I have so many more pictures of amazing work this place has been doing to my nails for the past 3 or 4 plus years . When I 1st started going to this place my techs were Lee and DD and one day both of them were super busy DD was booked and I was okay well anyone can do my nails. I sat down on the second table kind of nervous 😬. When David finished my nails I was in love 😍. At the moment I knew I had a new favorite tech in this place. I also met my favorite pedi tech in this place her name is Chi. She takes her time cleaning my nails I just love it. I can name other amazing techs that I used their services at this place but unfortunately I don’t know their names. But if I’m not mistaking their tables are 3 and 4. I also want to say that everyone here is super friendly. Thank you for the amazing work . ❤️❤️❤️

Why I was waiting to get my nails done there was a customer getting her nails done. She asked for a Pacific Color. And the girl that was doing them got it wrong. When the customer started to tell the girl. The girl gave a look of discussed. And Kept looking at the other workers. When the customer asked to have someone els do paint her nails. They said NO to leave. To me this was in called for and very unprofessional.

They were fantastic. My mother got a mani pedi? Lol and I got my toes did and a foot rub. The lady was great and my mother loved it.

First time here the nail tech I didn’t catch anyone’s name but he was good. My nails are very cute.However, the lady when I told her I wanted the basic pedicure it was like she didn’t care. She barely touched my toes to clean them up. At this point I’m frustrated because I’m like is she serious she literally barely cleaned my toes. Like she didn’t care. I still left them good tips even though I should of only left her like $3 bucks. I won’t come back here for my toes but I would for a fill. It was a lady with glasses.4/22/21

They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for I guess. They tried to get me on the low tho. So they tell me one price as soon as they seen all the cash I had in hand the lady tried to go up on price like she forgot to include something in the work that she did. See I was going to tip her but she wanted to be greedy so the extra she tried to change me was her tip. And I have no ideal why they tell you to make an appointment when they dont even follow it. I made an appointment the mad said it would be a 45 minute wait but to come in 30 minutes so I did and people were walking in and I asked them if they had an appointment because they were getting seen before me. They told me no. So when I brought that to the attention on the man who book me he would tell me Im next. That wasnt true either and I end waiting 2 whole hours before I was seen. If I didnt need them done I most definitely would not have waited up in there.

The first time I came here it was wonderful, they listened to exactly what I needed. Yeah it’s always busy but I don’t mind waiting for a service, they all work hard. However, this time around they didn’t listen to what I wanted and I ended up paying money on nails that i didn’t even like. I’m looking for a new “go to” nail salon and I thought this could be it, but unfortunately my most recent visit was carried out carelessly. However, staff is very friendly, the techs are all talented, it’s clean. I just won’t be going back.

I came in a bit early for my appointment and was treated immeadiatly and seated. I dont mind waiting however, I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to. The gentleman that did my nails was fast, efficiant and on point. He did my nails quickly but still sure to provide quality. Not to mention the prices xant be beat. Well worth every penny. And then some. I am Super happy and will be back for my fill and maybe more in the near future. THANK YOU!Update as I cannot do more than one review, this keeps getting more and more amazing. Dads nails is the best in Phoenix to have a manicure, pedicure and also eye brow waxing. They do regular acrylic and also gel. They have a large selection of polish colors in both regular and fel polishes and also do designs with jewels to embeZZLE

Unfortunately this won’t be like every other review... sigh, I hate to pull the “race” card but at this point I don’t even know what to say. Let me start off by saying I was really excited about going to DD’s. I read the reviews which gave me a positive outlook on this nail salon however my experience was HORRIBLE. I walked into a packed salon. I was standing there for about 3 mins before anyone ever spoke to me. Lee, and other worker literally stared me in the eyes and didn’t bother to greet me. So me being the bubbly person that I am. I spoke first and STILL WAS IGNORED. After I raised my voice I received Lee’s undivided attention and he rushed me off as if I wasn’t a paying customer! WORST EXPERIENCE in my LIFE. I went elsewhere to get my nails done.

I very much enjoyed my experience here. I made an appt same day at 12:30 for 3:00. Got there and it was packed on a Tuesday!! I only waited about 5-10 minutes for a manicure and pedicure. I was first seated in their pedicure section, which has the choice of 4 different treatments. $20 for basic pedicure, $30 for scrub and callous removal with pedicure, $35 for gel included, and $40 for scrub, massage, callous removal, gel, and design/french (I did french) as well as a hot towel. It was very relaxing, and the woman was very delicate, but didnt half ass my massage. She also did very beautiful work.Then I got a full set acrylic gel french tip with flat tip manicure. It was only the nails, no massage or anything, and $40 which I felt was decently priced. I compared their prices to other nearby locations and they had the cheapest. I never felt rushed, I was listened to, and they were accommodating. I will definitely return.

I have been coming here for years to get my brows waxed. They Always do a good job. They do get a little rough though when your getting nails or a pedi.

Ive been to this salon about 4 time and had I 1 bad experience the nail tech that did my nail pushed me to get nail dips which wasnt what I wanted but I agreed to it, but originally I just wanted a manicure cause I honestly just wanted my cuticles done and my hands moisturized because of the work I do my hands get dry and cracked. In the end she just did a gel and nail dip. Then when I asked her if she was going to do my Mani she said no because then she would have to charge me an extra $5 but that was originally what I wanted. I just dontlike the fact that she pushed me to get a service I originally did not come infor. That kinda was annoying I did call they said they would give me a discount I will write another review ounce they make it right.

Ive been coming to this shop all the way from Scottsdale after receiving horrible service from the Scottsdale shops (and Ive been to them all). DD has been doing my nails for years and I wont to anywhere else ever. DD is very fast at what she does and I always leave loving my nails. Suggestion to all the women who have complained about waiting hours to get their nails done...MAKE AN APPOINTMENT...they are busy 80 percent of the time (because they are that good). Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes when I had made an appointment. Thank you DD for always giving me fabulous nails :)

David did my nails, super nice guy, I love his sense of humor. He knows I’m visiting Phoenix for work but when I was leaving he said he’d see me soon and started laughing! I went to DD’s Nails because of the reviews and boy were they on the money! I got fills and a pedi and everyone was great. The work is quality and they treated me as if I was a regular! My brain was too tired to think of anything cute to do with my nails and David did ask, but I just went with a pretty color and I’m really happy with the results. If you are from out of state like me, you depend on these reviews. Go to DD’s Nails you won’t be disappointed.

This place doest know how to use dipping powered.... my last visit was great David was awesome he knew what his was doing. So I decided to go back from my second time because I had a great experiences my first time. Now when I go back to get my nails done it was a horrible and I would not come back to this place. They had an issue of taking the dipping powered off and also changing the color of my nails. They need better customer service done at this place

I love DD’s nails . I will not get my nails done anywhere else, The quality is well above any other salon i have found in Phoenix . DD is amazing, I have seen countless salons and nail techs and in my opinion she is the best, she listens to what i want and makes sure that I am fully satisfied with the work . My nails last far longer than they ever have getting them done elsewhere, they don’t lift, and the prices are affordable much lower than other salons . I highly recommend getting your nails done at DDs nails .

Li helped me. He was very honest. Ive been doing my nails for decades! Hes the only person who told me the powder acrylic isnt needed for my nails! I like the way each technician takes their time to do a great job for each customer. So be prepared to wait your turn!

I had 3 teens we waited almost 2 hours. Everyone saying how great the place was. I spent over $100 and my nails started to lift 3 days after. My 1 daughter after 5 days started to lift and her friend they lifted the 3rd day as well. I will not be going there again.

The women there are brutally honest. If you get offended easily go somewhere else. My callouses where bad and she told me loudly that they where horrible lol

I have to say that my nails were done really nicely, i do like them but their customer service makes me not want to go back, the guy that did my nails kept pulling my hand even though i had them stretched all the way, he was constantly looking at his phone, one of my nails smeared off accidentally while putting my hand in the UV lamp and he complained and was very rude about it even though it was kind of his fault. and he didnt even finish my nails before he grabbed his car keys and took off without saying anything to me. the girl that came and took over put so much oil on my hands that it was dripping and i asked for a piece of paper and she said NO really rudely.. very disappointing to be honest, i like their work but customer service is also really important

I rarely go get my nails done because the hurt me or dont massage my feet long enough, but my experience here was amazing. DD made sure everyone was seen in appropriate amount of wait time. I only waited 5 minutes without an appointment on a Monday. My nails were painted to perfection and he spent a long time rubbing my legs for my manicure. If I lived near by I would come here everytime.

The service was terrible, the girl that did my sisters nails did a horrible job! And didn’t want to fix her nails and when she did she was rude about it and over charged her. My gel mani started peeling after only 5 days! Never going back and I don’t recommend it to anyone! Their prices are cheap and so is the work quality and the service!

Went in sunday at 11:45 (11-5) thinking I was early enough it wouldnt be busy, it was. I did have to wait for an hour for a full set but they had new movies playing so it was fine. The gentlemen I got was very fast and did an amazing job!!!! I will be returning!!! Dont let its location or outside appearance fool you. They are a diamond in the rough!!!

I came back the next day and they remembered it and took me right away. Cant beat the price and always love my nails. If they cant do something they have always been honest with me about it. This place is a JOKE!!! After reading a few good reviews, I decided to give this place a shot and since it was just a few min away from where I live. Anyways, BAD IDEA! I signed in at 12:54, waited until 2:10. Never got called, but yet the two ladies that signed in AFTER ME, were seated to get their nails done because theyre regulars. I then asked them how long it would be and I couldnt even get an answer just a youre gonna have to wait. I left with nothing!!! What a waste of time! Ridiculous, unfriendly staff. Taking my business elsewhere!

I called at 12pm to make an appointment for 5pm! When I got there they did not respect my appointment, that the worker had not written it on the book. I showed them the call I made and they still took about 40 minutes to do my nails, they also took in a lady before me who had actually arrived after me !! Very rude and inconsiderate.

I Really enjoyed my visit today at the nail shop I was greeted right away also asked if I would like some water they are very professional I got exactly what I asked for and I love the results I would refer my family and friends to defenitaly go to DDs nail shop.... Frequent here for Mani Pedis decent prices good service. Always ask for DD the owner she is great does custom coffin nails just show here a pic and you will get exactly what u want.

Terrible service they treated my sister like an unwanted guest and didnt do her nails right, they were rude to her and made her feel uncomfortable I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone. This is NOT the place to go if you want top quality nails with professional service.
