If Julie Welkers idea of appropriate business practice is to literally send my property three flyers a week (which is what she has been doing for months), then Ill definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Difficult to reach when there are questions or issues. Gives bad advice eg on pricing and was not aware of many terms of the contract. Has poor knowledge of how to advertise property on websites such as Redfin with incorrect contact information and pricing posted. Would not recommend.
