Quality work. Excellent service. Clean, efficient, pleasant, with fabulous front end staff! My standard is the solar nails, but I have also throughly enjoyed the manicures and pedicures.Yes, you need an appointment. When you are the best in town, and every wants in, appointments are the only way to keep it fair.I have tried other places around town and none have come close to Serenity Nail Spa. I would rather go without my nails than go anywhere else in Santa Fe.

Judy did an amazing job on my toes, eyebrows, and upper lip. She took her time and made sure I was happy with my pedicure and wax. I will definitely be coming back.

I came as a walk-in and I got in pretty quickly but half way through my pedicure I asked to have a design on my big toys and was told they didnt have time. Would have gone elsewhere had I known. Would have only taken less than 5 extra minutes. Pretty disappointing since I only treat myself to a pedicure a couple times a year

I recommend taking past reviewers advice and call ahead, I did and had no problems. Did not have to wait at all, my appointment was for 12:00, and thats what time they had me in the chair soaking. Definitely see Loren, she is so sweet and gave me a wonderful calf and foot massage. Will be coming back the next time I am in town. Thanks so much!

I got a manicure with a gel paint. The lady didnt even do a full cover. She didnt bother to paint the side of my nails. Other than that a good place to make an appointment and they do use caution with every customer.

I had tried several nail places in Santa Fe before I was lucky enough to be referred to Serenity. They offer a level of service infinitely superior to anywhere else I had been in Santa Fe. Serenity is spacious and tastefully decorated with very comfortable service and waiting chairs. Serenity is generally by appointment only and for good reason because they are always busy. However, they do an excellent job of remaining on time because if a client doesnt show up within 10 minutes of appointment time they may be required to reschedule. For some people Im sure that is frustrating but it keeps the nail artist on schedule for the rest of their clients. Of course, like any place else, they get occasional cancellations and you might be lucky enough to get a same-day manicure or pedicure so it is always worth giving them a call!

I went in to get my nails done without an appointment because their website says “walk-ins welcome” but was immediately turned away at the front desk and the women there told me they only accept you with an appointment. So much for walk ins welcome! However, I had been there a couple times before with an appointment and they were very nice and did a great job on my nails then. Definitely recommend making an appointment, otherwise don’t even bother.

I wont go anywhere else! They do a great job every time and have great customer service. I actually prefer that I have to make an appointment instead of walking in because I know I will be seen at my appointment time and dont waste time waiting around.

Serenity Nail is my go-to in Santa Fe. Judy and her husband run a great business and practice top quality nail procedures. (Gel removal is done with the foil wrapping method, rather than soaking fingers in acetone.) This is where I recommend when any of my guests/visitors are looking to get their nails done in Santa Fe. Love it!

The nail technician I had was kind and patient with me. Originally my nails where uneven and she managed to make them look the same without trimming them too short. I would recommend making an appointment before going. Definitely worth the price.

The BEST nail place in Santa Fe! Everyone speaks amazing English, great prices and super attentive, quality work. The owner couple are humble and work along all the staff. Come on, when’s the last time you’ve seen a successful business owner actually work along side their employees instead of bossing everyone around?! Nail artists are happy to work here and it shows. Book early, usually there’s a 2 week wait. Get on the waitlist to be squeezed in early :)

Took daughter to get her nails done and instead of giving her what she asked for they did something completely different. I called back and they told us to come over at 6. We returned the next day so they could fix them and they did a great job, she was happy they fix the mistake no charge

I have tried many other nail spa’s in Santa Fe and keep returning to Serenity Nail Spa. It’s very clean, the manicurists are well trained and they are very accommodating. They also store your tools in a small plastic box marking it with your name. Thy also track who ever you worked with and give you the option to use the same person.

Im an RVer it is difficult to find a good nail tech.You will not be disappointed with any of the people, but for me Tommy is the best.

The lady who was going to do my gel manicure gave me some time to decide which color I wanted. She was quiet while doing it. She seemed to be in a hurry. Gave me the idea I was bothering her. There are some mistakes in my nails, but nothing too crazy.** Place **The place was clean.** Temperature **AC on. It was nice to be there.** Price **It was $32.49 USD. As this is my first time in a nail spa in US. It seemed to be expensive for what I got, but again in Mexico is different (nice service, great result for $240 MXN). So I am not sure if this is actually expensive or not.In my opinion they dont have a lot of variety of colors. I was expecting different colors now that is fall.Am I going to go back? Probably.

This was the worst pedicure ever. High prices but they dont deliver the service. If your gonna charge those prices then give your clients what there paying for. Im visiting from Atlanta Georgia I get my Mani and pedi done every 2 weeks without fail. Im use to paying high prices but I get great service and pedi done right. The owner didnt even offer to redo pedi with someone else still charged me the full amount even after he saw how upset I was even after I told him she didnt do anything but polish my nails cause I made her stop. They didnt care that a client didnt get proper service. He just wanted the money. He should have only charged me at least half cause seriously nothing was done. Dont go to this place they dont care you get a good experience. Im so dissatisfied with the girl who attempted to do my pedi she needs training in good customer service and how to do a proper pedi without hurting you and rushing. its by appointment only so why rush she was horrible I have never been so livid and angry at a service I was willing to pay so much for. She sucks bad customer service all around

My first experience wasnt that great but they called me after I left a kind message explaining why my experience wasnt pleasant n they kindly accepted my feedback and offered me to go again at no cost so I think they care about there customers more than they do about money never have I ever had anyone offer to redo my nails especially after explaining my bad experience so to say the least Ill leave another review after my second visit I wont judge based off of the rushing service the first time around n hope that I can come back to say how great they are because Ive heard of there great service I just havent yet experienced so so to be continued lol .... I had a very bad experience last week when I went to get my nails done. The Nail Tech Megan was speaking very badly of other customers in front of everybody referring to them by their name! She was calling then names, making fun of them, saying she hates when they come in saying she hates picky people I could go on and on. She made me and Im sure the other ladies feel very uncomfortable. That is bad for business and it was very unprofessional!! I have recommended Serenity to all my friends, family and coworkers and I will continue to do so because Tommy is amazing!!
