My son was moving to Philly with only 3wks notice so we had to find him an apartment quickly. Katie McCann was referred to us and she set up several showings over the few days we were in town. I attempted to attend three open houses for new construction by this team over a two month period. The first time, the agent showed up thirty minutes late and couldn’t get into the property, so she cancelled the open house. The second time, the agent was at the wrong property and gave the wrong information including price. In fairness, after I made calls/texts, the listing agent did find a way to get me in to the correct property. However, the builder decided to rent rather than sell the property. At the third property, no agent ever showed up. This time, the listing agent alleged the agent was probably at another unit showing it to other customers—I confirmed this was not accurate before giving up and leaving. If I were a builder, I would be horrified to know the listing agent behaves this way. As a buyer, it was very frustrating. Now, I avoid listings by this team.

Ben was excellent, from start to finish. I had previously engaged another realtor where over the course of 8-9 weeks I had 0 showings and only 2 open houses. I was extremely frustrated as I had moved to AZ toward the end of that engagement. Ben contacted me after the previous listing was removed. Ben was honest, professional, not pushy or pressuring at all (completely unlike about 4 others I had spoke too). He handled everything even though I was out of state, set up extremely professional photos and staging. Within 6 weeks we had an offer and just closed!
