Park Village is quick and efficient and it’s a beautiful place inside. They do however, up-charge for a lot of things. These are my actual nails but they charge $5 for them being long and an additional $5 for the almond shape they were already in. Would they charge if I needed tips too? The tech started the dip too far down the nail and it looks like they’re grown out already.

I have been going to Park Village for a couple of years now! But today was EXCEPTIONAL service! I went in thinking what I wanted done couldn’t be done, but boy was my mind blown. I’m summer ready thanks to Park Village! I wish I had gotten the name of my nail technician but unfortunately I did not, she did an awesome job! Thank you for always taking care of me, Park Village Nails!

Really impressed with the customer service, originally we were told it was going to be a wait, which I think they say so you don’t get anxious we ended up waiting 5 minutes max. My nails looked great and when I didn’t love my toenail color the OWNER Kelly stopped what she was doing on a busy Friday afternoon and painted my nails herself!!! Super grateful. Will be back.

Hello Everyone today my family and I had a spa day and we had a great time. My mom color was beautiful on her toes. The pedicures were professional and very detailed. Costumer service was impeccable as usual. I was able to relax and sleep while Nancy, Amy, Crystal, and Lana did a wonderful job on all our pedicures and Manicures. We love coming here and spending time with all the employees who all seem to recognize, respect, and happy to see you.If you ever need a quality pedicure or manicure “Park Village Nail Spa” is where to go.

I dont get manis/pedis very often so didnt think about the timing for my daughter and scheduled these the same day of a banquet. They treated her like gold, even helping her pick out the perfect color and design for her nails while I stood behind her and did her hair. Then we went back on a later date as a treat for my mom with the grandkids and, again, had an excellent experience: we got right in, were allowed to sit together, and the service was just excellent overall. (And an added, unexpected bonus: my pedicure lasted a couple of months!)

I have used this business for years but the last 3 times I made an appt and still had to wait 45 minutes!! They told me they were very busy. No kidding then why take and make my appt. They said if I just showed up it would be a 45 minute wait. Guess what folks even with an appt they make you wait 45 minutes. The last time I talked to the manager and all he said was were very busy, sorry, sorry, sorry. I said why did you make me an appt then and all he could say was sorry. I have had it. Will no never go back!!They do not take appts seriously nor respect your time.

I came here at a friends suggestion, and I am so glad I did! They did a great job on my nails! I had an event that weekend, and they were wonderful in helping me pick out colors and deciding on a design. They took great care of me, and I will definitely be returning on a regular basis.

I’ve been going to this salon for 4-5 years now and I’ve never been disappointed. Quality of care/work is excellent. Very professional, attentive, courteous staff. Facilities in and outside the salon are very clean and well kept. The menu/service options are extensive with very competitive pricing. I never wait long whether I go in the afternoon/evening Mon-Fri or go on the weekends. Best nail salon in the DFW area in my opinion! ❤️💅

I normally go to this place and they do a good job and everything turns out well. Today I went in and had a rude nail tech do my nails. I asked for long nails and showed her the picture of them and told her this was the shape and length. She cut it too short and I told her it wasn’t correct but she complained and turned it around on me. She cut me multiple times and kept filing on the spot that hurt after saying “ow”. The nails didn’t turn out anything close to what I had asked for.

I just visited Park Village Nails for the first time. Check in was seamless and the owner Kelley was super friendly. The place is attractive and clean, I saw people sanitizing the whole time I was there.I can’t say enough good things about my pedicure specialist, Anna, and also my nail specialist, Silvie. Not only did they do a perfect job on my toes and nails, paying attention to and remembering my exact preferences, they were also so pleasant to visit with. Really nice people! So friendly and professional.I highly recommend Park Village Nails to anybody looking for a great place to get a pedicure/manicure

I received a pedi today that I did not enjoy at all. The girl went super fast she didnt adjust the water until I said something she skipped over using the hot rocks . When she finished clipping around my toes she washed them with alcohol that burned them and I had to have them rinsed with water. Every time I go its always something . Its not at all a pleasant experience. I will be looking for another place. Where I can actually relax and enjoy the pedi

At first, I really enjoyed Park Village Nails. Since Covid, I began to notice the employees taking short cuts. They wouldn’t apply a base coat or a top coat, they paid too much attention to their timer, no personalization, just not a great experience. I’m now sitting here with toe nails that have turned yellow because they could bother with a base coat. Their services are far too expensive for this to ever be okay!

This is still probably my favorite nail salon even though we’ve moved and this is farther. They have always taken care of me. Short wait times, if there is a wait. They have reasonable prices and their pedicure includes the hot stones too. I’ve always been treated well and never had a bad experience.

I love this place! I can only come when Im visiting but it is the best nail place with awesome technicians. Im always relaxed when I finish and my hands and feet feel wonderful and look beautiful.

Way to many people !!! most did have on a mask. we didnt have a appointment and they took us right away, we only had to wait about five minutes they all were very nice, kind did a really good job, the management walked around checking on how everyone was doing, it was five in our party they took really good care of us very clean, upscale, they do serve drinks, while you are getting your nails or feet done

2nd time here and VERY PLEASED again! So courteous and professional! The mail tech was spot on, my nails look very natural!!! JUST LOVE THIS PLACE. So happy I gave then a chance 💕😁

This salon is great! The quality and customer service is very hard to beat. I’ve been going here about a year now and I don’t go anywhere else when I get my nails done. Ive been going here for pedicures and dip powder nails for most of this year. The owner Kelly is very welcoming and knowledgeable. For the most part I get great service and my fiancee has started to come with me as well. The ONLY downside is one of the managers with dark brown hair and glasses who is rude, abrasive, and made not only my mom, but another friend who needed a great nail salon suggestion say this place is awesome except for one girl ignore that part, and the rest is fabulous :-) * nails below by Payton and I got a ton of compliments

Ive been getting my nails done for years and have gone to several different nail salons. I tried this place for the first time today and Im never going anywhere else!!! Hands down the best nail salon Ive ever been to. My nails are SO perfect. My tech was so sweet and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She shaped them all perfectly and thats almost never been the case for me. Super quick too! Im still shocked at how amazing this salon is. My friend has been going here for years and has yet to see a tech who hasnt done a phenomenal job.

This establishment is very large. My nail technician, Hanha was very detailed and did a great job on my nails. I had dipping in an ombre color. Fast service, but not to hurried.I will go again. Great conversation, even though at times I couldnt hear her. It was the masks that we had on. We all can relate to that.

Had the worst experience here. Owner didn’t understand what French tip meant and spent 10 mins trying to clarify what I wanted. Then when I finally got sat down she hadn’t explained to tech what I wanted so she didn’t understand French tip either. Terribly rude to me. I shouldn’t have paid for what I got. Will not be returning.

I got my nails done on July 31 and on Aug 8My nails started cracking and I had never had this happen and I’ve gone to this salon for years.I went back today and showed them my nails and Kristy was very nice about it and had themredone and did what I thought was a good customer service decision! Thank you Kristy I did not want to find another salon! Eight days were not enough for them to last so I very much appreciate the way it was handled!💕💕

This was my first experience at Park Village and I LOVED it!!! I got chrome nails and they are so pretty! Everyone was so kind and friendly and did such a good job on my nails (I got dip) They were a reasonable price, and while chrome was $15 extra, it was definitely worth the price. Most of all, I appreciated how fast they were! I was done in under an hour and most places take close to two. Overall very impressed!

I drive from Irving and it’s well worth the drive. The service is always phenomenal! Everyone is so welcoming. They always do their best to take their time and make sure you are comfortable and happy. All your requests are met and exceeded. I always get the dip powder and they last well past 2 weeks and still manage to look amazing!! I highly recommend!

I just wanted to report that after I had a disappointing experience here a couple of weeks ago that the manager called me at home. He was very gracious and apologetic. He took care of everything to my satisfaction. I went in today for a fill and everyone was very solicitous and considerate. It was the great experience with good results I had enjoyed in the past. Nikki is my go to for my acrylic fills! Moon is the best for pedicures, and Sam does the best brows. I’m here every three weeks, and absolutely love it! Everyone is very lovely to work with and my daughter is treated like a queen when she tags along! Love love love it!

I have been going to PVN for years. They are pleasant from front to back, clean, very attentive. I have my favorite techs, of course but all are great!

It was a good experience overall. We had a reservation for 5pm and didnt go back until 5:30, but they did give us a private area with drinks. I told them we had other reservations and they still got us out on time with I believe services everyone was happy with. The other reason I gave 4 stars was the person rushed my nails and it wasnt until after I noticed they were a little uneven and not to the cuticle line.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Park Village Nails for over a year but after today’s experience, I felt compelled to write a review. This salon does everything RIGHT🙌 Their service is unparalleled, their products are amazing, the staff are so friendly and kind, and the salon is beautiful!So what happened today? Well I’ll tell ya! I love getting long nails but more often than not I break one by doing something dumb right before I need to get them redone. But this time, I broke one only a week into having a beautiful new dip set done. I was so sad! I went in today to get the nail I broke fixed and was initially told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. No biggie, I came at a busy time and without an appointment so I was expecting to wait a little bit.I wasn’t sitting down for more than 5 minutes when the owner (I believe her name is Kelley) came over to take a look at my nail. I was expecting her to just take down information for the technician who would fix it when it was my turn. But did that happen? Of course not! She sat down and immediately got to work on it and did AN AMAZING JOB at making it look as good as new. She even buffed all of my nails and put two new coats of top coat on so they all looked fresh and awesome!Now THAT is customer service!! If you live in DFW and/or surrounding areas, I promise you won’t find a better spot to get your nails done and a salon who genuinely cares about their customers (and is committed to get them to return again and again) other than Park Village Nails! Great place to go for pedicure and dip nails. Its a pretty place. Everyone is so nice and polite. I wish olive closer so I could come every couple weeks! Im so happy and relaxed when Im there.

This place is HUGE! Jenny is the only person I ever get my nails done with anymore. She is a perfectionist. She gets 10 STARS. They do mess up your appointments often. Also, not everyone is good, granted they have like 40 technicians working at any given time. I love this place and I will continue to go there forever. I have referred several people from my job here. They all love it!

Usually a good place to go - this time I came in on my lunch break and asked if there was a wait ( had to get back to work) - they said no and promptly sat me and I waited there for a little over 10 min with not a word spoken to me and nobody coming to start my pedicure - I got up and left and told a gentlemen who appeared to be management that I waited for 10min w nobody coming around and that I couldn’t wait any longer. He didn’t say a word, just blankly stared st me and let me walk out. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere unfortunately.

Great location and ambience. Front desk is helpful however the tech I got could use some training on customer service. She ignored me the entire time and didn’t give me the shape I wanted. This place is a hit or miss.

Ive been coming here over a year. It is very clean and they do have a great selection of products. Ive been treated rudely before but my usual nail tech Sam, but this last time was so bad I was literally in tears. I guess she was furious that I had my nails done somewhere else at Christmas. She was so argumentative and shaming me. The tech next to me actually went and got the manager to help me. She even put my hands in extremely hot acetone and when I told her I couldnt put fingers in she put her hand in and made fun of me. I felt like a bullied kid. I told manager when I left how bad it was and they gave me a whole 30% discount! Big whoop. I wouldve preferred an apology. Guess Im looking for a new place darn it.

I have been going here for 2 years driving from South Dallas. I have found no other place that treats me really good like they do. From Sam to Kelly to my favorite nail tech Helen and Nate before he left to pursue being a nurse. My new nail tech Mateo he is really cool and they always give you the spa card to take $5 off. Today Sam told me 3 times to relax and dont worry. Absolutely love this happy place. Its always busy at the door just an FYI.

I went here today at about 6pm (Friday) & I got helped right away! Tracy did my nails & she was so lovely!!!! This is by far the best salon I’ve been to in years! I was out with beautiful nails in less than an hour! Absolutely will be back!

It wasnt a long wait even though I went on a holiday. Ivey, the girl who did my nails, was great. I asked for the dipped polish, which I get every time. It always lasts me at least 3 weeks, and it never cracks because they do a thorough job applying it.

Usually have great experiences here. I’ve gotten gel manicures that have lasted 3 weeks. However, this last time it only lasted a day before cracking, chipping, and peeling. It’s a glitter polish which apparently tends to peel quicker (which would have been nice to know before hand). I went back in to have it redone and was told was told by the manager I had to use the same color in order not to be recharged. I was a little hesitant about using the same polish because of the cracking and was told it was more likely the technique used by the technician. Lo and behold the day after my nails were “fixed” the gel polish is cracking again. A complete waste of $40. I would have preferred the option of using a different polish rather than using the same glitter polish that cracked and peeled.

Sometimes its good sometimes its really not. Im looking for a more consistent spot.

It was my first time in here and WOW!!! The staff was very quick and friendly to get my friend and I take care of, together! Complimentary wine. The pedicure almost put me to sleep, and my dip nails turned out perfect!! Customer for life for sure!!!

This place might have been great before they expanded but now they herd everyone through like cattle. We had to wait 45 min AFTER our appointment time. My daughter and i both got dipped nails and they couldnt have gotten through with us any faster. She filed my nails VERY roughly- she cut me at one point. She used the biggest file she had which was very painful because she was going so fast. The end result- my nails are rough to the touch and not all even. The surface of my nails is gritty since she went so fast. My daughters nails were thin at the tips and you could see her tip through the polish. No massage whatsoever......that was the most non- pampering manicure Ive ever had. Weve been there before but gave them the benefit of doubt because we wanted to like the place and wanted it to be great. Not sure if you can see the unevenness in the picture but look at my cuticles-from her rough filing- horrible.

This place is a huge hit or miss! Just got a set done noticed later that night that the tip/extension was barely even glued on to my thumb area! And just after having them on for 2 1/2 days on nail already broke! absolutely furious for the price i paid and they dont even look that well. Everytime i go the service gets worse and worse.

I lovd coming here!!! Beautiful nail salon, great prices and drinks! I usually get a dip manicure and it pretty much lasts me a month. It is such a treat to come here! My nails always look amazing. There are lots of seats so even if you dont have an appointment they can fit you in and they have lots of choices in color.

Had a pedicure done there. 3 weeks later when I removed the nail polish, I had a very badly discolored toe nails. Saw my podiatrist and he said it is a bad fungal infection that involves most of my toe nails not just one. I am going to need treatment for 3-6 months. Very disappointed and never going there again. They need to do a better job sterilizing their equipment. I tried to post a picture but couldn’t figure out how.

Big place, but they know you by name. Impeccable service. Superior product. Every staff member Ive met over the last two years speaks good English. They offer alchol, but Im not sure it its just beer & wine, or if its liquor as well. Besides all of that, another key component that sold me was the fact that the owners are Christians & they play subtle Christian music in the background. Thats a bold move in business these days & theyve gained my respect, and business, for it.

My regular go to place. Great people. Friendly staff; front desk is really young and changes often. As with most millennials and Gen Z people, no concept of customer service. I just ignore them. The owner, managers, and service staff are awesome. Not worth them losing points because a bunch of teenagers and young adults have no home training.

Been a regular here for 2 years and yesterday received the worst customer experience of my life here.1) both front desk ladies were so rude. The old one and the young one. I was confused on my total so I asked a question only to be sassed by the older front desk lady. Because the paper said one price it didn’t make sense. Finally they realized I had changed from dip to gel, so then I was told the polish change was additional. This was after one girl just kept repeating the total to me with terrible customer service.2) going here for so long you’d think regulars would be treated better. Christie took beverage orders of all these kids next to me and catered. Meanwhile, I never got a greeting as my nails were being done and zero beverage for me. Why even have the option on the list if you’re not going to deliver customer satisfaction?3) the nail tech was alright. She did all the things for angel manicure except when I asked “what happened to the gloves part of the manicure?” She mentioned that she just forgot during removing of my polish. St this point i’d Already placed all my nails under the UV.Overall, the WORST experience ever given to someone who comes here regularly.

Semi-good service. After the girl finished with me, she just disappeared and left me sitting here with wet nails without telling me where to go to dry them. The top coat was rough like sand was in it. Will try another one next time.

This is a big place.. nice decor but everyone here is like a robot. Very mechanical. It is like pedicure mills...My lady did average job but she looks tired.

In my 20 plus years of having my nails done, this place is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Everyone is friendly, professional & very talented. It doesn’t matter who does my nails, they are always perfect. (And I’m quite picky) They run a tight ship & make sure all details are covered. It’s very clean, has lots of chairs, private rooms if you come in with a group of friends & even have a “bartender” to make sure you get a quality cocktail, on time, & your glass is always full. On top of everything, the prices are beyond reasonable & they give great promos & discounts. Thank you Park Village Nails for a lovely experience every time!!!

I loved the first time I went and then it got worse. I just went in asking for a simple glitter that I have seen them do. Just a glitter. They argued with me and one told me it wouldn’t look good. These are MY nails. I left sad and frustrated because this was for my engagement party. Would not recommend this place.

My sister and I come here all the time to get our nails done and they are the absolute best. Everyone is so friendly and does an excellent job. I go to school in Oklahoma and I drive home to get my nails done for big events because they consistently do such a great job.

This place is insanely busy. It was so chaotic that they didnt do half of the things i asked for but my good friend swears that nobody can edge a powder dip the way these guys do.I have edited my review because I have come back this salon a dozen times. Its still very busy always but they say they are expanding their building by renting out the next space over. Ive always been treated great by these guys.
