My brother and I were first time home buyers with very little knowledge about the whole process. One of my good friends who has a professional relationship with Ryan recommended him to me and told me that he was one of the best real estate agents out there. The first day that I was introduced to Ryan he immediately made time to go to a showing that we had gotten a lead on from the same friend prior to the house going on the market. This was the first house that we had looked at in the process and werent even sure what to look for when touring the house. With never having met Ryan yet or discussing what exactly we were looking for he showed up and toured the house with the current owner of the house and myself. Ryan toured the house like he was looking to buy it himself asking the owner detailed questions and picking up on every issue as we walked through the house quickly displaying his knowledge and experience in the real estate industry. After we finished touring the house Ryan asked us what we thought and broke down everything he saw with the house. The subsequent morning we met with Ryan to further discuss exactly where and what we were looking for. Ryan explained the whole process to us in detail and quickly got a feel for what it was that we were looking for and arranged for us to tour multiple houses, one of which we ended up purchasing. From putting in an offer and competing against another offer Ryan did everything he could to ensure that we got the house that we wanted without overpaying. Once our offer was accepted we wound up in a position of having an extremely tight close of a little less than a month. The tight close also came with my brother and I being away in Europe for two weeks. Ryan made sure that this did not have an affect on the closing process and everything went smoothly. We could not have purchased this house without Ryan and it was a pleasure working with him. Ryan has continued to be an asset even after closing, continuing to be a resource and answer our questions as new homeowners.
