By far the WORST customer service ever. I called to schedule an appointment early in the morning and I just want to confirm prices and I was told that they would call me back. 3hrs later I called customer service line the first one transferred me back to the main menu they someone else came on the line and I had to explain everything back but he hang up on me.I called again and I had to stay on hold for a long time then I was told there’s no appointment scheduled. Just the worst ever. I don’t recommend to anyone.

I had a great deep cleaning done here today. They were very polite and professional and I loved my doctor. She made sure my mouth was completely numb before starting the procedure. And the exam and x-rays were free!

With the dentist and her staff, I had a very good experience. She was very gentle with me, spending a great deal of time trying to calm me down. The workers were very supportive and always available for assistance. She is very polite, and she takes the time and gives useful advice to explain what needs to be done. Looking for a good dentist for your tooth problem is not easy. To everyone I meet, I highly recommend their dental services!

Seems like a poorly run insurance scam. scheduling was terrible, I shouldve taken it as a red flag. I scheduled a cleaning and ortho consult for Wednesday. On Tuesday, I get confirmation texts saying my appointments are on two different days, Tuesday and Wednesday. I call to clarify and consolidate my appts, and they schedule both appointments for Tuesday. I arrive Tuesday and staff is confused, saying my appointment is still split between Tuesday and Wednesday. I get the ortho consultation and am sent back to the front desk without the cleaning. At the front desk, they quote me $4500 before insurance for a cleaning. They didnt ask if I would like to schedule the cleaning, likely because they know its an insane quote. I consulted a dentist friend, who confirmed this is an outrageous quote and advised I avoid this dental office. Sounds like a scam to get the most they can from your insurance.

The worst experience at any dentist office I have ever encountered. The front desk person was rude, and I always felt like a commodity - not a person. I believe staff were “up selling” me services and procedures that I didn’t need. All I wanted was my annual cleaning. And I have great insurance!They were close and convenient to where I work and live.When I declined, they refused to provide services to me. They wanted me to do a cleaning valued at almost 1k or for the cheap monthly installment of 100 a month. I felt like I was at a used car dealership. Never. Returning. Again.

Horrible experience! Had an appointment on Monday and got there and was told dentist had to leave due to an emergency. Which NO ONE CALLED to let me know before I came. So I rescheduled for Friday the same week and went to that appointment and get there and the door is locked, NO ONE THERE!!! Another lady came to the door for her appointment also, we were not informed they were closed or even reached out to to reschedule!!!! ILL NEVER RETURN!!!!

I cant rave enough about the ladies here ... they made me feel so comfortable from the second I walked in the door... I had a legit phobia of going to thr dentist. They all were so attentive to my fears... I had 3 extractions done and it was painless . The Dr made sure to ask if I was doing okay every few mins ....I cant wait to finish my journey with this staff to a beautiful smile!!! Thank you ladies so much!!20 star rating if I could!

Unfortunately, my first experience that was decent did not remain consistent with my interactions that I’ve had here. I will say that I am pleased with the interaction I had with the doctor, he was kind but his staff needs to re-evaluated as they did not respect his request and trust his direction.. With recent events I had to wait months for this facility to reopen for me to follow up on a service that I have already paid for. This office never called me to tell me their offices were closed when I showed up to my appointment. I had to constantly call and check when they would reopen, I waited an hour at the most during on hold time just to have someone tell me to call back in week after week because there was no reopen date and would not allow me to go to a different location. The last time I had called, I asked if when they office was open if they could call me as I be spent a lot of time following up with this business and I was hung up on. I am not one to usually write reviews but I am disappointed in this company. I called earlier this week to make an appointment where, I was finally successful in booking. I show up, and staff was on their cellphone and did not greet me as I waited at the desk to be helped.. I found that my entire reason for my appointment was to finally pick up the product I paid for in MARCH to have them tell me the product was shipped back and not in their facility... I am upset because this office had all week to contact me and tell me that the product was not in the office which I would have been understanding off but unfortunately they didn’t and it took me taking time out of my day to travel to their office, Sign in and wait to be turned away because they did not check in advance if they were prepared.. I am extremely disappointed that I abided by their request to pay for something in advance before In order for they to fulfill my request to still not have them honor their agreement to date.

It started with my first time speaking with April at this location. She is absolutely amazing. The very first time I walked in I felt comfortable. I havent been to the dentist in years due to not so good choices. Im having complete dentures. My assistant Veronica is the ABSOLUTELY the BEST!!!! The dentist also is wonderful. Love how they treat me.

I hate this place!! Deeply regret coming here. I got a root canal done i came here since I was in so much pain and it was close to my house. I had to go back at least 5 times to finally get it done right. Just when I thought I was done with them I receive a call telling me i stilled owed $160. (I was on a automatic payment plan. No way around it they were messing up my good credit)I had insurance and ended up paying close to 1k. Never again will I be coming here and I will defenetly not recommend it to anyone.

If I could give this office less than 1 Star I would. Worst experience I could possibly imagine at a dental office. Booked an appointment for a teeth cleaning, came to the office 15 minutes before my appointment, they told me there was a problem with my insurance even though I called before and they confirmed everything was correct. When I finally got called back after and hour and half of waiting, the equipment was old and out dated and all they did was take xrays with no explanation and then told me I needed a normal cleaning and to go back out to the front for them to tell me how much it would cost. I then went out to the front waiting area and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for the front desk person to tell me I wasn’t getting my teeth cleaned, WHICH WAS THE REASON I BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT! The front desk woman did not seem to care even a little and told me I would be charged for the visit even though I didn’t get anything I came there to do done.I recommend anyone who needs to go to the dentist to choose a different location.

Had a tooth infection and got a root canal, they ended up doing 3 root canals when the other two were not necessary and I’m still paying on the crowns, not a big deal but they never got the infection out and now my teeth are decaying where the infection was and it hasn’t even been a year.

Buyer Beware! Terrible Customer Service. I called the number provided online affiliated with my orthodontist office (Dr. McGuire at the Thomas Road location). After waiting on hold for more than ten minutes, someone at their corporate office finally answered. Then they had to transfer me. When I finally got the right person to ask for my orthodontia records, they put me on hold for another 10 minutes. I waited all that time to be told I had to pay $130 for to get MY records. What a joke of a company. What a racket this company has set up. I am in college in Seattle, I cant go to Phoenix to sign a piece of paper to get my records. And pay $130? Ridiculous. I was told EVERY SINGLE PATIENT has to pay this fee if they want their records. Beware!!!

Honestly, a hopeful experience turned terrible. My wife got two root canals before Coronavirus hit. She was left with two temporary crowns that ended up causing excruciating pain about two weeks after her procedures. After calling and being put on the emergency wait list, we were NEVER CALLED BACK. 5 TIMES WE CALLED BACK AND ASKED TO BE HELPED AND EACH TIME NEVER RETURNED.Finally when things are reopening, they schedule an appointment for today, the 15th. She shows up to locked doors and a sign saying closed til the 30th. Yet no one called? No one let us know? Absolutely terrible service, horribly run business. Were finding somewhere else to fix these mistakes and pain in her mouth.

If I could give this business -5 stars, I would. They are the WORST dentist I have ever been to. They consistently lie and add on charges to quoted services. Services that are performed are so sub-par that my temporary crown lasted less than the hours and broke while eating MACARONI AND CHEESE!!! The SECOND temporary crown fell off within TWO HOURS while I was DRINKING WATER!!! WTH is WRONG with these people!!! They do everything they can to delay appointments so that the patient has to pay more out of pocket instead of being paid with insurance, as contracted. Appointment changes are not communicated causing more anxiety to their patients. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST!!!

Dr MARC GERONIMO LEFT A SPONGE INSIDE MY TOOTH AND DIDNT SEAL IT UP after my Endodonist performed a root canal back in early December 2019. He also placed CHIPPED CROWN on my tooth. My tooth got INFECTED. I had to have APICOECTOMY done on Wednesday April 22nd 2020 to try and save the tooth. If the apicoectomy doesnt work Ill will have to have a implant. He tried BLAMING my Endodonist for missing a root canal. I have photos of Endodonist pulling out the sponge that Dr GERONIMO left inside my tooth and didnt seal it up. Hes INCOMPETENT. DONT GO TO WESTERN DENTAL. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Pricing is within my budget and they don’t pressure you to spend more than you can. When I first found the original orthodontist under our Aetna plan I had no idea he was inside of western dental or I never would’ve gone. They don’t have the staffing for orthodontist work and never give any sort of updates or notes. Now my daughter has had them on for almost 3 years and it’s because we always have to wait weeks for an appt. do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here for ortho work!

Truly good hearted people, came in to my appointment with my two daughters just knowing I’d have a problem being seen with them, I didn’t the staff took them right off my hands provided them with toys and fun, the dentist waist no time gets right to it and found my exact cause of pain with a few seconds . Unlike the other dentist I went to he actually looked out for what’s best and not just being after my money . From being quoted 9000 to 5000 here at western dental was a relief not only that but there getting the ball rolling on fix me . Came in today and getting more work done tomorrow, there here to make me smile ❤️

Is there a negative star rating?? This place deserves only that rating...they are a corporation who, as all corporations in America, are only interested in making money. Their interest is not in helping people or customer service. I literally sat in their office, while the conference call was on with whoever the area manager is. It was all about making goals and increasing profit, not once did the the broad conducting the call ask about customer satisfaction, only if this particular location was on track to meet their monthly goals. Now, I understand that the goal of a corporation is make money but perhaps not allowing your customers to hear this, is worth considering. Especially since your services are financed at 11.5% interest. This place left a bad taste in my mouth, pun intended. If you can at all avoid western dental, then do yourself a favor, do not use this company.

They are not interested in helping you. They are only interested in how much money they can get from you. They were very friendly until I wanted to discuss ways to reduce the number of procedures or dollars I had to spend out of pocket. Then they were short and mean and didnt even care when I decided to walk out instead. I left with a chipped tooth that needed immediate attention because they made me feel bad about questioning the bill and the necessity of some of the procedures. I was going to get my tooth fixed but they lost my business due to lack of care for the patient. They had no sympathy at all. Then they tell me its going to be 4 weeks before they can reimburse my credit card the $500 they charged for a procedure they didnt even do. now I will have to pay that interest on my credit card. Go to a different location not the Thomas location.

Hubby had a cleaning with Jenny and she was awesome. He then had his crown (that broke) replaced by Dr. Geronimo. He doesn’t like going to the dentist but said that the doctor was really gentle and quick. When he had the first one done somewhere else it took 6 hours. This only took 2 hours from beginning to end. Great experience for him. Now my turn. Lol

I have tried to give Western Dental every opportunity to showcase that they know how to treat a customer and time after time they disappoint. I have been waiting on a mid treatment adjustment for Invisalign for almost ten weeks now. Ive left several messages and no one will call me back. The girls that schedule appointments told me two weeks ago that my new braces were ready, so I took off work and came down only to find out that they made a mistake and no one bothered to call me. This has been a joke from the get go. Every single person here is correct, once they have your money, you no longer matter. Please do not waste your time or your hard earned money with these people.Update: 02/20/2015After 5 long months Western Dental has finally come to the conclusion that despite their lack of competence the are still entitled to my money. Im not sure if Dr. McGuire or his techs are to blame for my treatment not working. I now have to start my treatment over somewhere else and pay more. These people clearly do not care about their patients which is why they market to lower income households, they are easier to take advantage of. If you are thinking about going here please take this warning and all of the other warnings seriously. These people WILL SCAM you.

It was my first visit with WD. The front office staff is great. My rating is mostky about my experience in general. As new pt. I have to go through x-ray which is not always a very pleasing experience. I got that! I expressed my discomfort to the dental tech who then defensively answered that the facility has the best equipment. I was not doubting about that. I was expressing that it was very uncomfortable and very painful as she was pushing those plastic gadgets inside my mouth. I hope this tech would learn to practice therapeutic communication. The hygienist and the dentist were very nice, however, I was just totally taken aback when they presented to me that I should be doing deep. cleaning and bridge. The numbers were around 9000. I asked if I can just take the regular cleaning because I had my deep cleaning two years ago. The hygienist told me that it was unethical to perform such cleaning when she knew that deep cleaning is needed. That’s logical however, i also knew that as patient I also have the right to choose which service and treatment I want for myself. I politely decline the offer of financing and left the facility. The services might be great as experienced by some clients, however, I can not stop to agreeto some of the negative reviews here. These negative reviews might sometimes expressed angrily but these minute information do make sense. This facility is not for everyone and I have discovered it myself too.

I scheduled an appointment with an in-network dentist and they switched me last min without telling me. When they told me how much ALL of my dental work would be they kept me laid down in the dental chair. I felt so vulnerable and trapped. I paid them a portion of the cost so monthly payments would lower, then decided not to have the work done. They did not even perform a cleaning and still charged me $302.38 for x-rays alone! They are very shady people!!

I took my husband there, he was in so much pain.The staff was so friendly and helpful. The dentist was awesome. After he went over all procedure options, he did the procedure right then and there because my husband was in such unbearable pain. It was a long and non-routine procedure too! My husband said he feels great now and he was very happy with the quality of service.I highly recommend this office!

Office staff was pleasant and tried to be accommodating but I felt the dental care was sub standard. I was very unhappy with the work from whatever lab they used to replace my lower partial. One dentist said she was new and didnt know the terminology for their office and therefore ordered the wrong clasps that clip onto my permanent teeth but it could not be changed. The dentist that did my cleaning on my last visit was very aggressive and hurt me a couple of times and made no attempt to apologize. I have my teeth cleaned every 6 months and take good care of my teeth in between so there was no reason for him to be that aggressive. I will not return to any Western Dental office ever.

My daughter was in pain and went in to have a tooth pulled. She wanted to pay cash even though she has insurance. They wouldnt pull the tooth. They said because she has insurance, they couldnt take a cash payment. (She would have had to make payments). They said it their pollicy. I dont get it. Shes in pain, and they wont pull the tooth. It sounds like a scam to me. Would strongly recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere. Will never recommend anyone go here.

Scheduler spelled my name wrong. Appointment was at 9a. By 930a and being annoyed for waiting I asked what time my appointment was scheduled for, and the receptionist said 9a with no further explanation. By 10a I was seeing people coming way after me being taken back for their appointment. I went to the receptionist again and realized she had only started working on my paperwork. I forgot my insurance card, and she looked at me and said she couldnt retrieve my member number. There was no further explanation. She was never rude with her tone, but I could tell she really did not care. She would let me sit there for hours if I let her. I asked for my ID back and left in disgust. It literally took me 3 minutes to call and get all that info when I left. Horrible customer service. Made my skin crawl. If thats how they manage the front desk I can only imagine what kind of health risks are slipping through the cracks.

First time visit to western dental was a pleasent surprise. Dr Kaur was very friendly and capable. Dr Dillon who pulled my wisdom tooth was quick and effortless. This place is absolutely horrible .... I had 2 teeth pulled a couple days ago. Now when I got them done I assumed the dentist would know how to treat the pain in a correct manner but boy was I wrong. After taking 2 teeth out one on the top and the other on bottom I knew I was gonna get hit with pain and swelling. They sent me on my way and told me to take ibuprofen. Well when the numbness wore off and the pain started to hit I did as they said and took the ibuprofen but it didnt work so I had someone call them to explain the situation and find out if they could prescribe me something stronger. They told her that they would call back. Two hours go by with no phone so we decided to call them back but only to sit on hold for well over 10 mins just to get hung up on. We call back and this time I talk to them they were telling me the best they could do is Tylenol3 I stated that wouldnt work either as they gave them to me for pain before taking out the 2 but those didnt work either. After our 3rd time calling they said I had to come back to get the prescription as they cant call it in ..... I live in Mesa and theyre. In phx so I had to drive 30+mins just to get there for them to give me Norco.... Now when youre a new patient and you fill out the paperwork cut ask if you have allergies to any medication Im highly allergic to Vicodin and morphine ..... They payed no attention to my information this place does not care about its patients what so ever ..... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING HERE .... They have horrible customer service its just about money and not the care of the people..... I WOULDNT TELL MY WORST ENEMY TO GO HERE

Wisdom teeth removal by Dr.(ha!) Mark Geronimo.. I had less pain before going here. The most BARBARIC dentist we have ever been too. Before the procedure started, the dentist asked if our insurance was AHCCCS. I said yes and from then on it was torture. Told the dentist i could feel what he was doing but would not give more numbing. Pushed down so hard on my jaw it felt like it was being dislocated. They said I should only bleed for about an hour. I bled for almost three. No after hours care. Now the pain today is worse than the original problem and the sides of my mouth have sores from pushing my jaw down so far. Find another Dentist who accepts AHCCCS before coming here. I had to be referred to an oral surgeon because the original tooth that caused the problem he couldnt get it out. Now I have 3 wisdom teeth out that werent causing any pain pulled, and the one i went to see them for still in my mouth.

I highly recommend Western Dental on Thomas Rd. Wonderful staff and very informative Doctors. I am so so happy I found a dentist office I trust and love. I recently had 3 fillings done and all my wisdom teeth extracted (yikes) but let me tell you i didnt feel a thing. I went in wanting to run out but the staff accommodated me and answered all the questions i asked. and to top it off both Dr. Kaur and Dr. Dhillion were beyond awesome. Im not a person who enjoys the dentist. As such I go only when I must due to past experiences being very bad. However I needed to have a molar removed and was helped by Dr. Handleman at this location. Have to say that in the past 30+ years this has been the BEST experience I have had. Very straight forward and painless experience. I was so impressed I have brought my own mother down as she needs to have a tooth removed as well. Thank you Dr. Handleman and your staff as well.

I had 2 appointments scheduled for both of my parents. We got there in time for the appointments, however we sat in the lobby for a while before my mom was called back. My mom came back out 30 mins after sitting in the xray room. No xrays done! I questioned how much longer the wait was going to be and they said theyd get my parents back to have their xrays done. I went to the back with my dad & asked if he would need to wait again after his xray was done, they said yes. At this point, I was not comfortable letting them take my fathers xray when he was not going to be seen right after. I felt they were attempting to take his xray immediately in order to bill our insurance company & trap us into having to sit & wait longer. What made me even MORE uncomfortable is that while we were waiting in the lobby, there was a doctor who looked so unhappy that was CONSTANTLY walking from the back of the office, where he was working on patients, out his car. He would get in his car for a few minutes then come back inside. What he was doing is his business, however he should understand that him constantly walking in & out does not look good to the patients waiting to be seen.

I recommended my husband to this dentistry and it was the worst decision we made. He went in for an exam last year and was told he was going to need to have some filling and other work done. Upon finalizing he was advised that the work the was going to need done could not be preformed at this location and he was referred to a specialist. After the exam he was talked into getting a deep cleaning which was fine a because it had been a while since he last had one. However, he was mislead by pricing and was financed a credit card of $800 with Care Credit. Now $800 for a deep cleaning?!! Extremely over priced, however, he was not explained the pricing and the work was preformed and was given an electric tooth brush which he also had to pay for and was also undisclosed! He made a $100 and some dollar payment that day and made a few more payments after that before he was starting to get harassed by Western Dental payment center in which he then just paid it in full which was over $1,100 not including the payment he had already made. He then started receiving notices from Care Credit regarding a payment of $800 owed to them as well?! Now were at over $2,000 for a DEEP CLEANING which is extremely ridiculous and wayyy over priced! My husband now has a collection pending on his credit and Care Credit is still saying that he owes them after we already provided proof that we paid the funds to Western Dental. Weve tried contacting WD regarding this matter for months now and continue to get the run around. We have never received a call back. This has been a huge burden to us since the day my husband stepped foot in their facility. The worst decision to have recommend this place and I never plan to recommend this company ever to anyone again!!!! Horrible horrible experience!!!!! Please check around before you even think about given your money to this place.

If I could rate 0 I would. This is by far the worst dental office I’ve been to. I came in today for pain in my left bottom wisdom tooth and waited for an hour to be seen. The staff did not make me feel comfortable while doing the X-ray procedure & did not communicate with me at all during the process. The person doing the exam didn’t know what he was doing so of course it made my pain worse. I asked them if they could prescribe me something for the pain especially since they had made it worse by probing all around in my mouth several times and having me bite down on metal and they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it. They also suggested that I just leave and come back after having me wait an hour smh I will definitely not be back and don’t recommend this dentist to anyone. If you’re looking for a great dentist go to OnCall Dental Urgent Care on S Mill Ave. They are the best and cheaper with insurance

II was there last year for an exam and treatment plan. As it is Im not comfortable because of bad experiences with dentists. On 7/9/2018 I walked in because of a tooth that needed to be pulled. I had considered a deep cleaning as well. Once they told me the cost I bought fainted. I said no just pull the tooth. At check out time I paid $735.00 unbelievable. On my way home I called a few other offices and from least to most I was way over charged. I then called the dental office I just came from and asked why so much. I was told each office is different and that was the price for this office. Last year it was a little under 300.00. WOW. I WILL NEVER GO E BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANY ONE The customer seen was Barbara Tapia. Its all about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

My boyfriend needed 2 root canals done & this was the first place we went to. The first appointment was a checkup & was scheduled for 11. He didnt get seen until 12. The staff was just so rude & not even slightly friendly. My boyfriend was in a lot of pain so we decided to move forth with the process & make an appointment for his cleaning. The appointment was scheduled a few days later at 9:30 A.M. & we had an email to prove it. We had gotten there & they told us we were late for our appointment at 9:00 & he could not be seen. We showed them the email stating 9:30 & they told us it was wrong. We were very upset, my boyfriend was in so much pain & in tears every single day & they did not care one bit! We asked for his x-rays & exam papers so we could go elsewhere & they refused to give them to us. We tried to start over elsewhere but due to his not-so-great insurance policy, we would end up paying for the x-rays & exam out of pocket anywhere else. So we decided to just stick with garbage Westen Dental. We called their office & made an appointment for 4:15 P.M. the following day. My boyfriend arrived at 4:00 P.M. & THEIR OFFICE WAS CLOSED. Believe me when I tell you this place does NOT care about you! They do NOT care about how much pain youre in, all they care about is the money & it shows in their attitudes & the way they handle things. Making/scheduling appointments with them is SO DIFFUCILT & TIME CONSUMING. While making his appointments he would have to repeat his phone number multiple times because they just dont listen to anything. Be ready to repeat yourself constantly while on the phone with them. Dont waste your time/money at this place! I highly recommend SILVERTREE DENTISTRY.

This place is awful. They lie to you about how much your insurance covers to get you to agree to treatment. Then after you pay off your bill a year later they suddenly tell you that you owe more money because your insurance wont cover something, which they should have figured out months ago. I asked for a bill itemizing what my insurance paid and didnt pay and I never got the bill. My complaint went to their internal customer review board who still would not give me a copy of the bill they requested. Now theyre trying to charge me late fees for waiting for their board to get a decision to me. They still have not sent the itemized bill that I requested so that I can see if their charges are legitimate. Also the dentist I used was awful and their staff are clearly the bottom of the dental school graduates. You know, this could have been resolved if they had just sent the itemized bill I requested. Why should I take their word for it that I suddenly owe money with no proof?

I had a tooth ache in the lower left quadrant and I made an appointment at Western Dental. They ended up doing a root canal and I could still feel discomfort, it was like they didnt completely clean out the tooth. A couple days later they called me to let me know another dentist looked at my X-Rays and he determined I needed the tooth extracted. Since they messed up they didnt charge me for the tooth extraction just the root canal.Basically I went through a root canal without needing one. I would never go back to this office again.

I dont even know where to begin with this.....every experience with Western Dental on e Thomas road in Phoenix, Arizona, has been beyond bad. They are heartless, they lie, they inflate their costs greedily, they are unprofessional and they really, truly DO NOT CARE about your pain nor do they have any customer service skills whatsoever. If I was the manager ( I have been in management in the past as well as customer service and also in the medical field) of ANY office, business, store, restaurant, bank....it wouldnt matter....all I can say is, if someone came in to MY place of business and they were obviously upset about their experience, I most certainly would be bringing them into my office or in a more private area to discuss their concerns with them, rather than discuss them in front of a waiting room full of people!! I most definitely would assure them that their concerns and experience mattered to me and I most definitely would not talk down to them, play the word dance game, nor would I let them leave angrier than when they came in! Most importantly, I would definitely not tell them they are wrong about something they are right about-but due to my lack of knowledge, assume theyre the one whos misinformed. The number ONE most important thing I would NEVER EVER DO is treat them as if they have nerve to even address their concerns in the first place!! I have so much to say about why you should STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM WESTERN DENTAL, but I would be writing this for hours and have more important things on my agenda such as filing complaints with their corporate office and the Dental Board, as well as seeking out others to join me in a class action suit against this horrific establishment! They left my husband in horrific pain on a Holiday weekend of all times, their after hours emergency dentist NEVER answered the phone, they never returned my calls and they didnt do a DAMN thing to help him and wouldnt UNLESS WE GAVE THEM MONEY FIRST!! They are the ones who actually called to get him in early as they were so concerned about his pain and did not want him to have to suffer-especially because it was a Holiday weekend. So, they wanted him in early because they felt they were most likely going to have to do some form of treatment on him and his later appt of 2:15 would most likely have hindered that, so he went in at 11:30 a.m. only to leave in excruciating pain that had him in tears for now 3 days!! They sent him off with an antibiotic, but NOTHING - NOT ONE MILLIGRAM OF ANYTHING FOR HIS PAIN although he had a bad infection effecting 3 molars that also needed to be pulled!! Even their corporate office agreed that they were wrong in their actions and that they should never have let him leave without something to ease his pain until his next appointment. Theres so so much more to say and this is just a small amount of all the facts, but hope you get the jist of it all which is DO NOT USE WESTERN DENTAL!! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU SUFFERING IN HORRIFIC PAIN, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU, THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE IN NO WAY OF ANY IMPORTANCE TO THEM EXCEPT WHERE MONEY IS CONCERNED AND THEY WILL BE RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I WILL BE PICKETTING THEIR OFFICE TOMORROW AND HOPE TO ACCOMPOLISH MY GOAL OF GETTING EVERY CAR THAT PULLS IN TO PULL RIGHT BACK OUT WITHOUT EVEN GOING IN THE DOOR !! I set a 10am appt over the phone. Prior to the appt i confirmed a text for my appt, but someone still called to confirm my appt, only now they were saying my appt was for 11am. I arrived 1030 n waited an hour to be seen. An xray and cleaning took 4.5 hrs! I was told i had great insurance but it didnt cover a deep cleaning to one quarter of my mouth. I paid over $60 extra for that, which in my opinion they didnt spend any more time in that section than any other section so i wish i didnt agree to it. The staff was awesome, i had no issues with them, just a bad first experience. Afterwards i got a text saying i missed my appt! Needless to say i wont be returning in the future.

They just cant understand how theyre being shady by not being able to provide a breakdown of costs in relation to the treatment plan. Or how the insurance price should be based off the cash price not a made up cost. The girl on the phone explained to me the cash price is cheaper than what they will submit to the insurace so the remainder after insurance is higher. Our cost, after billing 2 insurance, was $4,427 and they said they were submitying a cost to the insurance of $7,230. We were quoted nearly 2g less by other orthordontists for the same trratment. Very bad practices. Use the utmost of caution because these practices show love of money not care of patients

Came in today for 3 extractions. I was extremely nervous and anxious about the procedure. I hate having any dental work done in general. Needed to get in asap due to pain. My experience was fsntadtic! Dr. Dhillon and his assistant made it comfortable and easy. I will definetly be back at this location and request Dr. Dhillon again for further procedures.

Horrible experience, had 4 crowns put on and 3 have fallen out . doctors dont seem to know what they are doing. Now I have to go to a different location to try and fix what they did .Ive lost time, work and money having to go back and forward with these people and still they cant seem to get it right. I WANT MY MONEY BACK SINCE I CANT GET ME TEETH BACK. !!!! So far Ive seen 3 different dentist one apparently doesnt work there anymore the one that originally did my work and recommended i had crowns put in second one seemed new and like he just didnt have time to do anything but had me come back to remake the crown and do some other stuff . I went back as soon as possible and saw some other doctor who apparently doesnt do crowns because the previous doctor wasnt in.. like what ? Well this new doctor he is having me go to another location in mesa to see another doctor who is supposed to do fix the last crown that fell off.. Now my question is. What about the other crowns that have fallen off, am I going to have one good crown and just wait for the others to fall out again ? I cant even eat comfortably or bite anything with my teeth Im afraid they are going to fall out Again... !!***UPDATE***CAME BACK TODAY 4/12/16 TO SEE A DIFFERENT DOCTOR . Is there worse than poor. Because, i would never recommended no to go here ever. I had a reaction to a procedure, i called their emergency line and the lady told me someone would call in a hour and no one called. I called back and no one answered. I called during business hours the next day and they said theyll look at it on my next appointment. Awful.

Made an appointment from their Call Center. Went to appointment. Staff said they didnt have me in system. Staff made no apologies or attempt to remedy, just said dont have you in system. Asked them three times to figure out why I wasted two hours of my time. They just kept saying, we dont have an appointment for you. After telling them to call their Call Center and figure out what went wrong, their reply was a glitch in the system. Horrible Customer Service and the system sucks. Take the time to research other Dental Services. You will be glad you did.
