The owner is really sweet but the way her company is run is reprehensible. What was an exciting investment to learn more, turned into a goose chase for my money back for services not rendered. They rescheduled me a couple times in which it was on them bc they werent showing up to the scheduled times. After going through all that, I requested a refund. I was told numerous times I would get my money back (yes i have receipts of everything I am alleging as well), but its been almost 3 months and they still have not refunded me. I feel disappointed and scammed.

Jamisa is very knowledgeable when it come to real estate. However, when it comes to business the service is horrible. They do not return phone calls, emails or DMs. I invested with Rosebuds back in 2019 and have still have yet to receive my money. I have been going back and forth with Jamisa and her assistant since last year, still nothing! Please do not waste your money.

Jamisa is extremely knowledgeable and upon meeting her I was very impressed. Sadly my admiration turned to disgust after working with her. After signing up to do a so-called group investment with her, she did not deliver on ANY of the things she asserted she would do. Multiple calls went unreturned and the few times she did respond it was false promises which she never made good on. Great for one time interactions, but other than that keep it moving. There are so many reputable real estate groups than to deal with this level of unprofessionalism. BUYER BEWARE.

I purchased the private auction HORRIBLE experience! It takes two weeks to get a response via DM or email. When they do respond it’s vague and barely answers your questions. I was suppose to receive the auction listing 3 days prior NEVER did once I emailed them and asked they said it was coming it was already 9pm the night before. When I expressed my frustration and concerns they offered my a refund(I rather get what i paid for but they knew it they was never giving me the list) but never processed my refund. My friend who attended the first auction never received her property she won from the bids and when she called her she was rude, unapologetic and said it takes up to 6 months to get the property (NEVER STATED) it’s very unprofessional how they handled the situation. Everyone that won property has been ignored for over a month meanwhile she’s posting on a private jet (disrespectful af) I was very unhappy with my experience I was looking forward to learning real estate and getting started but they just seem like another INSTAGRAM SCAM! Very disappointing i was inspired by her but now I feel scammed thank god for bank disputes! Best wishes to everyone that works with her
