These are very dishonest people. Be warned do not take your car there. I took my car there for an inspection they claimed it failed because of the rubber on the lower control arm being torn. Yet there was no play on any component on the front suspension. The tires were not worn un even, the car did not pull to one side or the other, there was no clunking or any noise no noticeable problem with the steering system. Allen which I believe is the service advisor is a narcissist and dishonest! Tried to charge me $1,400 for torn bushings. The rules are if there is any problem with your steering system there has to be a certain amount of play in order for your vehicle to fail this is not the case with my vehicle. I would not be surprised if they helped the bushing along with the tearing. Took my car somewhere else and passed inspection.

I took my car to Firestone for service because I was hearing loud noises while driving. Fearing that I needed breaks, I dropped my car off at 7am before I went to work. I feared that I might need brakes, but didnt know what to expect. They inspected my car and found that it was just a pebble stuck on my brake pad. The sales associate, Allen called me to give me the good news. They couldve told me anything but was honest enough to tell me the truth. As a woman, I feel like Im at the mercy of the mechanics because I dont know anything about cars. Allen and the rest of the team at Firestone made me feel safe and valued as a customer. If I experience any further car repair needs, Id gladly return to this location.

So far so good .. I really needed a tire on Sunday and my car is German made..it has the original tire from the manufacturer also with a staggered setup.. they are very knowledgeable about how they can help and very efficient..cant ask for more .. I will add more feedback after they get the job done ..Update:tire are working good and perfect choice too .. now going for brakes.. they are very busy .. I am glad they are a near by commute..

Had some difficulty here. The guys were cool. Had 4 tires replaced. Had one of those tires have a continuous slow leak. Took it back here to find out what the problem was. They consistently told me there was no issue with the tire or the rim. I then took it to an actual Nissan dealership where they fixed the problem.

This is what happens when your wife is rushing too work and hits a curb. I called Luis @ Firestone around 10am, I asked how long would it take get a new tire and fix a bent rem. I thought I would be tied up all day. Well that didnt happen, dropped her car off 20min. after I called and Luis and Chris, hooked me up in about 50min. I had time to go for breakfast, (happy wife, happy life ) thanks to Luis and entire Firestone family for your professionalism and attention you gave me in my time of need. Love you Guys. I needed state inspection. I opted to wait for my vehicle. The car was ready before their guesstimates wait time. I was pleased.

Avoid far !!! the scammers !!! wanted to replace part of the air conditioning for 1850 $, I went to another repair shop and they found a real defect. it was enough to replace part for 100 $$$. My wife went to them because it had a leaky tire ... instead of sticking it, they replaced it with a new tire !!!scammers and thieves !!! how can you do that ??? !!!!after 2 hours of waiting, however, they said that they did not change the tire and ordered to leave it for the next day ...the air conditioning in the waiting room was off and no one even offered water when the outside temperature was 98 degrees

Terrible service I had an appointment and was told it would be done at a certain time and that was a lie. Waiting for hours while I hear the workers In the back being yelled at for not doing anything. Would have went somewhere else if I was aware.

My car needed an inspection. I needed three bulbs replaced. The Charged me approx 40 dollars for each bulb replaced. 130 bucks to so called rewire the bulb harness. 40 dollars to change a bulb? Ive changed my bulbs on my car. No more than 5 minutes to change a bulb. Plus u already had the assembly and rewired. Double dip on the labor. Comical.

It was a good experience. I had a screw in my drivers side rear tire and they patched it without any complaints or scams. Unlike other places just trying to sell you their merchandise without even trying to repair it first

Its says $39 for inspection on the big board outside. When i get in the guy said i have to open some membership something and then the inspection gonna cost more than 90 including tax i think. Please dont mislead people eventhough its business. Thank you.

Great service. Only place that was able to fix the slow leak in my one tire. Fast service and good prices. The mechanics are first rate when it comes to tires.

They did the work in about an hour. Of course they tried to upsell me but that is to be expected anymore. Learn to change your own wipers and filters, people! They were nice and got the job done.

I went over there about my tires they were Firestone destinations posed to be really good tires. I got about 40 thousand miles out of them wasnt worth the damn. Going now to look for some Michelin at another dealer, this dealers right away started with two alignments a year rotate the tires every 5,000 or they couldnt do a damn thing. I take really good care of his truck and I knew going over there theyd have some excuse not to take care of me about these tires. Still make up your own mind., Good luck

The staff was wonderful and did such a great job on my brakes and rotors. The service was very smooth and they made me feel extremely comfortable. The price was affordable and i would come back in the future for anything wrong with my car. The manager was extremly helpful and helped me and assisted me with any of my problems and concerns. I would refer them to anyone having car issues. Great experience!

Went in to ask about ordering tires (4) for my jeep. The kid at the desk looked bored & acted like it was a bother to interrupt his phone session. The prices quoted were higher than the place I settled on. Attitude is everything, took my business ($800) somewhere its appreciated.

They neglected to screw in my dirt guard and it fell out during one of my long drives causing it to drag on the high way for several miles. When I called to tell them this, there was no apology. Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

I had a flat tire today. Yes, I didn’t have an appointment, I know I didn’t call before I came and it was 7 am but they was there already and opened the shop. The front desk guy was really strange, he acted like he doesn’t know what is he doing there and told me a lot of useless information about their first priority customers and paper work which I need to fill out before they can start. It sounded as I need really serious repair. Everything I needed was to fix the tire that usually doesn’t take much time and some special materials or skills. And shop was empty. But they said they can’t do it and have a lot of reasons for it. In 1.5 hour they finally help me to pump my tire (it was really flat) that I could go somewhere else to fix the tire..Maybe if I had an appointment before they would be more helpful and attentive to my problem.Really unpleasant experience.

Jason Guzik spotter a flat tire damage on my wheels and saved me from grave consequences. Ive inflated my tire at a different place an they didnt even bother to inspect the wheel, just sent me away. Fortunately, I decided to re-check my tires at Firestone where Jason spotted the damage and explained me what could have happened.Many thanks to these guys.

I usually go to the feasterville one but short on time I stopped here. People were nice and looked out for me. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the wait time kept increasing and I get crazy impatient. My car runs nicely its been over a week so we are good. Might come again if I have the time LOL

Great place to have your car serviced. Mike Cummings is the manager and is very customer service oriented and makes sure the services performed or needed and if not, they do not try to do work that is not necessary. All the mechanics are also well trained and have great customer service.

Bathroom is out of order. That is very inconvenient for customers waiting at Firestone to have there car repaired or serviced.

All the place inspection $39 but here 👎 not.beware to go there. I went to do state inspection and after they finished they offered membership card, if I open card I can pay $39 otherwise $87. I paid with tax $96. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎If someone going first time ask before doing inspection how much is cost.

This location has great hours. Conveniently open on Sundays. My only serious complaint is that my car is never ready when they promised. As a rule, I always add at least 1 to 2 hours more to the time when Im told my car will be ready.

Rip off, please do not patronize them. Needed to get a tire plugged up, they stated the tire was bad and it would take $400 for a new tire and to be put on. I told them I didn’t want the wrk done, rep got an attitude and told me it would be $10 to put it back on. Went up the st to Eppies excellent customer service patched up the tire with no problem!

Decent pric4s and service. My only issue is the wait time. I dropped off my car for service and inspection. I waited 15 minutes+ for someone to come to front for drop off and pick up. I literally had to open the door to the garage and tell someone I was there.

I made a phone call to fix my front bumper because it popped out of place because my clips broke off. Lavarr along with the body mechanic really helped me out with this fix before heading to the poconos and was very respectful in person and on the phone . I went there this morning just to fix a flat tire because they were the only place open in my area on Sunday. They gave me a 1 hr. waiting time, I wound up waiting over 2 hours. When I got the receipt, they had done jobs and parts which I did not ask for, but they changed me for anyway and tried to scare me into getting more, saying if I didnt replace it I would get a ticket, which is a lie, since my car just passed inspection about 2 months ago. After all this, they were trying to make me to replace more and more stuff which did not need replacing. They stole parts from my car and then charged me for new ones. When I refused to pay for all the extra things I didnt need they said if I dont pay I cant get my car. The worst part was when I asked for a manager they said there was no manager on duty, but I think the manager was in on it. Save your time and money. Dont go there!!!

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and the guy over the phone told me to ask my dealer what kind of oil goes into my car because its never had an oil change at this location before. Why does it matter? But its had other services done and its an American car. Ive gotten oil changes at Wal-Mart. 😲 Im still confused? I guess I shouldnt bring any of my cars here again?

Where I always get my lifetime warranty alignments. They even match Pepboys sale price. On my most recent experience I was very happy that the manager price matched the sale price that Pep Boys had for their lifetime alignments at $149 at this location. I was surprised when I called the street Road location in Bensalem that they would not.

I made an appointment here the day before which gives them plenty of time. I gave them my name and make and model of car although Carlos on the phone obviously did not care. When I went to fulfill my appointment I waited for 10+ while three guys talked about a part number and the guy in front of me was slowly getting out of there. When I got to the counter I told him who I was and why I was there. He proceeds to show me the screen with two, yes only 2 appointments for the day. Mine was not one of those two. I asked if they had time to see me anyways. He said no. I said I will go somewhere else and left.I did not feel comfortable leaving my car there. The guy behind me said they were trying to rip him off with extra services he did not request and believed he did not need. I should have read the reviews online, because they are all bad. This is just another one to add. Please do not go there. My job was a very simple and short job (alignment and rebalancing of tires) they could have made easy and fast money. They chose not to and gave very poor service, directly lied to me, and were rude to my face. This place shouldnt have enough business to keep their doors open, they are probably feeding off of the rest of the companies stores and the many innocent people who actually leave their car in the hands of these morons.

I had my brakes changed here long time back. They are very honest and will never try to rip you off. I took it back recently because the pressure light came on. I initially took it to walmart who filled my tired and reset my sensors(thats what they said) and made the conclusion that something was wrong with the sensors. I called the dealership and they asked $130 to just test and each sensor is $250. The test fee is waived if sensor is purchased.I took it to firestone. He said $30 to inspect. Took 30 mins and said nothings wrong. Just filled the pressure correctly and reset. My lights off and I wasnt charged. That just earned them a lifetime customer

(short version)-: Dongt go to this store, waste of time and money. Very bad service.Had to get interstate battery changed that was under warranty, the sales person said that the battery will have to get tested first which took about 2 hours. So when I called back 2 hours later the guy said the battery is bad so he will have to replace it. I said i will come and pick it up, the guy said that give me 30 mins if I have the battery in stock. All together it took the sales person more than 3 hours just to figure out if the battery is in stock or not. When I got to the store, the sales person brings my old battery and says that the alternator might be bad you need to bring your car in. I told him to just give me my old battery however, the sales person bring another battery that was cheaper and less powerful than the one I already had and says that you are getting a better battery than your old one. which it clearly wasnt. I asked them to give the same exact battery as my old one but the sales person said he didnt have it in stock.

Horrible attitude! I gave my car to Firestone in the morning to top off the oil and fluids. They call me back 2 hours later asking me to take my car elsewhere because they dont have the oil and yet charge me the full amount for car check-up which I never asked for!

It was almost 6 oclock pm, and they were closing, my car was running out of oil. The mechanic named Joe checked my car and added oil on it.Very friendly service.

The Firestone opened at 7am, I checked in at 7:03am for 2 tires, its 9:40am and Im still waiting, I was told it would be a1hr and half job. Im posting this and its now 9:45am and Im still not done...great place if you dont mind waiting!!!!

This chain store is unreliable. For a small job they will lie about how long it will take. They will say 45 minutes but it will take several hours. They make a list of problems with your car that really do not exist. Tire prices here are the highest in the area. I buy used tires in Kensington or Northern Liberties for literally 10 times less counting installation, and the tread is at least 75% intact. They always pass inspection, too.
