I love this place, when u come in they greet you by name and make u feel at home doing so. They do me and my daughters nails. Lynn loves my daughter and they call one another beat friends.

They do a great job, and the pedicure women are AMAZING AND SWEET! The owner on the other hand is rude, and makes excuses for pricing not adding up. I am more than happy to pay the difference, but attitude goes a long way. And update your website!

I only went to this place because it’s close to my house and I usually pay a great amount of money to get my nails done so when I do I expect it to look like a professional did them. my fingers look like stubs and I still have nail polish on my hands, pieces of the acrylic are underneath my nail and the polish wasn’t even applied correctly. definitely glad I didn’t spend the same amount of money as I would’ve at my nail salon.

Very rude!I came in yesterday to get my nails done, I had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes which was no issue at all. The owner left a couple hours before I arrived and they didn’t have any nail techs to do my nails so they had to call the owner to come back, the owner was very irritated that she had to come back to the store to do somebody’s nails, if there wasn’t enough nail techs then they should’ve just told me that. The owner was very rude rushing the entire time, on the phone the entire time and wasn’t listening to anything I was saying about my nails. Her and her sister Lynn are the most rude people I have ever let do my nails.

My tech could not do the design I wanted which is okay so I switched to a simple design with them painted pink with 1 glitter. My issue is that I received super lumpy nails that are different lengths and definitely not square like I requested.

I love this nail salon. Everyone who works here is so nice and I have NEVER left unhappy.

They are loud and speak Vietnamese. It seems don’t understand English. My pedicure chipped off the same day and they look at me like it is my fault! Don’t waste your money!

Seems they messed up my eye brows today and when I told the tech she denied it. I still tipped and didnt make a big deal but I would never send anyone to get there waxing done there. If you mess you admit it dont lie. I had one eye brow perfect the other a mess

So I paid $74.00 for a manicure and pedicure. Gel Manicure is now chipping after 1 week. I’m not rough person whatsoever, so there should be no reason why my nail polish is chipping. This isn’t the first time and I’m honestly so annoyed. Paying over $50 for a nail service just for it to look good for 1 week is absurd! Especially during a pandemic. I don’t recommend going to them when they are in a hurry, I believe since I came a little later they were rushing, I’m pregnant and never really get to do anything for myself and this is very upsetting since I haven’t been able to get nails done in months due to the pandemic.

I was so thrilled with the service that I made a promise to come back next time for their dip! $30 for gel, & so worth it! Lynne (I believe) did such a fantastic job, & was very attentive. She definitely knows what she’s doing, but it looked like all the ladies in there did!I would definitely recommend coming here.

I tried this place because it’s right near where I work out and after two days they started to peel and chip. I do not work with my hands and get my nails done regularly( at a different salon) and this has never happened. The photo I posted is just FOUR days after getting them. I paid 67 dollars not including tip for pedicure and manicure and they lasted maybe two days!! Will NEVER return.

I request Lynn every time I go in. She remembers exactly how I like my nails and pedicure done. She is so amazing!! So professional and friendly! Makes me feel like Im appreciated!! Absolutely recommend coming in to see her amd the staff there!

My first time here and I loved it. Lyn did a fantastic job on my nails. I will definitely be using her from now on. She was super gentle and efficient. I was in and out quickly. She was very friendly too. I am quite pleased I decided to stop in on a whim.

1st . I called to see about availability was told by the nail tech LYNN, I would be there in 5-10mins . Literally waited almost 2 hours to just get 3 nails fixed . I couldn’t wait any longer due to another appointment . Just when I was leaving, Lynn told me to get in seat, and notified her that I won’t need the services anymore because I have to go . She begins to get loud with me and argue with me . Saying “ next time don’t take all day “ I stated to her I’m not going to argue with you and continue your client nails that’s already sitting . Very unprofessional . 2nd time there & I will not be referring anybody else HERE

I had a pretty good experience here. My pedicure was AMAZING and the lady who did it was so nice and 4 weeks later it still looks amazing. I appreciate the extra layers of gel clear coat. The lady who did my manicure wasnt the nicest. Didnt speak at all my thumbs were two different lengths by 3 millimeters. Im not sure why, but every singe finger nail has since become extremely painfully ingrown and infected. My manicure wasnt very nice. One of my nails broke the evening I got it done and the nails were chipped within two days.

I went in with a picture of what i wanted my nails to look like for my wedding. I asked for a short almond nail. What I received looks more like splotchy peanuts on the ends of my fingers. $45 and all I got what my cuticles sanded off and peanut nails. Now i have to go and pay again to get my nails done somewhere else so I dont have awful nails for my wedding.

My experience at the salon was terrible! I had to point out several nails that were different lengths, they are not smooth, and I had 4 cuticle cuts. My pedicure was worse. I had a large cut on one toe and a very big sore formed on another one and it quickly got infected.

Woman could not file round nails. They were all jagged and messy. She was rude when I asked for her to do more filing to fix it, and theyre still sharp and not smooth. Didnt see proper cleaning of tools happening. They only had one fan for drying nails. Friend got gels and the color was nothing like what she picked. 100% never going back

Love love love them! Prices are great. The staff is amazing. I noticed they took extra time and care on my nails, and honestly they did a better job than my old nail salon! I am in love with my nails and have received so many compliments! Will recommend to all my friends and family.

I tried giving this place a second chance today. First time they didn’t have my appointment down so I had to wait. While I was getting my set done 2 other people came in with an appointment.. again, they didn’t have it down. They waited an unacceptable amount of time. Today I called and asked if they were available for a set and I walked in, 3 girls looked and me then looked right back at their phones. I sat down and waited. One girl gets up and looks right at me and keeps walking outside to talk on the phone. So I got up and left. She knew I looked upset and didn’t stop me from leaving or ask me what I was there for. I will not even bother with this place again.

Theyve always treated me awesome at this place and no matter who in get they always do a decent job. Kim and Lisa do the best nails and Lina I believe? (Ive never had anyone do my pedicures but her) HOOKS me up!! Shes amazing and if you are nice and respectful to them, then will treat you with respect and do a great job for you back! ☺

Worst customer service ever. The guy with the tattooed eyebrows treated my mom so disrespectfully. She went in for a fill with pink powder and he tried to charge her $45. She mentioned to him that she pays $35 for a pink and white FULL SET. Then he said okay, pay me $35. My mom mentioned that that is the price for a full set, and that she needs a fill, which should be cheaper. Long story short, he told her if you dont like it, get out. DONT GO HERE! So happy I chose this location! The owner and staff are always friendly and polite. They took their time with each step to make sure my nails were perfect. Its the first place that I walk out of very happy with my nails all the time! Will definitely recommend and be back.

I waited in cold water for 1/2 hour. Finally walked up front to ask how much longer I would be waiting. Then a manager person, I think, came to me and said they were short a couple of girls today. Funny but the last time I was there I heard that same line! The pedicure was good. I was also getting a manicure. The girl did not file my nails evenly and did not push the cuticles back. Then when she slipped into her flip flops under the table she destroyed the polish from the pedicure. She did take the time to repair that polish. I called the nail place later to talk to them about the service. The person I spoke to kept interrupting me, would not listen to what I was saying. She insisted that I had been given the best service from all the staff. Not going back.And they speak among themselves in their language which I consider disrespectful.

WOW ON TOP OF CUSTOMER SERVICE MY EYEBROWS ARE GONE! I been coming here since I was 17 years old. 34 now. After todays service and the owner lady disrespecting me yelling at me to not ask question if I dont want to hear answer. And the ladies in the back working just shaking their heads to not get upset. The prices went up ten dollars from two weeks ago when. I was here. I simply asked why? Same thing I always get. The water overflowed from one a pedicure seat and the guy who works in there started going off on the customer. Telling her why didnt she tell for help, now I have to clean up! I was just in wow! I know this is just a review and what happened today, sure lost three customers today. Work on your customer service.... especially when your customer wasnt being rude.

I was looking for a new nail salon, and I landed in a great spot. They give you all their attention and make sure that you are happy with the work you got done. My nails came out amazing both my gel ombré and my pedicure. Will be a returning customer!!

Ive been going here since last year and Im quite happy. Everyone is friendly and warm. You can walk in but I prefer to call ahead. My nail tech Deni shapes my natural nail perfect.

This was my first time here after trying EVERY (almost) nail salon from downtown!! They know how to joke around to make me feel fun. This place is extremely clean. Its very WORTH and would recommend.

This is the best nail spa in town! It was my 1st time using this salon, and Denny and Lee were so friendly and they took their time and didnt try to rush me as it had ran past closing time. Thank you Lee for the relaxing pedicure and hot rock massage my happy feet thank you!! Denny knows her business she keeps a smile on her face while she transforms your nails into a work of art! I have gone here for over 10 years because it used to be a great place. However, once new ownership took over Ive had bad experiences and will never go back again. My mom and I went for my birthday today and my mom is sensitive on her legs and feet. The lady was extremely rough and when my mom would ask her to be gentle the lady kept calling her a baby. We also paid for the spa package that includes a design and neither of us got a design. The tech doing my moms pedicure was super pushy, trying to upsell us the whole time even though I explained I had a young baby at home with dad and didnt want to be out too long. Furthermore, she didnt even acknowledge my mom when she was done. She just walked away, didnt help with her sandals or say goodbye. Weve always been generous tippers but she is lucky we even tipped her at all. I really like Lisa and Denny but unfortunately the place sucks now so I will find a place that truly cares. I dont recommend this place at all!!!

First time here. I ACTUALLY LIKE! ! ! ! The women there are really sweet and very personable. They took their time and made sure each one was perfect. Its a good deal, cheap. I cant say enough good things about them. Will keep coming back for my nails.

The staff was fun and friendly. Even close to the end of the day and closing time they didnt rush and were more than willing to make sure I was happy and enjoying myself. Their prices are highly competitive with incredible quality. The chairs are comfortable with reclining, massaging, and neck warming features. Their spa pedicure comes including design, hot towels, and callus remover for $35! Most places you pay additional for all of those perks! I highly recommend this place!

There should be a negative star option! One star is too generous!!I have lived in Phoenix a short time and have had difficulty finding someone who can do dip gel. Giving up on the fact no one here knows what in the hell Im talking about, I started paying attention to others nails. A lady working at a local dealership had the most amazing nails... She told me Anthony Lee Nails was the place to go. Well let me tell you, my nails are NOTHING close!!!! Let me start with, I had to get matter of fact when it came to removing my gel nails. He tried to talk me into a fill. Knowing they didnt have the product, I asked for a new set. He wanted to pop them off, I demanded they be soaked off. He got a bit frustrated with my request but complied. He asked me about length, width and thickness. I like the dip system because its thin and hard as nails. So I told him I wanted to maintain the same length and didnt want them thick. I agreed the length they were cut to. But then he filed off half the length to nubs. At first it was hard to tell because the tips were placed back further than I realized. The acrylic is twice the thickness I was expecting. He said he would file it down. I had to file the thickness down once I got home, it did nothing to fix the length or width. Theyre short, fat and thick. They look like cheap press on nails from the drug store!! I would go back and ask for them to be redone... But my cuticles are so sore and swollen it would go from bad to worse!!!The part that gets me, if someone told you that they were referred to your business, wouldnt you go out of your way to get it RIGHT the first time??35$ learning experience, I wont go back!!!

I have been going to this salon for about 6 years now. I have always been greeted promptly and been happy with my manicure and pedicures. I find all the staff very friendly. I recently took my niece along and she too was pleased with the friendliness and outcome of her gel nails and pedicure. I recommend this establishment! :)

Really poor quality of work. I have had two gel manicures in a row and both of them have chipped on the second day. The gel was lifting on the third day. Im very disappointed with their work.

Everyone absolutely went the extra mile for us! They took me and my boyfriend in for pedicures in the last half hour, and didnt rush our service. Nice long massages, exceptional attention to detail, and on top of it all, everybody was SO NICE. This place is a little hidden, since the frys moved, but well worth the visit! 10/10 would recommend.

Went to AZ Royal Nails & Spa on my lunch break after being dissatisfied at another nail shop in the city. She is gentle and meticulous! SOOOO impressed with a final result, which is so wonderful!!! My price is Nice.

Not impressed!! Paid extra for a service I needed and with the package came a design and a neck and shoulder massage. The lady who did my pedicure didnt even put the design on. (I didnt bother to ask her because I dont care for designs but DAMN if I paid for it I should get it!!) The neck and shoulder massage was done in the chair where I got my pedicure. It was very unforgettable and on top of that it might have lasted 2 minutes. I was hoping for the price I paid my pedicure would have come out awesome but it didnt. I will NOT be going back.

I went in earlier this morning to get a quote on a couple of nails that I wanted done and as I walked in the lady didn’t even want to approach me and then she said can I help you in a rude tone and just stood in the back didn’t even walk toward me and I said yes and then she asked again and approached me finally in as if I was bothering her she was just really rude about it and then I was like you know what you’re not being very polite and you’re not being very nice It seems as if I’m bothering you and then she started yelling at me and screaming at me she literally screamed at me as I walked out the door and she just kept running out after me screaming. This lady is crazy and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a nail salon. Treat your customers with respect or you’re not going to have a business.

Its a nice place and the lady that did my nails was extremely polite. My nails came out really nice too. I got a gell French color on Thursday and by Monday they started peeling. Paid 30 for one weekend nails ☹️

I have been coming here for years. They do a great job and for a competitive price. I know some ladies that have been coming here for a decade plus. Ive had some sets done better than others, but they are usually happy to fix any issues. Yes, they speak another language and they do get busy so sometimes you have to wait. Usually they will accomodate you if you call ahead.

They are way to quick, the lady who did my pedicure made my heel bleed and the other lady doing my nails left them crooked. We had gone here for years before the new management, definitely took a turn for the worse.

Horrible customer service. I work as a caregiver for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I took my client there to get her nails painted and they refused to paint her nails because she has involuntary movements. I sat there and held her hand still and they still refused to paint them. Also I asked them to give her a Manicure but the insisted on just a polish change. Second note I also had another client with me for a pedicure and the whole time she was there. They gave her dirty looks cause she was pretending to put on make up out of one of their magazines. I’ll never go there again after they did that. So much discrimination there I can’t stand it. Horrible!!!!!!!

Very clean, liners used, very pretty, great selection....the only issue is appointments made are still not always put on priority. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. They do their best to get everyone accommodated though.

I liked it better when it was Anthony Lee Nails. New management and staff is very pushy, nail techs in a hurry, eyebrow lady does not do what you ask. I will be going somewhere else now.

Poor costumer service. Only require certain costumers to wear face mask and their employees didn’t wear one. Huh... being bias? Maybe. The couches were dirty. Wasn’t a friendly welcoming environment.

I have only gone here three times and I will not be going here anymore. I came in to get my gel nails removed and the guy who did it did not know what he was doing (I found out later he had never done it before). He ended up grinding down my nail so much that it cut open and now I have a gash in the middle of my pinky nail that is very painful. They still made me pay for it too. I usually go to Kathy who is very nice and she ended up finishing removing the nails, but I will not be going here again.

Worst toe nail polish I ever had. She was crabby and rough. Left polish all around my nails. I went home and cleaned it off myself. Unfriendly, no English and didnt do what I asked for. A simple toenail trim and polish change. Now I have to wait for them to grow back and get them done in a real nail salon. Bad, bad experience.

Horrible. The lady cut me 3 times with drill while doing my nails. She kept insisting that I get gel nails when I wanted matte nails. Which I still didnt get btw. Charged me 18$ just to polish my daughters hands n toes. I also got a pedicure which they didnt even take my kalis off. Waste of money if I say so myself. Never going back .

Zero stars all around!! I went there last week with my husband. I said I wanted claw nails with a clear pink color. Should have been $25 I showed the lady the picture. When she was painting my fingers I noticed she put gell on I told here I never asked for gel, I didnt want gel, she mumbles and continues. I keep trying to tell her I dont u want gel she ends up not even trying to do my nails and half asses it. Myusband gets a pedicure he had his head phones in while the lady was doing it. They charged him $40 for stuff he didnt even ask for. I called to speak with a manager they hang up on us. Scam of a place. Do not go

Do NOT come here. I got a gel manicure and my nails chipped like 10 minutes after I got home. I went back to fix them, they did not issue a refund and made me wait to fix them. Prices are extremely high for what you get. I am for sure not coming back!! Terrible Terrible!

I have been going to Anthony Lee Nails for over a year. I have always had a great time. My sets are done correct the majority of the time with the right shape, thickness, and length. The color selection is awesome for both gel and regular polish. The massage chairs feel great and my eyebrows always look amazing when I leave. Some of the complaints on here are valid, they dont speak a lot of English and some of the male techs can be a little sloppy. Vebe (?) on spelling - does an amazing job with ombre acrylic full sets. I will always come back :)

They always get me in and out quick for my pedicures. They dont do a lot of nail art designs and dont bother making an appointment they never stick to them but you never have to wait long if you walk in. Also the waxing is great and a good price.

The place is alright. I do admit the first time I was there, the owners wife started arguing with my manicurist in their foreign language. Everyone was looking at them. 😒 This place has great potential. I dont mind them speaking in their native language at all btw. Anthony if you are reading this, please train your staff to NEVER argue in front of customers amongst a few other things. Thanks! 👍

My favorite place to go with my bestie, always super friendly and they almost always made my girl happy. We would go at least once a month. They let me stay in the massage chairs while they did the works on my vip girlfriend. Always beautiful nails

I have lived in the Valley for 15 years and for the first two years was in search of a good Vietnamese nail salon. Until I found Lee and Anna. I have been with them now for almost 13 years. I have had many nail techs because it is a very transient business, but I always find one that I like and I stick with them. I think that is the secret. Find who you like and let them get to know you as well as your likes and dislikes. They are very willing to please once they know what you want. The language barrier can sometimes be a problem, but there is always someone there who speaks good English and can help your tech understand you. As far as the fact that they speak in their native language, that doesnt really bother me. If I were in Vietnam with my fellow Americans and knew choppy Vietnamese at best, I would speak my native language, as well. If you dont want to hear it, Im sure you can get a mani and pedi at one of the resort spas and pay triple for it.Lisa and Vibi do my pedicure and gel nails and they work so hard to please me. These ladies know what they are doing and I wont see anyone else.

Went in for a mani & pedi and the lady who did my nails was good but the lady who did the pedi was very rough, and sloppy with the job. They tried to apply gel on a full set after i had asked for a regular manicure. They gave me the wrong set to look at so unknowingly i picked a gel color. $20 difference! The hostess had no clue what she was doing, just running in a circle. Employees do not proceed to do what you paid for unless you insist/ask. All around a miserable experience.

Never returning. Charged me $50 for something Ive had done there a million times for $35. Ever since they took over its been a joke of a place. I usually done leave bad reviews, but she just over charged me just because she can. If I can leave 0 stars I would.

I payed extra money for a massage and toe designs and they didnt give them to me til I asked repeatedly and when doing so they did it roughly and sloppily with a bad attitude. They were very rough and didnt pay attention to the pain they were putting us thru. My manicure and pedicure were very painful. 10/10 wouldnt recommend
