I have my own Salon Artist here and she is amazing. Not All techs are the same here. Some can do really dope special nails. Mines never fails me and never cease to amazing me. I can come in with a pic or ideas and she can do them. Or she will show me some she has done. I told her I wanted rainbow nails on half the tips but kinda to look like candy for pride. Simple but still cute and she did it.. shes done doper nails on me in the past with stones and everything. Shes the best!!

My husband and I went for a pedicure. The staff was very nice and professional. It was my husbands first time getting a pedicure and they made him feel comfortable. It had been my first time in a long time because I usually do my own nails but Im 8 months pregnant so I cant reach me toes. They did an amazing job! I got gel which cost $30. My husband got a regular pedicure with clear for $20.

Lulu is new but she’s the bomb, she takes her time nd does exactly what you want done, even suggests great options.. The new owner is really good as well, but it’s extremely impossible to get an appointment with her. Some of the older staff are super friendly nd nice but they are a hot or miss at times.

Great place, sammy is the best.She has upgraded the salon and her staff is great. Sammy only took over a few months ago, the negative reviews where before she came. Give the place a chance, u wont regret it!

Overall my experience was ok .My nail tech was nice . I went in on Sunday to get a full set with gel polish and a pedicure . My nail broke the following day . Also my toe nail polish started coming off .

Ive been going to this nail salon for 20yrs. Ive had the same Nail Tech for 20yrs. Maria is the Absolute Best ❤. She knows exactly whats needed to keep your nails & feet together. The staff is always friendly & do a good job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment.

I typically set appointments with Kim. She’s a sweetheart and does great work. Typically I’ve gone places where only a few of the technicians provide great service. It’s been mine and my daughters experience that everyone at French Nail Salon does good work.

Horrible customer service

I just want to say I never post reviews but I felt this was absolutely necessary. I asked 4 times how much my nails would be and noone said anything, so worst case Im thinking my refill would be 14 and gel 12 as any other nail salon. So she is about to polish my nails and says it will be $30. I already had coffin nails so its not like they shaped them from scratch, a refill and gel.. she says my refill was $18! My nails are mid length at that. I have never paid $18 for a refill in the hood. I have been getting my nails done for 18 years and Im 34. Then they put about 12 coats of gel polish on and it began rippling. I asked about designs and she says 2 for 14.. I should have taken a pic of my nails before kindly asking them to remove the polish. I paid for my refill and left. I have never had such an awful nail salon experience in all my life.

My sister has gave me a gift certificate from there so I went for a pedi &nails an I can tell u it was the worst pedi I have ever gotten done an the nails r horrible never again!!! An they tend to rush u out so they can keep taken costumers they will leave u half done to go do eye braws

I don’t recommend this place to get your nails done they are so rude and their work not all that good, they mess up and hate if you ask them to fix it, then talk about you like it’s your fault. I never been treated so rude, all i wanted them to do was fix it, pay so i can leave. Then the one lady i believe was Maria try to mess my real nails up and tell me they was long and needed acrylic on them so they wouldn’t have lumps on them. She was so rude.

I went back in August n had a tech I didnt care for n i didnt think she did a good job but I went back yesterday cuz I needed a fill n color change. I saw a different tech named Kim n I was very pleased with her! Friendly, nice and took her time did a great job! I had walked out of glamour nails cuz the vibe was horrible smelled bad n was taking way too long.... So I walked two blocks down to french n man am I glad I did! Was seated right away n had a good experience!!

They used to be good but the last 2 times Ive been I walked out. I was sitting to get my pedicure and my feet was in the water 20min and then no one was still coming to start me so I left.

I went here two times. I got a full set both times the next day my nails were just popping off. I went back to get them fixed the owner yelled at me in front of the customers saying I broke them off myself trying to get over. She was very disrespectful and the quality of my nails were very poor. I dont recommend this place to anybody!

Came here to get my nails done for prom I asked for a specific length and the nail tech decided to do her own thing as soon as I confronted her she complained she couldn’t do the length I requested to when she knew she could’ve never coming here again.

I liked them till someone new started and messed up my nails and I walked out after 2 hrs of being there
