I was hesitant to write this but I don’t want anyone else to have the same horrible experience! These are honestly the worst acrylic nails I’ve ever had done, they were chunky, curved, uneven, crooked, and the cuticles were a MESS. The worst part is she charged me $55 for this!! Would definitely recommend going somewhere else if you want better prices and service

If you’re looking to wait an hour for assembly-line service in a crowded space and then return the next day for peeling polish, this is your spot. There is nothing relaxing about the salon and, while the workers are nice, the quality of the work is in line with the cost. Photos of the day after, despite that having been my return visit to fix the issues from the day prior. Chipping and discoloration immediately after service.

This is the fifth and last time I am coming here...the guy doing my nails did the sloppiest job. My cuticles look worse than when I came in, they way he was forming my nails with the acrylic looked like it was his first day. He put one coat of blue gel polish on my nails so it’s patchy and see through in some areas. Not the mention the massive amount of air bubbles on every single nail. There were so many things wrong from the beginning that I decided to save my breath. On top that, I got a pedicure done the same day and the same guy that did my nails decided to use an electric sanding brush on my feet that look like it’s been used by hundreds of other people. Now I’m praying I don’t get an infection. He had the nerve to charge me 50+dollars for my full set. I left looking like I let a child do my nails. The only really talented nail tech here is Nina. I wish I could come back. But it’s not worth it.

Bit of a wait, but not unexpected went on a Saturday around 4. I just got white gel pedicure and white short acrylic manicure and honestly best Ive had so far in Columbia ( been to 4 other places) they are not hands down perfect, but they are great for the price. I loved how detailed the techs were, they made sure to triple check their work. I Also, had a cut on my leg and the tech made sure to stay attentive and made me fee,l i dont know, mattered? Lol if thats the word. This was my first time there and only got to experience two tech, so I cant comment on how every tech performs. However, I will 100% be back and check out each tech along the way, and be sure to update on my favorites if I have any!

Absolutely ridiculous. I called this morning to set an appointment up to get my nails filled with Nina she said I could come in at 10:30am or 1:00pm whichever works. I said great! I showed up at 10:20am said I had an appointment went to wash my hands and went to pick a color she said she suddenly “ didn’t have time” mind you no one was waiting at all she said that she had an appointment coming in for a complete set. And tried to push me off on someone else. I then said it’s ok if you don’t have time and walked out obviously annoyed because she agreed to do my nails and I had an appointment booked. I then called back later trying to figure out the confusion, she started to pretend like she couldn’t hear me and hung the phone up on me. I’m still so in shock at how unprofessional this all was. Not going back again. Time to find somewhere else ✌🏼

I am EXTREMELY picky about my nails and have relatively sensitive fingers but I absolutely love this place. After trying out multiple different locations, I’m glad that I came back here after new management took over. Nina and Alex take good care of their customers. I’ve brought a lot of my friends and family here and each of them have also been satisfied with the work done. If you go here, make sure to get the volcanic hot rocks pedicure and to leave a well-deserved tip!

I have NEVER had a bad experience. Would recommend making an appointment to avoid waiting. This nail spa is always busy because they are GOOD at why they do. Worth the wait. Worth the money. LOVE them!

This is the best salon I have ever been to! I got a regular pedicure and manicure with gel. The prices are very decent and you are brought free beverages. Nina and Alex talk to you like a friend and are genuinely kind and professional. This is a truly relaxing, sanitary, and comfortable environment. Please give them your business!

The first thing I noticed was how clean and sanitary the salon is. The staff is very accommodating and very kind. The pedicure I received was by far the best and most relaxing I’ve had anywhere in Columbia! I highly recommend coming to see Alex and Nina!

I have been seeing Nina for a while now for pedicures and manicures. Her new salon, Spa Nails II, is AMAZING. I love coming here for the relaxing experience and amazing results. She is the reason I am able to grow my nails out so long and strong. Highly recommend using the dip powder, in order to strengthen and lengthen the nails. I can usually get 2-3 weeks out of a manicure, and I am in nursing so I am hard on my hands. I have tried designs with her via Pinterest and she knocks them out of the park! My nails and I thank her and her team so much!Her prices are good, and depending on what day of the week you go, you may have receive a gift or a discount! She has hundreds of dip colors and can do any design you would like. She did such an amazing job on my cuticles, manicure, and the dip powder itself! Please please please go see her and I promise you, you will return!!

I received a manicure on Thursday. By Saturday I had a nail that chipped. I called and made an appointment to get it fixed. I arrived at my scheduled time only to hear that they couldn’t help me. I kindly reminded them that I had an appointment. The staff then had a conversation in another language that I’m guessing was about me??? I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I ended up walking out. I realize that they wouldn’t make any money off of fixing a chipped nail except tip. However, I am a loyal customer. Think of the big picture and all the future revenue that is now lost. I will be going somewhere else from now on. No one should feel like an inconvenience...no one.

My daughters & I have been going here for about a year We have always been very happy with the quality of our nails. They take extra care to make them look just perfect! They’re so sweet & nice also

My normal nail salon was closed this morning, so I tried this place because the rating was good. I got a pedicure, listed at $25, but I did not get a full pedicure even - I requested just a polish. I requested a full set - I did already have acrylics on, but I wanted them completely redone because I’d already had them filled 4-5 times. They tried convincing me to get only a fill so that they wouldn’t have to redo completely. We soaked them and then the technician used the mechanical tool to sand some of the nail off - he did not completely get off the old acrylic before layering on the new.. the paint on my finger nails is not layered evenly so it’s darker on certain parks of the nail. The acrylic itself is not even & the “dust” from sanding was not brushed off before painting - so the nails are lumpy & you can see the little dust particle bumps under the polish. My left side of the nails are not even completely covered - so the left side of my right hand and the left side of my left hand on the nails has strips where there is no polish because the technician did not rotate to see the full nail (will include picture). I was already annoyed with how it was going AND THEN came time for payment... he told me the pedicure was $27 & the nails were $32. $27 is higher than what I was told, and I didn’t even get the full pedicure - polish only!! Then he prints out a receipt for $77!!! That didn’t seem right to me, but I’m seriously the worst at math, so I thought maybe a number gets carried over some place? So I signed the receipt and left. The math just was not making sense to me, so I used the calculator.. 27+32=59 NOT 77!!!! Over all would 10/10 NOT recommend due to the terrible quality and over charging.

Took them an hour just to get to us. Then they integrated other people in between me and my party. They had no skill in designs ND not a big selection of color. There was only one person who did acrylic nails so it took forever. We didnt leave for 4 hours later. But she did do a good job just very plain and simple

I’ve been getting nails done here for over 2yrs. Today’s service was terrible. My nail tech took 5+ phone calls during my session putting her behind schedule (this has been an issue for awhile.) She then insisted I gel polish when I’d been very clear I wanted normal polish. She told me is was impossible to paint the design I wanted without the gel (I pressed the issue. We used normal polish.) I’m not a rookie, you should treat returning guests better than this. Then she charged me $10 more than usual. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Today’s behaviors were very unprofessional. I left feeling disrespected and unappreciated.

Ive been coming to this salon for about 8 months now and Nina, Alex and all of the staff are amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are treated with respect and leave loving their nails! I couldnt recommend this place more.

Nina was absolutely great! She was super nice and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was thorough and took her time, even tho it was past closing. And she did so for me and my friend. AND the nails came out looking fantastic. I got acrylics, and at most places they are chunky and make my fingers look bad but she made them look absolutely perfect. 100% *chefs kiss*

I schedule an appointment over a week ago for pedicures for Friday March 26th at 5:30pm because I had 2 other ladies with me, going out for a girls night. The place was clean and nice looking, but we had to wait until 6:20 for them to even start on me and they did us all separately because they were busy from walk ins, and continued to keep accepting them even though we were still sitting there! This is why I scheduled an appointment. I wanted to be WITH my friends. I get this happens sometimes, however, another girl walks in announces she has an appointment and her and her friend get theirs on time and at the same time. Then the lady does 1 coat on my gel pedicure instead of 2. As I sat there, angry that I was missing my other obligations I thought surely id have time for, another guy made sure to tell me how mine would be $15 extra. How lovely. The main lady seemed very nice but she shouldve known not to charge me the full amount or tell me to come back for a free one. My other friends waited for me to get done for 30 minutes. Im just confused as to why my appointment wasnt on time nor at the same time but others were.

I got a full set of acrylic nails with gel on top on 4/12. Called and asked to make an appointment and they told me to come in 45 minutes. Once I got there I waited an hour before I was seated and almost walked out. 4/16 one of my nails fell off while typing on my computer. I went back and they replaced for free, which was nice, but they wouldnt let me pick and use the same color I had on the rest of my nails, so now I have two shades of pink polish on my nails. Not happy and will not be back.

This salon was amazing. The staff was so polite, offered complimentary drinks, and stayed late to finish my nails. They weren’t rushing to leave, and she even made sure that I loved the designs before she finished the rest. 10/10 would recommend!

Me and my 4 other friends got there around closing time and they stayed late to finish all of our nails. They are supper nice and funny and really make you sure that you like what you asked for. The place was really nice and clean on the inside and in a good part of town. I am definitely coming back!!

This was my first time going here and I loved it. Customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, and very professional. Took their time. Went above and beyond. Offered refreshments and worked past closing to ensure everyone was taken care of. I booked an appointment same day and received more than expected. My full set came out perfect and she even gave me a gift for my birthday! (which was the reason i went to get my nails done). They will now be my go to!

I came here with my mom yesterday to have our nails done for easter. she got a pedicure and i got a full set. the woman who did my nails was very kind, but when i showed her what i wanted she just simply said she couldnt do it. well okay thats fine but i didnt have anything else picked out so i wish you guys would mention that on your website. when i sat down i noticed the station was absolutely filthy. nail dust everywhere, the arm rest was sticky, the towel was crusty and the tools were visibly filthy. when she started on my nails, my right pinkie and right ring finger started burning and swelling. ive never had a reaction like that before. she did absolutely nothing to my cuticles so they look horrendous. i watched a woman sit down at the station i was at after me, and they didnt sanitize or clean anything before starting on her! my moms toenails are very visibly uneven. she said the man was very rough with her. im very disappointed and expected different because of the reviews, ive checked four times now that i even went to the right place because the reviews are so good. i spent $50 on something that wasnt what i wanted and that i might even get an infection from. we will definitely never come here again.

I had an appointment for 2pm. We didnt leave till 5:30pm which is wild to me. Normally Ive always gotten my toes done first then hands so I dont have to wait under a dryer. My nails are all different lengths and shaped differently than the next because she was rushing. Theyre not so atrocious that I want to bother spending more time getting them fixed since they last 3 weeks, but Ill probably not bother coming back here. The time management is just terrible and when you do get in the chair youre rushed.

Best nail salon! They are so sweet. Very clean and over 700 color to choose from. They do an amazing job and take the time to pay attention to detail and not rush you through. Under new management and really make you feel welcome! Prices below other salons and much better product in the end!! Give them a try you won’t be disappointed!

My new go to nail place! Coming to college I’ve been looking for a new nail place in the Columbia area and I haven’t been impressed, until now! The place is spotless and newly renovated. I made my appointment for myself, my sister, and my mom online for 10:45 and we were in and out by 12! They also provided snacks and drinks. Amazing service, so clean, and love my nails! Highly recommend!

Today was my first time going to this salon to get my nails done and I am so pleased!! They did a great job on my nails and were very gentle! Out of all of the nail salons I have been to, this one is the most clean and smells great. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely return!

They’re really nice. One of my nails broke off and they fixed it and didn’t charge me. I’ve never had a nail place do that. They’ve always charged 5-10 for a nail fix. They’re just really nice to their customers and I appreciated it a lot.

This was the first time for us and it was an extremely pleasant experience! They were all very friendly and customer-service oriented. They offered us soda or water and even painted flowers on my 6-year old daughter’s nails free of charge. The place was clean and they use the pedicure liner and nail tools only once. The guy with the bump on his neck is rude & has very poor customer service skills. When I walked in I told him that I wanted a pedicure, he ask could I wait and I said yes. There was one person a head of me so I was like no biggie. I waited for over 30 minutes patiently. I walked outside to take a phone call & when I came back in he said it would be another 45 minutes! Prior to me already being there wow! Two other women walked in & he told them to go across the street to the other location without even acknowledging their needs! His attitude is nasty!! I definitely will not be back!
