10/10 would recommend. They were extremely kind and welcoming. I showed them the design I wanted and they were not afraid to take on the challenge! Over all wonderful place and staff, with affordable pricing!

If I could give negative stars I would. My 14 year old daughter got her acrylic nails here, which were fine, so when she needed them taken off for volleyball we went back to have them removed. HUGE MISTAKE!!!Instead of soaking them off like a reputable salon they pried them off with another acrylic nail!!! Of course this caused a lot of pain and damage. Her nails were totally ruined. The nail they used to pry them off cut her actual nail on several fingers, causing them to bleed.Unfortunately I wasn’t watching what they were doing, I assumed they would be soaked off because that’s how I read the nails would be removed.I was charged $10 for something that should have never been done. As soon as we walked out my daughter burst into tears because her nails hurt so bad. I called several other nail salons and found one that could fix her nails, thank goodness.Hopefully this review can save someone else the pain of what we went through.

The place seems clean and the services ok, but it seems since the last time we were there, the had a pretty big price increase since, about 2 months ago. Probably wont return here just because of prices.

If you need a salon to go to that has someone who does an amazing job everytime? Then you need to go here and ask for Huey! Ive been seeing Huey for awhile now and have followed him from 1 salon to another because he is so good. I can guarantee you wont regret your visit if you ask for him!

My nails are all messed up. didn’t paint them fully and they took 1 1/5 hours for them to look like this. when i was paying for me and my friend I gave them a 100 dollar bill, the total was $60 and they gave me back $10. i told them they were wrong and made them give me the rest of my $40. i do not recommend.

*UPDATE* The day after the acrylics were done, one just fell off. My daughter has no idea when it happened, so it was barely on in the first place. We stopped by the salon at 6:30 ( they close at 6), but Michelle was SO NICE! She put on a new nail and shaped the ones that were crooked from yesterday. I want to give Michelle and the rest of the salon 5 stars, but I still recommend avoiding the guy that works there. The quality of the acrylics is still crappy, but I will come back to have them done in the future by any other nail tech.Never, ever ask for the guy that works there. I could tell there were a lot of happy repeat customers in when my daughter was having her nails done. My daughter told the guy doing her nails repeatedly through every step that her whole right hand was crooked. He ignored her. Finally she called me over to look-it doesnt take a professional to see they were totally warped. He argued with me and told me HER FINGERS WERE THE ONLY THING THAT WERE CROOKED. You can see in the picture the nail is actually pushing on her finger, while her other hand is straight. I found someone else employed there, and she was super nice. She said we could come back to have them fixed (we didnt have time then), or take off $10. I know that was really cool of her, but this guy just ruined her night. He actually tried to bend her fingers to show the manager that her fingers were crooked. Its too bad, I could see a lot of happy customers there.

Went in for a polish change. While the polish looks nice, the technician (possibly the owner?) was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. It’s unfortunate. I definitely will be trying a different nail salon in town and not returning to this one.

I showed up 15 minutes early to my appt, and watched them take 3 walk ins ahead of me. Then they left me sitting for over 45 minutes, while my water turned cold.

They accepted walk ins while people with appointments were still waiting. Not cool

This place has definitely gotten better recently. They just did a renovation and it looks much better. Feels more inviting. I had one of the best pedicures Ive ever had, which included a back/neck warmer, a bottle of water, and a much appreciated, longer lotion foot massage than I have ever received here. I was very impressed with the changes. If they keep it up Ill be going here much more often.

Every person there I’ve had to do my nails was excellent! Best manicure every time! The staff and manager is amazing. I love the two full walls of nail polish options. Never been to a salon with more of a selection. They even have every color in gel, also.

Love this place! They have a great selection of nail polish, both regular and gel. Tracy is amazing for pedicures and Sarah is perfect for acrylic nails. I always leave here happy!

Can’t say enough good about this place! It’s the BEST I’ve ever been to. Friendly, comfortable, clean, all the good stuff you want. And Tracy is so sweet and does a fantastic mani and pedi.

Got polish change on toes. The girl was not gentel taking old polish off. She did poor job repaining. One side of toe did not get painted. Waste of $24.00.

Huy did such an amazing job, he was patient with me and when I told him I wasn’t creative he helped me have amazing nails.. he took his time and made sure every nail was perfect and it was hands down the best nail salon experience... and the whole staff was friendly and made sure I had an amazing visit. 10/10 will be going back biweekly

I found a nail salon large enough that could take a walk in. They have so many stations Ive never waited more than 10 minutes for service. They are also super sweet, and happy to talk. They didnt rush at all- made sure that every step was perfect before moving onto the next step. A much needed relaxation and money well spent with a bargain on top of that. Its definately worth your time and repeat business! I faithfully come here now.

I came in yesterday and got my nails done by Huey, like always, and whenever i get my nails done by him i’m never disappointed. I always give him an idea of what i want before we start and he gets it spot on every time. He is very talented and really quick. I’ve been going to him for a short amount of time but i never dream of going anywhere else.

I’ve been going to this place for years, before the remodel and before the change in ownership. Before and after, the service, the attitudes, the cleanliness of this salon is amazing. I am always treated with respect and kindness and always happy with my nails. No matter what i get from pedicures to waxing to acrylics - they are always perfect. The bad reviews seem to focus a lot more on the language barriers than the fact they tried their best to help them be happy with their nails. Again - I have been going for years and will continue to keep doing so! I love this place and always leave happy!

What a wonderful place to get your nails done

I have been to this location many times with my wife, at least 10 times over the past year or so and its getting worse and worse. Today we called and made an appointment, and after sitting with out feet in cold water for over 40min I made a comment on what is going on... They finally came over and started. Mind you, the had numerous walk-ins and they told them just have a seat, we will get you in, in 15 min - a complete lie. I always get the same pedicure and or last about an hour, today, obviously because they were not staffed to handle the client load, it was 40 min. This is not the first time Ive had to wait after a set appointment time; one time it was over an hour and they just said sorry we are busy. Bull, this is a consistent pattern. Multiple people were visibley upset. This is not a one time occurrence. And to top it all off, the tech cut my wifes cuticle with the buffer, fine no biggie, accidents happen. HOWEVER, he put the tool away with visable blood present, it should be thrown away. Talk about a serious health risk. Stay far away.

I have been going here for a couple of weeks and Huey does a great job! Been going to Huey for a few years and he does an amazing job and cares about his customers.

Completely unimpressed. This was hands down one of the worst manicures Ive ever gotten. The man who did my nails was an entitled, higher than mighty person. He actually smacked my hand with a nail file! I was immediatley not happy with my nails when they were done. I usually get coffin shaped and these were just wonky, skinny, short and ugly. It hasnt even been a week and one of my nails has already broken off. He took forever and didnt listen to me when I said I wanted my cuticle nipped too. What a waste of $40 for a less than mediocre fill. Ill never come back.

I was never really happy with any of the places I had being in the past and i deccided to check it out! The ladies at here are professional, polite, and very talented. The salon itself is very clean and stylish. I highly recommend their services.

Absolutely terrible time management and questionable hygiene practices. I made an appointment today for 2 pedicures and upon arrival we were immediately taken back. Great right? I then sat with my feet in cold water for 47 minutes as they continued to welcome in customer after customer with the promise of “yeah we can get you right in”. Ummm you can’t even get the people that had appointments in. After complaining, they finally started my husband and he was almost done before my polish came off. (We had to bring this to their attention multiple times.) Here’s a tip, start the one that needs polish and dry time FIRST if you don’t have the techs needed to start them together: I had to downgrade my pedicure from the Royal ($65) to the Classic ($25) to even hope I could be done at a sorta similar time as my husband so he wasn’t waiting around at the end for me. The tech actually said “Ok great, that’s easier for me” What!!!! That’s terrible business practice. Then he cut my cuticle WITH A BUFFER and put it back. (I said something.) My husband was finished about 20 minutes earlier than normal... so they are cutting corners and rushing to get more clients in. Just terrible. This is not the first time management issue we have had with them, but we will never be back, especially as I watched staff put a buffer with my blood back in for use. It should have been tossed. So disappointing.

Worst service, and they were very rude. I wanted long gel acrylics and the lady kept charging more and more and didn’t do them how i wanted at all and the shape wasn’t good at all it was too round and thick when i asked for coffin, none of them can do good acrylics. When i asked for her to change stuff she got mad and was very rough, they used to have better nail technicians when they were Lilian’s but now i will never come back

I went and got acrylics. The guy that was doing them kept getting up to answer the phone, checked his phone and was texting then called someone. The paint looks like my little sister did it & he made me pay before? Over all the place was quiet and well maintained.

I got the WORST manicure here. Stay away! It was as if the technician had never done a set of pink and white acrylic nails in his life. They were crooked, awkwardky shaped, uneven, too thin in some places and to thick in others, not completely filed, just absolutely truly HORRIBLE! I wasted $45 just to have to get them fixed and I will NEVER be back. I suggest you all do the same unless you want to throw money away too. If I could post pictures on here I would...

I have been coming to Anthem Nails for a year now - after trying all the other local nail salons. Michele, the owner, has been doing my nails the entire time - SNS. I came to Michele after one of the other Anthem salons burned my nails with gel tips and ruined my nails. It took 5 weeks for Michele to get them growing again using the SNS regime. Now, my natural nails are long and strong, and I love them. I tried another SNS place in the Norterra area before finding Michele, and they only had about 3 SNS colors. Michele carries lots of colors and is always willing to play with colors and color layers, etc. Michele is very matter-of-fact, so she can come across as brusque, but getting to know her, I found that she has a great sense of humor and loves to do a good job for her customers. The ladies who do my pedicures are very sweet and nice. I am very happy with Anthem Nails and call this place my salon.

I am only giving them 1 star because of their customer service skills or lack there of. The lady kept on answering phone calls, taking more appointments during my appointment.Also, greediness for gratuity is heavily pronounced/ posted sign at the counter for cash preferred. Any thing less than 30% tip is seriously frowned up on. They really dont care if you ever return for business. Disappointing!
