This place is big, bright and lots to do. You could spend the whole day here with the family. Pool with slip and slide - restaurant, coffee shop, indoor basketball court. The staff is super nice and well outfitted. It is a little pricey, but if you are going to use it a lot, it is worth it.

Honestly this place is great, they have EVERYTHING health and wellness related. The reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is because I come here to work out and the gym area itself is very small and crammed. Plus there isnt much of a kettlebell area. This leads to the gym area being packed especially during busy times. Not sure how that works with COVID safety protocols... 😬

First time visiting this location since biltmore is closed for the day due to a power outage. Upon arrival the lady at the front desk was not welcoming whatsoever. Didn’t even make eye contact. Need more variety of classes. I love going to cycling but only like two of the instructors (if that) and really don’t want to be outside anymore since it’s getting hot. The cycling studio is open so use it, especially at 10 am when it’s 90 degrees out. I am very much considering driving the extra 10-15 min to go to Peoria and go to Marnie’s cycling class (she is the best) amongst others. They have more variety of classes morning and evening and majority of their classes are booked up in advanced so you know they are good when they stay consistent with being booked up. Seems like the gym is going downhill a little, don’t get me wrong the staff is great they just cater to the bodybuilders on the floor instead of the studio classes now.

- I had a meeting with the GM for my sign up day and I waited for a half hour and she never showed up- They are way over crowded- They decided to turn their basketball court into a daycare center all day Monday-Friday, so I’m not allowed to play basketball anymore- I went to use the squat racks and I was kicked out by some bald dude because “they had a class”- I was given a 100$ sign up bonus and was told I could spend that in their shop, but then when I tried they told me I could only spend it on the app, and then on the app it says I’m not eligible to spend the full 100$ and also requires that I pay 10% regardless of the final price- I cancelled and I found a way cheaper gym in North Scottsdale and it’s way less crowded and it’s no BS. Never stepping foot in a lifetime gimmick ever again

This gym would be perfect except for the fact that they don’t enforce their mask policy at all. As I look out right now there are several guys (it’s mostly men who are offenders) wearing their masks as chin diapers. I’ve seen multiple guys take the masks off while they do a set (sorry, it doesn’t work like that!). And the gym permits people to wear a face shield instead of a mask, which is explicitly not CDC compliant. Today I’ve seen two guys not wear their masks at all. And it’s done in plain view of multiple uniformed staff members. Totally unfair to those of us who do follow the rules.

Going on nearly two months of them blaring music early in the morning, which has been getting progressively earlier and earlier since July 5. It began this morning at 5:25 AM, loud enough that numerous apartment renters at the three surrounding complexes can hear the music and can fully understand the shrill, screechy voices of the lulule-moms prancing around the parking lot. How are you going to alienate the people who can literally walk to your gym? Are yall really just that passionate about giving us proof that natural selection exists?

One of the best clubs or gym in town. I have been a member for over 3 years but it’s unfortunate to see that they’re not the best when it comes being professional or with their hirings. I have been a member for 3 years and I have been visiting the Life Time maybe once or twice a month but it was still worth the monthly membership cost. Unfortunately when covid happened it’s not fun to work out with mask and etc to enjoy the amenities. So I placed the membership on hold for 3-4 months but when I called and wanted to cancel it one of the workers told me that he will keep putting my accounts on hold until the mask regulations/covid slows down. Not even a month after they charged me again for a membership fee. The main picture isn’t the charge but the not being professional. I have been paying over $300 per month just because it’s a place of quality but if you can’t manage my two accounts definitely you don’t deserve the dollar amount that’s being charged here for monthly services. I usually don’t check my credit card statements due to its being on autopay but I just checked for different reason and seen a $103 charge which was for one of my accounts. I called them and I have been told that they sent me an email letting me know it was about to come off from hold. If an account manager or a person that’s an employee under that roof say’s that they’re taking care of it, I’m not gonna worry about that email. LESSON LEARNED THEY WONT BE PROFESSIONAL WHEN THEY’RE JUST WANNA TAKE YOUR MONEY.

The lockers in the dressing area are always jamming, have had to call 4 times to get mine Unjammed, 2 of those times they forgot I called the front desk and I had to call again.2. I asked the front desk once the cost of the class packages for alpha male and other classes that charge extra, they couldn’t tell me the price or even give me a business card for someone that did know. Also wouldn’t write down my name for a call back.3. They make you use the app to register for classes, but the app is always glitchy. I called to get signed up ahead of time and the rep said the app is the only way to sign up and to restart my phone. I tried that but the app still wouldn’t work so my only other option was to do a walk in and hope they still had room.

This has become a home away from home for our family. The kids love the kids club and pool, and my husband and I love the cafe, family friendliness, pools and pretty much everything else. We dont use the weight training equipment very often since were mostly using treadmills, bikes or the pool for triathlon training, but we go about 5 days a week and even when its busy its never TOO busy. There is always a lane to swim in, which is seriously impressive. Yes, there are a lot of really fit people here, but no one has been intimidating, rude or stuck up like at other gyms. There are always families and kids around, which is just such a breath of fresh air since we have two little ones. Also, the cafe is awesome. Great food. Yes its pricy but its worth it.

This gym is great for the younger 20 something crowd as everyone who works there is the same age. Beware of the shady sales tactics of signing you up for things you didnt agree to and clauses that favor the gym and not you. Everyone works on commission and the young sales team is taught to mislead you and fabricate so they get paid at your expense. Classes are in the middle of the day making it hard to get to if you work and limited in the evening. Trainers are not available in the morning. Watch out with the personal trainers because you cannot purchase a training session everything has to be purchased in bulk with a three month minimum and at least a session a week. Unable to find a bathroom to bring my 4 year old son into so I am unable to bring him. The gym is clean meaning no clutter on the floor. They have an almost non-existent area for floor exercises. Lifebucks they sell you are worthless and when you go and use them the gym bate and switches them on you. When it comes down to it, this is an overpriced gym compared to the competition in the area. The gym is never cleaned and they dont play any music so if you forget your headphones you exercise in silence. The good is free towels, courts, and pools while some of the other gyms in the area do not have this.

Yes, theres lots of equipment options, nice basketball court, etc.. (although its quite annoying how people will go to the yoga studio and start doing jump rope. theres a separate area behind the weights for that stuff man, im trying to have peace here!!) although, we had a bad experience here a while ago. someone broke one of my brothers airpods by PURPOSEFULLY stepping on it after they had a squabble (definitely not worth damaging someones property though!) and later on tried to hit him/steal his phone. we contacted the gym and spoke to a higher up who made us feel confident that my brother would be paid back for his airpod. that didnt happen. the gym basically said not my problem. they forgot about it and moved on even though we kept trying to contact them every once in a while. eventually just bought the newer airpods. sad how we pay so much for this gym and they couldnt help solve this one problem. pretty sure the kid who broke the airpod still goes there. also, youd think classy people go to this gym due to the high prices, but NO!! ive had literally 3 pairs of shoes and leggings disappear. my dads airpods were stolen. almost got my phone taken. a specific lady at the front desk was always so rude when i forgot my card. if my dad shows his card, and you literally see a picture of me and my name on the account too, why do you have to waste a minute lecturing me. people waiting in line get annoyed. dumb system. music is so freaking loud i feel like ripping my ears off. i had one session with a personal trainer. cancelled right afterwards. the whole time he just talked about diets. any right trainer knows diets dont work unless you plan to continue them your whole life. showers are disgusting, hair everywhere. everytime i went on the treadmill, there was a trainer there who would give me dirty looks for no reason. its not like i was running on a reserved treadmill, and even if i was, youre a grown woman. talk to me and tell me that its reserved. they respond to every negative review with thanks for your concern. this will be taken up with managment pls call blah blah blah. how about you guys actually make changes instead of the same bs response everytime.

Okay I have to say I love the facility itself. However; the classes can be extremely cramped. I was in a yoga class where our mats were literally touching on all four sides with the people around us. I didn’t like that every yoga class is heated either. Also in the dance classes the music is played at a deafening volume (they provide ear plugs thank god) Some of staff is awesome especially Janea who did my nails when I went there. I appreciated being able to cancel easily (no hassle) because we live too far away now to be able to visit as frequently as we would have liked. One major downside is the cleanliness though especially by the pool area. I witnessed a child urinate outside of the pool onto the ground and had to tell 3 staff members before it was cleaned up. It was absolutely disgusting. I hope they realize how important cleanliness is especially somewhere germs can spread so easily.

The interesting part is we even called to make sure the outside pool was open for everyone and we were told yes. How can you have a pool outside in Phoenix, and not have it open for everyone when it is warm outside? And it will be unavailable for my children to use until April? I would have NEVER joined if this club and spent as much as we did if I knew my children could not use the outside pool. The pool is available for adults and children over 12. This was never discussed and only mentioned that if there was no lifeguard you must be in the pool with your children. Very disappointed and feel I was misled and was ripped off.

A bit snooty for my taste. I like quality without the attitude 🔥

Every time I order drinks from the cafe wait time is about 40 minutes then I have to remind of myself and seems like staff always forgot about my drinks. Would be great to have my protein shake ready sooner after I complete great workout.

To me, it is comical how someone can come into a gym they are not at all familiar with and write a ridiculous review! I have belonged to this amazing gym for a few years now, go 6 days a week and obviously for a reason. The instructors, and caring they have for us patrons, is second to none! I would never miss one of Babettes classes, as she is the best inspiration one could get when trying to achieve even a small percentage of the fitness level she has. She is beautiful inside and out and we are fortunate to have her! Each and every one of her classes is packed to over limit and one has to go early to be lucky enough to get a spotThank you Babette for being who you are, and taking time in your very busy life to kick our butts! Also, a shout out to the VERY many wonderful instructors there that we are blessed to have!! Best gym ever!
