LOVE THIS LAUNDRY MAT NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. I LEFT MY CLOTHES THERE WENT BACK NEXT DAY & THEY WERE STILL THERE. THE ATTENDANT HAD PUT THEM UP FOR ME.

I love this laundromat. Its affordable, clean, and workers are nice. This has never happened before, but I accidentally left a load of laundry in a dryer overnight and they were kind enough to hold it, so when my wife came in to ask if they found it, they had it. We were so happy they held it as this load had expensive work uniforms. Thank you so much! ❤️

I use to live in the area and moved 15 minutes away. I drive 15 minutes away to do laundry. The facility is always clean, with several ladies working and cleaning the machines. There is never waiting to wash or the free dry.

I love it, and the lady keeps it cleaned, I dont think I would go anywhere else.

What gives poor image to this laundry mat is the type of personnel working there. Marcela treats the customer beyond her, speaks to them in a humiliating manner, rude and poor customer services. She talks to people including the many new employees in a rude and demanding way as if she own the place. This is part of the reason this place is always looking for new employees. I’ve told her myself that to be respected she is to respect first. Not only that, she makes a difference between some customers from others in the face mask requirements. Even though Gov. Abbott has lifted the order, this business does still require to wear a mask. She will force it on some but allows others to come in without a mask - I will consider this discriminatory. If the owners do not fix these issues, I will call not only EEOC or DOL but also the DHHS. I know the law and her actions are against the law.

I do not recommend coming to wash at this place since at first it was a pleasant place but lately my clothes and blankets have disappeared and the people who are in charge of the laundry say they never know anything

This is by far the best laundromat around—and there are PLENTY! It’s large and machines are far enough apart that you aren’t bumping into other customers. It’s well lit and the staff works to keep the machines and the floor really clean. The staff is friendly as well, which is a bonus. You can wash 2, 3, or 4 loads at time (machine sizes) and you dry for free. Washes start at $2.25 and you have the option to add an extra rinse for $0.50, so it’s also super affordable. Like I said—best facility around! 😁

If you cant wash your clothes at home then this is the place to go. Super clean. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very comfortable room temperature- not hot and stuffy like some places. Various size washers to choose from and free dryers. Parking available in front and back of business.

Very racist. I use to love coming here until they hire new staff. They didnt want to help me and didnt want to give me change. Dryers are always taking up. I had to walk to a different store in a heavy rain to go get change. This is ridiculously.

This place is the best, I drive out of my way to wash here.

Normally love coming to this place, but apparently looks like they have new staff who is completely rude. At that she takes up 8 dryers and lets the clothes sit there for over and 1hr. The moment I got here I noticed the clothes in the dryer because it was in a complete stop and of course as soon as I’m done loading my clothes In the washer it’s still sitting there. Then I’m drying my clothes and it’s still here, now I’m leaving and it’s atill there. Then guess what it’s one of the employees clothes she just turns alll 8 dryers back on for another cycle after sitting here for ove an hr. SMH who hires these ppl.

I came in loaded the washer, got change for the $10 that I had washer is $6.75 for 35min so them it says add $1.00 okay let me add $1.00 nothing, reading says add another $1.00 so I go get attended she says there is nothing she can do I can take my cloths out use another washer and she would put a note on it, im like what what about the $7.75 I just put in im sorry I can only write your name and number down! Okay lady just move before I lose my mind with u!!! Long story short I paid $8.75 for waher #65 which is $6.75

This is so far the worst customer service ever very clean neat the place but the employees are the worst one them told me about 2 or 3 months ago if I was parking in the back of the laundry I should use the washers of the back entrance and I like using the ones in the front entrance I got really upset why should be told which washers to use I use to wash every week and spend $20 a week and they never open at 6 am I decided to leave never go back.
