My kid has a few cavities and they were really nice. They listened to me when I told them my kid is sensitive to touch, which meant the world to me since the we went to before just brushed me off. Great service and friendly people which makes it less stressful for both parents and kids.

Great dentist for kids! The receptionist, Sharon, was very helpful, kind, and patient! I was unprepared with correct insurance information and she was sweet and understanding. My daughters dental assistant, Shakira, was awesome! She talked my daughters through the cleaning process, which made her feel comfortable. Shakira is so good with kids, she was friendly, calm, and patient. The dentist, Jewett, was also very nice!

Amazing staff! Very patient with children. I took my high functioning autistic 9 year old son in for him to have a lot of work done and they We’re amazing with him. He was put under general anesthesia for the entire procedure by giving him gas to fall asleep then they put in an IV to administer the medication to be asleep and not feel pain during the appointment. This made it so much easier for me and my son to finally have his teeth repaired and some teeth pulled, so that he doesn’t have to suffer anymore severe cavity pain, and his adult teeth can come in nice and healthy so we can start fresh with those.

Love this place! They are respectful and always so kind to my boys. I would definitely recommend this place for your childrens dental needs. Thank you!

Our last appointment was very smooth from start to finish. Even though we have moved, we still drive to this office because if the great care and service we receive.

I was referred by a friend of mine who has a daughter that comes here. I needed to take my son for a first exam and it was very quick and easy they let me know everything which wasn’t much but it was good. The staff was very friendly and I’m glad that I chose this place.

Waited an hour to be seen for my two sons “cleaning appointment.” when we were brought back the dentist (don’t know her name because she didn’t introduce herself) jumped in for 5 seconds and was VERY aggressive and felt rushed even though WE were the ones waiting an hour and I was not told that they did NOT have dental hygienists! A assistant just brushed their teeth with a tooth brush and sent us on our way. The back office assistants were nice but I will not be back..

I was so pleased with our first time visit here! My daughter is 6 and I have never seen her so happy and comfortable to be at the dentist!

The lady that took us to the back and attended us the whole time Xiomara did such a wonderful job. My daughter went in for her first dentist appt and she made sure we were okay the whole time until the dr came in. She made my daughters first visit the best.

My 1year old was seen by Dr. Waybright today and it was such a great visit! He felt so comfortable that he didn’t cry or fuss at all during his exam & cleaning. The assistant and the dentist went over how I should be cleaning his teeth and what I should be feeding him to help maintain his teeth healthy. As a new mom I appreciate all the advice I can get and my baby loved his balloon at the end :)

Every time I call it puts me on hold and then it disconnects me tell me the phone number has been disconnected and made an appointment online I never got a confirmation so do I have my child have it to the appointment or not cant even get an answer cant get a call back cant get anything stupid what kind of business is this

First time visit today and we love it including our 3 year old who was scared to go to the dentist. Very welcoming and very kid friendly. He loved the castle and toys plus his favorite movie trolls was playing. He was very happy to leave with a balloon, new tooth brush, dental floss and stickers. I definitely recommend this place! (:

This is a great pediatric dentist! The hygienist is so sweet and patient with my daughter, who is very afraid of the x-ray machine. The staff are all very nice. The office is clean and has a cool play area in the waiting area. I drive a ways out of my way to bring my daughter here. Itsworth the drive.

Love General Dentistry and so does my daughter. She is never scared when its time for her 6 month cleaning. Also the staff is very friendly always smiling and very helpful with my questions and concerns. The location by my house is down until mid December and I had to travel 30 minutes to the location on 32nd st and Greenway. After signing in they gave me $10 for the troubles of me having to come so far. Caught me off guard, wasnt even expecting that. Thank you again! I highly recommend them, you wont be disappointed.

Seriously this place is ghetto. We were going here for 2 years and it slowly got worse and worse. They never have the same dentist. And every six months they wanted to take full set of X-rays of our childrens teeth they dont need x-rays every 6 months its just a money grab.And every time we went there they said our kids needed root canals feelings you name it they were trying to get it from us or our insurance. The last dentist we saw there was very rough with my kids. She tried to get them on laughing gas just to clean their teeth!!! They didnt ask us to sign any paperwork or asked if it was okay thats pretty serious stuff. Needless to say they probably do this to the people there go there regularly because they dont ask any questions. So that was the last draw we got out of there ASAP and we have a new dentist. I dont know the dentist name that she was a heavy blonde lady that was very rough with kids do not go there it is ghetto!!!

The staff was so kind and friendly. We walked in at an extremely awkward moment but the entire staff handled the situation professionally the entire time. Our son was so at ease with the tech and doctor and they talked him through the entire process with gentleness and care. Well done.

We had the most amazing experience at General Dentistry for kids yesterday. Dr Din and his staff here wonderful. My granddaughter age 8 has had a very big fear of the dentist for years and years. It was necessary to get some dental work done. Sedation was used with the bunny nose...and I am so happy to say that all her fears are GONE!! She cant wait to finish her dental work up next month...in fact she asked me this morning...when are we going back, it was fun. So from Brooklyn and her grandma...we say a big Thank You!!!

My grandson has special needs and after trying other dentists we finally found General Dentistry 4 kids. What a relief! The dentist and staff were able to get a check up done without the usual screaming and fighting that had occurred previously.

Staffs are professional, helpful and very friendly. I recommend this dental place for your children.

If I could give them -5 stars I would. Horrible! First visit, son and I were on time, yet waited almost an hour to be seen. The tech was not kind with my son when trying to get his x-rays. The staff is very unfriendly, and very short. Second visit, had to be rescheduled due to my son having a sip of water. The assistant went back to ask the doctor if my son could still have his procedure done, which lead me to believe that sometimes the doctor makes an exception, however, the doctor said no, and I was quickly told to reschedule. The doctor nor the assistant explained why a sip of water would make a difference. The secretary quickly assumed that she could reschedule my son for Monday. I guess in my haste to get dressed I must look like I dont work. I told her she needs to go a few weeks out because I work, and had to take time off for this appointment. Another, reviewer said that she felt race was an issue here, and I agree. From my observation, if I was of the race of majority of the staff and patients and spoke the language, I would have been treated better. Thanks for letting me know how some races feel about people of my color. Will be taking my son elsewhere.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. They were very pleasant to deal with on the first visit. Of course only because they want to leave a good first impression. My daughter had a couple cavities and needed them filled. We scheduled 3 weeks in advance and I had to take a unpaid day off work to bring my daughter. I told them my daughter would need to be put under for the exam because she was scared of the dentist and they said that would not be a issue. We showed up today for our scheduled appointment. After waiting 30 minutes past our appointment time the receptionist could see my daughter was getting restless and upset from not eating or drinking anything and waiting so long. She called me to the counter and told me it was going to be another 45 minutes before they called us back. I said no that’s not acceptable. We scheduled for first thing in the morning for a reason and my daughter was of course hungry and getting upset. She talked to a assistant and they called us back right away. The assistant was taking my daughters vitals and was not paying attention to the blood pressure cuff that was not put on proper and squeezed my daughters arm so tight it turned her arm bright red and she was screaming in pain. I had to yelll at the assistant to get it off her and her response was “oh I didn’t notice that!” I played it off and let her do the other arm after my daughter calmed down. She then said “im going to get the juice that will make her drowsy to get the work done”. 30 minutes later she still wasn’t back and my daughter was getting extremely irritated as was I. She came back with the dr and the dr says “we can’t do the work today because we see she will be a problem and will need to be put under and we can’t do that today”. Over an hour and a half waiting and they made us leave after torchering and traumatizing my child and they had the nerve to say they won’t do anything. I will never be back and already have a appointment down the road.

I felt very uncomfortable with the dentist my son had. I felt she had a problem with me from the moment I met her. I am black and I feel she may be racist. Just the way she looked at me made me feel uncomfortable. My son didnt even like her. He must have felt the vibe. I definitely wont be going back. If you are a minority I would suggest not coming here. There is another black person on here who experienced the same treatment that I experienced. We cant both be wrong. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!! YOU WILL BE SORRY. FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR CHILD. DO NOT COME HERE. THIS PLACE DOES NOT SUPPORT ALL RACES, EVEN THE HISPANIC, DENTAL ASSISTANT COULD TELL I WAS BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST. THERE WAS NO MISUNDERSTANDING, THIS PLACE IS RACIST, I REPEAT RACIST!! Not only was it a vibe I felt, but I was being mistreated.
