hrs there and had stuff to do. When my sister went back to get her nails fixed, the original nail technician who messed up her nails in the first place stood right next to the other nail tech who was fixing them, laughing and smirking and talking in their native language so my sister couldnt understand. Making my sister TOTALLY uncomfortable since they were obviously talking about her. To pay $50 - $75 dollars for a Full Set is an OUTRAGEOUS price for the quality of nails & service you get from this Salon. Best Nails is CLEARLY an over statement because they do not provide BEST Nails save your money or find another salon.

Stay away from this place. They will gouge you. My wife went in to get a pedicure and her nails done. She told them exactly what she wanted with pics. They told her they couldnt do it. Then they proceeded to do their own thing with powder coating which she said she didnt want cause its over priced. Then after she complained they pull a manager over who then said oh we could of easily done that but maybe next time. Which there wont be a next time cause were never coming back here again. Then they charged $130 for a pedicure and her nails which shes never spent more than $80 a sitting here. I made sure no tip was left. These people are rude, ignorant, and only after your money. They barely speak English fyi. Stay clear and save your time and money.

I got gel acrylic nails done today. The guy who did them was very nice, he was new. Things happen. I wasnt upset but I paid full price (minus the gel) for nails that were severely messed up. I had to pay $40 at another place just to get them redone. Manager was very rude & didnt care that my nails werent done correctly.i was there 3 hours getting them redone twice and still left with them messed up. Do not reccomend this place. I also got cut twice

Ive come here a handful of times and the manicure/pedicures are just okay, nothing great. My polish is not done well and they dont cleanup the cuticles like you would expect so I need another mani/pedi before the normal 2 weeks.

The workers are nice but its too expensive. I paid $70 for short nails and the design was rushed so they didnt come out that great. Also, the sides of my nails were not painted. On top of that, the nail tech drilled my cuticles and made me bleed on 4 of my fingers!!

Lovey ExperienceFirst time at Best Nails and Spa yesterday, and I would highly recommend them. The staff is friendly and competent. Diane gave me a relaxing and thorough pedicure (the fresh grapefruit was a nice touch!), and made my toes look pretty. She then proceeded to give me a gel manicure that exceeded expectations. Reasonable pricing in a cozy salon with a neighborhood feel... creative and talented technicians. What more can you ask for? Make this place your next stop as you prepare for the holidays.

Absolutely LOVED my experience here, first time coming in and all my wants were met + so much more! Staff is beyond kind, professional and very enjoyable. It was the first day that everything was open during the COVID pandemic and let me tell ya, they went above & beyond to ensure everyone was safe and felt comfortable. All staff wore face masks, plus everything was being sanitized & cleaned around the clock. Lily did such a beautiful job on my pedicure and Vincent exceeded my expectations on my full set! He was patient with me and listened to what I wanted, asked me how I wanted my nails and followed through with what I asked. Not once did he seem “annoyed” when I asked to file down a bit shorter due to the fact that I type a ton at work and too long of a length wouldn’t work for me. He was very kind, funny and personable! The entire staff took care of us very well! Especially after a long & busy day with so many clients coming in, they were still very attentive and smiles all throughout the salon! I will be stopping in once my current set grows out and I’m looking forward to another great experience in hopes of making this my new go to salon as it is 5 min away from my home lol THANK YOU to all the staff at Best Nails 💕

The prices were so high for no reason, the work of the nails was not that great most of mine and my little sisters nails came out crooked and the lady who end up doing our nails didnt do what we ask for design and I had called the day before to ask for the price of a pedicure and they had told me 28 but when i went up to end up paying it was 48 just cause I got matte

I wanted to get nails filled and my daughters painted, they told me 30 minutes, waited 1hr and 45 minutes, then left . If the wait was going to be that long they should have known. Will never go back, they should be giving a more realistic time frame.

Very poor quality, I went in to get a simple manicure and was put in a chair. I had a guy do the first hand and then he was pushed out of the way by a lady. I was sitting here with my nails Unfinished waiting. When the lady came back she talked about my nails and how disgusting they are. I was sitting there right in front of her. When she got done I asked for clear and had to tell her I want clear several times. I got clear and my nails aren’t even clean nor are the trimmed. I will never go there again.

I got a full set done less than 2 weeks ago and they are all lifting, I went in to get them fixed was told it would be an hour wait, I waited 2 hours before being told I still had one more person ahead of me. Their communication is terrible and the quality of the service is also terrible. I am sad to say I will not be returning, I have been coming to the salon for over 3 years and the staff has really changed for the worst over the last year

40.00 for a pedicure. No hot rocks. My nails we not cut nor were my ingrown toe nails taken care of which is the reason I go. They all want cash tips. I had forgotten cash but did add a tip to my charge but heard several employees talking together about me not having cash as I left. Very disappointed. Not worth the money in my opinion.

I thought this place was amazing when I first came my boyfriend and I both got pedicures, I got a full set & my eyebrows done & it came out $130 it was prefect. Today I got my nails done & eyebrows & was $112 plus tip $128.80... the design did NOT come out ANYTHING like the picture I showed him & my eyebrows are super thin now. Let me also mention that they told me the wait was gonna be 5-10mins and it took them 35mins to sit me down. I’m very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Oh my gosh you guys. First pedicure of my life and IT’S A MASSAGE CHAIR. Why didn’t anyone tell me before that pedicure chairs are usually massage chairs? Would have gotten one a long long time ago. Everyone seems really nice here, and the lady who worked on my toes did a good job. The space is very big and roomy too, and it had cool relaxing spa vibes.

Went here for my first time this past weekend due to a friends recommendation. I was very disappointed in my visit. First off, we are still in a pandemic and this salon has notices outside their shop masks are required and must be worn. However, that is not the case there were tons of customers who were not wearing any masks. The most disappointing was even the employees were either not wearing a mask at all or wearing it improperly. I was dissapointed in the service I paid for as well. I had told the nail tech three times I wanted a gel manicure she did not listen and just decided to do a rushed manicure with polish. She ignored me completely and what I had asked for and only talked to other employees. It has only been 3 days and my nails are already chipping. I could have done a job like this at home and not wasted my money. Overall, I am very dissapointed with my visit and will not be coming back. Word of advice when you find a good salon, stick with it do not try new places!

My cousin went in for a full set, she asked for one color only & coffin shaped. They charged her $80 literally for the simplest nails, due to a “expensive” Valentino powder that’s only $9 online. She asked how much the pricing would be, but the male nail tech couldn’t provide her the answer and told her the “Boss will tell you after I’m done”. They should have provided that kind of information before the powder was going to be used. Price was not reasonable for the work they did. We learned to ask questions before anything for next time.

Love my nail tech. But, definitely needs to be washing’s hands more often. And wear a double mask when going some don’t wear there’s.

This nail place is the worst. the techs were rude from the moment i walked in and were on facetime while doing my nails. the nails broke off in less than a week and was $50!! a waste of money. the acrylic didn’t even cover my whole nail and you could still see my natural nail underneath. i also asked the lady doing them to make them shorter and she refused to do so. so rude to refuse a request that a paying costumer makes. i ended up having to take them off cause one broke off and they were too long since i go to a veterinary school. the prices on the website are false and need to be updated. worst experience ever. i also paid extra for the better pedicure and she didn’t even message for the time.

I had gotten a gel mani/pedi on Sunday March 3rd and at the time I loved it, the color was beautiful and I felt so nice an relaxed afterwards. Though come 2 days later my gel nails were already lifting off of my nails and parts were chipping away. It is now March 11 and my nails were so lifted that I was easily able to just peel them off. I am so disappointed because my husband had bought me this wonderful gift and yet it was ruined by people who may or may not have been doing their job right. Oh and not to mention my pedicure (which was the “deluxe” version) my callus’s were not removed all the way and my toe nail polish is already chipping.....Either way I’m not coming back.

In my opinion the experience I had was delightful. I have read some other reviews that weren’t to great and those made me second guess going. With my husbands support and reassurance I set my appointment. We made it to my appointment early, the young lady at the counter greeted me. She then explained to me what I was getting then showed me where to pick out my polish, after that she got a pedicurist for me and we were on our way. My pedicurist was attentive and engaging with me. She did a wonderful job on my feet and nails. Just for her service I will be making another appointment thank you for the wonderful job. 🤗

I have given this place three tries to give them the benefit of the doubt. The first time my experience was okay, nothing amazing, but nothing horrible. Second, I got cut on my manicure and my pedi wasnt the best. Third, Denny did my pedi and was amazing but I got cut three times on this manicure and the gel is lumpy and doesnt cover my whole nail. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but Im not coming back.

Ok. I prefer my salon on the east side however I live on west side. Took her 90 minutes to do my nails... plus they are crooked... will go there for pedicures only and thats it....

I was a last minute client, I called and showed up 30 mins before they closed and asked for a pedicure. They were so kind and my nail tech May gave the best customer service. I will be returning 🤗 ☺ highly recommended!

The language barrier was higher than usual and the output we received was very different than what we were looking for. They also said my daughters nails were too small for acrylic, which I found surprising as she has had them done before. In all it was not a good experience.
