Their service is exceptionally good. However, watch out for the cancellation fees. If you cancel within 48 hours, they will charge a hefty fees. My husband was not feeling well right before the appointment, so canceled. But they charged us anyway!! Not very senior friendly!!

So far so good. Went in for a tooth extraction and everything was smooth. I did get a cut on my lip during the procedure, but stuff happens no big deal. Would recommend.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences with this office. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Justin Dole (I hope I am spelling his name correctly) is amazing! He is so sweet, and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the procedure. He made my 2 root canals as quick and painless as possible, and I really appreciate that. The technicians are also very kind and gentle. They dont just cram stuff in your mouth. They actually try to make things comfortable for the patient. I love this office!

They were very patient and understanding of my other underline health situation and did a good job of explaining the needed procedures and implacations involved.

I chipped my tooth yesterday morning and they were able to get me in today for an exam and followed through with a crown same day! I really appreciated their flexibility and friendliness. They made me wait for an hour and told me to come back later. Another person was also unhappy with the treatment who talked to me coming out of the clinic. Please save yourself. The girl on the reception was super rude. I asked her to book an appointment because they didnt treat me and the girl said ok, later I found she forgot to book the appointment. They dont respect anybody or any ones time.

I had a major fear of the dentist for my entire life. After my first Paradise Ridge visit I knew this was my place. The office staff were efficient and friendly. Both technicians/ dental assistants were very calming and so friendly. They told me what was happening the entire apportionment. Also, the dentist isn’t condescending/rude.I see Dr. Dole and he’s great!! Very professional and personable! Would absolutely recommend!!

Katie (hygienist) is very thorough and meticulous. Best prophy I have received in some time. You can tell she is experienced and confident in her skills. Also, Dr. Haddad has amazing bedside manner and very knowledgeable. It’s not often you meet a friendly dentist :) If you’re in search for a new dental office; you will love Paradise Ridge. I had an amazing experience at Paradise Ridge today! I went in for an exam and X-rays. I hadn’t been to a dental office in almost 13 years until today. I was blown away by how friendly and inviting the staff was. Dr. Rizburg was very kind and informative. The hygienist, Emily, was super sweet and helped calm my nerves. The assistant, Joey, was also very caring and continuously made sure I was comfortable. He made sure I was well informed about all further treatment and helped answer all of my questions. Fast, informative, and average cost. I came in for a filling, paid for x-ray and exam, agreed to the procedure, was immediately worked on, and finished.. everything took 45 mins. Awesome 👍!!

Coming from someone who has been extremely terrified of the dentist since I was about 6 years old…I am now pushing 40…for THE first time in my life I experienced a dentist that knew exactly how to handle someone w extreme fear and anxiety. So much so that my uncontrollable tears from fear turned to sobbing from sheer happiness that I, for the first time in my life, wasn’t shamed for crying. Dr. Kloss talked me through each step w such charisma and assertion that he didn’t trigger more fear but rather actually was easing my panic. I cannot express enough how much this means to me as I am someone that has had extensive amounts of dental work done due to genetic reasons and unfortunately my parents were ripped off when I was a child by a con artist dentist that claimed to be a ortho who made a mess of my mouth by pulling baby teeth long before adult teeth were aligned right and had just caused a lot of long term damage including my ridiculous fear of the dentist. So braces three times, six maxiofacial surgeries, root canals, crowns, etc… I can say w confidence that this man just changed my life drastically. I am actually looking forward to my follow up to get sutures removed and complete my comprehensive exam and consult to start planning to fix everything else needing done.Up until today I wouldn’t go to a dentist until I was in pain. I’ve dreaded the thought of losing all of my teeth and the smile everyone in my life loves so much until now. I have hope to save my smile now!!I Can’t thank Kaytlin enough for referring me!!All the staff has been great!Even the assistant that helped the Dr. during my grafting…. Was never completely satisfied with the dental care here but today solidified that this ain’t the place to be. Had a crown done at another dentist no problem, crown done here? Nothing but pain, persistent cold and hot sensitivity and can’t chew on that side. A filling that has led to an infection and root canal. Cost me thousands of dollars to get my dental work done here and still no actual relief. One of the doctors actually grinded down my filling on an infected aching tooth without lidocaine. Gave an antibiotic prescription and left me in pain. Doctors don’t listen and work too quickly. I only chose them because they took UHC dental and were open on the weekends if you have delta or something else I’d keep looking.

Paradise ridge got me in the same day, within about 45 mins of calling. (On a Tuesday night). Their hours are amazing and so convenient. Their office is super clean, and the staff is amazing!! From the front desk, to dental hygienist to the doctor, they are all so friendly, professional and really take care of your needs. I had an impacted wisdom tooth, and have never had any type of dental work done, so they made my experience as easy and positive as possible. Thank you for making my experience so flawless! The office and staff are truly unbelievable they have awesome customer service and make sure that you are treated with the highest level of service and make sure you are comfortable and have a pleasant experience. I normally don’t write reviews but after such a great experience I felt obligated to share my story I had a tooth pulled along with a laser treatment cleaning for my gums and teeth and I must say the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and with that I will say this is the best dentist office and team I have ever experienced. Great dentist office. I am not a fan of the dentist by any means. But they have really helped me to feel comfortable going back to the dentist. Plus their hours are great. They fit anyones schedule, especially being open 7 days a week and their not normal hours. Which is awesome. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Got my wisdom tooth extracted here and it was the quickest and painless operation I’ve ever had! Going into it I was super anxious but in an instant it was over and I didn’t feel a thing. I am still feeling no pain 2 days after.

This was as good of an experience you can have for a root canal! Dr. Kloss was amazing-no pain, first time i’ve had a crown fit perfectly and no adjustments needed to be made! Friendly staff, Great experience!

I have been in so much pain lately with this tooth. I found Paradise Ridge Dentistry via a google search looking for a dentist that could see me ASAP. It only did they respond to my request for an appointment the staff made it so easy to get set up the same day. The staff was absolutely amazing to me given my anxiety. Doctor Yasso and his staff was incredibly patient with me and informative. Even thou i choose the plan that was best for my budget, they still have me great care. After my procedure i was given great after care instructions and i left the office feeling great. Thank you so much for being so great to me. I’m definitely returning to maintain care of the rest of my teeth!!!

So Ive been there now 4 times and Id have to say that there services is spot on. There abilities to make you feel like your not going to die is amazing. Today had 8 fillings, 1 extractions and Cleaning. Prior trip had 2 extractions and Cleaning and both times I was beyond happy with everything. It was horrible. I will just leave it like that. They just care about up selling you.I just wanted a normal teeth cleaning, and they wanted full X-rays. not necessary just for a cleaning. I will not be back.

Have been here for two appointments now. I have massive dentist phobia and they were able to get me calm enough for a root canal and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I will be definitely back again and this is going to be my new regular dentist. Staff is so great and friendly and really want what’s best for you.

Cracked a tooth on vacation in beautiful Phoenix and cracked a tooth, booo. Paradise got me in that day with their great late hours. Friendly staff, expert Dr evaluated and instead of doing a crown that night, advised me best approach is to get back home and do a longterm implant.

I live in Goodyear and I choose to drive 40 miles to Paradise Ridge Dentistry because they have always taken care of me. With being open 7 days a week, late on several days, and for removing a secondary appointment for crown work since that is done in-house, they really know how to take care of their patients. Dr. Kloss, Katlyn, and all the dental techs from the front desk to the final floss take the time to make you feel comfortable, happy, and at ease. Even the owner came in to introduce herself just because I happened to mention one night I would love to meet the owners. How much more personable can you get? Paradise Ridge Dentistry has a patient for life in me and that’s saying a lot from someone who used to fear going to the dentist!

I had plenty of problems with my first appointment, which were mostly resolved. However the “patient advocate” for this practice truly lacks in empathy and communication.

I got an appt from them Thursday. They told my insurance would be accepted when I asked.I did my paper work online on friday which was long. Today 3 hours before appointment they call and say my insurance wont work and i have to pay out of pocket. I had to cancel my appointment today as insurance not covered.

I went to Paradise Ridge for tooth pain and found out I needed 2 root canals on front teeth(ouch)I have high anxiety which is why I had avoided the dentist so long. The front office girls were so nice and they were disinfecting when I came in. When I got my exam done they got me in urgently to an appointment with Dr.Umali. When it came time to numb it was seemless. When I tell you I barely felt it I mean it. Im a huge baby about needles. He kept things pleasant. Even though he was working on me he included me in conversation and it really helped to keep me calm.Now I have a beautiful smile, no pain and a great dentist to refer my friends and family to.Thank you Paradise Ridge

They honor the EMERGENCY and helped me immensely. Appointment was made and though not in my network, Dr. Klaus was instantly able to advise me, prescribe antibiotics and get me on the healing road within 24 hours!

Very disappointed in my visit. Thought I was having a traditional cleaning and exam. At the very end of 45 minutes, they tell me they are not doing a cleaning unless I do the special laser cleaning that costs almost $2000. It felt very much like a sales pitch not an exam. If this is your thing, you will enjoy going. Very nice and obsequious people. After you read this you can go and it will not feel like a bait and switch for you.

Dr. Dave Kloss is an excellent dentist that does phenomenal restorative dentistry. Cerec is his specialty. He did two Cerec crown for me about 15 years ago and they still look great. Yesterday I went back for more Cerec crowns.Dr. Dave is the real deal and he is a cool guy too.

I had an emergent situation and my crown and tooth broke off and fell out a few weeks ago. I had my new patient appointment today with Dr. Sossa. He and the entire staff made me feel at ease from the moment I met them. The appointment went well. I had the tooth surgically extracted. The doctor checked with me often during the procedure to make sure I was doing ok and it went very smoothly with no pain. I will definitely be returning to this dental facility. They are super kind and extremely professional.

Have needed dental work for some time. Chose paradise ridge dentistry because of their hours at first but after a few visits I have felt completely comfortable with them. Seems to be a very caring atmosphere. I have some more work to get done and am actually looking forward to it.

Update: Thanks for having the Marketing Manager Chris call to relay messages from the billing department. “Dont kill the messenger” Real professional!Received services in March and paid over $2000.00 in office. Received numerous letters from my insurance stating xray info needed to process my claims were not provided. I called the office multiple times requesting to speak to management with no response and finally filled a complaint with the BBB after 2 months. Come to find out they overcharged me $907.00 per my EOB and they have yet to reach out to refund me the money. I had to dispute the charges with the bank. Thank god Im a medical biller by profession and know what to look out for! Maybe they shouldnt have the office manager, Brandy, also do the billing. Check your statements!

August 2019 I went to this dental office in an emergency due to tooth pain. The dentist was very understanding and things were going well until they provided me with an estimate of the cost to have the necessary work done. I was uncomfortable with the amount they were requesting and the woman going over the financial side of things was very rude and not helpful (when I mentioned wanting a second opinion, she got very defensive). I didnt feel very respected and at that point decided I was not going to get any work done by them. I completely forgot about it until now, the end of November 2020. Over a year later, I receive a bill in the mail from them.. I immediately call the billing office to discuss my concerns and am forced to leave a voice-mail that could take up to 14 days for them to return my call? Ridiculous. Very unprofessional and I most definitely will not consider them in the future.

The entire staff was very nice, from the initial phone call to set an appointment, to the actual procedure, to check out. They got me in quickly and gave me several options with plenty of information to explain each option, with no pressure on which option to choose. They made sure that I was ok throughout the entire process and felt no pain.

I’ve been a long time patient of Paradise Ridge but no longer. I’ve always paid for any treatment in full that day. Today I received an unitemized bill saying I owe $275 as a balance forward. I called the number on the bill but the recording said it’d be over a week before someone could return my call. This place use to be good but no longer.

So I went to have my wisdom teeth extracted. I told them I get super anxious and might need sedation. They collected the fee upfront and didn’t seem to care. The dentist gave me local anesthesia and went into to my mouth with plyers. I told them to stop as I was having a panic attack. The told me they could refer me to an oral surgeon then came back and gave me an exorbitant quote for IV. They then told they couldn’t reverse the charges. I’m now disputing the charges with my credit card company1. They should have listened when I told them I get super anxious2. They should have informed me that they could only offer local anesthesia3. I’ve never heard of a credit card system where charges can’t be reversed immediatelyI’m a MD physician and do not recommend this place

This is the worst dentist office experience I have ever had. I visited this office a couple of times and each time was terrible. The doctor there assumed I could afford my treatment plan because of my engagement ring. Which I thought was completely unprofessional. The second time was when we schedule for a root canal and I was told they would except a payment plan. When I arrived for my appointment they asked for my card to pay the full total. I explained to them I put money down and was told Id have a payment plan set up. They then explained they dont offer payment plans. The third time I was scheduled for 4 wisdom teeth extraction. I called two days before my appointment because I was really nervous on what would be happening and I requested to have laughing gas. When I arrived the doctor then told me. He couldnt prescribe me any pain relief and if I wanted to reschedule with an oral surgeon I could. My appointment was scheduled 3 weeks prior, they couldnt tell me then?? I then asked if ibuprofen would be okay and he said of course. The Doctor started to remove my top left tooth, at this moment im shaking and have tears coming down my face.. I asked him what he was doing? He said im pulling your tooth I then asked what about the laughing gas. He said that wasnt on my chart. He had no patient consideration what so ever. Four days after I was in so much pain and I had taken close to an entire 250 capsule of Ibuprofen. I called to visit again to see why I was experiencing so much paid. A new doctor saw me and then asked for my x-rays to be pulled up before the extraction. She said under her breath that I had an infection and turned to me and asked if they had prescribed me any antibiotics. I said NO. She then prescribed me with antibiotics. I will not be visiting this office in the future.

The staff asked about my anxiety and past experience, and were very comforting and empathetic. Dr Yasso made my fears disappear, not only by his chair side manner, but with everything leading up to and including my extraction. I found my new dentist, thank you Dr. Yasso and Paradise Ridge Dentistry.

Good dental work, they just have a unprofessional billing department that lacks competence. If you look at the recent reviews youll see many of them cite the billing departments lack of professionalism. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. After I had my initial work (good dentist and support staff) I told people about this place. After interacting with the billing department, I quickly changed my tune- rude and a complete lack of integrity. Avoid this place like COVID- and if you read the reviews you can really see how they have degraded over the past year- sad, maybe it was a good place when the original owners ran but its gone downhill since.

Worst place ever. They tried to create more problems after I got back in the chair with my tooth! They doubled the prices for cash payers! The ethics at this place has gone away. The dentist literally tried to crack my tooth in half with his tools just so I’d have to get the work done SMH.

They are not honest at all. They sent me invoice after 18 months. I am trying to reach over the phone and email since 14 days. No response. How they are doing business, I am not sure. Even in 2019 i visited once and asked them about claims, they replied everything is clear and no need to worry. They are fully business minded. Luckily i stopped going there since a year.

I had an appointment for cleaning and Emily was the hygienist. I absolutely loved her! In the midst of re-opening with all the Covid business, she was very careful to make sure everything was cleaned and covered thoroughly. Emily was also very kind and friendly. She cleaned my teeth and I had no pain or discomfort. I really like this practice. I live in Tempe and drive out here because of the service. The front staff is always friendly and even when we had a scheduling conflict; they took ownership and quickly resolved the issue. I will recommend everyone to come for excellent dental care!!

I felt very safe getting my teeth cleaned. The hygienist let me know everything she was doing and did a great job!!But I was disappointed with the Temp Dentist that was the only Dentist on duty. His bed side manner was awful and I requested to come in another daytime to see someone else for a painful tooth issue I was having.

This place was able to get me in on a Sunday to have a permanent crown measured, designed, and placed that day. Everyone on staff was very helpful, the dentist (Haddad, I believe?) accommodated my requests as I have a lot of dental anxiety. Anthony is the one who measured and helped place the crown and he especially kept me calm by talking me through what he was doing and being a perfectionist about getting the crown right every step of the way. The entire office has great bedside manner, is efficient, and is available to help any day of the week.

This dental office is double billing patients! I gave my insurance info to the person answering the phone. She called and said they didn’t take my insurance and I had to pay the cash price. I gave my credit card before the visit. After I was settled in the chair, the office manager came to me with a menu of services they could provide at cash pricing since my insurance wasn’t covered. I chose just one cleaning because I didn’t want to spent $500 on a routine cleaning! She had me get out of the chair to pay with my bib on! I paid $250 total and thought I paid in full.Later, I received an EOB from my insurance that they did pay them on top of the cash price I paid!!!!!!! I argued with them back and forth that they told me they didn’t accept my insurance.. Now they sent me a bill for $300! They are illegally billing patients!

Always quick, and professional. Friendly staff, great doctors, very clean. Would highly recommend.

I had an excellent appointment and left with a plan for future dental treatments. Shirley was a HUGE help. Dr. Kharrat was also wonderful!!!

The person who was to check my gums never showed up, out side of that it went very well for my first visit. But later comes the needles and the screaming & crying😄

Dr.Roberts is amazing. He is so knowledgeable and kind. I have been terrified of going to dentist for years, and they were very understanding. I had to get 2 root canals done and to my surprise like most dentists offices I didnt have to come back they put the permanent crowns on same day. The entire staff made me feel at ease, and they did a wonderful job at getting me in quick with as less pain as possible. Great place to go. Amazing hours to fit around your work schedule. Very clean and modern. I would reccomend to everyone. Thank you very much for such wonderful care.

The office helpers are great. The procedure was painless. The doctor was always concerned with my comfort as she pulled my teeth. Im happy it was a better experience than I have.

First off, let me say I have high anxiety about trips to the dentist and as a result my teeth were in horrible condition. I had an excruciating abscess that needed immediate treatment. Needless to say, I was scared and felt shame that I had let my mouth get this bad. However, Dr. Yasso and Kenya were extremely patient with me and calmed any anxieties I had about my visit. The woman who took my X-Ray (young tan blonde woman in school) went above and beyond to make sure I had no pain during the process. As far as my procedure went, Dr. Yasso and Kenya worked efficiently and ensured that the treatment was as painless as possible. Their patience was well appreciated and I will recommend this office to friends and family.

Dr Klos and staff are amazing. Best service, great manners and really good.
