Always responsive and helpful in managing my small apartment building. It is hard to trust someone with such a valuable asset that is 3,000 miles away from your home. But TCS are on top of everything, proactive and extremely responsive. Fair prices and work with good contractors to provide quality work at reasonable prices. We were told we were approved for an apartment and it was “100% yours.” Then 15 days prior to move in, they were not sending our lease or responding and I found out (through another realtor) that they decided to rent it to someone else (the owners family). The lead agent, Angela, didn’t even have the courage or respect to tell me directly. If you see this company on a property, even if the property is nice, just move on. I promise you it’s not worth the stress and hassle.

I recently submitted a rental application no one response to me yet and that was 2mths ago. I would have like to no if I was accepted or denied someone was supposed to get back to me they basically took my money and ran I will never want a property from them after this.....this place is unprofessional I sent several emails with no response I would never recommend this place to no one.

They DONT HELP WITH ANYTHING! You cannot get in touch with nobody for any issues. I’ve had a bug infestation problem and they did not seem to care. But expect rent every month. I do not RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

I was pleased when I moved in......but when I moved out No one from TCS did a walk through with Me. Someone also said that I broke tiles in the bathroom which I have pictures of the same tiles when I moved in that were broken. I was accused of damaging the kitchen tiles as well but they sent No pictures of that!!!! So they refused to return any of My Security money. I Truly was a very Good Tenant I wasnt late with rent & didnt complain about much at all. This was so unfair, Im very disappointed in TCS management.

Landlord. Have TCS manage multiple properties. They didnt collect month for 7months for one and forgot to update. Then one day, just a casual note from the collections to evict the tenant. And forget about uncollected rent. (Tenant wasnt paying as township violations were open, work. Orders had been paid for in full. Really bad management)

Just an absolute slumlord type company. The moment they receive your money it becomes impossible to get a response. After renting the unit I found out they had already taken a deposit from someone else and never told them they had rented out the apartment. The other couple found out when they saw me moving in. In addition, I found out they had raised the rent by $500 from the previous tenant and the entire place was practically waiting to fall apart. As weekly something new would break (windows, shower door, AC) and good luck getting an update on anything bc once you’ve signed your lease they could care less about your well-being.UPDATE: In response to your response. The people whose deposit you took told me personally they received a refund from you after you admitted to renting the unit to me after taking their deposit and one of your agents had even told me another family was “very interested” in the unit but did not mention they had already deposited money. Regarding the maintenance issues, the dryer repair tech told me he was contacting me about dryer AND AC, so I assumed the second message was a duplicate. He also blew me off twice causing me to be late to work both times for no reason. And I just received a message back today from your HVAC who has only responded once saying “I cannot make it out today”. I have since messaged him three times attempting to set an appointment to no response . If they told you they set an appointment please let me know when it is scheduled for because that info was not communicated to me.

This is over a year late but I was reminded that I never got around to leaving a review after they contacted me again regarding false charges on a home that I rented. In short, I highly recommend that you avoid renting with TCS if at all possible. As you can read in other reviews, its great if youre a property owner as TCS will simply blame the owner for why they cannot fix anything which will ensure that you retain all your profits as the owner and never have to actually invest money in your property.To begin, they rented out a home that previously had squatters in it so getting the water and power restored was a nightmare despite how they like to brag about having TCS concierge services to help you with all of this. The person who showed us the home made a ton of promises about maintenance fixing certain items prior to move in but in reality it took months for them to replace the rotted out cabinets, they never took care of the fence in the backyard, the leak in the roof was constant as they generally applied quick fixes that just moved the location of the leak rather than fixed it, had missing blinds and doorknobs upon move in, a random dryer was left in the home and there during the showing, a moldy fridge and stove were replaced within a few days after sending pictures and calling several times, etc. Despite maintenance requests, calls, emails, text messages, etc., TCS constantly gave us the run around and even when they did fix something, they often failed to clean up after themselves whether it was leaving random boots behind, a huge pile of branches in the backyard which blocked off a large area for our dog, charging us for the removal of the dryer which was there when we first looked at the house and even showed in the pictures posted by TCS to rent out the property. I highly recommend that you inspect any home or apartment rented by them like its a home that you would be purchasing to ensure that you dont end up being blamed for years worth of damage upon move out like we were. To make matters worse, not only did they keep our deposit and charge us for an additional $700 beyond that, I dealt with all their bs upon move in while pregnant and then I dealt with all the other trouble while caring for a newborn.TL;DR - this company only cares about their bottom line so as a renter, you are likely to be screwed over. If you must rent from them, document everything and try to reach out to your local government for a home inspection if at all possible.

As the liaison between us and our tenants, its very important that we are represented professionally and that tenants questions and concerns are responded to quickly and they have done a great job in both areas. When COVID happened they were very helpful in educating us on the new laws and regulations and guided us through the programs the city was offering.

If zero stars was an option I would have selected that. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy, so I surely won’t recommend them to you. If you own a property and are thinking about using them, stop here and go back to the search. Only use them if you plan on paying a company to sit back and watch as your property falls to the ground. They will let little issues become big issues and do nothing about it, hence the leak that’s been happening in my kitchen and basement since October....it’s January y’all...January. I’ve been hung up on, talked down to and lied to so frequently it’s literally a joke every time I call them. If you’re a tenant who’s property is being run by these people, give up hope now. They don’t care about you.

I never write reviews, but I have to say that TCS is the worst management company I’ve ever had to deal with. I only lived in one of their apartments for about 6 months and I had so many issues with them. First, there was a massive leak in my (carpeted) bedroom which they took forever to deal with it, and then when I smelled mold and was worried for my safety they ignored all of my requests for carpet cleaning or for them to at least come check for mold. I just ended up living in the room with the moldy carpet until I finally moved out. They also have some really confusing policies.. like how they asked me to directly reimburse the former tenant for her last month’s rent, which made things complicated for me later when it came time for my last month’s rent to be processed.I just really have had no good experiences with them or their employees and I want any potential tenants of TCS managed apartments to be aware.

Do you ever feel that your property manager isnt there when you need them? Ever send an email at 5:01pm on Friday only to have it not acknowledged until sometime Monday?Thats NOT TCS! The entire team is responsive to tenants and landlords alike. They know how to handle every situation, and they do so with speed and effectiveness like Ive never seen.From the first property I gave them to manage, I could tell they genuinely appreciated my business. They work hard and do what they say theyre going to do.They also find quality tenants very quickly, even in borderline areas, and through the entire COVID experience, theyve ensured that EVERY tenant pays, which is simply amazing.They make landlording easy!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Where do I even begin. Could it be the emails or phone calls they never return. Could it be living in a property for a year and maintenance request never filled. Could it be the horrible customer service they give when you eventually get to talk to someone on the phone. I will never rent from TCS again! They don’t care about the tenants all they care about is their money. Covid was a horrible time for everyone I paid my rent on time every single month and yet they still tacked in fees for a bounced payment from a formal roommate. I begged them for help. I finally had no choice but to hire an attorney to help but TCS refuses to talk to the attorney either. All they do is give you the run around and pass the buck to the next person. I hope if your looking to rent from someone you choice a different management group because they are horrible!

NIGHTMARE!!! If I could give 0☆ I would. 10 days after hospitalization after cesarean surgery I came home to a lock that wouldnt work and was ignored for 2 days since it was the weekend. Then I was told to pay $90 because the battery had died and I should have replaced it! How would I know the battery was dead if I wasnt there?! They figured I should be happy because they didnt charge me the full $120 although I was sent a newsletter proir to this stating that all repairs over 120 was their responsibility. Later, the bathroom toilet began to sink through the floor and a they ignored every maintenance request. Right before I took action, the house was completely riddled with bullets. I of course ended my lease and when it came time to get my security deposit, I recieved it a over 12 days late which is illegal in my state. They took over $500 saying I damaged a 10 foot high ceiling fan that was also ignored the maintenance request list after a blade flew off. Also charges for them having to install new blind, which were blinds I replaced every spring in my 3 years of being there. Who says Lets put up new blinds again after we pack?! The most SUSPECT thing of all was a few months ago I saw this apartment online for rent... WAIT FOR IT!.... under new management! This has sent my familys life into a dark place for a long time.

Whats up with you guys not responding to work orders put in. Going on to the 4th day now and no email, text or call. This is not the first time too. AGAIN, can something be done about the rodents in my unit... I am upset nowFeedback: so I got a reply here to my review, okay. Same day I got the reply someone came to the house.I can say thanks for replying and trying to address the problem.Now about the matter. I was told to wait 2 weeks time for any changes/improvements. This is a 2 unit property with a basement and I am on the top floor. Both units having the same problem, both units put in a work order for the same problem. TCS contract workers were denied access from the root of the problem which is the basement that I also have no access to. Why because its below the first unit which also the workers were not aware of because they were only told about 1 unit.. Well 2 weeks is almost up and I awaits the results.

Wow! So it has come to this. My cousin moved in about 2 weeks ago and he already started to have problems. The biggest problem is when anima came through the ceiling and knocked out the light fixtures. We constantly sent in work orders and and call numerous people on the management team and nothing! It’s like he doesn’t even matter! It’s heart breaking and it make you feel angry and taken advantage of. However that’s ok we will keep sending in work order and emails and keep calling and we will so of and when this goes to court we will have that we err in constant communication and we received not response!

I will never recommend anyone to rent an apartment from TCS management. The lack of communication since moving into my apartment became really frustrating. It hasnt been a year living here and already I am not impressed. For what I had to experience within the couple of months, my apartment isnt worth what i am paying to live here. This is a no credit check management. If you are looking for a place to build your credit, this isnt a place for you. You are going to pay more then what they explain to you before moving in. Save that money for a place that will actually be beneficial for you!

Ive had TCS manage 5 rental units for me since 2012. Theyve been highly professional, responsive to me needs, and very good at screening new tenants. The owner liaison I worked with, Megan McDonald, has been particularly helpful to me, always quickly and completely resolving any issues or questions I had. Ive recently sold 3 sold 3 of those units but I would not hesitate using their services again.

All the responses to other reviews about contacting them via email. They dont even respond to their tenants in a timely manner. Maintenance requests go on for weeks without response. Their call center isnt even officially associated with TCS, theyre just a glorified version of the request portal.All responses to reviews here are to make others think theyre making an attempt. I wish i read some if these reviews before renting from them or that someone warned me before renting. I now know what a bad landlord is thanks to TCS. UPDATE: Two and a half months after moving out we received a text today, asking what parking spot came with the apartment and if it was included in our rent. How could this possibly be a past tenants responsibility to answer? We have still never heard back on why we had false charges when moving out, so why would we help this owner. If you are looking at an apartment from them on Green St - be wary and read on.I was a tenant at one of TCSs managed properties for a year. Everyone from their team was extremely nice and general responsive. The online portal, monthly payments, and requesting maintenance are all very easy.My issues are directly related to the property owners, and partially this lies on TCS. I also want to note that a TON of the good reviews on Google Maps are from owners, not tenants. So the people making money off of renters are the ones rating this company? Seems unfair since the renters lives are the ones affected by poor quality of their living situations. The owner/landlord is also a partner in making sure the tenants are happy and living good lives - so I would like to direct some responsibility onto them.My previous apartments were all in great shape when I moved in - freshly painted walls, cleaned by an actual company, working appliances and toilets, etc. Maybe I was spoiled, but lets be fair, I was living in Detroit and not spoiled.The conditions of the apartment on move in may be common in Philly, but to me it felt unacceptable. The walls were damaged, terrible patch jobs, tons of holes (I lived in the dark most of the time so I could ignore the walls). The oven barely worked, TCS tried to fix it but the landlord ignored them. Two doors came fully off their hinges, fell on top of me, and I had to spend a weekend repairing them. The toilet was completely broken and hot glued together by previous tenants. The keys to our building barely worked, we got locked out multiple times. We never received door codes. A window shade fell off and broke several of our items next to our window. There was a massive 1 gap under our apartment door to the corridor, so zero sound privacy. Half the light bulbs were missing, and some lights just never could turn on. On top of that, my car got towed from the apartments parking spot a week after moving in because no one could tell me what my parking spot number was (TCS did refund me the towing money, but again this lies on the owner being irresponsible and unresponsive).Moving out was very stressful and emotionally incredibly taxing for us. TCS needed to rent/sell our apartment, and started trying a month and a half in advance of us moving out. Completely fine, we made sure to clean and straighten up before people visited every time and tried to help them with photography of our apartment. On to the stressors: 1. COVID and having a lot of people enter our apartment. All while working from home, so the coordination was very frustrating. 2. Potential buyers/renters couldnt even use the keys to get into our building & apartment unit, so we had to be there to let people in or leave our apartment unlocked. It felt like the entire key situation was our fault, and we were pestered while we were on vacation with family that we hadnt seen in 9+ months. 3. We received less than 24 hours notice many times. It felt like our part time job to make sure they sold/rented out the apartment, but without any compensation or care about how it was affecting our lives. I 100% understand needing to sell/rent an apartment, but the key and lock issues caused us a lot of stress and we felt like we couldnt get out soon enough.It was difficult to get anyone on the phone to talk about the damage charges after we moved out - it took several e-mails and texts and calls. We did finally get someone on the phone and they were nice. It did seem like there were some false charges without proof of images/video and completely made up ones, so we tried to negotiate and never heard back. It took over a month to receive our deposit back.

I rarely post reviews but this was a poor experience and I had to share. Im in the market for a rental and I saw a unit managed by this company on Trulia. I sent a request in twice and did not receive a response. I assumed that they were busy with a lot of requests so I found there website and texted the person handling the property. (Deedee) I recived a one sentence response that there was a pending applicationWhen I asked to be kept in mind for other units I was just sent a website. Thats not how a business should act when they have a potential client. Im a contact center manager whose business is customer service. This was no kind of service at all. Especially considering Im actively looking. You had a chance to win my business, instead you will be the 1st management company in philadelphia I will steer others away from. Looking at the other reviews I see professionalism is a problem for this company. Lesson learned. Wishing you all the best in you rental search.

Although I have not rented from them, today I toured a house for rent. The rental agent was very unprofessional, not informative, & i dont even know her name! Its ashame because the house was nice and I would have loved to apply however when she told me the house was move in ready I was baffled! The carpets were so dirty you saw where the former tenants had furniture, the bathroom caulking had mold in spots and missing in others, writing and dirt all over the walls and get this... the letter they posted to the former resident of trying to reach them & couldnt was still listed on the front door!! A very old ceiling fan was still up, closet shelf in the bedroom was leaning and warped...If this was move in ready per her statement I would hate to be a tenant and need anything done!! Im guessing from what I saw today the reviews are very accurate! Wish I could get a hold of the owner bc this management company more than likely didnt even get a c/o

Worst rental company I have ever worked with. I have been a tenant for 3 years through this company. Im not sure if there are more than 4 employees because I get the same rude ignorant people or I can never get a hold of anyone. I seldom get a response back and when I do whoever I speak with talks over me, cuts me off, has a degrading tone and is no help at all. The disrespect I am treated with by this company is ridiculous. Unprofessional and poorly run. I will NEVER rent through this company again after my lease runs its course.

I would give this company a ZERO star rating if I could. We just moved into a new apartment building that TCS Management manages and we have had SO MANY PROBLEMS. We too do not know who to contact because every time we contact the office, we are told to contact someone else or to submit a maintenance request. Even the billing department told us to contact maintenance for a billing related issue... 🤨 and then maintenance doesn’t even help. We have a cracked window in our apartment that is from construction and it was supposed to be fixed before we moved in. Nothing has been fixed. Anyway, since we moved in, we have had leaky gas lines which filled up our entire unit with gas and we had to contact an emergency line... WHICH TCS MANAGEMENT DOES NOT HAVE (the property management group does not have an emergency line...? What the heck!) Long story short, we had been pushed to move into the unit before it was completed which made the unit inhabitable. Pretty sure TCS is in violation of their lease because we have a unit without heat, hot water, or cooking appliances. How is that habitable... it’s NOT! We have also been locked out of our unit on multiple occasions because our key fobs rarely work. We also almost got locked on the roof. If there is one thing you must know it’s that you should NOT rent from TCS, they are very inconsiderate and don’t work with you. When they have an issue on their side, you are expected to work with them.

These people only care about your money not your safety in neighborhoods. Be careful of what you rent. They manage properties for slum lords and charge you up!Not even a full month and paid an early rent my roommate was shot in her arm in front of our door coming home from work. The Company rejected our purposal to move us to a better location or a refund of our hard earned $2850.00 we paid to move in even though they were warned by my family that someone tried to break in our home 2 weeks prior. instead they insist that we cut our least short and leave empty handed. my family have been staying in hotels since this happened in fear of their lives and tramatized from near the death experience. To the shelter we go because we dont have money for hotels any longer. Thank you TCSsincerly your Tenant .

Any questions or concerns the agent was there every step of the way. Any time I had any issues regarding my until the landlord was notified. My experience with TCS Property Management has been exceptional they are always prepared and ready to resolve all issues without needing direction from me the owner. Our properties run smoothly thanks to our property manager, Christine Day who works day and night ensuring our properties are taken care of if an issue arises. We purchased our properties knowing the tenants were not paying the previous owner, she worked with us to place new tenants in those units in a short period of time and our properties are now back to income producing and our tenants pay on time every month.

Im a pretty forgiving and reasonable person, but when it comes to TCS if I could give 0 stars I would. In fact, Ive never written a public review before, but I feel like I have to save people from renting from this horrible company. Its that bad folks. Ive only ever dealt with their maintenance department so maybe on the landlord side they are better. However, their maintenance team deserves to be fired (or at least the folks who answer the phones do). They are truly awful at their jobs: unpleasant to deal with, dont communicate well or respond half the time; if youre lucky youll get a response after the third or fourth time you reach out about an issue, and then it takes weeks or months to actually get anyone out to address the issue). Let me provide a few examples: over the winter when we were in the midst of sub-zero temps for days my heat went out. I was unable to get anyone to respond for 2 days. Then they told me that they would see when they could send someone. I went 5 days without any heat - oh and during this time no one reached out to me with an ETA as to when someone would come to look into this, despite my leaving several messages asking for an update. A few months ago there was a gas leak. My neighbors called the emergency number after the gas company came and shut off the gas and told us to get it fixed as soon as possible. No response from TCS. So all four of us who live in the building called. Again no response. Days later when I finally got someone from their maintenance team on the phone, he acted confused about what a gas leak was. Like literally had no idea what I meant by a gas leak and why this is actually a major safety issue. All told it took a month to get someone here to fix the issue. They had ever excuse in the book as to why it was taking so long. Also when you contact them for basic routine maintenance requests they always try to get out of doing it, or tell you youll have to pay for it. Read through their responses here: all they offer are excuses as to why they are unable to do something, or they blame it on the landlord. Im sorry but there cant be that many slum landlords in this city - and if there are maybe you shouldnt build your business on working with them. Seriously if you are looking to rent and find out that they manage the property run far and run fast. I am counting down the days until my lease is up and I can move - and needless to say I wont be looking at any of their properties!

My familys experience since October 1 has been so bad that we told someone (no real clue who she was as weve communicated with about 6-7 people about apartment issues since moving in) just 3-4 months after moving in that we would not be renewing our lease. Not sure if a gentleman named Rodney is our landlord but he showed us the place and acted as if its maintenance were his responsibility. To date, hes been not only disrespectful (continues to only communicate with my partner, doesnt respond to texts in timely fashion, etc.) but beyond frugal as he allowed a hole in the ceiling in our daughters room to become worse over the course of 2 months before finally paying to get it fixed. TCS also does not respond to maintenance requests in timely fashion and does not respond in detail but right on time are the emails telling you their office will be closed for a holiday. Weve looked at apartments and actually skipped places with a TCS sign on the lawn. Stay away from TCS.

Wow, I was blown away by how much they wanted to help me find a reasonable place to live. TCS Management is top notch with excellent customer service. Nicole R, from the very beginning was warm and calming, she helped us find awesome accommodations at reasonable pricing. She answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. Extremely professional and focused on property owner needs and helping minimize vacancy, maximizing on-time rent, and ensuring we get quality tenants who take care of the houses. They are very knowledgeable, but also flexible. They have their own leases drafted by an attorney that you can use when they manage the property. However, they also let you use your own if there is anything unique you would like in the lease. It is the same with repairs. They have great contractors you can use, but if you have (like me) a favorite plumber, then they will work with that person for repairs. Just an all around profession company to make being a landlord easy and relieve us of most landlord headaches.

Submitted application fee. 100 bucks. Never got a call back. No credit check, my money was not refunded, representative never called me back. Application fee is 50 bucks plus $25 for every adult planning to live at the desired property...... so I spent 100 bucks 😏

***UPDATE. They still get one star from me. Find someone else to rent from, and find someone else to manage your property. You want to keep your tenants, and this company will run them off. The agent that rented the current property to me is incompetent, and clueless. Not only did she tell me the wrong amount to pay to move into my current place she also confirmed it after I asked her about that amount. And after making all three payments they wait until after I move in and sign the lease to notice a problem with my move in funds. And when I show them proof of her mistake they say I have to pay anyway. Their accountant hung up on me and when they responded to this review they only pretended to help so they could keep up appearances. Just go somewhere else where they actually know what they are doing. I suggest New Age Realty. Never had any problems with them.

I have rented a property from TCS for the past 2 months. Sadly I have 10 additional months left on my lease. They have continually tried to charge me late fees when my payments have not been late and they have tried to overcharge me for things I have already paid for. After I have gotten bank statements and receipts showing I paid the disputed charges they trad to get me to pay the late fee on the money I had already given them! I have been proactive about getting this resolved but TCS has been lazy, unresponsive, and just expects me to pay these superfluous charges. Do yourself a favor and rent from a different company.

They are a horrible property management company. First when we moved in our water was off. They never sent out anyone to turn it back on. Our appliances were stolen and they expected us to live in unlivable conditions for 2 weeks. The central air in the property does not work. So we had to buy window units to stay cool. And now that its colder out the heat doesnt work on the second floor either. They never sent anyone out to fix it. They dont deserve anyones money. Stay far away from this company if you want to live in livable and acceptable conditions. My lease cant end soon enough.

I moved in my apt. 6 mos ago and love it. Im glad I used the internet to find it. Roomier, clean, less expensive, big yard, and washer and dryer, and own parking space in the huge driveway.I never had a problem. Anytime I need something done or have questions I email Mr Bova or put in a maintenance request and they respond quickly. It is super quiet. Im grateful though. Thank you TCS Mgt.

Excellent customer service from the accounting team! I had questions about my most recent statement and time was set aside for a meeting to address all of my questions. Items that required further action were directed to a supervisor and my issues were resolved quickly. I am glad I decided to change property managers to TCS. I had a heavy leak in my ceiling took three days for them to send someone now over two months later I still have holes in my ceiling and they have no plans of fixing it, also two years in my building and not once has someone cleaned common areas or vacuumed hallway rugs

I have called several times during the week to inquire about their services for one of my properties and always get a voicemail. Have yet to even receive a response to email. I am concerned about their communication and whether I will be able to speak to anyone when I actually need them if I were to have them manage rentals. The apartment we rent has recently been renovated and is beautiful. Its challenging to get a quick response from maintenance. We had difficulty getting a dryer replaced that took weeks until finally done. Because there is no super or regular maintenance, problems linger, like the fire alarm system that beeps in the front hallway regularly. We recently got a notice that any maintenance repair under $100 would be billed to the tenant. Not sure this is legal. We have not had a major issue like our heat being out, but if that occurs and we dont get quick help we wont renew the lease. There are so many new apartment complexes going up there is no reason to stay if maintenance is a problem.

TCS manages the Condominum Arts where I lived for few months. I am going to try to be neutral and review the experience I had with TCS.They tried to charge me a fine of $250 dollars for moving before paying the moving fees (plus $250 dollars moving fees) which was $500 and I refused to pay the fine because Ive been informed to pay that the same day that my contract started, so they want me to not move my stuff when I am already paying the rent, thats not logical.My studio had the fridge broken when I came, and I had to wait many days to receive a new one and the TCS broker ANTHONY told me he was going to leave it at the front desk and that I would have to move it by my self to the apartment and when I have asked him that I would need a technician to move it and to plug it he stop replied me for days.Also, the building has terrible plumbing system, and one day the below apartment had a flood that apparently came from above (my apartment) when I had no flood in mine. And they accused me to be responsible for that because I would have to notify that I hear a weird sound coming from the plumbing the day before. They said they might charge me for the repair cost for both apartments which was $445.Also you will have to know that they are going to charge you $180 for cleaning fees, and this is what they did when the apartment was absolutely clean after spending two days cleaning it.Also, there was no transparency I had no possibility to contact the owner.TCS, When you threat people in a bad manner dont expect to them to provide a good review and I want all the people know how you treated me so that it could help other people to avoid to have the bad experience that I had. What goes around comes around and it is all about karma.It is your choice to chose TCS I am just sharing with you guys my experience. PEACE.

I have had so much trouble dealing with this company. All of their voicemail boxes are full so you basically cannot contact them by phone. If you have issues with your property manager they dont care at all and will tell you too bad. There is no higher up to contact about problems so if youre having issues GOOD LUCK! They faked having an exterminator evaluation on our apartment to try and force us to get bed bugs and flees exterminated that never even existed in the first place. I have been moved out for 10 days now and am still getting emails from them about a balance I paid a month and a half ago. I cannot wait till the day when I am finally free of this awful company.

Let me just leave this review here. 132 w. Hansberry st. Philadelphia, pa 19144. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!. I have a mold allergy & I kept informing TCS that our apartment might have mold but every time I complained they sent some crackhead handy service to paint the basement walls. When I complained about the handy service duo that was smoking Crack in my apartment, they did not even apologize & said the owner provided them to do the service. Long story short my basement did had mold in it & when I went to get some clothes that I packed & stored away for the summertime, everything was destroyed with mold. To make matters worst two weeks after the finding of mold my basement got flooded & destroyed all of my valuables including my Mac book pro & my fiancé collage degree. No apologies, no rent reimbursement, no relocation,Nothing!. I had renters insurance (State farm) but hilariously they did not cover flooding. To add insult to injury they did not give me back my security deposit which I’m not too shocked about, I mean they are quite the scammers. Some stink breath lady Down 2nd st. (At their main office) tried to convince me that the owners was responsible for giving my security deposit back, & that they didn’t have any ties with them. I tell everyone I ever come in contact with to not rent with this company because they’re only after money & not the tenants

I was completely FED UP with this company. It is incredibly hard to reach someone via phone and when you finally reach someone they are almost always very unprofessional. Several of these revews come from relatives of staff or staff themselves in order to tey to mask the fact that they are a poor property management operation.Ive had a director use foul language with me because the home I was renting wasnt selling. Ive had the maintenance crew leave huge messes when repairing ( often times a month or so after I requested a repair) . Went through a lease transfer and they just gove out key codes for people to show up and walk through your space without notice to the tenants. Ive had to seek legal counsel several times regarding their sketchy practices and they have not even attempted to reach out to reconcile. Despite my written requests and tons of voice messages. I am so glad the lease ended, I NEVER even considered renewing. Any issues I had brought to the company was pawned off to a nonchalant customer concierge who also doesnt answer the phone or care about the tenants. Im surprised this company is still afloat. The only upside is the property I was in was in a good location, but so are plenty of other places. Overall, for the disrespect,aggravation, and headaches youll get from trying to seek assistance from a company that takes over 14k over your money annually, ITS NOT WORTH IT!!! Save yourself the frustration,look a little further and find something worth your hard earned money and that will respect you as a customer.** Not to mention, If you are unsure about my experience or that of others. Take a look at the companys rude responses to the negative reviews. Point Proven.**

If I could give negative 0 stars believe me I would! TCS Management is a awful company to rent from. I been in my apt for a yr and 1 my utilities were on illegally. Also my cable provider didn’t want to connect my cable or WiFi because of that very reason. They also don’t do any maintenance and will string you along but will contact you regarding your Rent. I have squirrels in my ceiling and the neighbors above me have them too and they after 2 months have yet to resolve this issue. I’m telling everyone who sees this DO NOT rent from these people. I don’t even know who my landlord is nor does the people that works for TCS seems to know either. I talked to a Cop and he said that I definitely have a case if me and the tenants wanted to sue. TCS management is frauds DO NOT RENT from them!!!
