Found my new nail place. Very clean and organized. They have soft music to make you relax. Offer water too. Cindy is the owner and she is a sweet person. Takes care of her clients and goes the extra mile doing your nails. Their prices are great and what you get is worth it. I feel so refreshed after I leave here. Staff is very helpful as well and work together as a team. I got a fill today and my pedicure was with fresh sliced oranges. So happy I come here. If you are looking for a new nail place I suggest you come here!

I was told that I had to pay prior to anything being done and I was fine with that until I watched 3 other people pay AFTER services. Seems a bit odd to me. But I definitely won’t be coming back . The man was nice but that’s not cool. Out of the 4 people in the salon I was the only black girl and the only one asked to pay upfront, I watched 3 white/white passing people not have to pay upfront after full services. Maybe it was just a coincidence but it felt unwelcoming and not a place I’d want to give my money again unfortunately. But make your own conclusions.

I love this place. Like any artist, they need freedom to work and be creative with their ideas. Ive come in 9 out of 10 times and let them have at it. Very few times do I request something Ive had on my mind, but they will do their best to add their spin with my idea. Not only are they great workers but their materials are the best. My work environment required extreme labor and strength that these babies would not chip or fall off. Attached will be a few of the sets theyve done that Ive saved over the years.

This nail shop is amazing the best on the Westside of Phoenix! If your looking for quality, friendly service I definitely suggest that you go and check them out. Marc Anthony was very professional and gentle, he also does great designs. If your looking for a new nail shop to frequent give them a try you wont be disappointed.

Don’t go here if you have better things to do with your money. My roommates and I came here and it took 2 1/2 hours to complete our services because only two people were working. One guy was sitting on his iPad while one of my roommates sat with her feet in the water, waiting for a pedicure, for 40+ minutes. The lady who did my pedicure didn’t ask me what color I wanted, before I realized it, she had painted my toes white. I was talking with my friends before I looked down and saw she had completed an entire set of toes. Next, I asked for my nails to be cleaned up. I can’t have polish due to school policy, they charged me $20 to get my cuticles cut, my nails filed, and a normal clear coat to be added to my nails. All of us got gel pedicures but within 10 minutes of having them done, they became scuffed and some parts were peeled. Not only all of these issues, they had us pay before the services so we couldn’t take our money back if the services weren’t satisfactory. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place if you want your money to be put to good use.MIGHT I ADD: the guy who did my roommates pedicure, laid a towel over the top of her legs bc she had shorts on and he couldn’t keep his eyes away

Great job! The clear was a little wonky which I didnt see u til I saw it in sunlight. They did a good job but check polish before leaving.

Technician was ok accept language barrier to understand. He did snip me with the cuticle cutter n did nothing to it.

Cindy does the best nails, this is like my 5th full no lifting still very good quality nails. She makes sure to fill all the way down to the cuticle so it looks brand new for days .. high quality work. Just be sure to call when you are on the way to prevent having to wait too long and they will get you in. Clean instruments and I highly recommend this place

I am finally satisfied with my nails! I have been wasting my time and money at Kelly D’s salon paying for s**t I never asked for. Tim did exactly what I asked for to the T! If you come here see Tim for sure and they hooked up my little girls ❤️

The new policy is ridiculous requiring to pay first and this place is overpriced. They were going to charge 80 for a full set and I went to a different nail salon close by and got my full set for 48 dollars. There were flies everywhere. Only good for pedicures

Great experience. They were VERY thorough, took their time. It was NOT rushed and I was able to relax. I had a manicure and pedicure and my nails turned out beautiful! My feet are so soft and callouses gone. They definitely took care to do the job right. I will be back!

This is so sad how my sister was treat in her services today. She expected a professional assistance. Her nails came out like they were from outer space. She paid her money faithfully and this is what happens. NO REFUND ARE YOU ALL SERIOUS . Sad to get this treatment. Please dont do people like that ! PERIOD

New person did my nails look like they were barely traing not happy with my toes but not the kinda person that like to do drama at a nail salon they were over price I pick 50 dollar pedicure an still got charge 15 for gel

My galfriend and I decided on a whim to get our nails done, so we looked up the closest place with the best reviews. This place certainly deserves all the 5 stars. The owner is so passionate about his craft, making the work he does not only professional, but a work of art. All the staff are welcoming, goodnatured, and experienced and the atmosphere is homey. Well worth it!

This place did a horrible job with my nails. It hasnt even been a week since I had my acrylics done and the pain Id already coming off which Ive never had happen before. The workers also did not got give me the 10% student discount and tried to charged me and extra $30 saying that I got gel even though I specifically told them I did not want gel. Also the staff is extremely rude when I was asking questions about their services they made me feel dumb by talking down to m though I had never been their before. I will never go back.

My first time and last time to visit this nail shop. My pedicure was great but the tech did a HORRIBLE job on my nails. I dont know if she was inexperienced but my nails were crooked and shabby paint job

I came to try to get my nails done on a Monday at 2:53 and they stated that they are not open but on the door it states that they opened at 9:30 until 7 PMThere’s no sign on the door explaining why no one is there

I’ve gotten acrylics and dip powder here and I like it every time. I’ve gone probably four times. They have a good polish collection & they’re never really busy unless you go before closing. I got a pedicure and asked for the second cheapest one that has callous removal but he didn’t touch my calluses and still charged me for it. I still paid because i was too scared to speak up, but next time I’ll be sure to get another worker. The only photo I have is my most recent, but I do recommend this place to anyone at GCU and in that area of phoenix! It honestly depends on who you go to, but I recommend Jimmy! He’s always funny and makes it enjoyable. Doesn’t pressure you like other workers or make you nervous.

I needed a fill on a typical Saturday around 4pm. My normal nail salon was super busy so this place was my second option. There are pedicure chairs on both walls when you walk in and several nail stations in the middle. About 4 techs were working on pedicures while 2 techs were working on manicures/fills. I waited about 30 minutes. A middle aged lady did my nails and complained about the quality of my nails, saying she does not like fixing other nail salons work because it makes her tired and the owner should be charging the price of a new set instead of a fill. I nonchalantly rolled my eyes since I knew shed be happy when I left and gave her a generous tip. This place isnt bad but they could benefit ALOT if the customer service improved. As I expected her personality changed when I handed her the tip. This place will probably always be my second option.

My nails last with out chipping or coming off and they do their best to accommodate your designs. I will come back again.

Made an APPOINTMENT and as I was on my way to the appointment I was called and told it was cancelled for a walk-in. It is extremely unprofessional to have an appointment and it get canceled because of a walk-in. Please do better with time management

Definitely was not happy with the service here. Now its pricey short short nails squared for 35 bucks. If they looked good and didnt rush I would not have mind. But for a terrible job, i was upset. Definitely felt pressured into getting gel even though multiple times i kept saying i just want regular polished. You can go somewhere else for long coffin and regular polish for 30-35 dollars for a pretty decent set I do believe if i would have gotten good service if i would have gotten gel ‍ wont be back here dont let the good reviews fool you thats why i came because my to go nail salon was filled with appointments and didnt want to wait one more day.

Quiet, clean everyone wear masks but gel nails was 30$; instead of 25$, but it was nobody inside plus you get movies and music to relax to which I liked the most.

Extremely rude . When informed nail tech that I was experiencing pain, nail tech proceeded to say that i was acting and over reacting. Never had a nail tech act or say that to me just instead a apology or do my nails more lightly.

They used to do a decent job on my nails, but lately the service has been sloppy and rushed. My nail chipped less than 24 hours after getting them done here. The workers here are very unprofessional, opening the store 30 minutes later than opening time, giving me attitude when I ask them fix something on my nail, and workers there getting in arguments with customers. One of my nail techs was talking poorly about another customer in the shop to me. Please get your nails done elsewhere and save yourselves from there terrible, unprofessional attitudes.

My sister and mother both came here multiple times with terrible experiences. The nail techs were extremely rough with their nails and cut them several times, even after asking them to stop. My mother left and ended up getting a nail infection, because of the cuts, and presumably using tools that weren’t disinfected properly. Do not come here if you don’t want to be in pain while getting your nails done.

Tim is the best...took me in quickly when my regular nail salon was rude and had me waiting for 2 hours and still no service...theyre now my regular nail salon ❤

The service was good though my tech didnt speak English. I was serviced right away. This was my first time getting a manicure and pedicure. The price was ok. My issue was that the tech left a cut on my toe. A friction burn on my foot. And the cuticles and side of my fingers and toes were cut and bleeding. One of my fingers actually has blood embedded in the polish. The tech didnt acknowledge it at all and just painted over it. When put under the UV light my cuticles and underneath my nail burned bad. Will not go back. Sad my first time was a bad experience.

I hope it was an off day. I didnt argue because I didnt have the time to but man, the work was pretty sloppy and its very disappointing because Ive gotten other work done here months ago and it was pretty good. I got cut, I asked for coffin and came out with square, a bunch residue on my fingers and some parts the acrylic looks bad... sad to say Im not coming back.

He did a great job on my nails. And the pedi was good..I had an acrylic set with gel polish and an mid level pedicure with gel polish and French tip polish. All got a 130..

Told me one price then charged another. Pedicure took an hour and 40 minutes. Hot rocks burnt the bottom of my foot. Poor job in nail filing/shaping. One hand was done to square nails and the other side round.

Their close time is 7pm, I arrived at 610pm. Which was a pretty decent time considering I only needed a regular fil and polish change on my nails. There were 4 people working and 3 people in the chairs. One youg lady had 2 people handling her, nails and feet. Oh, I found out why. She was a regular and she spent a decnt amount of money, plus tip. Long story short, I sat for about 10-15 minutes before I was placed to get my feet dont. I asked for an additional coat of glitter polish because you could barely see it on my feet. She insisted that she already had put 3... I left it at that. I finally get in the chair, the guy was very knowledgable and kind, until he realized how late it was and began to rush. When I asked him to straighten my nails out he looked at me as if he had a problem. Then to add I asked about an extra coat on my big toe, which was ignored. When it came time to close no I did not tip becuase of his lack of pleasant customer service. I washed my hands and he went straight to paint..No moisturizer or anything. Getting up to leave I asked for that additional polish on the big toe again and he basically told me NO. Wow, Im happy I didnt tip. Moral of the story, if he wouldve did me when I first came in, he wouldnt have had to rush and wouldve gotten a tip and my big toe would be perfect.
