Went to get my nails done today and one of the new ladies did them and Im impressed!!!!

First, I made an appointment for two, with my friend who was going through a break up, expecting to be able to sit by one another, since the appointment was for two. Secondly, I ask two times for us to at least be on the same floor level, but I was ignored and placed upstairs and she was placed downstairs, so I didn’t see her the entire time. Third, I was over charged... I got a pedi (which looks great- no complaints) but then when it came to getting my mani done, all I got was them painted! I did not receive manicure service, no soaking, no cuticle cutting, no massage or lotion... none of it, just painted. And was charged $55 for the service. To top it all off, it took one day for the polish to peel off, not just chip... but peel off entirely. My tech was nice, but now I realize, I kinda got the short end of this stick. Unfortunately, don’t think I’d go back, but hope they do better in the future.

First time coming to Sandys and I loved the service. Angel did a wonderful job and the prices are affordable.

They a little ghetto but my nails came out cute polish came off one of my toes by the time i got home. But the technician who did my nails was very nice and offered to do them again free of charge i will definitely visit them again

Went there to get a full set and two of my nails started to crack . I went back to get a refill and I told them take off the two nails and put two new fresh nails on them. They didn’t listen to me and put a half of a nail on both of them (not a new one ) they then put acrylic over them . The next two days they started cracking again and even one fell off. When I went back I told them exactly what happen and they tried to do the same thing to me. They then finally replaced my two nails. They were rude about it. I had to pay $10 just to get 2 nails fixed ! Then they try to blame me for the cracking of my nails because they are too long . I’ve been getting long nails for 5+years now and this never happen to me . I usually go to this place all the time but they have been slacking really bad . I was serve by the 2 ladies next to the front desk.

Kim was very attentive to me. The mani & pedi were very nice. Massage chairs awesome. I will be back for sure.

10 years ago Sandy outlined my eyebrows with permanent ink and no discoloration since. Now when I go to get my eyebrows cleaned up, theres no mistake of one arched higher than the other.

Gel manicure and gel pedicure. Up charged me from last time there just because, got the same exact service. Place is not sanitary, watched them put utensils directly back in case without washing them after my manicure. Didn’t clean bowl after my pedicure. Bugs. I needed my eyebrows done but didn’t even chance it, felt nasty.

They change their prices too much, n they are too high for what I was asking for, every two weeks price changes.

They take their time ..pedicure and foot rubs are the best.

Went here once and loved it hopefully I get the same treatment a second time!!!

I went to this place about a 1 year ago and it was horrible. There was a cockroach crawling on the counter while my mom was getting her nails done. The lady just flicked it on my mom and it fell on her lap. Their were flies, bugs, roaches, etc. it was disgusting. I also got my nails done and they just rushed through it all. And it was just a simple polish. This place is very nasty and dirty. I felt dirty the whole time I was there.

I tried this place based on a coworkers recommendation. She had gel nails with a different design on each that she said she paid $35 for. I paid 40 for a acrylic set with gel. No design. The polish bubbled the next day on 2 fingers and I went back and she removed the gel and redid it. The following day one of the nails bubbled again,tthen chipped off. She also didnt do my cuticles. Ill go back to the shop around the corner on Ridge next time.

I miss Sandy. The female who did my nails yesterday DOES NOT know how to do nails. She was very nasty because I told her the nail she had to replace needed more acrylic. Instead of satisfying my request she was very combative. I went back to my normal place and had to get my nails corrected. I wish I had Sandy’s number so I could have reported her. I see why she didn’t have anyone when I arrived. Never again will I allow her to do my nails.

Nikki & Lena are the best! And the whole family is very welcoming and nice! I go there for the service and hospitality! They do great nails and feet!

It was just okay, one tech was very nice (the pedicurist) other than that it was a lackluster experience. I don’t like lumpy nails and because I am a licensed professional I will admit that I am a little particular and I told her that. Even so I ended up going home and removing my polish and having to file my nails again. So it was 31.00 not well spent, sorry (actually 57.00 because my daughter went too)

I never write reviews but I think this is worth it! I went in after a bad day at work and had the most relaxing, casual, laid back experience-just what I needed. The staff was so kind and it was probably one of the most thorough mani-pedi’s I have ever received. Plus I was able to get my brows threaded. All of this for such a great low price. I am very happy and thankful to have found this little gem of a salon.

They are very nice people.The prices are reasonable.But the bathroom is out of order.They dont put lotion on your hands&feet when they are finish with you.They had a 12year old girl remove my polish&shape my nails.&my girlfriend had a little bug crawling up her arm I believe it was a baby roach. They dont clean the pedicure station.They just run the water for the next customer to get in.Oh the one lady was eating a chicken wing while taking polish off a lady foot.I wont be returning.

I have yet to go but i knoen people who have gone said it is small but wonderful service.

If you like wasting your time, this is the place for you! I wasted an hour and a half there.Im new to the area and was looking for a new nail salon and this one is a block away. I decided to give it a try tonight. I got there at 6pm. First of all, there is no such thing as a Reception booth. There is just someone asking you what you need at the other side of the shop. I just wanted a manicure, nothing special just polish no gel or any of that.She said 20 minutes and I knew that it was going to be longer since there was some people waiting already.45 MINUTES AFTER THE INITIAL 20, I had still not been serviced, and no one was even acknowledging that I was still waiting or keeping me updated.I gave it another 15 minutes and still had not been serviced. Nothing said to me, not even a pick your color, well be with your in a minute NOTHING. They were just doing their friends and cousins nails, chatting, eating, texting.I do my nails every other week + some waxing so they just lost a potentially regular client.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE.

I like the way they do the eyebrows waxing. I got a mani pedi last weekend. The pedicure was very relaxing, however my manicure not so much, and the nail polish on my fingers came out within a day.

When you were flying to the ATL to get your nails and feet done every 3 weeks then you find this jem 4 minutes away from your house you are happy. Sandys Nails is a very professional, clean and top notch nail salon. I looooove Lena being a Travel Agent she accommodates my schedule and has me getting stopped by people in every airport, restaurants and more because they want to know where I get my nails done.

The staff seen to have favorites. You get juggled around between people when someone they know comes in the salon. They are just trying to go fast without paying attention to detail. Lumpy sad nails. I needed a new set two weeks later because they were popping due to using the wrong tip size. Just overall a horrible experience.

They need To be consistent with pricing for every tech. I shouldnt have to worry about getting taken advantage of just because somone wants to charge whatever. And they need to keep the color tiramisu for two in stock if theyre gonna keep showing it on the display gel colors. Everytime I come there they suggest something different instead of the color I ask for

I use to go to this shop but ibaalsonfelr they lacked customer service, and related to their favorites as girl friend and the young ladys feed into the hype. Their skills use to be great but they have become to comfortable, too many young girls and family members running this spot, it you can get the owner to give you service, your better off; If not Cinderella nails is located up main street, and they are very much into great customer service and spa treatment.

I cant go anywhere else. Theyre like family. And they can do all the up to date styles of nails

Never again...this place was filthy. They had rat droppings in plain sight and behind furnitue. I noticed a roach crawling around the equipment while getting a pedicure. The lady never said anything. All of a sudden theres another one on the floor that she stepped on and kept it moving. I didnt even wait to dry my feet...I quickly gathered my things and left. Shook my clothes off before getting in the car.

Ther hours listed on google are wrong. Instead of closing at 9:30 as listed, the salon actually closes at 8:30pm. I walked in at 8:11 expecting to get a manicure and pedicure but I was turned away by a rude, dark hairy browed technician. Another technician yelled down the steps “No, I want to go home!” I even told them that the hours on google said they closed at 9:30 and they thought I was lying. I just left. I wasn’t upset I was actually happy I didn’t spend my money there, they have poor customer service. The technicians are rude as hell and don’t deserve my money.

Thet do not pay attention to their customers. Its a shame. When the lady was done she just got up and left without saying anything. She didnt even help me to the nail dryer or let me know to go to the dryer. I though she went to get something but she got up and left. The owner talked about me right in front of my face thinking I didnt know what she was saying but no, I understand. Dirty chinese

My daughter and I started going there....wont go anywhere else when I want nails. Only thing I do t like is they r closed on Sundays but I just wait for Monday...lol

The girl made my overlay too thick and the nails was shaped crooked. Sandy is good but not sure about the other girls.

It was HORRIBLE !!!! Getting your nails done is supposed to be a calming experience..... They did NOT stop SCREAMING to each other in cambodian !! Totally took away from the experience.

This salon not only is filthy,but they lack the philadelphian brotherly love. Not only did they have me wait two hours then to tell me they cant do my nail design but, the owner thought it was funny that i was upset. The young lady who did my nails i had to guide her on hiw to construct them, how to make the form, how to clean them up. I guess good customer service doesnt exist in this ghetto,filthy spot. I should have taken pictures so you all could see. However, if you dont exoect nothing then youd go here.
