3 years of patronage. Always nice and friendly. Love my nails and love easy of booking online. Love the gals and guys. Always a nice atmosphere! I dont like that they recently added a 3% fee for credit and debit cards, its a cost of foing business and I dont carry cash. It might be the thing that makes me look around....

Worst experience ever.. was not even a manicure basically just polish change.. Barely greeted upon arrival. However immediately given foil for old gel & that was appreciated. But then sat with nothing to do. Finally asked for tv to be turned on for which they did but... only one was set to a show & based on where the station is set you have to crane your neck. Within a minute of watching your neck starts hurting. Then the lady comes over & starts scraping the old gel off. Its obvious the nails were not soaked enough & I dont want my nail bed scraped off with the metal scrapper so I asked for more soak time. That should have been my first sign that I wasnt welcome here. The lady then came back 30 minutes later. She proceeded to use a nail file to get remainder gel off while filing my finger into shreds. She also didnt get all the previous polish off. She then barely properly manicure filed my nails and had me soak. This was so uncomfortable as the station doesnt have enough room to rest your arm. My wrist almost hurt as bad as my fingers. My fingers feel blistered. The woman barely filed my nails & then scraped cuticle oil on my nail beds repeatedly trying to get the polish off. My nail beds are ruined. They kept pressuring me to pick a color so I did. It didnt look grey but they said it was. The problem is the lighting in there is so bad no one can see the color. They were so unfriendly, no one can speak English or they dont bother to even try & listen. I apologized like 5 times for being picky like please put polish on the side of my nail to cover the polish you didnt remove & they said nothing. Im tired of this rant but I could say more. This place is not worth my time or yours. They are rude, I just wasted 2 hours of my life & had to pay $35 for it.

This used to be my favorite spot to come to but this last time I feel hustled. They chopped off all of my natural nail to do my dip manicure and I feel like a small child I have no nails, all because they wanted to put tips on to which I had declined multiple times. They did the same to my wife

I loved it. Will definitely be back. I love when I say be creative with these color ideas and the tech does things didnt even think of

Mikey did an excellent job with my french tip gel pedicure - he said it was his first time doing french tips and I almost don’t believe him because he did such a great job. Would definitely be retuning!

This place used to be the best! Had a dip manicure on 09/11/2020 and I’ve already had THREE nails pop off. I get that everyone has bad days once in a while but this unfortunately hasn’t been the first time I’ve had a bad experience. The two time before this I made an appointment and had to wait over 30mins after my appointment before I was helped. I decided to give them one last chance and I’m upset I did. Now I have a dip manicure I paid over 45 bucks for (added cuticle removal) and only 7 fingers that look good.

Just visited here for the first time. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. The facility is very clean. What I liked best is I was able to get a gel manicure without over roughing of my nail. This always seems to be an issue. Thank you Anthony, JC and Tom! I will be back ;)

The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I paid $105 for my nails and toes and my nails literally have a ton of bubbles on them the very next day. Like it looks awful. I won’t even bother to have them fix it because they really do an awful job. Stay far away from this place does not do good work at all.

My nails look beautiful! My pedi was awesome, so relaxing I fell asleep. They know their craft and are more than courteous to each customer. Waxing is available and will take advantage of this service when I return for my fill.

My wife and I both had pedicures and she had a full set nails manicure. The only downside is the pricing. For a basic pedicure is $28. Some of the other nail salons in the area average $23. However, I would return again due to their friendliness, very clean shop, and good service 👍

This salon came highly recommended to me from a Facebook review and they were not wrong!! Tracy was quick and very professional. Not only did she ask me every step of the way what I wanted, she made it into a pleasant experience, which seems to have gotten lost along the way with some other salons. She told me what to expect so I could relax and not guess what was coming next or if I was going to have any input on shape. I did a french with the dip powder and it looks like an acrylic set! she was meticulous about every detail and it ended with a massage and sugar scrub for my hands- which is STANDARD for them!! I will definitely be back- thank you so much for a great nail experience- I am so happy to finally feel pampered again for a service that is supposed to be a luxury.

This was the worst manicure of my life. I was initially seated with a great gal, she filed off my gels. I was then passed off to someone who, it mustve been her first day. She could not file, or shape, when she asked hows this? She did not remove anything, no dust. I ended up having to take the file because she was about to polish and I already asked her to take more off. None of my nails have the same shape and yes, there is acrylic on. The paint job was also rough and I got charged for polish what I usually get charged for gel. Worst ever, I shouldve walked out.

Absolutely loved it here. Tracy was recommended and so I figured I’ll give it a try. My nails were treated with royalty and Tracy was amazing. I get acrylics and they lift easy and always hurt because techs usually don’t want to work with my “curved” nails. It didn’t hurt once. She didn’t over drill at all... and three weeks later what .. no lift ! Couldn’t be happier. I Finally found a nail salon I’ll continue to go too. If the biggest down side was the sign on the outside I’ll be just fine.

First of all Ms Nancy had my nails looking flawless, and I’m like SUPER picky with my nails but it’s been almost two weeks ( I honestly wanna say its going on three weeks, I have to look at the dates they just look so fresh it’s hard to believe otherwise) and these babies STILL look brand new and flawless they look super realistic and they’re acrylic. I definitely think I found my new nail technician! Thank you so much, I could not stop showing them off to my BF cause he paid for them and I know he’s tired of me randomly just saying “ omg baby I just LOVE my nails so much, Thankyou Thankyou ” Lls (that’s a whole week after) I really admire her work, she took her time and I’m very appreciative! You are awesome woman! Thank you !

My nails look fantastic! I have had Kate do my nail dips or gel for me over the last year or more at the Ahwatukee location and she does an amazing job. My nails last at least 3 weeks each time before a fill is needed.

I frequented this location a few times while I lived in the Ahwatukee area and it was definitely worth it. My nails came out natural looking and they look very good care of my fill in.

Ive come to this salon multiple times now and everyone is SO nice and very good. I always see Kate and I always will, she is fantastic. My nails are so beautiful and last a very long time and still look good as theyre growing out. If youre in the area and looking for a great salon, please go see them!

New native of Arizona took me a while to find the right place and technician. The customer service is amazing and Tracy is one of the most amazing technicians ive ever met in all 34 years of my life. Shes calm shes patient shes detailed and oriented shes very good with acrylics and design. This is my official go to Salon.

From the moment I walked in...these people’s energy was horrible...they talked about me to the only white woman sitting in the chair next to me...then proceeded to give me subpar service...my polish didn’t even last until I got home...they gave horrible service...had horrible energy and I WILL NEVER EVER EVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! Go somewhere else for your money...life is too short to be mistreated BY ANYONE!!!

Dont get dip powder nails here. The lady didnt take her time, was rough, and the dip was so thin and badly done- It chipped off the next day. Expensive and not worth it👎 Been to way better places where the dip lasts 4 weeks + no chips!

I have been going to AZ Tips and Toes for 4 years. Through the years every technician is fantastic and very friendly. I have never been disappointed.

Except that the girl burned my ankle with hot water and chraged extra 5 bucks for callous removal(I thought it is supposed to be included in pedicure procedure) it was awsome😂

I got my nails done less than a week ago, I got a fill and gel polish, with in the first day my nails chipped on the corner and now I have already had 4 nails completely break. I would not recommend this place as I have never had this issue. The guy who did my nails also took a very long time over an hour.

I called to ask about a Gel polish change and Kate told me $25 if I already had gel on and $20 if I did not. I went in the next day for my appointment and they charged me $30 and said i received a soap up. I didnt ask for a soap up, I dont even know what that is! Very misleading and I do not recommend them!
