Listed my house with Rachel on January 28th, closed on February 28th! I thought it was going to be a nightmare selling in the Springs since I moved to Canon City and work in Crowley County but Rachel made it super easy. She handled all the contractors for me to fix home inspection items. Everything was signed by email and she even handled my closing for me so I didnt have to worry about changing my hectic schedule.. Rachel Pugia and Gina have disgusting business practices and are liars. My husband passed away when we were renting from them, they took it upon themselves to let other tenants how he passed away, as well as asked me what I got from his life insurance. I have never meant such sad and gross people.
