Cameron was very helpful in getting us set up with new internet service for our house and new phones and phone plans for my husband and I. We received a call from their technician and a different Cameron came out to our house the next day and set up our internet. He was very professional and friendly! They definitely outshine any competitors here in Sterling. I am so glad we switched to Viaero for phones and internet.

Customer service people were helpful, patient, and accommodating to our specific needs. Viaero signal seems stronger locally than our previous providers signal (Straight Talk, which utilizes Verizon towers). Im still waiting to see how their signal strength feels when we go outside the local Viaero coverage area.

This is a good place to shop if you want a new phone. After you get the phone you are on your own. Especially if it is fully paid for. My contract came up and suddenly my phone stopped working. I was told I needed a new phone. I bought a new phone, it did not work as well. Finally they at the store determined I needed a new SIM card. The new SIM card fixed the problem in the new phone. I thought to myself well thats what they did they forced me into buying a phone. I went home put the SIM card in my old phone that in theory according to the store did not work. Everything worked fine. I approached them manager about this issue and told him I would likely be back if my old phone worked before I left the store. When I found out that the SIM card was indeed the problem I returned to the store. The manager told me that they had done everything they could and I was still obligated to buy the new phone. This is not customer service. This is a phone sales store. I suggest if you feel you need a new phone by it from the Viaero website. Get service if needed from a store other than this one.

I left Viaero Wireless 10 yrs ago. My ex husband kept one of our phones and the number. We straightened everything out in the office before I left town that he was keeping the account I was coming off.Imagine my surprise when I just found out that I have a collection on my credit report that has damaged my credit.He said he settled the account with Viaero when he left them 2 years ago, he still has the same number but neither one of us has been contacted about this in any way until now. And they are not sympathetic now.Watch your back with Viaero.
The service at the store was alright dispite the sales people having no product knowledge. Their corporate customer service and relations are absolutely terrible. They laugh at you and ridicule you over the phone when you try to have issues resolved. They are unwilling to work with loyal customers over years of business and thousands of dollars spent over miniscule amounts of money in comparison. Disgraceful business practices.
Veterans are only eligable for discounts inside contracts but once your a customer for 5-10 years you lose those and are no longer eligable... very poor manager in charge also.. treats employees poorly
This place really sucks. The employees are either prejudice or just plain lazy....probably a little of both. We went to get phones and they were very rude and acted like we were bothering them so we left.....very unprofessional....

Absolutely a disgrace.If you need a AA to work there as a customer service agt Im pretty sure the bottom of the barrel is scraped!Its a upper mgt issue...their customer loyalty has been replaced by GREED! I dont have service 25% of the time. Unfortunately they stopped working with other vendors and that hurt our service.Cell phones are now more expensive than when they first came out...If wed paid 115 for a cell phone in the early 90s it was the rich and business ppl who took them. Now even tho its not affordable or a good idea to spend 350$ month on cell phones ppl still pay for this CRAP service.They messed my phone up so badly Im forced out of apps that held my email. My cell was set up as a home phone.I had to drive 9 times to have it repaired...thats 800 miles for me to drive. Not once was any loyalty offered to me.Forget about the insurance or a defective phone...a prior customer service person told me veairo never replaces a phone even if its a day old...they are taught to make excuses to not replace, the 39$ phones selling for 250 an up are marked up by over 75%.I cant walk into the brush store...its so gone from poor customer service Id probably end up in jail they get under youre skin so bad by just acting like customer service is not their job.. its our job to remain their loyal subjects.When NE colo does get a good competing company out here, it will be the same as cable TV.We were ripped off soooo long by cable when dish and direct TV came out the cable company started to try and save customers by offering service.. too little too late..Who cares tho bc the owner has already made his fortune. Off all of us bending over.

Left Viaero due to poor service, outrageous amounts for phone plans and the absolute worst customer service we have EVER received with any company. The women who work in the main office, Nicole and Kayla, are so extremely rude and never noted the account when we would call and speak to them. I would never, in a million years, recommend this company to anyone.
Horrible company, hidden fees, mistakes with billing, terrible technical support.. biggest mistake I eve made. As soon as I can Im gonna let Verizon buy this contract.
