If you brought your own oil and filter they gonna charge you 30$ And after changing the oil they doesn’t even bother to check the oil gauge in order to make sure the oil level is in accordance with the guidelines of the manufacture and above all they refuse to give you receipt of the money you pay and plus they don’t accept card payments. Only cash and no receipt. Means you have no evidence of changing oil if anything goes wrong with your engine. Careful

The shop is nice and their service is great. I was there for oil change and brakes, and they got it done before the expected time.

All I can say is that Bashir (the owner) is a stand-up guy..In Oct I went to him for a front brake job. The job was done however in the processthe abs sensors were both damaged from age and the force of removing the rotors.He stood behind the work and after some time and several setbacks he replaced the sensors at his expense.You don’t hear about these things these days as I was more than grateful. Take it from me the other bad reviews here we’re looking for a freebie.He’s a man of his word and runs a respectable shopHands down I wouldn’t hesitate to go backThank You

Arrived and was greeted by a service consultant. He provided updates on service progress and shortly after advised all was completed with no further issues to address at the time. Brought my new trackhawk in for oil change and I come back 45 mins later to pick it up and Bashir and his buddies were doing donuts and burning rubber in the parking lot in my trackhawk! This car is worth more then the shop you a$$holes work at!! Use ur chicken brain Bashir!!

They changed my oil, I paid 105 dollars for it. When I leave and pull into my driveway there is a ton of oil dripping onto my driveway. I immediately went back and walked with the supposed technician, and they said it was oil that came out while changing filter, very unprofessional and they did not refund me my money. Do not go here they will charge you too dollar and have oil all over your vehicle

Very quick and they have multiple options of oil to choose from. I need high mileage for one of my cars and they have it. They check your breaks and air filters.

The most unprofessional of the northeast Philadelphia brought my car 2011 Toyota Prius to get my oil changed. They just put my car on the bay drained the oil and put the plug back in did not change my oil filter. I confronted the guy told him you didn’t change the oil filter he lied right to my face saying he did. I asked him to show the filter he refused very unprofessional people. I did not want to keep arguing with them felt very unsafe to a point I thought they would propably get violent. I would not recommend anyone to this business. I paid and left out and will never go there again. I hope they will go out of business.

Went for an oil change all they did is poured more oil in the engine, they didn’t change the oil or filter. They don’t know what they are doing at all specially the younger guy.

I have been using this shop since they started and never had any problem or delay on service before. On top of that they are really friendly and helpful.Big thanks for LUZ team.

These guys are really unprofessional. They f up my new car. Toyota camry 2018. After oil change with them at night all engine oil leak becuase the didnt tight the gas kit properly after change oil. After oil change with them my car still in toyota workshop and I paid lot of money to fix my car. Please please make sure if you go to them to change the oil. I should sue them. I have profe that you guys didnt done your work properly and ruined my car because of unprofessional work.

This place is located next to the laundry mat.. wash your clothes and get an oil change while you wait! Nice people.. no wait on a Saturday! Cheaper than jiffy lube on a discount. Looks like jiffy lube like a replica... They helped me with another problem and help and fixed it.. I found my new friends

Very unprofessional I thought they would be great because of the reviews it was awful took my truck there to get brakes some how the end up breaking the sensor and did not tighten my tire back up almost came off while I was on the road when I called them out on it the manger talked so poorly to and would not fix the problem or give me my money back!
